Description

The present invention relates to a self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth portion.

As a bag body made of a soft packaging material such as a plastic film, a self-supporting bag body, that is, a self-standing packaging bag (standing pouch) is known. As a self-supporting packaging bag, a half-folded bottom member that forms a bottom portion is inserted into a lower portion of a cylindrical barrel portion with its fold line facing upward, and the side end portion of the bottom member is placed on the barrel member side. There are known ones that are formed by sandwiching them at the ends, heat-sealing them, and further heat-sealing the lower ends of them all around. As this type of conventional self-supporting packaging bag, one in which the closing direction of the upper end of the trunk portion is parallel to the folding line of the bottom portion is common. In such a self-supporting packaging bag, if the contents are reduced, the distance between the opposing surfaces of the film forming the body portion gradually becomes smaller, and the horizontal thickness of the container becomes thinner. As a result, it becomes close to a flat shape, and it becomes difficult to ensure sufficient independence. Thus, various measures for improving the self-supporting property of this type of self-supporting packaging bag have been proposed, and one of them is a packaging bag disclosed in Patent Document 1.

The standing pouch (self-supporting packaging bag) of Patent Document 1 has a shape in which the direction in which the fold line at the bottom extends and the direction in which the sealed mouth at the upper end of the trunk extends extend on a planar projection. . In the packaging bag of this patent document 1, by setting the directionality of the mouth part and the bottom part of the trunk part as described above, the contents are reduced, and the trunk part is formed facing the upper part of the trunk part. Even if the distance between the opposing surfaces of the film decreases and approaches a flat shape, the fold line at the bottom extends in a different direction from the flat surface at the top of the trunk, and the self-supporting packaging bag spreads in three dimensions , Can ensure independence. In addition, in the self-supporting packaging bag of Patent Document 1, it is shown that when the bottom portion is joined to the trunk portion, the side end portion of the bottom portion is sandwiched between the trunk members and joined by heat sealing or the like from the outer surface side of the trunk portion. Has been.

On the other hand, a soy sauce container made of soft packaging material may have a check valve function in the mouth so that outside air does not enter the container for the purpose of preventing oxidation. . In a packaging bag with this type of check valve function, if the contents are reduced, air will not enter from the outside, so the internal volume will also be reduced, and accordingly the film forming the body part will become horizontal. It becomes more difficult to maintain self-sustainability than a packaging bag that does not have a check valve function. Therefore, in Patent Document 2, as a self-standing pouch having a check valve function, an inner bag made of a synthetic resin film that is filled with contents and an inner bag that has a side seal portion and can be self-supported at the bottom are stored. A self-standing pouch having a double structure with an outer bag made of a synthetic resin film is disclosed. Patent Document 3 discloses a liquid-filled packaging structure having a double structure of a non-self-supporting liquid-filled package and a self-supporting packaging bag made of a laminated film.

In the self-supporting packaging bag disclosed in Patent Document 1, when joining the bottom part to the body part, the side end part of the bottom part is sandwiched between the body parts and joined by heat sealing or the like from the outer surface side of the body part. There is a difference in the width of the contents accommodating portion with the upper end of the joint portion as a boundary. That is, above the upper end of the joint part, the body part expands in the full width in a state where the contents are accommodated, but at the part where the joint part exists, that is, below the trunk part where the bottom member exists, the joint part joins. The body part is prevented from spreading by the width of the part. As a result, when the bag internal pressure is increased, such as when the bag is dropped, the load of the contents is locally applied to the upper end of the joint part, the joint part breaks, and the bag breaks easily. is there. In addition, when the content is low, the content accumulates on the upper end of the joint as described above, and the content may not be completely discharged.

Further, the self-standing pouch of Patent Document 2 and the liquid-filled packaging structure of Patent Document 3 have a check valve structure, and the inner bag filled with the contents is not self-supporting. Although the double bag structure is used to ensure the content, it is difficult to visually confirm the decrease in contents from the outside because of the double structure, and it is also difficult to manufacture and costly. There is a problem.

The present invention has been made against the background described above, and is made of a soft and thin material such as a laminated film having a single-layer structure, and can reliably and sufficiently ensure its independence, and at the same time, the body and bottom side end portions. It is an object of the present invention to provide a self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth so that bag breakage at the upper end of the joint is difficult to occur.

The self-standing packaging bag with a mouth of the present invention is
A barrel formed in a cylindrical shape and closed at the upper end;
A bottom part attached to the lower part of the body part;
A mouth part attached to the upper end of the body part;
The bottom member forming the bottom part is half-folded at a fold line, and the bottom part is formed by being attached to the inner side below the trunk part so that the fold line faces upward.
The direction in which the bottom fold line extends and the direction in which the upper end of the trunk portion is closed intersect on the horizontal projection plane,
It is characterized in that the two side regions of the bottom member divided by the fold line are joined in a planar shape inside the trunk portion in a state where they overlap.

In the self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth of the present invention, the direction in which the fold line at the bottom extends and the direction in which the upper end of the body is closed intersects on the horizontal projection plane. Even if the distance between the opposing surfaces of the body part gradually narrows from the top and approaches a flat shape, the fold line at the bottom part extends in a direction different from the upper part of the body part, thus ensuring independence can do.
Moreover, the self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth portion of the present invention forms a joint portion that is joined in a planar shape to the inner surface of the trunk portion with the side end portions of the two regions of the bottom member overlapping. Due to this structure, there is no joint part that prevents the width of the body part from expanding below the body part. Therefore, when the bag internal pressure increases, such as when the bag falls, the content load is locally applied to the upper end of the joint part. Is prevented, and it is possible to prevent the bag breakage from occurring at the joint. Further, even when the content is low, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the content is accumulated on the upper end of the joint and the content is not completely discharged.

Moreover, the self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth of the present invention may have a check valve function at the mouth.

In such a self-standing packaging bag with a mouth having a check valve function, even if it is filled with contents that are likely to oxidize or deteriorate if exposed to air, such as soy sauce, it is difficult for air to enter from the outside, Oxidation and deterioration of the contents can be prevented. On the other hand, in the case where the mouth portion has a check valve function, in the conventional general packaging bag, adhesion between the body-facing surfaces is likely to occur due to the internal negative pressure accompanying the decrease in the contents, and the body portion is Since it becomes difficult to ensure independence by approaching a flat shape, a double-structure container has been used to ensure independence. As described above, the direction in which the fold line extends at the bottom and the barrel Because the crossing direction of the upper end of the upper part of the section intersects on the horizontal projection plane, even if the contents are reduced, it is soft and thin, such as a single-layer laminated film, without a double structure. Sufficient self-sustainability can be ensured with only a self-supporting packaging bag made of a material.

According to the self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth of the present invention, even if the content is reduced, sufficient self-supporting property can be ensured, and at the same time, the upper end of the joint portion between the side end portion of the bottom member and the trunk portion The load on the contents is not locally applied to the joint, and it is possible to prevent the bag breakage from occurring at the joint, and even when the content is low, the content is located above the upper end of the joint. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of a situation in which things accumulate and do not completely discharge the contents. Even if the mouth portion has a check valve function, the self-supporting packaging bag formed of a single-layer laminated film or the like can achieve the effect of ensuring self-supporting properties.

As an intermediate | middle layer of 10 A of trunk | drum members, the film provided with functionality, such as oxygen barrier property, water vapor | steam barrier property, tearability, puncture strength, tensile strength, impact resistance, is mentioned, for example. Specific examples of the intermediate layer include a metal foil such as aluminum, the above-described deposited film, and a coat film.
A laminated film comprising a base material layer, a sealant layer, and an intermediate layer used as necessary can be produced by a known method such as a dry laminating method using an adhesive or an extrusion laminating method using a thermoadhesive resin.

The trunk member 20A may be a single layer film made of a heat sealable film.

The body portion 10 uses, for example, a rectangular body member 10A, and continuously joins one end 10Aa and the other end 10Ab of the body member 10A in a straight line along the self-standing direction, and as a whole is a hollow cylinder. It was made to make a shape. A portion where the body member 10A is joined so as to have a hollow cylindrical shape is referred to as a body joint portion 10a. The joining means is not particularly limited as long as it is liquid-tightly joined. For example, both ends of the body member 10A are butted and the inside of the joined part is joined using a bonding film (not shown). As the bonding film, a film having a double-sided heat sealing property made of a material that can be heat-sealed with the sealant layer of the body member 10A is preferable. Specific examples include, for example, a single-layer film made of polyethylene or polypropylene, or layers on both sides. Is a multilayer film made of polyethylene or polypropylene. With these films, it is preferable to join the trunk joint 10a by heat sealing. By applying such a joining means, it is possible to avoid the joining portion from projecting to the outer surface of the body portion 10, the appearance is improved, and the self-standing packaging bag 1 </ b> A is held by hand. The feel is also good. Moreover, you may join the both ends of trunk | drum member 10A by well-known methods, such as gluing sticking and envelope sticking.

The upper end of the body 10 is formed with a closed portion 10b in which a cylindrical opening is linearly closed. In this embodiment, a part of the closed portion 10b is cut in an inclined manner with respect to the vertical axis direction. Therefore, the contents can be easily discharged. The closing part 10b does not necessarily have a shape cut in an inclined shape, and it is sufficient that the opening part is closed. The means for closing the closing portion 10b is not particularly limited, but heat sealing or the like may be applied.

The closing part 10b is provided with a plug member 14A as the mouth part 14 for pouring the contents. In the present embodiment, the plug member 14A is provided in a portion of the closing portion 10b that is cut in an inclined shape. The plug member 14A in the present embodiment is a known structure made of synthetic resin or the like, and is joined to the body part 10Aa of the self-supporting packaging bag 1A and protrudes to the outside of the body part 10 to store the contents. What is necessary is just the structure which has discharge part 14Ab to discharge. Examples of the synthetic resin used for the plug member 14A include polyolefin resin, polyamide resin, polyester resin, (meth) acrylic resin, vinyl chloride resin, vinylidene chloride resin, polyethersulfone, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and the like. Is mentioned. Of these, polyolefin resins are preferred because of their excellent processability and low cost. At least the joining portion 14Aa is preferably made of a material that can be heat-sealed with the sealant layer of the body member 10A. That is, it is preferably formed from the same type of resin as that constituting the sealant layer.
Furthermore, a cap 14B is provided that can open and close the opening of the discharge portion 14Ab of the plug member 14A.

The bottom 12 is formed by a bottom member 12A made of a soft thin material such as a resin film. As the thin material for forming the bottom member 12A, the same material as that used for the body member 10A can be used, and the same thin material as the body member 10A or a different thin material can be used. The sealant layer is preferably made of the same kind of resin that can be bonded to each other.
The bottom portion 12 uses a rectangular bottom member 12A and is in a half-folded state at a linear fold line 16 extending from one end to the other end along the center line. And it arrange | positions inside the downward direction of the trunk | drum 10 so that the fold line 16 may face upwards, and the outer edge part of the bottom member 12A is joined to the lower inner surface of the trunk | drum member 10A, Thereby, the downward direction of the trunk | drum 10 is made. Closed by bottom 12. The details of the joining structure and joining method between the bottom member 12A and the trunk member 10A will be described later in detail with reference to FIGS.

In the self-supporting packaging bag 1A in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the closing direction of the upper end of the body portion 10, that is, the extending direction D1 of the linear portion of the closing portion 10 b and the bottom portion 12. The direction D2 in which the fold line 16 extends intersects with a predetermined angle θ in a state projected onto the horizontal plane. That is, when joining the closing part 10b at the upper end of the body part 10, the closing part 10b is joined so that the extending direction D1 of the closing part 10b and the extending direction D2 of the fold line 16 at the bottom part 12 are not parallel. Yes. As described above, since the direction D1 of the closing portion 10b and the direction D2 of the fold line 16 at the bottom portion 12 intersect on the horizontal projection plane, the self-supporting packaging bag 1A has the trunk portion 10 different between the upper portion and the lower portion. Since it spreads three-dimensionally in the direction, high independence can be ensured.
Here, the above-mentioned crossing angle θ is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of ensuring higher independence, it is desirable to set the angle to 90 degrees or an angle close to 90 degrees.

Furthermore, the joint structure between the bottom member 12A and the body member 10A in the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6 in addition to FIGS. 4A and 4B are schematic views showing how the bottom member 12A is folded before the bottom member 12A is joined to the body member 1A. FIG. 5 also shows a state of the self-standing packaging bag 1A, showing a state in which the side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A are joined to the inner surface of the rectangular body member 10A, before the body member 10A is formed into a cylindrical shape. FIG. 6 is an enlarged cutaway view showing the inside of the self-supporting packaging bag 1A with respect to the circled portion VI in FIG. 1, showing the joined state of the side ends 123, 124 of the bottom member 12A and the inner surface of the body member 10A. It is a perspective view.
However, in FIG. 6, for easy understanding, the thickness of the body member 10 </ b> A, the bottom member 12 </ b> A, and the bonding film 132 is drawn to be extremely thicker than the actual one.

Here, in the following description, with respect to the trunk portion 10, a vertical plane along the direction D <b> 2 of the fold line 16 of the bottom portion 12 is used as a region division reference, and a surface (region) that appears on the left front side in FIG. The front surface 101 is the rear surface (region) of the rear surface. Further, with respect to the bottom portion 12, the folding line 16 is used as a division reference, and a surface appearing on the left front side in FIG. 1 is a bottom front surface 121 and a rear surface is a bottom rear surface 122. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 4, which will be described later again, the bottom member 12 </ b> A has both ends in the direction along the fold line direction D <b> 2 on the bottom front surface 121 as side ends 123, and the fold line direction D <b> 2 in the bottom rear surface 122. Both ends in the direction along the direction are referred to as side end portions 124, and the ends in the direction orthogonal to the fold line direction D 2 on the bottom front surface 121 are the directions orthogonal to the fold line direction D 2 on the side end portion 125 and bottom back surface 122. This end is referred to as a width end portion 126.

As shown in FIG. 6, both side end portions of the bottom member 12 </ b> A include a side end portion 123 of the bottom front surface 121 and a side end portion 124 of the bottom rear surface 122, a width end portion 125 of the bottom front surface 121 and a width end portion of the bottom rear surface 122. The body member 10A is such that the bottom front surface 121 and the inner surface of the body front surface 101 face each other and the lower end 10Ac of the body member 10A and the width end portions 125, 126 of the bottom member 12A overlap each other. And the bottom member 12A overlap. The bottom member 12 </ b> A is bent together with the body member 10 </ b> A, and the side ends 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12 </ b> A are joined to the inner surface of the body rear surface 102 by the joining film 132.

The joining means of the side end portions 123, 124 of the bottom member 12A and the body member 10A is not particularly limited. In this embodiment, a bonding film 132 having double-sided heat sealability is used, and the side end portion 123 of the bottom member 12A is used. The bonding film 132 is disposed on the inner surface of the trunk rear surface 102 and the bottom member 12A so as to cover the entire height direction of the body portion 124, and heat-seal the side ends 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A. By forming the joint portion 150, the side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A are joined to the inner surface of the trunk rear surface 102 in a planar shape. Specific examples of the bonding film having double-sided heat sealability include a single-layer film made of polyethylene or polypropylene, or a multilayer film made of polyethylene or polypropylene on both sides.

As a procedure for joining the side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A and the body member 10A as described above, for example, the procedures shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 can be applied.

First, as shown in FIG. 4 (A), for example, a rectangular bottom member 12A is prepared, the center line thereof is set as a fold line 16, and the sealant layer surface is bent along the fold line 16 with the sealant layer surface facing the front side. The bottom front surface 121 and the bottom rear surface 122 as shown in FIG.

Then, the bottom member 12A in the half-folded state shown in FIG. 4 (B), and as shown in FIG. 5, the body portion 10 on the sealant layer surface side (the inner surface side of the body portion 10) of the rectangular body member 10A. It is arranged at a position below the self-standing direction.
Then, using the bonding film 132 having double-sided heat sealability, the bonding film 132 is disposed on the sealant layer surface of the body member 10A so as to cover the entire height direction of the side ends 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A. The sealant layer surface of the body member 10A, the bottom member 12A, and the bonding film 132 are heat-sealed over the entire height of the side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A to form the bonding portion 150. The bottom part front surface 121 is joined to the sealant layer surface of the trunk member 10A at the side end 123 of the bottom member 12A by the joining part 150, and the side end parts 123, 124 of the bottom member 12A are closed. The end portions 123 and 124 are joined to the sealant layer surface of the trunk member 10A.

After the side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A are thus joined to the body member 10A in a planar shape, the one end 10Aa and the other end 10Ab of the body member 10A are straightened along the direction in which the body portion 10 stands independently. The butted portion is joined by heat sealing using a joining tape as described above to form the trunk joint portion 10a, and the surface where the bottom member 12A is joined is defined as the inner member. Let 10A be cylindrical. At this time, as indicated by an arrow P in FIG. 6, the side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A are bent together with the body member 10A.

Thereafter, the width end portions 125 and 126 of the bottom member 12A are joined to the lower inner surface of the body member 12A by heat sealing to form the lower end seal portion 130. The lower end seal portion 130 may be linear, but preferably has a boat shape from the viewpoint of easy opening of the bottom portion 12, and the boat shape lower end seal portion 130 is formed in FIGS. 1 and 2. .

As described above, the lower portion of the trunk portion 10 is closed by the bottom portion 12.
Further, a closing portion 10b is formed by closing the upper end portion of the body portion 10 by a method such as heat sealing in a direction intersecting with the extending direction of the folding line 16 of the bottom portion 12 on the horizontal projection plane. By providing the part 14, the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth part is formed. In the case of the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with the mouth portion of the present embodiment, before closing the closing portion 10b, the mouth member 14A is inserted into the upper end portion of the body portion 10 and the joint portion 14Aa of the mouth member 14A is connected to the body portion 10. And is heat-sealed to form a closed portion 10b to form a self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth portion.

In the present embodiment, the joint portion 150 between the side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A and the body member 10A is formed in a planar shape on the inner surface of the body portion 10 with the side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12 overlapping. It is joined. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the body portion 10 extends in the entire width direction even under the bottom portion 12. Therefore, there is no joint part that protrudes to the inside of the body part as described in Patent Document 1 and prevents the body part from spreading, and the contents get on the upper end of the joint part even when the contents are accommodated. It is avoided. As a result, it is possible to prevent a load of the contents from being locally applied to the upper end of the joint, and to prevent a bag breakage from occurring at the joint. In addition, even when the content is low, it is possible to prevent the content from being accumulated on the upper end of the joint and the content from being completely discharged.

As for the self-supporting property, as described above, the direction D1 of the closing portion 10b at the upper end of the body portion 10 and the direction D2 of the fold line 16 at the bottom portion 12 intersect on the horizontal projection plane. In the case of a decrease, the self-supporting packaging bag 1A has a three-dimensional lower portion of the body portion 10 and faces the inner surfaces facing each other, making it difficult to adhere to each other. Yes. Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the trunk | drum joint part 10a for making trunk | drum member 10A cylindrical is continuous from the upper end to the lower end, the trunk | drum junction part 10a functions as a support | pillar, and also bottom 12 Since the joint portion 150 of the side end portions 123 and 124 of the side end portions 123 and 124 to the body portion 10 also functions as a support column, the self-supporting property is further improved.

In addition, about the opening | mouth part, although it shall be comprised by the plug member in this embodiment, it is not limited to it, What is necessary is just the structure which can connect the inside and the exterior of a packaging bag. Therefore, for example, it may be a mouth part in which a part of a thin material of the body member is projected outward, and the projecting part is cut and opened with a scissors or the like. Further, the mouth portion includes a case in which the upper end of the body portion is closed over the entire width, and the closed portion is cut out with a scissors or the like and opened.
In the present embodiment, the bonding film 132 is disposed on each of the side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A. However, the bonding film 132 is not limited to this form, and may cover the entire bottom member 12A. . In that case, the bonding film has a width exceeding both side end portions 123 and 124 of the bottom member 12A, and is disposed on the trunk member 10A after being bent together with the fold line 16 of the bottom member 12A.

The self-standing packaging bag with a mouth of the second embodiment has a check valve function at the mouth. The self-supporting packaging bag of this embodiment is the same as the self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth of the first embodiment except that the mouth has a check valve function. Here, the check valve function allows the flow of the contents (fluid) from the inside to the outside of the packaging bag, while the contents decrease and the inside is in a negative pressure state. It means the function not to suck in fluid such as air. If the mouth has a check valve function in this way, even if it is filled with contents such as soy sauce that are likely to oxidize or deteriorate when exposed to air, it is difficult for air to enter from the outside. And deterioration can be prevented.

In the case of having a check valve function at the mouth, the conventional general packaging bag tends to cause close contact between the body-facing surfaces due to the decrease in contents, and the three-dimensionality of the packaging bag is lost, resulting in a flat shape. It is difficult to secure independence. Therefore, in order to give self-supporting property, it was necessary to have a double structure using a container for self-supporting outside. On the other hand, in the self-standing packaging bag with a mouth portion of the present invention, as described above, even if the body facing surface is reduced due to the decrease in contents, the body facing surface is different between the upper part and the lower part. Self-supporting type with a mouth made of a soft and thin material such as a single-layer laminated film, even if the mouth has a check valve function, because it is extremely self-supporting. Sufficient independence can be ensured with just the packaging bag. Furthermore, it is easy to visually confirm the decrease in contents from the outside, and furthermore, the production is easy and inexpensive. Therefore, it is very excellent as a packaging bag of soy sauce or the like that is likely to be oxidized or deteriorated when exposed to air.

An example of a specific structure of the mouth portion 14 having a check valve function in the second embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS. 7 shows the overall configuration of the mouth portion 14 having a check valve function, and FIGS. 8 and 9 show the check valve 200 incorporated in the mouth portion 14.

As shown in FIG. 7, the mouth portion 14 having the check valve function is located on the inner side of the trunk member 10 </ b> A at the upper end of the trunk portion 10 of the aforementioned self-standing packaging bag 1 with a mouth portion. A joint member 14Aa sandwiched between the inner surfaces of 10A, a mouth member 14 having a discharge part 14Ab joined to the upper end of the joint portion 14Aa and holding the check valve 200, and a check valve incorporated in the mouth member 14 200 and a cap 14 </ b> B screwed to the upper end of the mouth member 14.

On the outer periphery of the lower portion of the discharge portion 14Ab, flange portions 204A and 204B are formed to protrude in two steps. The joining portion 14Aa is located inside the trunk member 10A and joined to the trunk member 10A while being sandwiched between the inner surfaces of the trunk member 10A.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the check valve 200 includes a hollow cylindrical member 210 and a valve member 211. The valve member 211 includes a spout member 212, a base end portion 214a supported on the inner end portion of the spout member 212, for example, a coil spring-like biasing member 214, and a valve body provided at the lower end of the biasing member 214. 216, the spout member 212 is fixed to one end (upper end in FIG. 8) of the cylindrical member 210 in the axial direction, and the urging member 214 and the valve body 216 are incorporated in the cylindrical member 210. A member 211 is fixed to the cylindrical member 210. A valve seat 220 is formed at the inlet 218 at the lower end of the cylindrical member 210. The urging member 214 presses the valve body 216 against the valve seat 220 and closes the inflow port 218. The spout member 212 is formed therein with an extraction channel 212A having a lower end communicating with the cylindrical member 210 and an upper end having an outlet 212Aa.

The urging member 214 urges the valve body 216 in a direction in which the valve body 216 is pressed against the valve seat 220 of the inlet 218 with a predetermined pressure, and is normally (in the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth portion). In the state where the pressure for pouring the contents from the outside with fingers is not applied), the inflow port 218 is closed, and a certain amount of pressure is applied to the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth from the outside with fingers The elastic urging force is set so as to be elastically compressed by the pressure from the inside of the self-supporting package 1 with a mouth portion to generate a gap between the valve body 216 and the valve seat portion 220 and to open the inlet 218. The

In the mouth portion 14 provided with such a check valve 200, the valve body 216 is normally used, that is, in a state in which no pressure is applied to the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with the mouth from the outside by hand. Is pressed against the valve seat 220 and the inlet 218 is closed. In this state, air is prevented from entering the mouth portion 14 from the outside to the inside of the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with the mouth portion through the mouth portion 14 regardless of the presence or absence of the cap 14B. On the other hand, if the cap 14B is removed and a pressure of a certain level or more is applied to the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with the mouth from the outside by hand, the pressure from the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with the mouth is applied to the valve body 216, and the pressure Is increased until the urging force of the urging member 214 is exceeded, the urging member 214 is elastically compressed, a gap is generated between the valve body 216 and the valve seat portion 220, and the inflow port 218 is opened. Is done. Therefore, the contents in the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with the mouth part are self-supported with the mouth part from the inlet 212Aa through the inlet 218, the channel 224 in the tubular member 210 and the outlet channel 212A of the spout member 212. It becomes possible to pour out the outside of the mold packaging bag 1.

Note that the structure of the check valve is not limited to the above-described check valve, and the check valve may be provided with a check function.

The self-standing packaging bag with a mouth of the present invention has a three-dimensional shape even when the contents are not stored because the direction in which the fold line at the bottom extends and the direction in which the upper end of the trunk is closed intersect. Is maintained. When transporting or storing such a self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth portion in a state where the contents are not stored, it has a flat shape so as to save space and maintain a stable posture. It is preferable to be folded.
As a folding method, for example, there are methods shown in steps in FIGS. 10A to 10C and FIGS. 11A to 11C. This method will be described next. The stage following (C) in FIG. 10 is shown in (A) in FIG.

FIG. 10 (A) schematically shows the self-standing packaging bag 1 with a mouth portion of the first embodiment before being folded, which is not filled with contents. From this state, as shown in FIG. 10 (B), the lower part (part including the bottom part 12) 300C of the trunk part 10 of the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth part is extended along the direction in which the fold line 16 of the bottom part 12 extends. It is flat. That is, the bottom front surface 121 and the bottom rear surface 122 that are separated by the fold line 16 of the bottom portion 12 overlap each other, and the lower portion 300C of the self-standing packaging bag 1 with a mouth is flattened. Next, the upper part 300A of the body part 10 is also made flat along the direction in which the upper end closing part 10b extends. Here, of the lines descending downward from both side end portions of the closing portion 10b of the body portion 10, the lower end points where the upper portion of the body portion 10 is flat are defined as upper lower end portions 305 and 306. At this time, an intermediate portion 300B between the flat upper portion 300A and the flat lower portion 300C of the trunk portion 10 spreads three-dimensionally. Here, a three-dimensional intermediate portion below the upper lower end portion 305 in the trunk front surface 101 is referred to as an intermediate front portion 301, and a lower portion of the trunk rear surface 102 below the upper lower end portion 306. A typical intermediate portion is referred to as an intermediate portion rear surface portion 302.

Next, as shown in FIG. 10C, for the lower part 300C of the body part 10, a straight line connecting both ends of the body part 10 along the fold line 16 of the bottom part 12 is used as a first auxiliary fold line 303A for folding. The body part 10 and the bottom part 12 positioned below the first auxiliary folding line 303A are defined as a lower part 304, and the lower part 304 is bent forward by 90 degrees in a superposed flat state. In some cases, the lower portion 304 may be folded forward 180 degrees with the flattened state being superposed, but here the flattened state is superposed as described above in order to facilitate understanding of subsequent steps. The subsequent procedure will be described assuming that the sheet is bent 90 degrees forward.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 11A to 11B, the intermediate front surface 301 has a triangular shape so that the upper lower end portion 305 is a vertex and the first auxiliary folding line 303A is a base. The front part 301 of the intermediate part is mountain-folded along the second auxiliary fold line 303B and the third auxiliary fold line 303C, which are the oblique sides of. Similarly, the fourth auxiliary fold line 303D and the fifth auxiliary fold line 303D, which are the hypotenuses of the triangle, are formed so that the intermediate rear surface portion 302 forms a triangle having the upper lower end side end 306 as a vertex and the first auxiliary fold line 303A as a base. The auxiliary fold line 303E is folded in a mountain.

In the state shown in FIG. 11B, the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth is still in a three-dimensional shape, but the intermediate part 300B of the trunk part 10 is also flat on the same surface as the lower part 300C. Then, as shown in FIGS. 11B to 11C, a fifth auxiliary fold line that is a straight line connecting the upper portion 300A of the trunk portion 10 with the upper lower end portions 305 and 306 that are the vertices of the triangle. Fold at 307 and lay down on the same plane as the middle part 300B and the lower part 300C. Thus, as shown in FIG. 11C, the entire self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth is folded into a flat shape.

Note that the triangle with the upper lower end side end 305 as the apex and the first auxiliary folding line 303 as the base and the triangle with the upper lower end end 306 as the apex and the first auxiliary folding line 303A as the base are the folds of the bottom 12. When the direction in which the line 16 extends and the direction in which the closing portion 10b that closes the upper end of the body 10 extends at 90 degrees, an isosceles triangle is formed.
Moreover, the folding method of the self-standing packaging bag with a mouth part may fold a trunk | drum intermediate part, before making a trunk | drum upper part flat shape. Furthermore, in the above description, the method of folding from the lower part of the trunk is described, but it may be folded from the upper part of the trunk.
In addition, the lower portion 304 shown in FIG. 10C may be bent 90 degrees rearward while being overlapped and flattened instead of being bent 90 degrees while being overlapped and flattened. However, it is preferable to bend forward as shown in FIG. When bent backward, the body joint portion 10a having a more complicated structure than the body front surface 101 is bent 90 degrees and then 180 degrees (when the lower part of FIG. 11 (B) is directed oppositely), This is because it is difficult to bend.
Furthermore, since the bottom part and the lower part and upper part of a trunk | drum of a self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth part after manufacture may be flat, in that case, it does not pass through the state of FIG. 10 (A). Also good.

The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above.
