上述した箱状体の一例として、車両用のABS(Antilock Brake System)ユニットが挙げられる。 As an example of the box-shaped body described above, there is an ABS (Antilock Break System) unit for a vehicle. This unit contains a solenoid coil (device) that operates a circuit board for system control and a valve that opens and closes a hydraulic circuit including a brake device, etc. in a resin case (box-like body). The inside of the resin case tends to become hot due to heat. Such operating heat is preferably radiated from the inside of the resin case to the outside. However, in the conventional box-shaped body described above, the entire interior of the box-shaped body is covered with the resin material, and improvement is desired in terms of heat dissipation.

This invention is made | formed in view of the situation mentioned above, The objective is to provide the cover excellent in the heat dissipation of the heat | fever inside a resin case, and a box-shaped body provided with such a cover. is there.

In order to achieve the object described above, the cover of the resin case according to the present invention is characterized by the following (1) to (3).
(1)
A cover for closing the opening of the case having an opening formed of resin,
A resin member having a frame portion having a frame shape corresponding to the opening;
A metal member integrally formed with the resin member so as to close the hollow portion defined by the frame portion;
A water stop portion for sealing a contact portion between the resin member and the metal member,
The metal member is
An upper edge located above when using the cover, a lower edge located below, and a side edge connecting the upper edge and the lower edge up and down,
The resin member is
At the contact point corresponding to the upper edge, the metal member is sandwiched by a pair of upper wall portions of the resin member,
A pair of lower wall portions of the resin member at the contact portion corresponding to the lower edge portion, the inner portion of the lower wall portion being exposed to the outside when the cover is attached to the case. The metal member is sandwiched between a pair of lower wall portions whose height in the vertical direction is larger on the lower wall portion on the side located at
In the contact location corresponding to the side edge portion, the contact location can be sealed by the water stop portion.
It must be a resin case cover.
(2)
In the cover described in (1) above,
The water stop portion is
Provided at a location where the cover is not exposed to the outside when attached to the case;
It must be a resin case cover.
(3)
In the cover according to (1) or (2) above,
The water stop portion is
It is made of a material that can be potted to the contact point,
It must be a resin case cover.

According to the cover of the resin case having the above configuration (1), for example, the resin-made opening of the case and the resin member (frame-like portion) of the cover can be joined together by welding as usual. Moreover, since the hollow part of the resin member (frame-shaped part) is closed with the metal member, the heat dissipation of the heat inside the case is excellent as compared with the case where the hollow part is closed with the resin member. Furthermore, since it has a water stop part, it can suppress that a water etc. penetrate | invade in a case through the clearance gap between the resin material and metal member which comprise a cover.

Furthermore, water is stopped using the upper and lower walls of the resin member at the contact points corresponding to the upper and lower edges of the metal member, and is stopped at the contact points corresponding to the side edge of the metal member. By stopping the water using the water part, the amount of the water stop part used can be reduced and the cost can be reduced compared to the case where the water stop part is also used for the upper edge and the lower edge. Here, at the contact point corresponding to the upper edge of the metal member, if the upper wall on the side exposed to the outside at the time of use is made sufficiently long, water can enter through the contact point without using a water stop. Can be suppressed. In addition, if the lower wall portion on the side located inside is longer than the lower wall portion on the side exposed to the outside at the time of use at the contact location corresponding to the lower edge portion of the metal member, the water stop portion is not used. However, the invasion of water through the contact point can be suppressed by the principle of siphon.

Therefore, the cover of the resin case having the above configuration is excellent in heat dissipation of the heat inside the resin case. Furthermore, water can be prevented from entering the resin case. In addition, the amount of water used in the water stop portion can be reduced, and the cost of the cover can be reduced.

According to the cover of the resin case having the configuration (2), the water stop portion is not exposed to the outside in a state where the cover is attached to the case. Can be maintained for a long time.

According to the cover of the resin case having the configuration of the above (3), by forming the water stop portion by potting, it is possible to increase the water stoppage at the contact point between the resin member and the metal member regardless of the dimensional variation. .

In order to achieve the object described above, the box-shaped body according to the present invention is characterized by the following (4).
(4)
A case having an opening formed of resin;
The cover according to any one of (1) to (3), which is attached to the case so as to close the opening.
It must be a box-shaped body.

According to the box-shaped body having the configuration (4), for example, the resin-made opening of the case and the resin member (frame-shaped portion) of the cover can be joined together by conventional welding. In particular, water is stopped using the upper and lower walls of the resin member at the contact points corresponding to the upper and lower edges of the metal member, and is stopped at the contact points corresponding to the side edge of the metal member. By stopping the water using the water part, the amount of the water stop part used can be reduced and the cost can be reduced compared to the case where the water stop part is also used for the upper edge and the lower edge.

Therefore, the box-shaped body having the above configuration is excellent in heat dissipation of internal heat. Furthermore, the penetration | invasion of the water to the inside of a box-shaped body can be suppressed.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the cover and box-shaped body which are excellent in the heat dissipation of the heat | fever inside a resin case can be provided.

<Embodiment>
Hereinafter, the cover 1 and the box-shaped body 3 of the resin case 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.

箱状体3としては、典型的には、車両用のABS(Antilock Brake System)ユニットが想定される。   The cover 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a member for closing the opening of the resin case 2 shown in FIG. The box-shaped body 3 is configured by joining the cover 1 to the resin case 2 so as to close the opening of the resin case 2. As the box-shaped body 3, an ABS (Antilock Bracket System) unit for a vehicle is typically assumed.

Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, “vertical direction”, “joining direction”, “width direction”, “upper”, “lower”, “front”, and “rear” are defined. . The vertical direction, the joining direction, and the width direction are orthogonal to each other. The vertical direction (up and down) refers to the vertical direction (up and down) when the cover 1 (that is, the box-shaped body 3) is used.

As can be understood from FIG. 3A, the front-rear direction with respect to the cover 1 and the front-rear direction with respect to the resin case 2 are reversed. By joining the front end face of the cover 1 and the front end face of the resin case 2 so as to face each other, a box-like body 3 in which the cover 1 closes the front opening of the resin case 2 is obtained.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cover 1 includes a resin-made rectangular frame 10, and a metal plate 20 insert-molded in the frame 10 so as to close a hollow portion defined by the frame 10. , Composed of. The frame shape of the frame body 10 corresponds to the shape of the front opening of the resin case 2.

The metal plate 20 has a rectangular flat plate shape (see also FIG. 5). Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, a portion located on the upper side including the upper end surface of the metal plate 20 in the rectangular annular outer edge portion of the metal plate 20 is referred to as an “upper edge portion 21” and is located below including the lower end surface of the metal plate 20. The portion to be connected is referred to as “lower edge portion 22”, and the portion connecting the upper edge portion 21 including the side end surface of the metal plate 20 and the lower edge portion 22 in the vertical direction is referred to as “side edge portion 23”.

At the central portion (enclosed by the outer edge portion) located on the inner side in the planar direction from the outer edge portion of the metal plate 20, there are protrusions 24 protruding rearward at a plurality of locations (four locations in this example) on the rear side surface. Formed (see FIG. 1A), recessed portions 25 are formed that are recessed backward at a plurality of corresponding positions on the front side surface (see FIG. 1B). The operation of the protrusion 24 and the recess 25 will be described later. The metal plate 20 can be formed, for example, by subjecting one metal plate to press working or the like.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 (particularly, refer to FIG. 2), the outer edge portion of the metal plate 20 is formed from the inner wall of the frame body 10 over the entire circumference by insert molding of the metal plate 20 into the frame body 10. It is integrated so that it may be pinched | interposed in the front-back direction by a pair of wall part which protrudes integrally inside a plane direction. Hereinafter, for the convenience of explanation, of the pair of wall portions of the frame 10, a portion sandwiching the upper edge portion 21 of the metal plate 20 (a portion extending in the width direction) is referred to as “a pair of upper wall portions 11” (FIG. 2B). (See), a portion sandwiching the lower edge portion 22 of the metal plate 20 (portion extending in the width direction) is “a pair of lower wall portions 12” (see FIG. 2B), and a side edge portion 23 of the metal plate 20 is sandwiched between them. The portions (portions extending in the vertical direction) are referred to as “a pair of side wall portions 13” (see FIG. 2A).

Of the pair of upper wall portions 11, the upper wall portion 11 on the front side (side located inside) is referred to as “upper inner wall portion 11a”, and the upper wall portion 11 on the rear side (side exposed to the outside) is referred to as “upper outer wall portion 11b. (Refer to FIG. 2 (b)), of the pair of lower wall portions 12, the lower wall portion 12 on the front side (side located inside) is referred to as “lower inner wall portion 12a” and the rear side (exposed to the outside). The lower wall portion 12 on the side) is referred to as a “lower outer wall portion 12b” (see FIG. 2B), and the side wall portion 13 on the front side (side located inside) of the pair of side wall portions 13. Is referred to as a “side inner wall portion 13a”, and the rear side wall portion 13 (exposed to the outside) is referred to as a “side outer wall portion 13b” (see FIG. 2A).

As shown in FIG. 2A, with respect to the pair of side wall portions 13, the side outer wall portion 13b is more inward in the plane direction than the side inner wall portion 13a (more specifically, in the width direction inner side). Projection height to is large. As shown in FIG. 2 (b), also for the pair of upper wall portions 11, the upper outer wall portion 11b is higher than the upper inner wall portion 11a in the projecting height toward the inner side (more specifically, the lower side) in the plane direction. Is big. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), for the pair of lower wall portions 12, the lower inner wall portion 12a protrudes inward in the plane direction (more specifically, on the upper side) than the lower outer wall portion 12b. The height is great.

As shown in FIGS. 1 (b) and 2 (a), the protruding side (width) of the side inner wall portion 13a extends across the entire vertical direction of the pair of side wall portions 13 extending in the vertical direction on both sides in the width direction. A pair of side second wall portions 14 positioned to face each other in the width direction with a predetermined distance from the end surface on the inner side in the direction are provided so as to extend in the vertical direction. Each side second wall portion 14 protrudes forward from the front side surface of the side edge portion 23 of the metal plate 20 (see FIG. 2A), and both end portions in the vertical direction are formed on the inner wall of the frame body 10. Connected together.

Thus, by providing the side second wall portion 14, a pair of linear shapes that open to the front side and extend in the vertical direction are provided between the side second wall portion 14 and the side inner wall portion 13a. The concave portion includes an end surface on the outer side in the width direction of the second side wall portion 14, a front side surface of the metal plate 20 (side edge portion 23), and an end surface on the protruding side (the inner side in the width direction) of the side inner wall portion 13 a. It is defined.

As shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. 2A, the pair of linear recesses are filled with a potting agent 30 over the entire region in the vertical direction. Thereby, the contact location of a pair of side wall part 13 of the frame 10 and the side edge part 23 of the metal plate 20 is sealed. Thus, the potting agent 30 is provided at a location where the cover 1 is not exposed to the outside of the box-shaped body 3 when the box-shaped body 3 is configured by joining the cover 1 to the resin case 2. The filling amount (filling volume) of the potting agent 30 can be arbitrarily adjusted by changing the position of the side second wall portion 14 and the protruding height. The potting agent 30 can ensure water-stopping at a contact portion corresponding to the side edge portion 23 among contact portions between the frame body 10 and the outer edge portion of the metal plate 20.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. 2B, the contact points between the pair of upper wall portions 11 of the frame body 10 and the upper edge portion 21 of the metal plate 20, and the pair of frame body 10 The potting agent 30 is not provided at the contact portion between the lower wall portion 12 and the lower edge portion 22 of the metal plate 20. In other words, in the cover 1, the potting agent 30 is used only in contact portions corresponding to the side edge portion 23 among contact portions between the frame body 10 and the outer edge portion of the metal plate 20.

Of the contact points between the frame 10 and the outer edge portion of the metal plate 20, the contact points corresponding to the upper edge portion 21 are as described above with respect to the pair of upper wall portions 11 as shown in FIG. In addition, the upper outer wall portion 11b has a lower protruding height than the upper inner wall portion 11a. That is, it is possible to sufficiently increase the protruding height of the upper outer wall portion 11b to the lower side. Therefore, at the contact location corresponding to the upper edge 21, the water that has entered the contact location from the outside (from the upper outer wall portion 11 b side) falls along the upper outer wall portion 11 b due to its own weight. It is not possible to get over the upper edge 21 and enter the cover 1 from the upper inner wall 11a side. For this reason, even if the potting agent 30 is not used, sufficient water stoppage can be ensured.

Among the contact points between the frame 10 and the outer edge portion of the metal plate 20, the contact points corresponding to the lower edge portion 22 are related to the pair of lower wall portions 12 as shown in FIG. Further, the lower inner wall portion 12a has a larger upward protrusion height than the lower outer wall portion 12b. Therefore, at the contact location corresponding to the lower edge portion 22, the water that has entered the contact location from the outside (from the lower outer wall portion 12 b side) moves upward from the upper end surface of the lower outer wall portion 12 b according to the principle of siphon. Since it cannot be obtained, it is impossible to get over the lower inner wall portion 12a and enter the cover 1. For this reason, even if the potting agent 30 is not used, sufficient water stoppage can be ensured.

As shown in FIG. 3, the resin case 2 includes a resin case body 40. A circuit board 50 is fixedly disposed at a position slightly rearward of the front opening of the case body 40 so as to block the entire area of the front opening. The circuit board 50 is a circuit board for ABS control, and is mounted with a plurality of semiconductor elements (not shown) including a central processing unit (CPU) for performing ABS control.

A rectangular parallelepiped device accommodating portion 41 is integrally formed on one side in the width direction on the rear side surface of the case body 40 so as to protrude rearward. The device accommodating portion 41 accommodates devices (not shown) such as a solenoid coil that constitutes a hydraulic valve that opens and closes a hydraulic circuit including a brake device and the like. The device is controlled by a CPU mounted on the circuit board 50. A hollow portion S1 that faces the rear side surface of the circuit board 50 is formed in the device housing portion 41.

In order to obtain the box-shaped body 3 by closing the front opening of the resin case 2 with the cover 1, the front end face of the resin frame 10 of the cover 1 and the resin case of the resin case 2 are shown in FIG. The front end face of the main body 40 is joined. Since this joining is a joining between the resin members, it can be performed using vibration welding, laser welding, or the like. In addition, this joining may be made using an adhesive. In the box-shaped body 3, as shown in FIG. 3B, a hollow portion S <b> 2 is formed between the metal plate 20 of the cover 1 and the circuit board 50 of the resin case 2.

In the box-shaped body 3, operating heat is generated from a semiconductor element mounted on the device or the circuit board 50 during operation of a device such as a solenoid coil housed in the resin case 2. This operating heat tends to accumulate in the hollow portions S1 and S2 shown in FIG. The operating heat accumulated in the hollow portions S1 and S2 is preferably radiated to the outside of the box-shaped body 3.

In this respect, in the box-shaped body 3, most of the front opening of the resin case 2 is closed by the metal plate 20 of the cover 1. In general, a metal is superior in thermal conductivity as compared to a resin. Therefore, as indicated by the black arrows in FIG. 3B, the operating heat accumulated in the hollow portions S <b> 1 and S <b> 2 is easily radiated to the outside of the box-shaped body 3 through the metal plate 20. In other words, the box-shaped body 3 is superior in heat dissipation compared to the case where the entire cover is made of a resin member and most of the front opening of the resin case 2 is closed by the resin member.

Hereinafter, the protrusion 24 (see FIG. 1A) and the recess 25 (see FIG. 1B) provided on the metal plate 20 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B, when a plurality of metal plates 20 are stacked and stored by providing protrusions 24 and recesses 25 on a flat metal plate 20, FIG. As shown in FIG. 5C, the protrusion 24 of the adjacent lower metal plate 20 is fitted into the recess 25 of the upper metal plate 20 and a minute gap is secured between the adjacent metal plates 20. be able to.

As a result, relative movement in the planar direction between the adjacent metal plates 20 can be suppressed, and adhesion due to static electricity between the adjacent metal plates 20 can be suppressed. The operator can easily take the metal plates 20 one by one.

As described above, according to the cover 1 of the resin case 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention, for example, the opening of the resin case body 40 of the resin case 2 and the resin frame body 10 of the cover 1 are welded as usual. It is possible to join. Moreover, since the hollow part of the frame 10 is closed with the metal plate 20, it is excellent in the heat dissipation of the heat | fever inside the resin case 2 compared with the case where the hollow part is closed with the resin member.

Furthermore, the potting agent 30 is used only in the contact portion corresponding to the side edge portion 23 of the metal plate 20 among the contact portions between the frame body 10 and the outer edge portion of the metal plate 20. Compared with the case where the potting agent 30 is also used for the edge 21 and the lower edge 22, the amount of the potting agent 30 used can be reduced, which can contribute to cost reduction. At the contact location corresponding to the upper edge portion 21 of the metal plate 20, it is sufficient even if the potting agent 30 is not used if the upper outer wall portion 11 b on the side exposed to the outside of the pair of upper wall portions 11 is made sufficiently long. Can secure water-stopping. Moreover, in the contact location corresponding to the lower edge part 22 of the metal plate 20, the lower inner wall part 12a on the side located inside the lower outer wall part 12b on the side exposed to the outside of the pair of lower wall parts 12 Therefore, even if the potting agent 30 is not used, the invasion of water through the contact point can be suppressed by the siphon principle.

Therefore, the cover 1 of the resin case 2 is excellent in heat dissipation of the heat inside the resin case 2. Further, water can be prevented from entering the resin case 2. In addition, the amount of potting agent 30 used can be reduced, and the cost of the cover 1 can be reduced.

Further, since the potting agent 30 is not exposed to the outside of the box-shaped body 3 with the cover 1 being attached to the resin case 2, the potting agent 30 is isolated from the external environment, and the water stopping property by the potting agent 30 is maintained for a long period of time. Can be maintained over time.

Furthermore, sealing of the contact portion between the frame body 10 and the metal plate 20 (the side edge portion 23) is performed by the potting agent 30 filled by potting, thereby reducing the dimensional variation of the frame body 10 and the metal plate 20. Regardless, it is possible to increase the water stoppage at the contact point between the two.

FIG. On the other hand, it may replace with potting agent 30 and may seal a contact location using the packing comprised from elastic materials, such as rubber | gum.

Furthermore, in the said embodiment, the cover 1 is shape | molded so that the frame 10 may contact only the outer edge part of the metal plate 20. FIG. However, the frame body 10 may be configured to cover a portion other than the outer edge portion of the metal plate 20. For example, the frame 10 may have a plurality of window-like hollow portions, and the metal plate 20 may be provided so as to close the hollow portions.

Furthermore, in the said embodiment, the protrusion height to the width direction inner side is larger than the side inner wall part 13a about a pair of side wall part 13 (refer Fig.2 (a)). As for the pair of upper wall portions 11 as well, the upper outer wall portion 11b has a larger protruding height to the lower side than the upper inner wall portion 11a (see FIG. 2B). On the other hand, with respect to the pair of side wall portions 13, the side outer wall portion 13b may have a smaller protruding height inward in the width direction than the side inner wall portion 13a. Alternatively, with respect to the pair of upper wall portions 11, the upper outer wall portion 11b may have a lower protruding height than the upper inner wall portion 11a.

Furthermore, in the said embodiment, the side body 2nd wall part 14 is provided in the frame 10 (refer FIG.1 (b) and FIG.2 (a)). On the other hand, the side wall 2 14 may not be provided in the frame body 10.
