Claims (14)
- エネルギー・ビームによって硬化させられ得る構築材料(2)の層の連続的な層ごとの選択的な照射及び硬化によって、3次元物体を付加的に製造するための装置(1)であって、少なくとも第1及び第2の領域(4、5)を含むプロセス・チャンバー(3)を有しており、前記第1の領域(4)において、構築材料(2)が、構築平面(6)の上で適用及び照射される、装置(1)において、流れ発生ユニットが、前記第2の領域(5)から前記第1の領域(4)を分離する、プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)を前記プロセス・チャンバー(3)の中に発生させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、装置(1)。
- 前記照射プロセスにおいて発生させられる粒子及び/又は残留物が前記プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)を通り、前記第1の領域(4)から前記第2の領域(5)の中へ横切ることを回避するように、前記プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)が発生させられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ発生ユニットは、前記プロセス・チャンバー(3)の中に隣接して配置されている前記第1及び前記第2の領域(4,5)を垂直方向に及び/又は水平方向に分離する、前記プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)を発生させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス・ガスは、前記プロセス・チャンバー(3)の底部領域(12)から上部領域(13)へ流されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 発生させられた前記プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)は、少なくとも1つのプロセス・ガス出口部を介して、前記プロセス・チャンバー(3)の中へガイドされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの出口部は、スリット又はノズルであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- プロセス・ガスの少なくとも2つのサブ流れ(11)が、前記流れ発生ユニットによって発生させられ、少なくとも2つの異なるプロセス・ガス出口部を介して前記プロセス・チャンバー(3)の中へ流れ、前記サブ流れ(11)は、隣接して又は重なり合って発生させられることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の領域(5)に向けて前記プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)の中へ移動する、前記第1の領域(4)の中の粒子が、前記第1の領域(4)の中へ循環させられて戻るように、前記プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)が発生させられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 追加的な流れ発生ユニット又は前記流れ発生ユニットが、残留物をロードされることができる前記構築平面(6)の上を流れるプロセス・ガスの流れ(15)を発生させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記流れ発生ユニット又は追加的な流れ発生ユニット(17)は、前記プロセス・チャンバー(3)からのプロセス・ガスの吸い込み流れを発生させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第2の領域(5)に向けて前記プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)の中へ移動する、前記第1の領域(4)の中の粒子が、生成された前記プロセス・ガスの吸い込み流れの中へ循環させられるように、前記プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)が発生させられることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記領域(4、5)を分離する前記プロセス・ガスの流れ(10)が、工具キャリア、特にコーター(8)のそばを通ることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- チャンバー分離デバイス(18)は、前記チャンバー分離デバイス(18)が第1の位置(19)にある状態で、前記第2の領域(5)から前記第1の領域(4)を分離し、前記チャンバー分離デバイス(18)が第2の位置(20)にある状態で、前記第1の領域(4)と前記第2の領域(5)との間に通路(21)を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 配量モジュール(6)、構築モジュール、及びオーバーフロー・モジュール(9)が、前記第1の領域(4)の中に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
