Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture in which a power source unit and a light emitting unit are provided in a fixture body, and the power source unit and the light emitting unit are respectively covered with a power source region cover and a translucent cover.

Among lighting fixtures, a metal fixture body is attached to the ceiling, and a power supply circuit board is provided as a power source on the back side (ie, ceiling side) of the fixture body, and the surface side (ie, floor side) of the fixture body. There is known one in which an LED circuit board is provided as a light emitting part (Patent Document 1). The LED chip of the LED circuit board is covered with a translucent cover.

By the way, the infrared control is usually adopted for the remote control for controlling the lighting from the outside of the lighting fixture. Therefore, in order for the remote control signal to reach the receiver mounted on the back side of the metal instrument body, it is necessary to form an opening in the instrument body and close the opening with a separate member that transmits infrared light. there were.

However, since the receiving unit is located at a position deeper from the opening and the size of the opening itself must be limited, it may be difficult to ensure the sensitivity of the remote control.

In order to solve this problem, it is conceivable to increase the output of the remote control, increase the number of grains, or increase the battery capacity, but these measures lead to an increase in cost. Although it is conceivable to mount the receiving unit on the LED circuit board side, the receiving unit may be an obstacle to uniform light emission by the light emitting unit, and wiring may be complicated.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting apparatus capable of enhancing the sensitivity of remote control.

The lighting apparatus of the present invention includes a power supply unit and a light emitting unit provided on the same circuit board, and a power supply region cover that covers the power supply unit, and the power supply unit is provided with a receiving unit for remote control. The power supply area cover is transparent at a place where the receiving part is provided and non-transparent at places other than the place where the receiving part is provided, and the power supply part and the light emitting part are constructed materials in the instrument body. The power supply area cover is covered with milky white gloves.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the lighting fixture which can raise the sensitivity of remote control can be provided.

In the state where the instrument main body 14 is attached to the ceiling 11, no wobbling or the like occurs due to the cushion 13 (see also FIGS. 2 and 3) interposed between the ceiling 11 and the instrument main body 14.

Furthermore, the lighting fixture 10 includes a cover member 20 that covers the power source region 17 and the light emitting region 18 of the circuit board 16 and a globe 25 that is attached to the fixture main body 14.

The glove 25 is a milky white light projecting member, and is detachably attached to the glove attachment member 26 of the instrument body 14 from below with engagement protrusions 25A (three of the six are used). In this state, the instrument body 14, the circuit board 16, the power supply area cover 19 and the translucent cover 23 are covered with the globe 25.

The instrument main body 14 is formed in a disc shape in plan view, and an instrument attachment portion 14A is formed at the center. The fixture body 14 has an annular contact surface 21 that bulges toward the circuit board 16 around the fixture mounting portion 14A in which the lighting fixture-side mounting member 15 provided in the center is accommodated.

In addition, although 1st Embodiment demonstrates the example which attaches the disk-shaped instrument main body 14 directly to the ceiling 11 as a construction material in planar view, it does not limit to this but square-shaped instrument main body in planar view It is applicable when using. Further, the present invention can be applied to the case where the engaging member is engaged with the ceiling side mounting member 12 and the instrument main body 14 is suspended by the electric wire via the engaging member. Moreover, it is applicable also when hanging the instrument main body 14 from the ceiling 11 using a chain, a wire, etc.

The ceiling side mounting member 12 is connected to an electric wire on the back side of the ceiling 11. The lighting fixture side attachment member 15 has a connector-attached wiring (not shown) drawn out below the fixture body 14.

Accordingly, by connecting the lighting fixture side mounting member 15 to the ceiling side mounting member 12, and connecting the wiring connector of the lighting fixture side mounting member 15 to the connector 28 (see FIG. 2) provided on the circuit board 16, On the back side of the ceiling 11, the electric wire and the circuit board 16 are electrically connected.

In addition, the ceiling side attachment member 12 and the lighting fixture side attachment member 15 are abbreviate | omitted in FIG. 2, FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the circuit board 16 has a hollow portion 29 corresponding to the central portion of the instrument body 14 and is formed in a substantially donut shape. The circuit board 16 has a back surface 16A on the side of the instrument body 14 and a surface 16B on the side opposite to the instrument body 14.

A power source region 17 and a light emitting region 18 are provided on the surface 16B. A light emitting region back surface 16C corresponding to the light emitting region 18 is formed on the back surface 16A.

On the surface 16B of the circuit board 16, a power source region 17 is provided on the instrument mounting portion 14A side of the instrument main body 14, and a light emitting region 18 is provided in a region far from the instrument mounting portion 14A of the instrument main body 14 (outside the power source region 17). Is provided.

By providing the power source region 17 and the light emitting region 18 on the same circuit board 16, the number of parts can be reduced. Furthermore, since the power source region 17 and the light emitting region 18 can be connected by a circuit pattern, it is not necessary to connect the power source region 17 and the light emitting region 18 with a harness, and the number of parts can be reduced.

The power source region 17 is formed on the device mounting portion 14A side, and the light emitting region 18 is formed away from the device mounting portion 14A of the device main body 14, so that the power source region 17 and the light emitting region 18 do not overlap each other in the vertical direction. Is arranged.

A large number of electronic components 34 as the power supply unit 33 are mounted in the power supply region 17. The electronic component 34 includes a connector 28 and a remote control receiving element (receiving unit, not shown).

By mounting each electronic component 34 on the power supply region 17, the lead protrusion 35 of each electronic component 34 protrudes toward the back surface 16 </ b> A side of the circuit board 16.

In addition, a large number of LED chips 37 serving as the light emitting unit 36 are mounted in the light emitting region 18. A power supply unit 33 is connected to each LED chip 37 with a circuit pattern 38, and each LED chip 37 emits light by power supplied from the power supply unit 33.

In addition, the contact surface 21 of the instrument main body 14 is in contact with the light emitting region back surface 16 </ b> C of the back surface 16 </ b> A of the circuit board 16. Therefore, the contact surface 21 is in contact with a portion corresponding to the circuit pattern of the light emitting unit 36 connecting the LED chips 37 in the light emitting region back surface 16C.

Thereby, the heat of the circuit board 16 can be efficiently radiated to the contact surface 21.

The power supply region 17 and the light emitting region 18 of the circuit board 16 are covered with a resin cover member 20. The cover member 20 includes a power supply area cover 19 that covers the power supply area 17 of the circuit board 16 and a translucent cover 23 that covers the light emitting area 18 of the circuit board 16.

That is, the power supply area cover 19 and the translucent cover 23 are integrally formed.

The translucent cover 23 includes an outer flange portion 51 and an inner flange portion 52 that are in contact with the surface 16 </ b> B of the circuit board 16, and a dome portion 53 that is supported by the outer flange portion 51 and the inner flange portion 52.

The dome portion 53 is supported by the outer collar portion 51 and the inner collar portion 52 and is formed in a dome shape so as to cover each LED chip 37 in a non-contact manner.

The outer flange portion 51 and the inner flange portion 52 are in contact with the surface 16 </ b> B of the circuit board 16.

The power supply area cover 19 has an inclined surface 44 that protrudes downward from the inner flange portion 52 of the translucent cover 23 to form a side wall, and a cover bottom portion 45 that closes the lower end portion of the inclined surface 44. Have

A collar 47 is disposed between the cover bottom 45 and the instrument body 14. The collar 47 is disposed outside the instrument mounting portion 14A and is formed in a cylindrical shape.

Here, the translucent cover 23 and the power supply area cover 19, that is, the cover member 20, are made of a resin material and are transparent, satin, and milky white. Furthermore, when the cover member 20 is formed in a satin or milky white color other than transparent, a portion corresponding to the receiving element is made transparent.

As described above, the power supply region 17 and the light emitting region 18 are provided on the surface 16B of the circuit board 16, and the power supply region 17 is provided with a receiving element (receiver) for remote control. Further, the power supply unit 33 and the light emitting unit 36 are covered with a resin cover member 20. Furthermore, when the cover member 20 is formed transparent, satin, and milky white, and a satin and milky white are formed, a portion corresponding to the receiving element (receiving unit) is made transparent.

As a result, the remote control signal can easily reach the receiving element (receiving unit), and the sensitivity of the remote control can be increased.

In addition, the number of parts and the assembly process can be reduced by integrally forming the translucent cover 23 and the power source area cover 19 on the cover member 20. Thereby, the cost of the lighting fixture 10 can be suppressed, and also productivity can be improved.

As described above, the lighting fixture 10 of the first embodiment includes the fixture main body 14 supported by the ceiling 11 that is a construction material.
