Description

The present invention relates to a tool for surface peeling of resin-coated tubes such as gas pipes and water pipes, and a peeling method.

In recent years, a resin-coated pipe whose surface is coated with a hard resin is used for gas pipes and water pipes, and in piping construction, the coating resin of the resin-coated pipe is peeled off for pipe connection. ing.

And in the case of piping construction to the existing gas pipe, water pipe, etc., it was necessary to excavate a construction site buried in the ground and to carry out piping connection work in this excavated deep and narrow place. Conventionally, when performing piping work on the ground, it is known to peel off the coating layer of the outer covering tube using a lathe or a milling cutter as disclosed in JP-A-10-109202, etc. In the case of the exfoliation of the cladding tube, a large, expensive equipment is utilized, and it can not be used at all in the excavated hole of the drilling site, and an efficient, small, inexpensive tool is desired. It was rare.

Therefore, although the inventor has developed a simple ratchet-type surface peeling tool as disclosed in Utility Model Registration No. 3200797, this tool can be applied exclusively to surface peeling of the end portion of a resin-coated tube. Met.

However, in the industry, in addition to the connection of the end of the resin-coated tube, it is constructed with considerable demand that the pipe connection be branched and connected through the T-shaped pipe to the middle part. A surface peeling tool for intermediate connection has also been desired.

Conventionally, with regard to peeling of the intermediate connection portion of such a resin-coated tube, a pair of semicircular arc-shaped divided members are attached to a predetermined position of the coated resin tube as in JP-A-2007-252837 and the circumferential direction is measured by a cutter tool. The cut was made by cutting with a hook cutter between the cut parts that were cut with this predetermined width, and the cover layer between the cuts was peeled off by hand, but at two points of the predetermined width of the coated resin tube It was time consuming to make a cut and manually peel off the coating layer in between.

Therefore, as in the case of JP-A-2016-89949, the cutting blade is moved up and down with the depth adjustment screw to the holding member mounted in half on a resin-coated tube, and part of the intermediate connection part of the resin-coated tube is peeled off. It has been proposed. However, it is not easy to adjust the cutting blade by raising and lowering with a depth adjustment screw, and in order to peel the resin coating layer in a spiral shape, it is necessary to provide a helically extending external thread on the inner peripheral portion of the holding member. Since the resin-coated tube is not a perfect circle, the surface of the resin-coated layer is damaged at the male screw portion, or the cutting blade is caught and can be peeled off smoothly, which is not practical.

特開平10−109202号公報JP 10-109202 A 実用新案登録第3200797号公報Utility model registration 3200797 gazette 特開2007−252837号公報JP 2007-252837 A 特開2016−89949号公報JP, 2016-89949, A

Therefore, the surface peeling of resin coated tubes such as gas pipes and water pipes can be easily peeled off the surface such as the intermediate connection part of resin coated tubes even in the narrow space etc. which was excavated in the outside or inside of the building or in the embedded state. Development of a practical surface peeling tool capable of

It is also possible to install and cope with it, and it is also possible to attach a plurality of peeling blades 6 to the tool main body 4 or to attach them exchangeably, and appropriately adopt the embodiment based on the spirit of the present invention. It can be done.

FIG. 1 and the subsequent figures show an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the surface peeling tool 1 has an annular tool body 4 corresponding to the resin-coated tube 2 having a required diameter as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b). A pair of semi-annular members 12 are formed so as to be openable and closable, an external gear 5 of a predetermined pitch is provided on the outer peripheral portion, and a ratchet 8 of the operation handle 9 is detachably provided on the external gear 3. Is pivoted to rotate the tool body 4.

As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) and FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (c), the peeling blade 6 has a circular arc plate shape on the side surface of one semi-annular body 12 of the tool main body 4. Attached to the attachment adjustment member 13 and pivotally attach the end of the attachment adjustment member 13 on the blade edge side, so that the cutting edge side can be pivoted about the pivot attachment portion 13a. The cutting edge portion 7 of the peeling blade 6 is made to be able to peel off at a predetermined raking angle to a predetermined position.

As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the cutting edge 7 of the peeling blade 6 has a slightly longer front side and a slightly shorter rear side to form an arc surface with a required rake angle. A relief 7a with a clearance angle of about 3 degrees is recessed in the side part, and the resin-coated surface of the resin-coated tube 2 is cut with a circular arc surface of a predetermined width so that peeling can be smoothly and continuously in a spiral shape. There is.

The operation handle 9 is provided with a ratchet mounting portion 17 slidably along its axial direction, and when the ratchet mounting portion 17 is slid away from the tool main body 4, the semi-annular body 12 of the tool main body 4 is The semi-annular body 12 of the tool main body 4 is attached to the intermediate connection portion 3 of the resin-coated tube 2 so that the half-annular body 12 of the tool main body 4 can be opened and inserted into the intermediate connection portion 3 of the resin-coated tube 2 The ratchet 8 is engaged with the external gear 5 of the tool main body 4 and locked so that the ratchet 8 can be pivoted in one direction on the external gear 5 so that the operation handle 9 is moved. Is pivoted to pivot the external gear 5 so that it can be peeled off.

As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), a semicircular arc shaped support arm 15 is provided at the lower part of the operation handle 9, and the tool main body support 16 of the U-shaped cross section at the center lower end is a tool main body. When the lower end portion of 4 is inserted and held, and the upper end portion of the tool main body 4 is pinched and attached to the ratchet attachment portions 17 of both side plates of the ratchet 8 and the tool main body 4 is inserted into the resin coated tube 2 The operation handle 9 is attached to the tool body 4 so that the tool body 4 can be pivoted via the ratchet 8 by its swinging operation.

For example, when peeling off the resin-coated portion of the intermediate connecting portion 3 of the resin-coated pipe 2 of the gas pipe of 32 A diameter, as shown in FIG. 8A, the resin-coated pipe 2 is peeled off first. Attach the stopper 23 to the starting point position to be started, open the semi-annular body 12 of the tool main body 4 of the surface peeling tool 1 on the starting point side of peeling and attach it, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), (b) The position adjusting tool 14 of the peeling blade 6 is inserted into and pulled out of the spring 14a against the spring 14a to pivot the arc plate-like attachment adjusting member 13 from the retracted position to the peeling position to project the cutting edge 7 to a predetermined position.

Then, the lower end portion of the tool main body 4 is inserted into the tool main body support portion 16 at the lower end portion of the support arm 15 of the operation handle 9 and the ratchet mounting portion 17 is slid to approach the tool main body 4. The ratchet 8 is engaged with the external gear 5 and locked by the tightening tool 17b for the ratchet mounting portion, the ratchet 8 is turned to the peeling direction side, the ratchet pawl 22 is engaged with the external gear 5, and the operation handle The resin coating portion at the start position of the intermediate connection portion 3 of the resin-coated tube 2 is peeled off in an arc shape by swinging 9 by the peeling blade 6.

Next, loosen the stopper 23, attach the peeling of the resin-coated tube 2 to the final position of a predetermined width as shown in FIG. 8B, and swing the operation handle 9 to peel off the peeling blade. The resin-coated portion of the intermediate connection portion 3 of the resin-coated tube 2 can be spirally peeled off with a predetermined width 6.

By swinging the operation handle 9 on the side of the resin-coated tube 2, the resin-coated portion of the resin-coated tube 2 is spirally cut into the resin-coated portion of the resin-coated tube 2 by the cutting edge 7 of the peeling blade 6. Can be peeled off continuously in a spiral, and when the stopper 23 is hit, the resin coating peels off in a spiral, and the intermediate connecting portion 3 of the branch of the resin-coated tube 2 is peeled cleanly and rapidly It can be peeled off.

In this manner, the tool body 4 of the surface peeling tool 1 is opened and attached to the intermediate connecting portion 3 of the resin-coated tube 2 to be installed at the installation site of the gas pipe, etc. With the operation handle 9 part attached to the tool main body 4 by closing it in the mounting state, the ratchet mounting portion 17 is slid so as to approach the tool main body 4 and the external gear 5 of the tool main body 4 When the ratchet 8 is engaged with the tooth gear 5 and the operation handle 9 is swung around the resin-coated tube 2, the resin-coated tube 2 is formed at the cutting edge 7 of the peeling blade 6 in contact with the surface of the resin-coated tube 2. The resin-coated portion of the intermediate connection portion 3 can be peeled off, and piping work can be performed easily and quickly even in a narrow place where the construction site is excavated. In addition, even if the resin-coated tube 2 is not a perfect circle, it can be peeled off smoothly. In addition, by allowing the operation handle 9 to be attachable to and detachable from the tool main body 4, attachment to the resin-coated tube 2 is easy, and space saving of the tool can be saved.

In particular, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (c), the peeling blade 6 is attached to the attachment adjusting member 13 in the form of a circular arc plate, and the end of the attachment adjusting member 13 on the blade edge side is pivoted. The cutting edge side is pivotably mounted on the tool body 4 about the pivoting portion 13a so that it can be removably attached to the retracting position 13b and the peeling position 13c by the position adjusting tool 14 of the dismounting pin. The cutting edge portion 7 of the stripping blade 6 can be quickly and easily installed at the retracted position and the stripping position, which is preferable because the operation can be performed efficiently. Further, when the peeling blade 6 is set at the retracted position, the surface peeling tool 1 can be freely moved along the resin-coated tube 2 and can be quickly set at the required position.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the cutting edge 7 of the peeling blade 6 is provided with a relief 7a at the front side surface portion as a required raking angle with the back surface as a flat surface. Thus, the resin-coated surface of the resin-coated tube 2 can be smoothly and continuously peeled in a spiral with a predetermined width.

FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which three mounting guides 28 of the resin-coated tube 2 are horizontally projected concentrically on the back side of the tool main body 4 and predetermined on the mounting guides 28. The rotation stop plate 29 of the resin-coated tube 2 of elastic force is provided. In the present embodiment, the resin-coated tube 2 can be vertically inserted into the tool main body 4, and it is possible to prevent the resin-coated tube 2 from rotating together when the operating handle 9 is rocked and peeled off.

Although the gas pipe has been described above, the same applies to a water pipe, and further, it can be applied to an oil pipe, a conduit including an electric wire and the like, and the peeling blade preferably has the above shape. The appropriate shape can also be implemented based on the meaning of. Further, the present invention is not limited to the use at a narrow installation site as described above, and can be applied to an end other than the intermediate connection part of the resin-coated tube.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for surface peeling of intermediate connection parts and end parts of resin-coated tubes such as gas pipes, water pipes, LNG pipes, LPG pipes, oil feeding pipes, electric pipes internally containing electric wires.
