[Invention of Claim 5]
According to the present invention, since the outer edge portions of the container portion and the lid portion are fixed via the gel material, peeling of the lid portion is suppressed.
First Embodiment
As shown in FIGS. 1 (A) and 1 (B), the gel
The
In addition, in detail, the
As the
The
The thickness of the
The
Next, a method of manufacturing the gel
When the
When the
When the
When the
By the way, in the conventional gel-like elastic body, if the soft coating layer (resin film) covering the
On the other hand, in the gel
Furthermore, since the
Moreover, when the conventional gel-like elastic body is manufactured by the same manufacturing method as this embodiment, since the coating layer is soft, the gel material shrinks after the gel material is heat-cured at the time of manufacturing the gel-like elastic body. If it is generated, the coating layer is pulled inward by the gel material, and there is a problem that wrinkles, blisters and the like are easily generated in the lid. In addition, when the gel elastic body is removed from the vacuum forming female mold, when the lid portion expands outward by the elastic force of the gel material, the outer edge portion of the lid portion is pulled to the center side, and the opening of the container portion The edge narrows, and the lid and the container are prone to wrinkles and blisters.
However, in the gel-like

Second Embodiment
As shown in FIG. 6A, in the gel-like
As shown in FIG. 6B, in the gel
