Abstract
Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体10を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1のA−A断面図である。複合材料構造体10は、図1及び図2に示すように、第1複合材料11と、第2複合材料12と、低導電性材料13と、を含む。複合材料構造体10は、第1の実施形態では航空機の胴体に用いられるものが例示されるが、本発明ではこれに限定されず、自動車、車両、船舶等のその他の構造物に用いられるものであってもよい。
図4は、第2の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体20を示す斜視図である。図5は、図4のB−B断面図である。第2の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体20は、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体10において、低導電性材料13の設置形態を変更したものである。複合材料構造体20は、その他の構成については、複合材料構造体10と同様であるので、その詳細な説明を省略する。
図6は、第3の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体30を示す斜視図である。図7は、図6のC−C断面図である。第3の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体30は、第2の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体20と同様に、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体10において、低導電性材料13の設置形態を変更したものである。複合材料構造体30は、その他の構成については、複合材料構造体10と同様であるので、その詳細な説明を省略する。
図8は、第4の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体40を示す斜視図である。図9は、図8のD−D断面図である。第4の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体40は、第2の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体20及び第3の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体30と同様に、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料構造体10において、低導電性材料13の設置形態を変更したものである。複合材料構造体40は、その他の構成については、複合材料構造体10と同様であるので、その詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 導電性を有する第1強化繊維と前記第1強化繊維に含浸された第1樹脂とを有する第1複合材料と、
前記第1複合材料と一体化され、導電性を有する第2強化繊維と前記第2強化繊維に含浸された第2樹脂とを有する第2複合材料と、
電気抵抗が前記第1樹脂及び前記第2樹脂よりも低く前記第1強化繊維及び前記第2強化繊維以上の低導電性を有し、前記第1強化繊維と前記第2強化繊維とを電気的に接続する低導電性材料と、
を含むことを特徴とする複合材料構造体。 - 電気絶縁性を有し、前記第1複合材料と前記第2複合材料とを接着することで一体化する絶縁性接着剤層と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料構造体。 - 前記低導電性材料は、一端が前記第1樹脂に埋設されることにより前記第1強化繊維と電気的に接続し、他端が前記第2樹脂に埋設されることにより前記第2強化繊維と電気的に接続していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合材料構造体。
- 前記第1樹脂及び前記第2樹脂は、ともに熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合材料構造体。
- 前記低導電性材料は、一端が前記第1強化繊維のうち前記第1複合材料の表面に露出した第1露出部分と電気的に接続し、他端が前記第2強化繊維のうち前記第2複合材料の表面に露出した第2露出部分と電気的に接続していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合材料構造体。
- 前記低導電性材料は、前記第1複合材料と前記第2複合材料とを貫通して配置されることで前記第1複合材料と前記第2複合材料とを一体化するファスナを覆う低導電性スリーブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合材料構造体。
- 導電性を有する第1強化繊維と前記第1強化繊維に含浸された第1樹脂とを有する第1複合材料を準備する第1複合材料準備ステップと、
導電性を有する第2強化繊維と前記第2強化繊維に含浸された第2樹脂とを有する第2複合材料を準備する第2複合材料準備ステップと、
電気抵抗が前記第1樹脂及び前記第2樹脂よりも低く前記第1強化繊維及び前記第2強化繊維以上の低導電性を有し、前記第1強化繊維と前記第2強化繊維とを電気的に接続する低導電性材料を設置する低導電性材料設置ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする複合材料構造体の製造方法。
