該離型層の、温度２００℃で測定される１９Ｆ−ＮＭＲから求めた、該離型層中に含まれるＰＦＰＥの縦緩和時間をＴ１−２としたとき、Ｔ１−１及びＴ１−２が下記式（１）で示す関係を満たすことを特徴とする定着部材：
