Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a strainer, which is disposed in a pipe for circulating a fluid such as tap water, industrial water or agricultural water, and filters the fluid by an element contained therein to remove foreign matter such as solid matter.
The applicant has developed a strainer that can clean the element manually from the outside without removing the element from the strainer main body, and has filed a utility model registration application (Patent Document 1).
FIG. 8 shows a strainer described in
By using the strainer for a long time, when the element 110 becomes dirty, the operator holds the handle 115 outside the strainer and rotates the handle shaft 111 a required number of times. Thereby, the brush 113 slides on the inner side surface of the element 110 and scrapes off foreign matter such as solid matter from the element 110.
In the strainer shown in FIG. 8, when cleaning the soiled element 110, the operator had to rotate the handle 115 a required number of times manually in a narrow space such as a piping room or the like. Also, regardless of the degree of contamination (clogging) of the element 110, when cleaning is performed regularly, when the amount of contamination is small and cleaning is not necessary, the element 110 is unnecessarily cleaned, or conversely, the element 110 is contaminated. Even when it got worse, it did not clean and sometimes it was left clogged.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to achieve element saving without removing the element from the strainer main body, and save time and labor for manual element cleaning, thereby achieving labor saving of the cleaning operation. In a space secured between the
The configuration related to on / off control of the
Although not shown, an electric actuator is connected to the
[Operation of First Embodiment]
(1) In the water supply pipe line, the water supplied from the water source flows into the strainer
(2) The
(3) When the actuator is connected to the discharge on-off
[Effect of First Embodiment]
(1) According to the present embodiment, since the
(2) Since the
(3) The degree of contamination of the
(4) The support stay 12 for supporting the
(5) Since the
(6) The
(7) Since it is not necessary to take out the
