The present invention relates to a refrigerator, particularly a small refrigerator installed in a room such as a hotel or a hospital.

Small refrigerators for hotels and hospitals have a much smaller storage space than refrigerators for general households. A small storage space is required to store stored items more efficiently.

In a small refrigerator, a storage space may be effectively used by attaching a flat shelf over the entire length in the left-right direction at an appropriate position in the vertical direction in the storage chamber. However, when storing, for example, a 2L plastic bottle having a high height as a stored item, it is difficult to store the stored product in a state where the shelf is standing in the way. If the shelf is removed, it is possible to store the stored item in a state where it is tall, but the storage space cannot be used effectively because there is no shelf.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to effectively use a storage space while allowing a stored item with a high height to be stored.

The refrigerator of the embodiment of the present invention is provided in a storage room provided in the refrigerator main body, a shelf member provided detachably in a part of the length in the left-right direction of the storage room, and an inner wall of the storage room, A support portion that supports the shelf member, and the shelf member includes a first portion and a second portion that are bent to each other via a bent portion, and the shelf member includes the first portion. With one end of either the portion or the second portion being supported by the support, a stored item can be placed on one of the portions, and the other end of the second portion is the storage chamber. The first posture that can contact the bottom surface, the placement surface on which the stored item can be placed, and the other of the first posture in the first posture respectively contact the inner wall of the storage chamber. It is installed in the storage chamber in any one of the second postures in contact with each other.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the “left-right direction” in the refrigerator 1 is the left-right direction when the refrigerator 1 is viewed from the front as shown in FIG. 1, and the “front-rear direction” is the front side and the rear side of the refrigerator 1. It is the front-back direction with the side (back side) as the back.

The refrigerator 1 is a small refrigerator installed in a room such as a hotel or a hospital. 2-4 has shown the internal structure which abbreviate | omitted the door 3 provided in the front surface of the refrigerator 1 of FIG. The refrigerator 1 includes a refrigerator body 5, and a storage chamber 7 is formed inside the refrigerator body 5. The refrigerator main body 5 is a heat insulating structure having an outer box made of an outer plate and an inner box made of an inner plate, and a heat insulating material disposed between the outer box and the inner box. The door 3 is also a heat insulating structure.

As shown in FIG. 5, the door 3 is plate-shaped as a whole, and the inner surface 3a on the side of the storage chamber 7 is provided with a thin plate-shaped pocket 4 as a stored item storage space for storing a stored item having a small thickness. ing. The pocket 4 is formed by a pocket member 6 as a thin plate-like space forming member. The pocket member 6 has a lower end and left and right side edges fixed to the protrusion 3b of the inner surface 3a, and the pocket 4 has an opening 4a at the upper end. The opening 4 a is located at the substantially vertical center of the storage chamber 7, but may be above or below the vertical center of the storage chamber 7. From the opening 4a, a thin snack such as a bag of snacks or a medicine or a poultice is stored in a hospital. The pocket member 6 (pocket 4) may be provided over substantially the entire region in the left-right direction of the door 3, or may be provided in part. A plurality of pocket members 6 (pockets 4) may be provided in the left-right direction or the up-down direction.

In the storage room 7, an opening 7 a is formed on the front side of the refrigerator 1, and the opening 7 a is opened and closed by the door 3. The door 3 opens and closes to the left and right, for example, via a hinge (not shown) at the right end in FIG. The refrigerator main body 5 includes an upper wall 5a, a lower wall 5b, a left side wall 5c, a right side wall 5d, and a rear wall 5e, and a storage chamber 7 is formed on the inner side surrounded by these walls. .

A cooler 11 is provided above the storage chamber 7 via a partition wall 9. As shown in FIG. 5, the partition wall 9 is inclined downward from the front to the rear, and after receiving dew condensation water flowing down from the cooler 11 side, the storage chamber 7 is connected via the tray 13 and the pipe 15. To the outside. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cooler 11 is supported on the inner surfaces of the upper wall 5a and the right wall 5d.

As shown in FIG. 5, the cooler 11 includes a rear cool air discharge port 11a and a front cool air discharge port 11b on the rear and front sides, respectively. The rear cool air discharge port 11a is located in the vicinity of the rear wall 5e. The cold air discharged from the rear cold air discharge port 11a flows toward the lower side of the storage chamber 7 along the inner surface of the rear wall 5e as indicated by an arrow P.

The front cold air discharge port 11 b is located near the door 3 on the door 3 side of the storage chamber 7. As indicated by an arrow Q, the cool air discharged from the front cool air discharge port 11b flows downward along the inner surface 3a of the door 3, and a part thereof flows into the pocket 4 from the opening 4a, and the other is stored. It flows into the chamber 7. Therefore, the inner surface 3a of the door 3 includes a cold air flow path surface through which the cold air discharged from the front cold air discharge port 11b flows.

Thus, the refrigerator 1 is a direct cooling type (natural convection type) in which the cold air from the cooler 11 is circulated by natural convection. In addition, the inner surface 3a shall include the surface at the side of the storage chamber 7 of the pocket member 6 mentioned later. The pocket member 6 is made of a material having a higher thermal conductivity than a resin inner box which is a member forming the inner wall surface of the storage chamber 7, for example, a metal such as aluminum. For this reason, the pocket member 6 functions as a cooling plate.

Here, the space below the partition wall 9 is the storage chamber 7. As shown in FIG. 5, the refrigerator body 5 is formed with a bulging portion 17 that bulges toward the front (left side in FIG. 5) at the lower portion of the rear wall 5e. The bulging portion 17 includes a vertical wall 17a that rises from the rear end of the lower wall 5b, and a horizontal horizontal wall 17b that bends backward from the upper end of the vertical wall 17a.

The storage chamber 7 includes a rear storage chamber 7 </ b> R formed above the bulging portion 17, and a front storage chamber 7 </ b> F formed in front of the rear storage chamber 7 </ b> R and the bulging portion 17. The front storage chamber F has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape formed between the inner surface 3a of the door 3 in a closed state as shown in FIG. 5 and the front surfaces of the bulging portion 17 and the rear storage chamber 7R.

A region outside the lower rear portion of the refrigerator body 5 surrounded by the vertical wall 17a and the horizontal wall 17b constitutes a machine room 19, and a compressor 21 is arranged in the machine room 19. The compressor 21 is fixed on a bottom plate 23 that covers the lower surface of the lower wall 5b and the machine room 19 from below. The refrigerant compressed by the compressor 21 is sent to the cooler 11 described above through a condenser (not shown) provided in the machine chamber 19. The compressor 21, the condenser, the cooler 11, and the like are connected by a refrigerant pipe (not shown).

A protrusion 25 that protrudes forward is formed at the center in the left-right direction of the rear wall 5e above the lateral wall 17b. A pipe 15 shown in FIG. 5 is arranged in the space on the back side of the protruding portion 25. As shown in FIG. 2, an inclined surface portion 27 is formed at the corner portion of the boundary portion between the vertical wall 17a and the horizontal wall 17b on the right side from the center in the left-right direction. A plurality of (three in this case) inclined surface portions 27 are provided between the vicinity of the right edge of the protrusion 25 and the right side wall 5d.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an upper rib 29 extending in the front-rear direction is formed on the inner surface of the right side wall 5d on the storage chamber 7 side. The upper rib 29 is formed on the upper surface of the lateral wall 17b from the rear wall 5e to the vicinity of the opening 7a. A lower rib 31 is formed below the upper rib 29 as a support portion extending in the front-rear direction. The lower rib 31 is formed from the vertical wall 17 a to the vicinity of the opening 7 a, and a gap 33 is formed between the lower rib 31 and the upper rib 29.

A shelf member 35 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is applied to the refrigerator 1. 2 to 4 show a non-use state in which the shelf member 35 is not used as a shelf. On the other hand, FIGS. 8-10 shows the use condition which uses the shelf member 35 as a shelf.

The shelf member 35 includes a shelf portion 37 on which stored items are placed, and two leg portions 39 and 41 that hold the shelf portion 37 horizontally in use. The shelf portion 37 and the leg portions 39 and 41 constitute a first portion and a second portion that are bent at an angle of 90 degrees via the bent portion. As shown in FIG. 9, the shelf portion 37 includes a plate-like shelf surface 37 a that is a horizontal surface in use, and flanges 37 b, 37 c, and 37 d that are bent toward the leg portions 39 and 41 on the periphery of the shelf surface 37 a. , 37e are formed. The boundary portion between the shelf surface 37a and the flanges 37b, 37c, 37d, and 37e has a curved surface shape such that the front side (the right side in FIG. 6 and the upper side in FIG. 7) of the shelf surface 37a is convex.

The leg portions 39, 41 extend in a direction away from the shelf surface 37a so as to be continuous from the boundary portion between the flanges 37c, 37d and the flange 37e, and the lower side in FIG. 6 (the left side in FIG. 7) is It has a curved shape that is convex. One leg 39 is formed so as to continue from the flanges 37c and 37e, and the other leg 41 is formed so as to continue from the flanges 37d and 37e. Triangular reinforcing portions 43 and 45 are formed between the flange 37 c and the leg portion 39 and between the flange 37 d and the leg portion 41.

(D>B)。   Here, the length B of the shelf surface 37a is shorter than the length C of the leg portions 39 and 41 (B <C). The length B of the shelf surface 37a is the vertical distance between the bottom surface 7b of the storage chamber 7 and the top surface of the horizontal wall 17b (the vertical length of the vertical wall 17a), as shown in the non-use state of FIG. The shelf surface 37 a is located below the lower rib 31. In this case, the distance D between the bottom surface 7b and the lower rib 31 is larger than the length B of the shelf surface 37a (D> B).

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the shelf member 35 is disposed between the lower rib 31 and the bottom surface 7b in a state where the shelf surface 37a is substantially in contact with the inner surface of the right side wall 5d. It can be in a non-use state. At this time, the leg portions 39 and 41 are placed on the bottom surface 7b.

On the other hand, the length C of the leg portions 39 and 41 is larger than the distance D between the bottom surface 7b and the lower rib 31 (C> D). For this reason, the leg portions 39 and 41 cannot be disposed between the bottom surface 7 b and the lower rib 31. Therefore, when the shelf member 35 is not used in the storage chamber 7, it is possible to suppress misplacement such that the leg portions 39 and 41 are substantially in contact with the inner surface of the right side wall 5d. As shown in FIG. 4, the width E of the shelf member 35 is smaller than the interval F between the vertical wall 17a and the front edge of the bottom surface 7b.

FIGS. 11-13 shows the state which stored the stored article in the storage chamber 7, when the shelf member 35 is made into an unused state like FIGS. For example, nine cans 47 containing 350 mL can be stored in the rear storage chamber 7R above the horizontal wall 17b. On the other hand, in the front storage chamber 7F above the bottom surface 7b, for example, one 1L plastic bottle 49 from the left side in FIG. 11 and one 1L paper pack 51 and two 500mL plastic bottles 53 are provided. , Each can be stored. At this time, as shown in FIG. 13, the entire two PET bottles 53 and the right end of the paper pack 51 are positioned between the leg portions 39 and 41 of the shelf member 35.

As shown in FIGS. 8-10, the shelf member 35 makes the shelf surface 37a a horizontal state in use condition. At this time, the upper surface of the shelf surface 37a is substantially flush with the upper surface of the lateral wall 17b. Therefore, the length C of the leg portions 39 and 41 is substantially equal to the distance between the bottom surface 7b and the top surface of the lateral wall 17b. The shelf member 35 in use is inserted into the gap 33 between the upper rib 29 and the lower rib 31 at the end portion having the flange 37b located on the side opposite to the leg portions 39 and 41. At this time, the lower ends of the leg portions 39 and 41 abut against the bottom surface 7b. Thereby, the shelf member 35 can ensure the use state in which the shelf surface 37a becomes a horizontal surface.

In the used state, the shelf member 35 has a shelf surface 37a positioned in front of the three inclined surface portions 27 and substantially abuts on the vicinity of the upper end of the front surface of the projection 55 formed between the plurality of inclined surface portions 27. The front surface of the protrusion 55 is flush with the front surface of the vertical wall 17a. For this reason, a gap is formed between the shelf surface 37 a and the inclined surface portion 27. The gap communicates the space above the lateral wall 17b (rear storage chamber 7R) and the space below the shelf surface 37a (front storage chamber 7F).

Thereby, the cool air discharged from the rear cool air discharge port 11a of the cooler 11 flows into the space below the shelf surface 37a through the gap. Between the space below the shelf surface 37 a and the space on the left side of the shelf member 35, cold air is circulated through the legs 39 and 41.

FIGS. 14-16 shows the state which stored the stored article in the storage chamber 7, when the shelf member 35 is made into a use state like FIGS. 8-10. Four cans 47 containing 350 mL, for example, can be accommodated in almost half of the left side of the rear storage chamber 7R above the horizontal wall 17b in the left-right direction center. For example, boxed souvenirs 57 can be stored in the left half of the rear storage chamber 7R above the horizontal wall 17b and the front storage chamber 7F on the shelf surface 37a of the shelf member 35.

In the front storage chamber 7F on the bottom surface 7b, for example, one 2L-containing PET bottle 49, one 500mL-containing PET bottle 53, and two 500mL-containing cans 59 can be stored from the left side in FIG. . Two 500 mL cans 59 are stored in a space below the shelf surface 37a.

As shown in FIG. 5, the distance G in the front-rear direction between the rear wall 5e above the horizontal wall 17b and the opening 7a is, for example, 270 mm, and the distance H in the front-rear direction between the vertical wall 17a and the opening 7a. Is, for example, 120 mm. Therefore, the interval H is about 45% of the interval G.

As shown in FIG. 5, the height J from the bottom surface 7b to the upper surface of the lateral wall 17b is, for example, 190 mm, and the height K from the upper surface of the lateral wall 17b to the partition wall 9 at the substantially central position in the front-rear direction is 140 mm, for example. It is. Therefore, the height J + K of the front storage chamber 7F from the bottom surface 7b at the substantially center position in the front-rear direction of the interval H to the partition wall 9 is 190 mm + 140 mm = 330 mm, and the 2L-entered PET bottle 49 can be accommodated. In this case, the height J + K is about 1.2 times the interval G.

Here, the front storage chamber 7F has an interval H in which at least 1 L of paper packs 51 (width of about 70 mm) can be stored, and it is desirable that H = 70 to 130 mm. The front storage chamber 7F only needs to have a height J + K = 240 mm or more that can accommodate at least a 1 L paper pack 51.

(G≧2H)。   The rear storage chamber 7 </ b> R only needs to be high enough to accommodate a 350 mL can 47 (height of about 120 mm). It is desirable to secure the depth in the front-rear direction of the rear storage chamber 7R to be equal to or greater than the interval H in consideration of the capacity of souvenirs 57 when using the shelves and six-can packs of cans 47 containing 350 mL (G ≧ 2H).

The refrigerator 1 includes a thin plate-like pocket member 6 on the door 3. The thin plate-like pocket member 6 does not protrude greatly into the storage chamber 7, and the space of the front storage chamber 7 </ b> F excluding the pocket 4 can be suppressed from being narrowed by the pocket 4. If the storage chamber 7 has a large pocket that protrudes greatly, when trying to store, for example, a 2L plastic bottle 49 in the front storage chamber 7F, the pocket interferes with the plastic bottle 49 when the door is closed. Resulting in. In order to avoid such a situation, it is necessary to make the space | interval H larger than what is shown in FIG. 5, and the depth dimension of a refrigerator will become large.

On the other hand, since the refrigerator 1 of this embodiment is provided with the thin plate-shaped small pockets 4 in the door 3, the interval H is increased when storing, for example, a 2L plastic bottle 49 in the front storage chamber 7F. Smaller than a refrigerator with a pocket. As a result, the refrigerator 1 can reduce the depth dimension L and can be thinned.

Rooms such as hotels and hospitals are limited in space, and in particular, as the bed space in a hotel increases, the depth of other furniture, such as desks, tends to decrease. Under such circumstances, when the refrigerator 1 is installed under the desk, it is required to be thinner. Since the refrigerator 1 of this embodiment can be made thinner, it can cope with the above-described situation.

Next, the effect of this embodiment is demonstrated.

The present embodiment includes a storage chamber 7 provided in the refrigerator body 5, a shelf member 35 detachably provided in a part of the length in the left-right direction of the storage chamber 7, a shelf member provided on the inner wall of the storage chamber 7, The shelf member 35 includes a shelf portion 37 and legs 39 and 41 that are bent with respect to each other via a bent portion. The shelf member 35 is capable of placing stored items on the shelf surface 37 a in a state where the end portion of the shelf portion 37 is supported by the lower rib 31, and the end portions of the leg portions 39 and 41 on the bottom surface 7 b of the storage chamber 7. Both the first posture capable of abutting and the side surfaces of the shelf surface 37a and the leg portions 39, 41, which are the placement surfaces on which the stored items in the first posture can be placed, are respectively attached to the inner wall of the storage chamber 7. It is installed in the storage chamber 7 in any one of the second postures in contact with each other.

In the first posture, the shelf member 35 is provided with a shelf surface 37a on a part of the length in the left-right direction of the storage chamber 7 (a substantially half region on the right side in FIG. 8) so that stored items can be placed thereon. For this reason, using a region where the shelf member 35 is not installed (a region on the left side in FIG. 8), as shown in FIGS. Can be stored with each standing upright. At this time, by using the shelf member 35 as a shelf, a plurality of stored items such as a souvenir 57 and a 500 mL can 59 can be efficiently stored.

Thus, this embodiment can use a storage space effectively, enabling it to store in the state which stood up the store thing with high height. In the second posture, the shelf surface 37a abuts against the inner wall surface of the right side wall 5d, and the leg portions 39 and 41 abut on the bottom surface 7b over the entire length thereof. For this reason, as shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, it is possible to store a particularly large amount of stored items without being greatly affected by the shelf member 35.

This embodiment is formed in the lower rear part of the refrigerator main body 5 outside the storage chamber 7, and has a machine room 19 in which the compressor 21 is accommodated, and a refrigerator that bulges in front of the storage chamber 7 corresponding to the machine room 19. A bulging portion 17 of the main body 5. The shelf member 35 is installed in front of the bulging portion 17, and in the first posture, the upper surface of the shelf surface 37 a is positioned on the extension of the upper surface of the lateral wall 17 b of the bulging portion 17. In this case, a flat box-shaped souvenir 57 can be accommodated across the upper surface of the lateral wall 17b of the bulging portion 17 and the upper surface of the shelf surface 37a as shown in FIGS.

In the present embodiment, the shelf member 35 in the first posture is in contact with the front surface of the vertical wall 17a of the bulging portion 17, and the bulging portion 17 side edge of the ledge 37 and the bulging portion A gap serving as a cold air flow path is formed between the first and second air gaps. In this case, the cool air discharged from the rear cool air discharge port 11a of the cooler 11 flows into the rear storage chamber 7R and then flows into the space below the shelf portion 37 through the gap. Thereby, stored items, such as the can 59 accommodated in the space under the shelf 37, can be efficiently cooled.

The above-described gap is formed by the inclined surface portion 27 formed at the corner portion of the boundary portion between the front surface of the vertical wall 17a and the upper surface of the horizontal wall 17b in the bulging portion 17. Since the inclined surface part 27 should just be provided only in the site | part corresponding to the shelf part 37 of the bulging part 17, the fall of the designability in the store room 7 by providing the inclined surface part 27 can be suppressed. Since the inclined surface portion 27 only needs to be inclined so as to be chamfered with respect to the corner portion, it can be easily formed when the inner box of the refrigerator main body 5 forming the storage chamber 7 is formed.

The leg portions 39 and 41 of the present embodiment have a gap between them. For this reason, the cool air can flow through the gap between the leg portions 39 and 41 between the space below the shelf portion 37 in the first posture and the space on the left side of the shelf member 35. Thereby, stored items, such as the can 59 accommodated in the space under the shelf 37, can be efficiently cooled.

As for the shelf member 35 of this embodiment, the through-hole may be formed in the shelf surface 37a. In this case, the cold air flowing into the rear storage chamber 7R from the rear cold air discharge port 11a flows into the space below the shelf surface 37a through the through hole formed in the shelf surface 37a. Thereby, stored things, such as the can 59 accommodated in the space under the shelf surface 37a, can be cooled efficiently.

The shelf member 35 of the present embodiment is configured by a member having a higher thermal conductivity than the inner box that forms the inner wall surface of the storage chamber 7. For this reason, the shelf member 35 functions as a cooling plate, and can efficiently cool the stored items placed on the shelf surface 37a and the stored items stored below the shelf surface 37a.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, these embodiment is only the illustration described in order to make an understanding of this invention easy, and this invention is not limited to the said embodiment. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific technical matters disclosed in the above embodiment, but includes various modifications, changes, alternative techniques, and the like that can be easily derived therefrom.

For example, the types and layouts of stored items stored in the storage chamber 7 are not limited to FIGS. 11 to 13 and FIGS. 14 to 16. The dimensions such as the intervals G and H and the height J + K shown in FIG. 5 are not limited to the above-described numerical values.

The shelf member 35 may be disposed on the left side with respect to the center in the left-right direction in FIGS. 2 and 8 in both the use state and the non-use state. At this time, the upper rib 29, the lower rib 31 and the inclined surface portion 27 are formed on the left side with respect to the center in the left-right direction in FIGS.

The shelf member 35 is good also as a structure which equips the leg parts 39 and 41 and equips them with the same plane part as the shelf surface 37a. In this case, a through hole serving as a cold air passage may be provided in the flat portion. That is, the shelf member 35 has a through hole formed in at least one of the first portion and the second portion.

You may make it the said plane part which integrated the leg parts 39 and 41 used as a shelf surface similarly to the shelf surface 37a. That is, the shelf member 35 is capable of placing stored items on either one of the first part and the second part with the lower rib 31 being supported by either one of the ends. The other end has a first posture capable of coming into contact with the bottom surface 7 b of the storage chamber 7. In this case, the vertical position of the upper rib 29 and the lower rib 31, the length C of the flat surface portion integrating the leg portions 39 and 41, and the length B of the shelf surface 37 a are appropriately changed.
