Abstract
Description
履物品のためのアッパーを作製する方法であって、
複数の周辺アンカーポイントを画定するステップと、
スレッドパターンを形成するように前記複数の周辺アンカーポイントの周囲に連続スレッドを巻き付けるステップであって、前記連続スレッドは複数のスレッド線を備え、各スレッド線はそれぞれ2つの周辺アンカーポイントの間に延在する、ステップと、
前記スレッド線の間の交点で前記連続スレッドを結合するステップと
を備える方法。

前記履物品のアッパーに対してスレッドパターンを形成するようにピンのセットの周囲に連続スレッドを巻き付けるステップであって、ピンは、支持構造体に連結されそれから延在し、前記アッパーの外周に対応する位置に配設されており、前記連続スレッドが複数のスレッド線を備え、各スレッド線がそれぞれ2つのピンの間に延在する、ステップと、
前記複数のピンのうちの1以上において前記連続スレッドをそれ自体に結合するステップと
を備える方法。

前記巻き付けるステップ及び結合するステップが、前記スレッドパターンと前記支持構造体の間に配設されるベース層なしで実行される、[13]の方法。

前記内エッジのそれぞれのエリアから放射状に延在する3以上のスレッド線を備える第2の複数のスレッド線グループを備え、
前記第1の複数のスレッド線グループのスレッド線及び前記第2の複数のスレッド線グループのスレッド線が、前記スレッド線の間の交点で相互に結合される、履物品。
Claims (20)
- 履物品のためのアッパーを作製する方法であって、
複数の周辺アンカーポイントを画定するステップと、
スレッドパターンを形成するように前記複数の周辺アンカーポイントの周囲に連続スレッドを巻き付けるステップであって、前記連続スレッドは複数のスレッド線を備え、各スレッド線はそれぞれ2つの周辺アンカーポイントの間に延在する、ステップと、
前記スレッド線の間の交点で前記連続スレッドを結合するステップと
を備える前記方法。 - 前記複数の周辺アンカーポイントのうちの1以上において前記連続スレッドを結合するステップを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スレッド線の間の複数の交点で前記連続スレッドを結合するステップを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記周辺アンカーポイントが、ピン組立プレートに連結されそれから延在するピンによって画定され、前記ピンは巻き付けるステップ中に前記連続スレッドを支持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記周辺アンカーポイントが、三次元物体に連結されそれから延在するピンによって画定され、前記ピンは巻き付けるステップ中に前記連続スレッドを支持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スレッドパターンが個人についての生体認証データプロファイルに基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記周辺アンカーポイントが3以上のスレッド線連絡数を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。

を備え、
前記第1の複数のスレッド線グループのスレッド線及び前記第2の複数のスレッド線グループのスレッド線が、前記スレッド線の間の交点で相互に結合されている、前記履物品。
