セパレート層8と印刷層の接着に当たって、HDPEと印刷インキ4では、通常この接着フィルム層3としてEVA(エチレン酢ビコポリマーフィルム)などが使われるが、VA5%、VA8%とも黄色インキには良いが、黒色インキは接着が良くない。表印刷のグラビア黒インキにはクラックや密着防止でワックスやオイルが添加されていてこれで接着強度を上げられない。これには剥離容易なイージーピールタイプのCMPS(三井化学東セロ)がよい。
