Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device including a light emitter, and more particularly to a lighting device for an interior of a car disposed in a cabin of a car.

Various types of illumination devices have conventionally been proposed as illumination devices for illuminating various types of devices disposed in and in a vehicle compartment and a vehicle interior of an automobile.
As one type of such an illumination device, one having a light transmitting cover and a light emitter disposed on the back side of the light transmitting cover has been proposed. The light emitter includes a light source, and light emitted by the light emitter is transmitted through the light transmission cover. Therefore, in this type of lighting device, the surface of the light transmitting cover is viewed by the user.

In order to display various designs on a lighting device, a technique has been proposed in which a light transmitting cover is configured by an area through which light is transmitted and an area through which light is not transmitted (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this type of illumination device, a part of the light transmission cover in the light transmission direction, that is, the front-back direction, is formed of a light shielding member having a window. Specifically, in the lighting device of Patent Document 1, the back side portion of the light transmitting cover is configured by the light shielding member described above.

The surface of the light transmitting cover is roughly divided into an area corresponding to the window and an area other than the area. Assuming that the area corresponding to the window is a bright display area and the other area is a dark display area, when the light source is in the on state, the bright display area appears to be bright among the surfaces of the light transmitting cover. The dark area looks dark. The illumination device of this type can display various designs by using the contrast between the bright display portion and the dark display portion.

The inventors of the present invention have found that when the light source is in the on state, the difference between the bright display portion and the dark display portion is remarkable, and when the light source is in the off state, the bright display portion and the dark display portion have integrity. It aimed to obtain a lighting device to be viewed.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a novel automobile interior illumination device having excellent designability.

If it is effective to form the surface of the light transmission cover by a light shielding member having a window, in order to highlight the contrast between the bright display and the dark display when the light source is in the on state. Conceivable. Hereinafter, the light shielding member having the window portion is referred to as a window frame member.

For example, when the surface of the light transmitting cover is made of a light transmitting member and the window frame member is disposed on the back side of the light transmitting member, the light transmitted through the window of the window frame member is directed to the front side In order to diffuse in a certain translucent member, the boundary between the bright display part and the dark display part may be blurred or blurred and seen on the surface of the light transmitting cover. On the other hand, when the surface of the light transmission cover is formed of a window frame member, the above-described light diffusion does not occur, so the boundary between the bright display portion and the dark display portion is formed on the surface of the light transmission cover. Can be displayed clearly.
When the surface of the light transmitting cover is formed of a window frame member, the window portion of the window frame member is a bright display portion, and the portion of the window frame member other than the window portion is a dark display portion.

By the way, in the illumination device of this type, since the surface of the light transmitting cover is constituted by the window frame member, the window frame member is visually recognized both when the light source is on and off. Moreover, the light-emitting body located in the back side of a window frame member is also visually recognized through the window part of a window frame member. Since the window frame member has a light shielding property and the window portion is formed through, the difference between the window frame member and the light emitter located inside the window portion can be easily discriminated by the user even when the light source is off. Be done.

The inventor of the present invention has conceived of arranging a third member on the front side of the light emitter in order to improve the visual integrity of the bright display and the dark display when the light source is off. Then, the idea was further developed to complete the present invention.

Example 1
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view schematically showing a state in which a vehicle interior illumination device of a first embodiment and a vehicle provided with the vehicle interior illumination device are viewed from above. FIG. 2: is explanatory drawing which represents typically a mode that the illuminating device of Example 1 was cut | disconnected in the AA position in FIG.

The lighting device 1 for car interior according to the first embodiment is a floor mat for a car. As shown in FIG. 2, the automobile interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment has a light transmitting cover 2 and a light emitter 7. The light emitter 7 is composed of a plurality of light sources 71 and a light guide 70.
As shown in FIG. 1, the interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment has the foot of the driver's seat with the front surface of the light transmission cover 2 facing up (the front side in the drawing) and the back surface facing downward (the back side in the drawing). Will be placed on When the light source 71 is turned on, the automotive interior lighting device 1 illuminates the driver's foot.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the light transmitting cover 2 is composed of the window frame member 5 and the colored member 6. The colored member 6 is disposed on the back side of the window frame member 5. The light guide 70 is disposed on the back side of the colored member 6, and the light source 71 is disposed on the further back side of the light guide 70.

The window frame member 5 is made of black rubber and constitutes the surface of the light transmitting cover 2. The window frame member 5 has a sheet-like shape in which the front-back direction is a thickness direction and which extends in a direction intersecting the thickness direction. The surface 5s of the window frame member 5 is a matte surface having fine irregularities.

The window frame member 5 has a large number of windows 5w. Each window 5w is formed to penetrate in the front-back direction of the window frame member 5, and is regularly arranged. The window frame member 5 has a geometric design in which a large number of frame portions 5f constituting the peripheral portion 5p of the window portion 5w are regularly arranged.

The colored member 6 is disposed on the back side of the window frame member 5. In the automobile interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment, the colored member 6 covers the entire back surface of the window frame member 5. The colored member 6 is composed of a transparent resin base 6b and a smoke clear coating layer 6c formed on the surface of the base 6b. Fine unevenness is formed on the surface of the base 6b, and the surface of the smoke clear coating layer 6c is also an uneven surface following the unevenness of the base 6b. Therefore, the surface 6s of the colored member 6 is also a matte surface having fine asperities.

The light emitter 7 is disposed on the back side of the colored member 6. In the present specification, a light emitter means one that emits light, and includes at least a light source. In the automobile interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment, the light emitter 7 is composed of a light guide 70 and a light source 71. The light guide 70 is made of transparent resin and covers the entire back surface of the colored member 6. The light source 71 is an LED lamp.

Each light source 71 is disposed on the back side of the light guide 70 and connected to a power supply (not shown) to emit light toward the light guide 707.

In the automotive interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment, the colored member 6 covers the entire back surface of the window frame member 5. Therefore, on the back side of the window frame member 5, a part of the colored member 6 is disposed in the inside of the window 5w, that is, in the region inside the peripheral edge 5p of the window 5w. A part of the colored member 6 is referred to as a colored light transmitting portion 6t. The colored light transmitting portion 6t of the colored member 6 is viewed from the front side of the automotive interior lighting device 1 through the window portion 5w.

When the light source 71 is on, the light emitted from the light source 71 enters the inside of the colored member 6 through the light guide 70. Therefore, at this time, the light guide 70 is uniformly bright, and the colored member 6 is also uniformly bright. Since the colored light transmitting portion 6t of the colored member 6 is disposed inside the window 5w, the inside of the window 5w appears to be uniformly bright when the lighting device 1 for car interior is viewed from the front side at this time . In contrast, the frame 5f looks dark. In the automobile interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment, the area covered with the frame 5f in the surface of the light transmitting cover 2 is the dark display area 20, and the area located inside the window 5w is the bright display area 21. It is.

In the automobile interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment, the window frame member 5 itself constitutes the bright display portion 21 and the window frame member 5 itself by the window portion 5 w and the frame portion 5 f because the window frame member 5 constitutes the surface of the translucent cover 2. The boundary with the dark display portion 20 is formed. When the light source 71 is in the on state, the bright display portion 21, that is, the window portion 5w is bright and the dark display portion 20, that is, the frame portion 5f adjacent to it is dark in contrast. Therefore, in the automobile interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment, when the light source 71 is in the ON state, the contrast between the bright display portion 21 and the dark display portion 20 is remarkable.

When the light source 71 is in the off state, the colored light transmitting portion 6t disposed inside the window portion 5w derives from its surface shape and displays a matt design. The frame part 5f which comprises the peripheral part 5p of the window part 5w also originates in the surface shape, and displays the design of a matte. Therefore, when the automobile interior lighting device 1 is viewed from the front side, both are viewed with the same texture. Therefore, according to the automotive interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment, when the light source 71 is in the OFF state, the bright display portion 21 and the dark display portion 20 are viewed with a sense of unity.

(3)マンセルカラーシステムによる色相環において、R(赤)、YR(黄赤)、Y(黄)、GY(黄緑)、G(緑)、BG(青緑)、B(青)、PB(紫青)、P(紫)、RP(赤紫)の基本10色相のうち、同じ色相か隣り合う色相である。
Furthermore, according to the automobile interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment, when the light source 71 is in the off state, the colored light transmitting portion 6t disposed inside the window portion 5w has a dark color derived from the smoke clear coating layer 6c. indicate. The frame 5f constituting the peripheral portion 5p of the window 5w displays the color of the frame 5f itself, that is, black. As described above, since the two are similar colors, when the light source 71 is in the OFF state, the bright display portion 21 and the dark display portion 20 are viewed with a sense of unity.
In addition, in this specification, "similar color" means satisfy | filling two or more of the following (1)-(3).
(1) The difference in brightness due to the Munsell color system is within 3,
(2) The difference in saturation due to the Munsell color system is within 6,
(3) In the color wheel of the Munsell color system, R (red), YR (yellow red), Y (yellow), GY (yellow green), G (green), BG (blue green), B (blue), PB Among the basic 10 hues of (purple blue), P (purple) and RP (red violet), they are the same hue or adjacent hues.

As described above, the lighting device 1 for car interior according to the first embodiment is a floor mat for the driver's seat. For example, when the vehicle is started or when the vehicle is switched from automatic driving to driving by a driver, the driver's feet can be illuminated by turning on the light source 71. By this, the driver can visually confirm the brake pedal bp and the accelerator pedal ap. That is, when the light source 71 is turned on, the lighting device 1 for automobile interiors of the first embodiment can not only display a beautiful design that was bright and dark by the bright display portion 21 and the dark display portion 20, but also assists the driver's driving. It also functions as a lighting device inside the passenger compartment.

By the way, when the surface 6s of the colored light transmitting portion 6t is a texture which is greatly different from the surface 5s of the window frame member 5, for example, when it is a smooth surface having a gloss, it is bright even when the light source 71 is in the off state. The contrast between the display unit 21 and the dark display unit 20 is increased, and the sense of unity between the bright display unit 21 and the dark display unit 20 is poor. In such a lighting device 1 for car interiors, a beautiful design based on the contrast is displayed even when the light source 71 is off. In this case, although the automotive interior lighting device 1 is a floor mat, it is considered that the driver has a psychological barrier against placing or wiping his / her feet. Such floor mats can not be said to function as floor mats.

In the automobile interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment, when the light source 71 is in the OFF state, the bright display portion 21 and the dark display portion 20 are viewed with a sense of unity. Therefore, according to the automotive interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment, the psychological barrier of the driver when the light source 71 is off can be lowered. That is, when the light source 71 is off, the vehicle interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment can perform the original function of the floor mat.

In the automobile interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment, the outer periphery of the accelerator pedal ap and the brake pedal bp themselves is trimmed by a trim tm. The translucent cover 2 in the automobile interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment is provided with a through window 2o for accommodating the accelerator pedal ap and the brake pedal bp during automatic driving, and during the automatic driving, the accelerator pedal ap and the brake pedal are The bp is inserted into the through window 2o and integrated with the floor mat, that is, the interior lighting device 1 of the first embodiment to be flush. Therefore, when the light source 71 is off, it is difficult to visually identify the two. However, by providing the above-mentioned trim tm, when the light source 71 is on, the trim tm is illuminated by the bright display portion 21 in the vicinity of the accelerator pedal ap and the brake pedal bp. The position of the brake pedal bp can be visually recognized. The trim tm may be provided on the window frame member 5. The same effect can be obtained by trimming the periphery of the through window 2o in the window frame member 5 with the trim tm.

Furthermore, instead of the above-mentioned trim tm, a light guide may be provided on the periphery of the accelerator pedal ap, the brake pedal bp itself, or the through window 2o. In this case, for example, the light of the bright display portion 21 is incident on the light guide and the light guide is illuminated, so that the driver can visually recognize the positions of the accelerator pedal ap and the brake pedal bp. If necessary, a light source for causing light to enter the light guide may be separately provided.

Although the window frame member 5 made of rubber is used in the automobile interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment, the material of the window frame member 5 is not limited to this, as long as it has a light shielding property. In the present specification, the light shielding property means that the light transmitting property is lower than that of the colored light transmitting part 6t, and includes not only those having no light transmitting property but also those having some light transmitting property. The difference in light transmittance between the colored light transmitting portion 6t and the window frame member 5 is preferably 30% or more.

In the case where the automobile interior lighting device 1 is a floor mat, a soft material such as rubber or urethane foam is used as the material of the window frame member 5 in order to give the window frame member 5 a function as the floor mat. Is good. Furthermore, in the case of using these materials for the window frame member 5, the surface 5s of the window frame member 5 becomes a matte surface having fine irregularities derived from these materials without special processing. It is advantageous in point. It is also preferable to use, as the material of the window frame member 5, the same material as the vehicle interior goods in the vicinity of the automobile interior lighting device 1. For example, when lining materials, such as a floor and a door of a car, and a ceiling, and window frame member 5 are made of the same material, a design having a sense of unity can be given to the interior of a vehicle.

The colored member 6 may transmit light and be colored. The term "colored" as used herein means that the lightness is lower and / or the saturation is higher than that of the transparent material, for example, the light guide 70. The colored member 6 may be transparent or translucent.
The colored member 6 in the automobile interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment is composed of a transparent resin base 6b and a smoke clear coating layer 6c formed on the surface of the base 6b. Although the combination of the smoke clear paint constituting the smoke clear paint layer 6c and the transparent resin is not particularly limited, for example, as the smoke clear paint, a paint containing a transparent resin and a color pigment can be used. As transparent resin, although resin materials which are excellent in light resistance, such as acrylic resin, are preferred, it is not limited to this. The color pigment is also not particularly limited, and for example, at least one of a black pigment, a red pigment, a blue pigment, and a metallic color pigment may be used.

In order to light the bright display portion 21 when the light source 71 is in the on state, the colored light transmitting portion 6t must be colored and able to transmit light. Therefore, the ratio of the color pigment to the transparent resin has a preferable range. Specifically, when the whole of the colored light transmitting portion is 100% by mass, it is preferable that the coloring pigment is 10% by mass or less. The content of the color pigment is more preferably 7% by mass or less, still more preferably 4% by mass or less, and still more preferably 2% by mass or less. Polycarbonate or the like may be selected as the transparent resin.
In addition, in the illuminating device 1 for vehicle interiors of Example 1, although the colored member 6 was comprised by 2 layers of the base | substrate 6b and the smoke clear coating layer 6c, you may comprise the colored member 6 only by one layer. In this case, a transparent resin may be used as the base material, and the color pigment may be dispersed in the entire base material.

The surface 6s of the colored light transmitting portion 6t and the surface 5s of the window frame member 5 are matte surfaces. The matte surface is a surface having a large number of irregularities, and may be formed by, for example, emboss, wrinkle, satin, hairline processing, and the like.

As a method of forming a matte surface, for example, a method of coating formation, a method of molding, a method of cutting, etc. may be mentioned.
For example, in the case of forming a matte surface on the colored light transmitting portion 6t having a two-layer structure similar to that of the first embodiment, a particulate matte material is blended with the smoke clear paint to make the smoke clear paint layer 6c uneven. It may be a layer having a surface.
Further, in the case where the matted surface is formed by molding on the colored light transmitting portion 6t having the above-mentioned two-layer structure, the base 6b may be formed by a forming die having an uneven shape on the forming surface.
Further, in the case where the matted surface is formed by cutting on the colored light transmitting portion 6t having the above-described two-layer structure, the base 6b may be cut.

In the automobile interior lighting device 1 according to the first embodiment, the matte surface is provided on the entire surface 6s of the colored member 6, but the matte surface may be provided only on the surface 6s of the colored light transmitting portion 6t.

In the lighting device 1 for car interior according to the present invention, the textures of the surface 6s of the colored light transmitting portion 6t and the surface 5s of the window frame member 5 may be the same, so that both may be matte surfaces. Is not particularly limited. Although surface roughness is mentioned as one of the parameter | index of unevenness | corrugation, in this invention, there is no limitation in particular in surface roughness of surface 6s of colored light transmission part 6t and surface roughness of surface 5s of window frame member 5. FIG.
If the preferable relationship between the surface roughness of the surface 6s of the colored light transmitting portion 6t and the surface roughness of the surface 5s of the window frame member 5 is strong, the surface roughness of the surface 6s of the colored light transmitting portion 6t is the window frame The surface roughness of the surface 5s of the member 5 is within a range of 0.01 times to 100 times, 0.05 times to 50 times, 0.1 times to 10 times, 0.2 times to 5 times of the surface roughness Is preferred. In this case, although arithmetic mean roughness, maximum height roughness, and ten-point mean roughness can be exemplified as a unit of surface roughness, it is not limited thereto. In order to verify the above relationship, the same unit may be used for the surface roughness of the surface 6s of the colored light transmitting portion 6t and the surface roughness of the surface 5s of the window frame member 5.

As a material of the light guide 70, a transparent resin such as acrylic may be used. Further, as the light source 71, an LED lamp, a halogen lamp or the like may be used.

In the automobile interior illumination device 1 of the first embodiment, the light emitter 7 is configured by the light source 71 and the light guide 70, but the light emitter 7 may be configured by only the light source 71. Also in this case, since the colored light transmitting portion 6t looks bright and bright, the bright display portion 21 and the dark display portion 20 can display a beautiful design that was bright and dark.
