第1のフッ素樹脂及び第2のフッ素樹脂を含み、
該第1のフッ素樹脂は、パーフルオロポリエーテル(PFPE)であり、
該第2のフッ素樹脂は、テトラフルオロエチレン−パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体(PFA)、及び、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)から選ばれる少なくとも一方であり、
PFPE単体の、温度200℃で測定される19F−NMRから求めた、PFPE単体の縦緩和時間をT1−1とし、
該離型層の、温度200℃で測定される19F−NMRから求めた、該離型層中に含まれるPFPEの縦緩和時間をT1−2としたとき、T1−1及びT1−2が下記式(1)で示す関係を満たすことを特徴とする定着部材:
