Description

The present invention relates to a heat dissipation structure of a light guide display plate for displaying characters and figures on the surface of the light guide plate by entering illumination light from the side of the light guide plate, and in particular, a waterproof member is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the light guide plate. The present invention relates to a heat dissipation structure of a waterproof light guide panel.

The general configuration of this type of light guide panel is shown in FIG. 5 (a) is an exploded perspective view of the main body of the light guide panel, FIG. 5 (b) is a side sectional view of the main assembly of FIG. 5 (a), and FIG. 5 (c) is the light guide panel in which the main body is housed in a case. Side sectional view of FIG.
The main body 20 of the light guide display plate 2 is a light guide plate 21 formed of a light transmitting material such as acrylic and glass, and a cover 23 having a U-shaped cross section which doubles as a heat sink fitted around the light guide plate 21. And a light emitting body 22 such as a fluorescent lamp or an LED disposed between the bottom of the cover 23 and the side surface of the light guide plate 21. On one surface side of the light guide plate 21 (the lower surface side of the light guide plate 21 in FIG. 5B), a reflection plate 26 that reflects the illumination light of the light emitter 22 toward the other surface side of the light guide plate 21 An image portion 24 is formed on the surface of the plate 26 or the one surface of the light guide plate 21 for displaying characters, figures, etc. on the other surface of the light guide plate 21 by reflection of illumination light. The main body 20 of the light guide plate 2 having such a configuration is a known one as described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, for example.

The light guide panel 2 is configured by housing the main body 20 of the above configuration in a box-like case 25. Case 25 is attached to one side of case main body 25a formed of a transparent member such as acrylic and at least a front portion where characters, figures and the like are displayed, and a back cover which seals case main body 25a. And 25b. In the case where the light guide display plate is installed outdoors, a packing 25c is provided between the case main body 25a and the back lid 25b in order to prevent the entry of water at the time of rainy weather or the like. Such a heat dissipation structure is also known as described in Patent Documents 3 to 6.

実用新案登録第3195061号公報(図面の図3参照)Utility model registration 3195061 gazette (refer to figure 3 of drawing) 特許第4724872号公報(図面の図2参照)Patent No. 4724872 (Refer to Drawing 2) 特開2000−338908号公報(図面の図7参照)JP 2000-338908 A (see FIG. 7 of the drawings) 特開2007−41622号公報(図面の図3参照)Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2007-41622 (refer FIG. 3 of drawing) 特開2007−41622号公報(図面の図3参照)Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2007-41622 (refer FIG. 3 of drawing) 実用新案登録第3152614号公報(図面の図2参照)Utility model registration 3152614 (see Figure 2 of the drawing) 特開2015−32461号公報(段落0042の記載及び図面の図1,図3,図4参照)Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2015-32461 (refer description of drawing of paragraph 0042, and FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 4 of drawing)

Thus, since the heat dissipation structure described in Patent Documents 3 to 6 accommodates the main body 20 of the light guide plate 2 in the case 25 larger than that, the display surface of the light guide plate 2 is relatively There is a problem of becoming smaller. In addition, the structure is complicated, the price is also high, and the ratio of the non-decorative surrounding structure to the decorative display surface is relatively large, which is not preferable for the display effect of the signboard. .
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the light guide panel (LED sign panel) 3 described in Patent Document 7 is a light emitter (LED light emitter) near the outer peripheral edge of the light guide plate (panel material) 31. A groove 33 for inserting 32 is formed, and the entire back surface of the light guide plate 31 is covered with an aluminum plate (heat sink portion) 35. Then, a heat dissipation structure is formed by interposing a packing 35 c between the aluminum plate 35 and the light guide plate 31 outside the groove 33. Furthermore, if such a sealed heat dissipation structure is used, the heat dissipation of the light emitters 32 becomes a problem, so that a projecting insertion portion 35c is formed on a part of the aluminum plate 35 to contact the light emitters 32 in the grooves 33. Heat from the aluminum plate 35 to the outside. In the light guide plate 3 described in this document, the aluminum plate 35 for heat radiation and waterproof is also used as a reflector.

However, in recent years, a light guide plate in which the light guide plate becomes transparent or semi-transparent at the time of non-emission is becoming widespread, but a light guide plate is a metal plate such as aluminum plate like the light guide plate described in Patent Document 7. If the entire back surface of the light guide plate is covered, the light guide plate can not be made transparent or translucent, and there is a problem that it can not be applied to such a light guide display plate. Moreover, since the metal plate for thermal radiation is provided in the whole back surface of a light-guide plate, there exists a problem that the weight of a light-guided display board becomes heavy. In addition, there is a problem that the design of the entire signboard is also limited.

The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and it is not necessary to cover the entire back surface of the light guide plate with a metal plate having high heat dissipation such as an aluminum plate, and the waterproof property is high while maintaining high heat dissipation. An object of the present invention is to provide a heat dissipating structure of a waterproof light guide display panel which is light in weight, has a wide designability, and can be made transparent or semitransparent.

In order to solve the above-mentioned subject, the heat dissipation structure of the waterproof type light guide display board according to claim 1 is a waterproof that displays characters and figures on the surface of the light guide plate by entering illumination light from the side surface side of the light guide plate. In the heat dissipating structure of a light guide display plate, a light emitting body accommodation groove or a light emitting body accommodation hole formed in the light guiding plate and accommodating the light emitting body, and an outer periphery of the light emitting body accommodation groove or the light emitting body accommodation hole And a sandwiching member for preventing water from entering the luminous body accommodation groove or the luminous body accommodation hole by sandwiching the waterproofing body between the waterproof member and the light guide plate, and And a bottomed heat dissipating groove or heat dissipating hole communicating with the light emitting body accommodating groove or the light emitting body accommodating hole, and a heat dissipating member extending from the light emitting body accommodating groove or the light emitting body accommodating hole to the heat dissipating groove or heat dissipating hole It is as composition. As described in the second aspect, it is preferable that the bottom of the heat dissipating groove or the heat dissipating hole is thinly formed to be a heat dissipating part, and the thickness of the heat dissipating part be such that the heat generation amount and the heat release amount are equal.
The holding member may be made of a waterproof material, and any material such as metal, resin, glass, wood or a composite of these may be used. A translucent material formed of a transparent or translucent resin or glass is preferred. Further, the holding member may cover only a part of the light guide plate as long as it covers the area surrounded by the waterproof member.

According to this configuration, heat dissipation is performed through the heat dissipating groove or the bottom of the heat dissipating hole of the sandwiching member, and the heat dissipating structure of the waterproof light guide panel is formed by the light guide plate, the sandwiching member having translucency, and the waterproof member. As it is formed, a case larger than the waterproof light guide display plate is not necessary, and it is possible to make it lightweight and transparent or semitransparent.
The waterproof member does not necessarily have to be a closed annular shape surrounding the luminous body accommodation groove or the luminous body accommodation hole, and may be partially opened as described in claim 3 . For example, in the case where the waterproof light guide display plate is installed in an upright state, a part of the lower side may be opened. Then, as described in claim 4, a part or all of the heat dissipating groove or the heat dissipating hole may be communicated with the open portion so that the heat dissipating can be performed from the heat dissipating groove or the heat dissipating hole.
Furthermore, as described in claim 5, a heat dissipating member such as an aluminum plate having good heat conductivity may be embedded in a part or all of the bottom of the heat dissipating groove or the heat dissipating hole.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view for explaining the configuration of a heat dissipation structure of a waterproof light guide display plate (hereinafter referred to as a light guide display plate) according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. (B) is a partially enlarged sectional view showing another embodiment of the heat dissipation part, (c) is a partially enlarged sectional view showing still another embodiment, (d) is a sectional view of the light guide display plate It is a partial expanded sectional view which shows a modification.
The light guide plate 1 includes a light guide plate 11 formed of a transparent member such as acrylic, and a fitting groove 17a of a packing 15c which is a waterproof member formed over the entire periphery in the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge of the light guide plate 11. A bottomed light emitting body receiving groove 13 for receiving a light emitting body 12 such as an LED formed inside the fitting groove 17a, and the light guide plate 11 with the packing 15c fitted in the fitting groove 17a And a holding plate 15 for holding and holding.

In the light guide panel 1 having such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 2A, since there is a fixed gap between the bottom of the light emitting body accommodation groove 13 and the surface of the light guide plate 11, arrows in the figure are shown. As indicated by I, the illumination light of the light emitter 12 can reach the opposite end of the light guide plate 11 through the gap, and the entire light guide plate 11 can emit light.

In this embodiment, the holding plate 15 is formed to have substantially the same size as the light guide plate 11, and is attached to the back surface of the light guide plate 11 by a bolt or the like. The image portion 14 is formed on the surface of the holding plate 15, the surface of the light guide plate 11 or between the holding plate 15 and the light guide plate 11. In addition, a reflecting plate 19 may be provided on the back of the image unit 14. A fitting groove 17b in which the packing 15c is fitted is formed in a portion corresponding to the fitting groove 17a of the holding plate 15, and the packing 15c is fitted in the fitting groove 17a and the fitting groove 17b. By attaching the holding plate 15 to the light guide plate 11, a waterproof structure is formed to prevent water from entering the boundary surface between the holding plate 15 and the light guide plate 11.

A bottomed heat dissipation groove 15 a is formed inward from a portion of the holding plate 15 corresponding to the light emitting body accommodation groove 13. Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2A, a heat radiating member 16 having an L-shaped cross section is provided from the heat radiating groove 15a toward the light emitting body containing groove 13. As shown in FIG. One heat dissipation plate 16a constituting the heat dissipation member 16 is inserted into the light emitting body accommodation groove 13 to be in contact with the light emitting body 12, and the other heat dissipation plate 16b is located near the bottom of the heat dissipation groove 15a. The heat recovered from the light emitting body 12 by the heat dissipation plate 16a is transmitted to the heat dissipation plate 16b and dissipated to the outside from the thin bottom portion of the heat dissipation groove 15a.

FIG. 2 (b) is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of the heat dissipation portion.
In this embodiment, the heat dissipating member 18 which is a second heat dissipating member formed of a metal or the like having excellent thermal conductivity is embedded in the bottom of the heat dissipating groove 15a, and the heat of the heat dissipating plate 16b is external to the heat dissipating member 18 It is designed to dissipate heat. As shown in the drawing, the heat dissipating efficiency is enhanced by bringing the heat dissipating plate 16 b into close contact with the heat dissipating member 18.
FIG.2 (c) is a partial expanded sectional view which shows other embodiment of a light guide display board.
In this embodiment, the edge 11a of the light guide plate 11 is obliquely cut, and the light emitters 12 and 12 are provided on both the front and back sides of the heat sink 16a, and illumination from one of the light emitters 12 facing outward Light can be reflected at the edge 11a to make the edge 1a bright.
FIG. 2 (d) relates to a modification of the light guide panel of FIG. 2 (c), in which a groove is formed on the surface of the light guide plate 11 outside the light emitter accommodation groove 13 and the light shielding member 19 is formed in this groove. It is buried. Further, the tip of one of the heat sinks 16 a in the luminous body accommodation groove 13 is extended to the bottom of the luminous body accommodation groove 13. In this way, for example, when the other light emitting body 12 facing inward is a single color LED and one light emitting body 12 facing the outer side is a multicolor LED, the illumination light of the other light emitting body 12 It is possible to prevent color mixing with the illumination light of the light emitter 12 of the above.

FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing still another embodiment of the heat dissipation portion.
In this embodiment, two light guide plates 11 are stacked, and an image portion 14 is formed on the boundary surface between the light guide plates 11. In this embodiment, one light guide plate 11 functions as the holding plate 15 (so it is described as 11 (15) in the figure). Moreover, the groove | channel of the same shape is formed in the same position of the light-guide plate 11 and 11, and when the light-guide plate 11 and 11 is laminated | stacked, this groove | channel comprises the light-emitting body accommodation groove 13. FIG. In the luminous body accommodation groove 13, the luminous body 12 is accommodated so that the center of the luminous body 12 is located at the boundary surface between the light guide plates 11 and 11 and images are displayed on both front and back sides of the light guiding plate 1 by illumination light of the luminous body 12. It is designed to By forming different image portions 14 for each of the light guide plates 11 and 11, the images displayed on both the front and back sides can be made different.
In this embodiment, the heat radiation member 16 is formed in a U-shape in cross section, and the light emitter 12 is disposed to be in contact with the heat radiation plate 16 a constituting the bottom of the U-shape. The heat sink 16b is disposed. Then, the heat of the light emitting body 12 is dissipated to the outside from the bottom of the light emitting body accommodating groove 13. That is, in this embodiment, the light emitting body accommodation groove 13 functions as the heat dissipation groove 15a.
