Abstract
Description
本実施形態の生体情報推定装置800は、血糖、中性脂肪、コレステロール、カロリー、タンパク質及び尿酸などを含む多様な生体情報を非侵襲的に推定する装置であり得る。一実施形態によれば、生体情報推定装置800は、図9のような腕時計の形態のウェアラブル機器として製作することができる。但し、これに制限されるものではなく、腕輪型、手首バンド型、指輪型、メガネ型、ヘアバンド型などの形態だけではなく、生体情報の推定目的や生体情報推定装置の活用場所などによって多様なサイズや形態で製作することができる。または、スマートフォンやタブレットPCのような情報処理機器に搭載されてもよい。
Claims (29)
- 生体情報センサーから生体情報を受信する通信部と、
ユーザの飲食情報に基づいて代謝情報を抽出し、抽出された前記代謝情報に基づいて、受信された前記生体情報を補正する処理部と、
前記生体情報の補正結果を提供する出力部と、
を含む生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。 - 前記処理部は、
飲食センサーから受信された飲食センサー情報及びユーザの入力情報のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて飲食情報を獲得する、請求項1に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。 - 前記処理部は、
前記生体情報センサーから受信された前記生体情報に含まれた連続生体情報測定値に基づいて生体情報の傾度変化を獲得し、前記傾度変化に基づいて飲食情報を獲得する、請求項1に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。 - 前記飲食情報は、摂取した食べ物、摂取量及び摂取時間のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。
- 前記代謝情報は、経時的な生体情報の変化量、生体情報の信頼区間、及び前記変化量が特定の変化段階に該当する確率のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。
- 前記処理部は、
生理学的代謝モデル及び生体情報データベースのうちの少なくとも1つを用いて前記代謝情報を抽出する、請求項5に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。 - 前記処理部は、
受信された前記生体情報の測定値と前記代謝情報との間の、補正式及び相関関係モデルのうちの少なくとも1つを用いて前記測定値を補正する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。 - 前記処理部は、
受信された前記生体情報の測定値のうちから、生体情報の信頼区間を外れた測定値を異常値として決定し、決定された異常値を前記信頼区間内の値に補正する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。 - 前記処理部は、
前記生体情報の実測値に基づいていないと判断された欠測値を、経時的な生体情報の変化量及び前記変化量が、特定の変化段階に該当する確率のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて補正する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。 - 前記生体情報は、
血糖、コレステロール、中性脂肪、タンパク質、アルコール及び尿酸のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正装置。 - 生体情報センサーから生体情報を受信する段階と、
ユーザの飲食情報に基づいて代謝情報を抽出する段階と、
抽出された前記代謝情報に基づいて、受信された前記生体情報を補正する段階と、
前記生体情報の補正結果を提供する段階と、
を含む、生体情報センサーの誤差補正方法。 - 飲食センサーから飲食センサー情報を受信する段階と、
受信された前記飲食センサー情報に基づいて飲食情報を獲得する段階と、
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正方法。 - 受信された前記生体情報に含まれた連続測定値に基づいて前記生体情報の傾度変化を獲得する段階と、
前記傾度変化に基づいて前記飲食情報を獲得する段階と、
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正方法。 - 前記代謝情報は、
経時的な生体情報の変化量、生体情報の信頼区間、及び前記変化量が特定の変化段階に該当する確率のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正方法。 - 前記代謝情報を抽出する段階は、
生理学的代謝モデル及び生体情報データベースのうちの少なくとも1つを用いて前記代謝情報を抽出する、請求項14に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正方法。 - 前記生体情報を補正する段階は、
受信された前記生体情報の測定値、前記生体情報の信頼区間を外れた異常値及び前記生体情報の実測値に基づいていない欠測値のうちの少なくとも1つを補正する、請求項11〜15のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報センサーの誤差補正方法。 - ユーザからセンサー情報を収集するセンサー部と、
前記センサー情報に基づいて生体情報を推定し、ユーザの飲食情報に基づいて代謝情報を抽出し、抽出された前記代謝情報を用いて、推定された前記生体情報を補正し、補正結果を提供する処理部と、
を含む、生体情報推定装置。 - 前記センサー情報は、
分光器測定情報、インピーダンス測定情報、超音波測定情報、熱測定情報、ECG情報、EEG情報、EMG情報、EOG情報、及びPPG情報のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項17に記載の生体情報推定装置。 - 前記センサー部は、
ユーザによる食べ物の摂取を検出して飲食センサー情報を獲得する飲食センサーを含み、
前記処理部は、
前記飲食センサー情報に基づいて、前記飲食情報を獲得する請求項17または18に記載の生体情報推定装置。 - 前記処理部は、
生理学的代謝モデル及び生体情報データベースのうちの少なくとも1つを用いて、前記代謝情報を抽出する、請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報推定装置。 - 前記代謝情報は、
経時的な生体情報の変化量、生体情報の信頼区間、及び前記変化量が特定の変化段階に該当する確率のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17〜20のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報推定装置。 - 前記処理部は、
前記生体情報の推定値と、前記経時的な生体情報の変化量または前記変化量が特定の変化段階に該当する確率と、の相関関係を示す補正式および相関関係モデルの少なくともいずれか1つを用いて、前記生体情報の推定値を補正する、請求項21に記載の生体情報推定装置。 - 前記処理部は、
前記生体情報の推定値のうちから前記信頼区間を外れた異常値を前記信頼区間内の値に補正する、請求項21に記載の生体情報推定装置。 - 前記処理部は、
前記生体情報の実測値に基づいていない欠測値を判断し、判断された欠測値を前記経時的な生体情報の変化量または前記変化量が特定の変化段階に該当する確率に基づいて補正する請求項21に記載の生体情報推定装置。 - ユーザからセンサー情報を獲得する段階と、
前記センサー情報に基づいて生体情報を推定する段階と、
ユーザの飲食情報を獲得する段階と、
前記飲食情報に基づいて代謝情報を抽出する段階と、
抽出された前記代謝情報に基づいて、推定された前記生体情報を補正する段階と、
前記生体情報の補正結果を提供する段階と、
を含む、生体情報推定方法。 - 前記センサー情報は、分光器測定情報、インピーダンス測定情報、超音波測定情報、熱測定情報、ECG情報、EEG情報、EMG情報、EOG情報、及びPPG情報のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項25に記載の生体情報推定方法。
