Description

The present invention relates to a dispensing container, more specifically, a dispensing container having means for crushing the contents solidified inside.

As this type of dispensing container, a container body that erects the mouth-and-neck part, a cap body that hangs from the outer peripheral part of the top plate to the outer surface of the mouth-and-neck part, and a cap body that opens the ejection port to the top plate; And a lid that is hingedly connected to the rim of the outlet and that can be opened and closed, and has a plurality of crushing projections that protrude downward from the lower surface of the top plate. Patent Document 1).
According to this configuration, when the contents are solidified inside the container body, the whole contents collide with the crushing protrusions and are crushed by shaking the entire container. It is possible to prevent the mouth from being blocked.

The thing of patent document 1 crushes this lump solidified substance with the protrusion for crushing protruded from the top plate when the contents solidify in the inside of a container body, and is a relatively small diameter outlet. When the contents adhere to and solidify on the lower surface of the top plate and in the vicinity of the position where the outlet is formed, these solidified materials cannot be removed.
As a conventional well-known technique, the stopper bar protrudes downward from the lower surface of the lid plate provided with the upper surface of the top plate of the cap body so that it can be opened and closed, and the stopper rod is inserted into the outlet port by the lid closing operation. It is known that the attached contents are pushed out downward (for example, Patent Document 2), but if the solidified material contains a large amount of moisture, the contents pushed out from the outlet are located near the bottom of the top plate near the outlet. In some cases, the solidified product cannot be sufficiently removed.

An object of the present invention, by grinding a solid of contents attached to the vicinity of the opening shaken, is to propose a shaken vessel can be sufficiently removed.

The first means is a container body 2 that stands up the mouth and neck portion 8;
A cap body 12 in which a top plate 16 is stretched on the upper surface of the cap peripheral wall 14 fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the neck 8, and a communication hole 24 is opened in the top plate 16;
A rotating cover 40 having a cover plate 41 covering the top plate 16 and attached to the cap body 12 so as to be rotatable in both forward and reverse directions within a certain range;
Comprising
A crushing protrusion 46 that can move freely in the communication hole 24 by rotation of the rotary cover 40 is inserted into the communication hole 24 from a location other than the center of the cover plate 41, and the crushing protrusion 46 near the communication hole. It is possible to crush the solidified contents,
In addition, a swing-out hole 44 communicating with the communication hole 24 within the rotation range of the rotary cover 40 is opened in the cover plate 41.

In this means, as shown in FIG. 1, a communication hole 24 is opened in the top plate 16 of the cap body 12 fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the mouth neck portion 8 of the container body 2, and a cover plate 41 covering the top plate 16 is provided. A rotating cover 40 is attached to the cap body 12 so as to be rotatable in both forward and reverse directions within a certain range, and communicated by rotation of the rotating cover 40 from a portion other than the center of the cover plate 41 into the communication hole 24. A crushing protrusion 46 that can move freely in the hole 24 is inserted, and a swing hole 44 that communicates with the communication hole 24 within the rotation range of the rotary cover 40 is opened in the cover plate 41. Thus, the rotating operation of the rotary cover 40, the crushed projection 46 and floating the communication hole 24, to crush the contents solidified near the communicating hole.

The “crushing protrusion” is a means for pulverizing the solidified contents adhered in the communication hole 24 communicating with the swing hole 44 of the rotary cover 40. Thereby, the solidified substance can be removed from the vicinity of the entrance to the outlet hole 44, and the contents can be efficiently ejected from the outlet hole.
With respect to the rotating cover, “attaching to be rotatable in forward and reverse directions” means being able to rotate in either one or the other in the circumferential direction.
In order to allow the rotation cover to rotate “within a certain range”, the rotation range may be regulated by inserting the crushing projection 46 into the communication hole 24, and another means for regulating the rotation range is provided. Also good.

The second means includes the first means, and allows the cover plate 41 to rotate around the rotation axis A with respect to the top plate 16, and the crushing projection 46 with respect to the rotation axis A. A knob 50 for rotating operation located at a distance is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the cover plate 41.

In this means, the cover plate 41 is provided so as to be rotatable around the rotation axis A with respect to the top plate 16 of the cap body 12, and the rotation operation is located farther from the crushing projection 46 with respect to the rotation axis A. It has been proposed that a knob 50 for the user is attached to the outer periphery of the cover plate 41. In general, the rotational moment acting around the rotation axis is represented by the product of the magnitude of the force applied around the rotation axis and the distance from the rotation axis to the point of action of the force. By increasing the distance from the rotation axis A to the knob 50 from the distance to the crushing projection 46, the solidified product can be efficiently removed.
The phrase “provided to be rotatable about the rotation axis” is not limited to the case where the central portion of the cover plate 41 and the corresponding portion of the top plate are attached to each other, but, for example, in the cylindrical frame portion 18 standing from the outer periphery of the top plate 16 Also includes a structure in which the cover plate can be rotated.

The third means includes the first means or the second means, and has a top plate 34 that covers the upper surface of the rotary cover 40, and a plug portion 36 that closes the outlet hole 44 from the top plate 34. A cap 30 projecting downward and connected to one end of the cap body 12 by a hinge 28;
Positioning means I is provided for positioning the rotary cover 40 at a position where the swing hole 44 of the rotary cover 40 can be fitted with the plug portion 36 of the lid 30.

In this means, a lid body 30 having a top plate 34 covering the upper surface of the rotary cover 40 is connected to one end of the cap body 12 by a hinge 28, and the top plate 34 has a swing hole 44 of the rotary cover 40. The plug portion 36 is closed down. However, since the rotary cover 40 can rotate with respect to the cap body 12 and the lid body 30, a predetermined position (the position shown in FIG. 2) where the swing hole 44 and the plug portion 36 are fitted when the lid is closed. Otherwise, the outlet hole 44 cannot be blocked by the plug portion 36. Therefore, this means proposes positioning means I for positioning the rotary cover 40 at the predetermined position.
In the illustrated example, the positioning means I is formed by a knob 50 attached to the rotary cover 40 and a notch 20 formed in the cap body 12, and as shown in FIG. The rotary cover 40 is configured to be positioned at the predetermined position in a state in which 50 is abutted. However, this structure can be changed as appropriate.

The fourth means includes any one of the first means to the third means, and a plurality of outlet holes 44 are arranged in a dotted shape in a part of the top plate 16 facing the communication hole 24, and at least A plurality of crushing projections 46 positioned between the swing holes 44 were formed.

In this means, a plurality of ejection holes 44 are arranged in a dotted shape in a part of the top plate 16 facing the communication hole 24, and at least a plurality of crushing projections 46 positioned between these ejection holes 44 are formed. Has proposed. As a result, the solidified material can be more reliably removed from the vicinity of the ejection hole 44.

According to the first aspect of the invention, the communication cover 24 is opened in the top plate 16 of the cap body 12, and the rotary cover 40 having the cover plate 41 covering the top plate 16 is rotatably attached to the cap body 12, and the cover A crushing protrusion 46 inserted slidably by rotation of the rotary cover 40 is inserted into the communication hole 24 from a place other than the center portion of the plate, and within the rotation range of the rotary cover 40, Since the communicating outlet hole 44 is opened in the cover plate 41, the crushing projection 46 moves in the communication hole 24 by rotating the rotary cover 40, thereby removing the solidified contents attached to the communication hole 24. Can be convenient.
According to the invention relating to the second means, the cover plate 41 can be rotated around the rotation axis A with respect to the top plate 16 and is located farther from the crushing projection 46 with respect to the rotation axis A. Since the knob 50 for rotating operation is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the cover plate 41, the solidified material adhering to the communication hole 24 can be efficiently crushed.
According to the invention relating to the third means, the lid body 30 having the top plate 34 covering the upper surface of the rotary cover 40 is connected to one end of the cap body 12 by the hinge 28, and the top hole 34 is connected to the outlet hole. Positioning means I is provided for positioning the rotary cover 40 at a position where the plug portion 36 that closes the plug 44 protrudes downward and can be fitted into the discharge hole 44 and the plug portion 36. Can be occluded.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, the plurality of ejection holes 44 are arranged in a dotted pattern in a part of the top plate 16 facing the communication hole 24 and at least a plurality of crushing members located between these ejection holes 44. Since the projection 46 is formed, the solidified contents can be more reliably removed from the vicinity of the swing hole 44.

1 to 11 show a dispensing container according to an embodiment of the present invention. The dispensing container is formed of the container body 2, the lid member 10, and the rotary cover 40. Each of these members can be formed of, for example, a synthetic resin.

The container body 2 has a mouth-and-neck portion 8 erected from the trunk portion 4 through the shoulder portion 6.

The lid member 10 is formed of a cap body 12 and a lid body 30 in the present embodiment. In the illustrated example, the rear portions of the cap body 12 and the lid body 30 are integrally formed via the hinge 28, but this structure can be appropriately changed.
In this specification, for convenience, in the structure of the dispensing container shown in FIG. 1, the side where the hinge 28 is located (the right side in FIG. 1) is “rear”, and the opposite side (the left side in the same figure) is “front”. The direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction is referred to as “left-right”.

The cap body 12 has a cap peripheral wall 14 fitted to the outer surface of the mouth neck portion 8, and a top plate 16 is stretched on the upper end of the cap peripheral wall 14.
In the illustrated example, the cap peripheral wall 14 has an outer diameter substantially the same as that of the body portion 4, and has a screw portion 15 for screwing the mouth neck portion 8 on the inner surface.
Further, a short frame portion 18 having a circular shape (not circular in the illustrated example) viewed from above from the peripheral portion of the top plate 16 and a shaft rod 22 serving as a rotation axis A of the rotation cover 40 described later from the center portion of the top plate 16. Are standing concentrically.
In the illustrated example, a part of the frame portion 18 in the circumferential direction (one side portion in the left-right direction in the illustrated example) is excised and, as shown in FIG. 4, a recess 14a is provided at a corresponding portion of the cap peripheral wall 14, A notch 20 is formed. This notch 20 is a recess for allowing the knob 50 to be inserted later, and on both sides of the notch 20 in the circumferential direction, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. A first contact surface 20a and a second contact surface 20b are formed.
Between the frame portion 18 and the shaft rod 22, a communication hole 24 for communicating the inside of the container body 2 with a later-described ejection hole 44 is opened in the top plate 16. The communication hole 24 is preferably a long hole having a length in the circumferential direction larger than the width of the top plate 16 in the radial direction. In the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. It is formed in an elongated oval shape. However, these structures can be changed as appropriate.

As shown in FIG. 1, the lid 30 has a lid peripheral wall 32 that is placed on the upper end surface of the cap peripheral wall 14 and connected to the rear portion of the cap peripheral wall 14 via a hinge 28. A finger hook portion 33 is attached to the front portion of the lid peripheral wall 32. Further, a portion of the lid peripheral wall 32 that faces the recess 14a of the cap peripheral wall 14 is cut into a rectangle to form an opening 38 (see FIG. 4).
A top plate 34 covering the top plate 16 is stretched on the upper surface of the lid peripheral wall 32. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of rod-shaped plug portions 36 protrude downward from the top plate 34. These plug portions 36 are formed at positions facing the communication hole 24.

The rotary cover 40 is disposed between the cap body 12 and the lid body 30 and is attached to the cap body 12 so as to be rotatable in forward and reverse directions. In the rotation cover 40 of the present embodiment, a bearing portion R is formed in the center portion of the cover plate 41 placed on the top plate 16 so as to be fitted with the rotation shaft A protruding upward from the top plate side. Of course, a rotating shaft may be formed on the cover plate 41 and a bearing portion may be formed on the top plate 16. The illustrated bearing portion R is formed with a shaft hole 42 extending upward from the lower surface of the cover plate 41, and a cover plate portion on the upper side of the shaft hole 42 is formed in an upwardly protruding portion 43. However, these structures can be changed as appropriate.
In the illustrated example, the cover plate 41 has a disc shape and is fitted into the frame portion 18 so as to be rotatable in the forward and reverse directions. A flange 48 protrudes from the upper part of the outer peripheral surface of the cover plate 41 and is in contact with the upper part of the frame 18.
The cover plate 41 is provided with a swing hole 44 that is smaller than the communication hole 24 and overlaps a part of the communication hole 24. The aforementioned plug portion 36 is fitted in the outlet hole 44. In the illustrated example, in order to facilitate attachment / detachment of the plug portion 36 to / from the dispensing hole 44, the sectional shape of the dispensing hole 44 is a tapered shape having a large diameter at the upper end as shown in FIG. can do.
Further, a crushing projection 46 is suspended from the cover plate portion in the vicinity of the swing hole 44 so as to enter the communication hole 24. The shape of the crushing protrusion 46 is a slightly thick pin shape as shown in FIG. 10 in the illustrated example, but the shape can be changed as appropriate, and for example, it may be a plate-like protrusion.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of ejection holes 44 and the crushing projections 46 are mixed with each other and formed in a part of the cover plate 41 as shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 2, a part of the cover plate 41 is a part that overlaps a part of the communication hole 24 that is long in the circumferential direction in the longitudinal direction. The group of arranged ejection holes 44 and crushing projections 46 are formed so as to move in the direction in which the communication holes 24 extend between the position shown in FIG. 2 and the position shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the plurality of ejection holes 44 are arranged in a dotted pattern on a part of the cover plate 41, and at least a part of the crushing projections 46 are disposed between the ejection holes 44. It is preferable to design as follows.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a knob 50 is attached to a part of the outer peripheral portion of the rotating cover 40 (side portions in the left-right direction in the illustrated example). The knob 50 in the illustrated example is an arcuate wall as viewed from above as shown in FIG. 2, and extends in the vertical direction with respect to the cover plate 41 as shown in FIGS. The lower half of the knob 50 is disposed in the notch 20, and the upper half of the knob 50 is disposed in the opening 38. The finger contact surface 52 formed on the outer surface of the knob 50 is externally provided. It can be operated with a finger. The illustrated finger contact surface 52 is formed with a plurality of anti-slip vertical grooves 54 as shown in FIG.
The knob 50 can be moved in the circumferential direction within the notch 20 with the lid 30 open. The movable range of the knob 50 is restricted between the first contact surface 20a and the second contact surface 20b of the notch 20 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
In the illustrated example, the knob 50, the notch 20 and the opening 38 are provided only on one side in the left-right direction of the dispensing container. However, if these are provided on both sides in the left-right direction, a right-handed user and It is convenient and suitable for both users of left-handed devices.

The knob 50 and the notch 20 constitute positioning means I for the rotary cover 40. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, in the state where the knob 50 is in contact with the first contact surface 20 a of the notch 20, the rotation cover 40 is fitted with the outlet hole 44 and the plug portion 36 of the lid 30. Is in a possible position. Accordingly, when the lid 30 is opened from the state of FIG. 1 and the knob 50 is moved to the second contact surface 20b side of the notch 20, the plug 36 and the plug 36 are rotated even if the lid 30 is rotated in the closing direction. It does not fit into the outlet hole 44. When the knob 50 is returned to the position where it comes into contact with the first contact surface 20a again, the stopper 36 can be fitted into the swing hole 44 when the lid 30 is closed again.
The positional relationship of the knob 50 with respect to the swing hole 44 and the crushing protrusion 46 is as follows.
(A) In the state where the knob 50 is in contact with the first contact surface 20 a of the notch 20 as shown in FIG. 2, the group of the ejection holes 44 and the crushing projections 46 are the oval communication holes 24. Located at one end,
(B) When the knob 50 is operated to come into contact with the second contact surface 20b of the notch 20, as shown in FIG. 3, the outlet hole 44 and the crushing projection 46 are connected in an oval shape. Move to the other end of the hole 24;
It is good to set so that

In the above-described configuration, from the state of FIG. 1, the lid 30 is rotated around the hinge 28 to open the lid, and then the knob 50 is operated so that the second contact surface 20 b of the notch 20 is brought into contact. When it is moved until it comes into contact and then moved again until it comes into contact with the first contact surface 20 a, the crushing projection 46 moves over the entire length of the oval communication hole 24, thereby entering the communication hole 24. The solid matter of the attached contents is crushed and dropped into the container body 2 from the communication hole 24. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the contents can be easily taken out by inclining the container body 2 and swinging the container body 2 through the communication hole 24 and the swing hole 44.
Since the knob 50 is returned to the state where it is in contact with the first contact surface 20a of the notch 20, the rotary cover 40 is in a position where the swing hole 44 and the plug 36 can be fitted. When the lid 30 is closed in this state, the outlet hole 44 can be reliably closed with the plug portion 36.
When the plug portion 36 is fitted into the swing hole 44, the contents attached to the swing hole 44 are pushed downward from the swing hole 44. Although the extruded content falls into the container body 2, if the content contains moisture, a part of the content may remain on the lower surface of the cover plate 41 around the take-out 44 and solidify. Such a solidified product is crushed by the crushing projection 46 and scraped into the container body 2 by operating the knob 50 during the previous swinging operation. As described above, the combination of the action of the plug portion 36 and the crushing projection 46 secures a passage for the contents from the outlet hole 44 to the communication hole 24 as a whole, and enables suitable outlets.
