Description
このような状況に鑑み、高い紫外線防止効果を有し、優れた耐ケーキング性を兼ね備えた固形粉末化粧料を求めて鋭意研究した結果、グリチルレチン酸ステアリルと紫外線吸収剤
を特定量含有する粉末固形化粧料が課題を解決することを見出し、本発明に至った。すなわち本発明は以下に示す通りである。
[1]下記成分(A)及び(B)を含有することを特徴とする固形粉末化粧料。
(A)グリチルレチン酸ステアリル
(B)紫外線吸収剤を化粧料全体に対して2〜15質量%
[2]前記成分(A)を化粧料全体に対して0.05〜1質量%含有することを特徴とする[1]記載の固形粉末化粧料。
[3]前記成分(B)として、メトキシケイヒ酸エチルヘキシル及びジエチルアミノヒドロキシベンゾイル安息香酸ヘキシルの少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする[1]または[2]記載の化粧料。
[4]成分(C)シリコーン処理板状粉体をさらに含むことを特徴とする[1]から[3]いずれかに記載の化粧料。
[5]前記成分(C)を化粧料全体に対して25〜95質量%含有することを特徴とする[1]から[4]いずれかに記載の化粧料。
[6]前記成分(C)として、シリコーン処理マイカ、シリコーン処理セリサイト、シリコーン処理タルク、シリコーン処理合成金雲母から選ばれる一種以上を含むことを特徴とする[1]から[5]いずれかに記載の化粧料。

本発明の成分(C)に用いられる板状粉体は、特に限定されないが、平均粒子径1〜20μmのものが、滑らかな使用感、凹凸への均一な付着性、耐ケーキング性により優れる点から好ましく、更に1〜10μmのものがそれらの効果が特に顕著であるためより好ましい。

熟練評価者5名により実施例1から7、比較例1から3の固形粉末化粧料を、ウレタン製
パフにて、同一方向に100回繰り返し擦り取り、固形粉末化粧料表面を目視観察し、耐ケーキング性を以下に示す判定基準に従って判定した。評価では、5名の平均値を求めその固形粉末化粧料の評点とした。また、SPF(アナライザー)は、25cm 2 区画の塗
布プレートに、上記実施例及び比較例で調製したサンプルを1.3mg/cm 2 になるように均一になじませ、SPFアナライザーにてSPF値を測定した。SPF値が30以上を紫外線防御効果が高いとした。結果を表2に示す。
<評価基準>
3点:ケーキングが見られない。
2点:部分的にケーキングが見られるが使用性に問題なし。
1点:全体的にケーキングが見られ使用性に問題がある。
