The present invention was made to solve the above-described conventional drawbacks, and the object of the present invention is to increase the number of wiring / piping materials without increasing the width of the arrangement path. -It is providing the multistage arrangement structure of piping material, and the multistage arrangement | positioning apparatus of wiring and piping material.

The multi-stage arrangement device for wiring / piping material and the multi-stage arrangement structure for wiring / piping material according to the present invention have the following configurations in order to achieve the object. That is,
The multi-stage arrangement device for wiring / piping material according to the invention described in claim 1 has a groove portion that opens upward, a pedestal installed on the arrangement surface, and a lower wiring / piping device attached to the groove portion. A lower holder for holding the piping material, and an upper arrangement mounted and fixed to the pedestal to dispose the upper wiring / piping material above the lower wiring / piping material held by the lower holder. An installation path forming member. Here, the upper-stage arrangement path forming member is attached and fixed to the pedestal so as to rise upward from the pedestal at an interval in the longitudinal direction of the groove part so as to sandwich the lower-stage holder attached to the groove part. A pair of leg portions, and an upper stage forming portion that connects the upper ends of the leg portions and in which the upper wiring / piping material is disposed. And the lower stage holding tool has an operation part for switching between a holding state of the lower wiring / piping material and a released state after releasing the holding state by an operation from the longitudinal direction of the groove part, An opening for allowing the operation portion to face the outside of the leg portion is provided so that the operation portion can be operated by inserting a tool from the outside of the leg portion.

According to this multi-stage arrangement device for wiring and piping materials, the lower holder is attached to the groove portions of a plurality of pedestals installed at intervals on the arrangement surface, and the lower wiring and piping material is attached by the lower holder. It is hold | maintained and arrange | positioned so that it may be spanned over several bases. And it arrange | positions so that the upper wiring and piping material may be spanned over each of the upper stage formation part which connects the upper end side of a pair of leg part attached and fixed to each base. In this way, the upper arrangement path in which the upper wiring / piping material is arranged is provided above the lower arrangement path in which the lower wiring / piping material is arranged. Here, the lower holder has an operation part that switches between the holding state of the lower wiring / piping material and the released state after releasing the holding state, and the leg part has the operation part on the outside of the leg part. It has an opening to face. For this reason, by inserting a tool into the opening from the outside of the leg and operating the operating part, the lower wiring / pipe material holding state by the lower holder is released, and the lower wiring / pipe material is removed. Then, the lower wiring / piping material can be attached again. That is, it is possible to replace, repair, or remove only the lower wiring / piping material while leaving the upper wiring / piping material arranged in the upper forming portion as it is.

The wiring / pipe material multi-stage arrangement structure according to the second aspect of the invention has a plurality of pedestals having grooves that open upward, with a plurality of pedestals arranged at intervals on the arrangement surface. A holder is attached, and a lower-stage arrangement path is provided in which the lower wiring / piping material is held by the lower-stage holder and arranged to span the plurality of pedestals. Then, a pair of leg portions are attached and fixed to the pedestal so as to rise upward from the pedestal at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the groove portion so as to sandwich the lower stage holder attached to the groove portion, and the lower tier An upper stage forming portion that connects the upper ends of the pair of leg portions and extends in the longitudinal direction of the groove portion is disposed above the arrangement path so that the upper wiring / pipe material is bridged over the upper stage forming portion. An upper-stage arrangement path is provided. Therefore, the lower holder has an operation unit that switches between a holding state of the lower wiring / piping material and a released state in which the holding state is released by an operation from the longitudinal direction of the groove, An escape space is provided for allowing the operation portion to face the outside of the leg portion so that the operation portion can be operated by inserting a tool from the outside of the leg portion.

According to this multi-stage arrangement structure of wiring and piping materials, the lower holder is attached to the groove portions of a plurality of pedestals installed at intervals on the arrangement surface, and the lower wiring and piping material is attached by the lower holder. There is an escape space to face. For this reason, by operating the operation part by inserting a tool into the escape space from the outside of the leg part, the lower wiring / pipe material holding state by the lower holder is released and the lower wiring / pipe material is removed. Then, the lower wiring / piping material can be attached again. That is, it is possible to replace, repair, or remove only the lower wiring / piping material while leaving the upper wiring / piping material arranged in the upper forming portion as it is.

The wiring / pipe material multi-stage arrangement structure according to claim 3 is the multi-stage arrangement structure according to claim 2, wherein the escape space includes an opening.

An upper-stage arrangement path 202 is provided so as to be bridged over the portion 6b. In the illustrated embodiment, the upper stage groove portion 10 is provided in the upper stage forming portion 6 b, and the upper stage wiring / pipe material 2 b is held by the upper stage holder 9 attached to the upper stage groove portion 10. For this reason, the upper wiring / piping material 2b is bridged over the upper formation portion 6b via the upper groove portion 10 and the upper holder 9. Here, the upper stage arrangement path 202 is provided above the lower stage arrangement path 201 and along the lower stage arrangement path 201.

And also in this multistage arrangement structure 4, the lower stage holder 8 has the above-mentioned operation part 8b, and the leg part 6a is the above-mentioned escape space (specifically, the opening part 6e provided in the leg part 6a). Have

In the multistage arrangement device 3 and the multistage arrangement structure 4, the upper groove portion 10 provided in the upper stage forming portion 6 b can be attached with the same holder as the lower stage holder 8, and the upper groove portion 10. The upper stage holder 9 is attached to the upper stage holder 9 and the upper stage holder 9 holds the upper wiring / piping material 2b. Thus, since the upper groove portion 10 can be attached with the same holder as the lower holder 8, the lower holder 8 and the upper holder 9 can be shared or shared. In addition, if the upper stage groove part 10 can attach the same holder as the lower stage holder 8 here, in addition to that, the holder different from the lower stage holder 8 can be attached. It doesn't matter.

Further, the upper groove portion 10 provided in the upper step forming portion 6b has the same attachment mechanism (engagement portion 10a described later) as the attachment mechanism (engagement portion 7a described later) of the lower holder 8 to the groove portion 7. The upper stage holder 9 is attached to the upper stage groove portion 10, and the upper stage wiring / pipe material 2 b is held by the upper stage holder 9.

Specifically, the pedestal 5 includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped pedestal main body 5 a that is horizontally long and a groove part forming body 7 x that forms the groove part 7. The pedestal main body 5a has a groove 5b extending along the longitudinal direction of the pedestal main body 5a on the upper surface, and a concrete block 5c serving as a weight is accommodated therein (see FIG. 4). The groove portion forming body 7x is fitted in the groove 5b of the pedestal main body 5a, and is fixed to the pedestal main body 5a by a fixing tool 11 such as a screw. At this time, the groove portion forming body 7x does not reach both end portions of the groove 5b of the pedestal main body 5a, and both end portions thereof are fixing portions 5d for attaching and fixing the leg portions 6a (upper arrangement path forming member 6). It has become. This groove part forming body 7x has a substantially U-shaped cross section that opens upward so as to form the groove part 7, and extends along the groove 5b. And this groove part formation body 7x and by extension, the groove part 7 have the engaging part 7a which extended from the both front-end | tips of the substantially U-shaped cross section to the mutually opposing side, and was bent a little below.

Therefore, the lower holder 8 (specifically, the engaged portion 8a provided on the lower holder 8) is engaged with these engaging portions 7a and 7a from below, and the lower holder 8 is a groove forming body. 7x (groove portion 7) is supported at an arbitrary position in the extending direction.

The lower holder 8 includes two divided holders 8c and 8c and a fastening bolt 8d. Therefore, the head portion of the tightening bolt 8d becomes the operation portion 8b. The divided holding bodies 8c and 8c are formed symmetrically with respect to each other, and are curved along the peripheral surface of the lower wiring / piping material 2a so as to sandwich the lower wiring / piping material 2a from both sides. Further, the above-mentioned engaged portions 8a are provided at the lower part of each divided holding body 8c so as to protrude on both sides, and the attaching part 8e for attaching the tightening bolt 8d is provided at the upper part. It is done.

That is, each attachment portion 8e is provided with an attachment hole 8f, and by tightening the tightening bolt 8d that passes through both attachment holes 8f, 8f, both divided holding bodies 8c, 8c become the lower wiring / piping material 2a. And the lower wiring / piping material 2a is pressed against the upper surface of the pedestal 5 (specifically, the upper surface of the groove portion forming body 7x (groove portion 7)) and thereby engaged with the engaging portions 7a and 7a of the groove portion 7. Both split holding bodies 8c and 8c (that is, the lower stage holding tool 8) are attached to the groove portion 7, and the lower wiring / piping material 2a is held by the lower stage holding tool 8 and attached to the base 5.

The upper-stage arrangement path forming member 6 is formed in a gate shape with a pair of leg portions 6a, 6a and an upper-stage formation portion 6b. The lower end side of the leg portion 6 a is a fixed portion 6 c that is fixed to the pedestal 5. In the illustrated embodiment, the fixed portion 6c is bent outwardly in an L shape, and a through hole 6d through which a fixing tool 12 such as a bolt passes is formed in the fixed portion 6c. Therefore, the fixing member 12 is screwed into the pedestal 5 (specifically, the fixing portion 5d) through the through-hole 6d, so that the leg portion 6a and consequently the upper-stage arrangement path forming member 6 are fixedly attached to the pedestal 5. . And the above-mentioned through-hole 6f provided in this leg part 6a is formed in the shape of a vertically long slot, and can respond to the change of the height position of the operation part 8b. Note that both ends of the above-described groove portion 7 (groove portion forming body 7x) are open, and the leg portion 6a is fixed to the base 5 so as to cover the open portions at both ends of the groove portion 7.

Further, the multistage arrangement device 3 or the multistage arrangement structure 4 includes an upper groove portion forming body 10 x that forms the upper groove portion 10. The upper groove portion forming body 10x is attached and fixed to the upper step forming portion 6b by a fixing tool 13 such as a screw. The upper groove portion forming body 10x has a configuration similar to that of the groove portion forming body 7x described above, and has a substantially U-shaped cross section that opens upward so as to form the upper groove portion 10, and the groove portion forming body 7x (groove portion) 7) extend along. The upper groove portion forming body 10x, and thus the upper groove portion 10, has an engaging portion 10a formed from both ends having a substantially U-shaped cross section, extending to the sides facing each other and bent slightly downward.

Therefore, the upper holder 9 (specifically, the engaged portion 9a provided on the upper holder 9) is engaged with the engaging portion 10a from below, and the upper holder 9 is connected to the upper groove forming body 10x ( The upper groove 10) is supported at an arbitrary position in the extending direction.

The upper holder 9 has the same configuration as the lower holder 8. That is, the upper holder 9 includes two divided holders 9c and 9c and a fastening bolt 9d. The divided holders 9c and 9c are formed symmetrically with respect to each other, and are curved along the peripheral surface of the upper wiring / piping material 2b so as to sandwich the upper wiring / piping material 2b from both sides. The above-mentioned engaged parts 9a are provided at the lower part of each divided holding body 9c so as to protrude on both sides, and the attaching part 9e for attaching the tightening bolt 9d is provided at the upper part. .

That is, each attachment portion 9e is provided with an attachment hole 9f, and by tightening the tightening bolt 9d that passes through both attachment holes 9f, 9f, both divided holding bodies 9c, 9c are connected to the upper wiring / piping material 2b. The upper wiring / pipe material 2b is pressed against the upper surface of the upper groove portion forming body 10x (upper groove portion 10), and thereby both split holding bodies 9c, 9c (9c) engaged with the engaging portion 10a of the upper groove portion 10 are used. That is, the upper holder 9) is attached to the upper groove portion 10, and the upper wiring / piping material 2b is held by the upper holder 9 and attached to the upper formation portion 6b.

Next, the effects of the multi-stage arrangement device 3 for wiring / piping materials and the multi-stage arrangement structure 4 for wiring / piping materials will be described. According to the multistage arrangement device 3 and the multistage arrangement structure 4, the lower stage holder 8 is attached to the groove portions 7 of the plurality of pedestals 5 and 5 that are installed on the arrangement surface 1 at intervals, so that the lower wiring / The piping material 2a is disposed so as to be held by the lower stage holding tool 8 and bridged between the plurality of bases 5 and 5. And it arrange | positions so that the upper wiring / piping material 2b may be spanned over each of the upper stage formation part 6b which connects the upper end side of a pair of leg part 6a attached and fixed to each base 5 and 5. As shown in FIG. Thus, the upper arrangement path 202 in which the upper wiring / piping material 2b is arranged is provided above the lower arrangement path 201 in which the lower wiring / piping material 2a is arranged. That is, by providing the upper arrangement path 202 above the lower arrangement path 201, the number of wiring / piping materials can be increased without increasing the width of the arrangement path. Because it does not spread, it is easy for people to straddle wiring and piping materials.

Further, the pair of leg portions 6 a and 6 a are located outside the both ends of the groove portion 7 in the pedestal 5. For this reason, when attaching the lower stage holder 8 to the groove part 7, the whole length of the groove part 7 can be utilized without being obstructed by the leg part 6a. Further, since the leg portion 6 a covers the open portions at both ends of the groove portion 7, the lower holder 8 attached to the groove portion 7 does not come out from the open portions at both ends of the groove portion 7.

Further, the lower holder 8 has an operation portion 8b for switching between a holding state of the lower wiring / piping material 2a and a released state in which the holding state is released, and the leg portion 6a has the operation portion 8b connected to its leg. There is a through hole 6f (opening 6e, escape space) that faces the outside of the portion 6a. For this reason, by inserting a tool into the through hole 6f (opening 6e, escape space) from the outside of the leg 6a and operating the operating portion 8b, the lower wiring / pipe material 2a is held by the lower holding tool 8. The lower wiring / piping material 2a can be removed and the lower wiring / piping material 2a can be attached again. That is, since the operation part 8b provided on the lower stage holding tool 8 faces the outside of the leg part 6a, the tool is inserted from the outside of the leg part 6a and the operation part 8b is operated to arrange the operation part 8b on the upper stage forming part 6b. It is possible to replace, repair, or remove only the lower wiring / piping material 2a while leaving the upper wiring / piping material 2b as it is.

In addition, this invention is not necessarily limited to embodiment mentioned above, A various other change is possible. For example, the upper groove portion 10 may not be capable of attaching the same holder as the lower holder 8. Moreover, the upper stage groove part 10 does not need to have the same attachment mechanism as the attachment mechanism to the groove part 7 of the lower stage holder 8.

Moreover, although the upper stage formation part 6b and the upper stage groove part 10 (upper stage groove part formation body 10x) are separate bodies, you may form integrally.

Moreover, although the upper stage groove part 10 is provided in the upper stage formation part 6b, as shown in FIG. 10, this upper stage groove part 10 does not need to be provided. Here, the upper formation portion 6b is formed in a plate shape, and the upper wiring / piping material 2b is attached to the upper formation portion 6b by a band member 18 that winds and fixes the upper wiring / piping material 2b together with the upper formation portion 6b. Retained. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the upper forming portion 6b has both end edges in the width direction folded back downward, so that the band member 18 is damaged at the edge of the upper forming portion 6b. Can be prevented.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 11, the leg part 6a may consist of two leg pieces 6x and 6x, and the space between these leg pieces 6x and 6x may be the opening 6e. In the illustrated embodiment, the lower end side of each leg piece 6x is a fixed portion 6c, and the fixed portion 6c is fixed to the pedestal 5 by a fastener 12 such as a bolt.

Further, the escape space in the leg portion 6a may be provided by notching or curving the leg portion 6a, not the opening 6e.

Further, the lower end side of the leg portion 6a is a fixed portion 6c attached and fixed to the pedestal 5. However, as shown in FIG. 12, the fixed portion 6c is below the groove portion 7 and is fixed to the pedestal 5. It may be fixed. In the illustrated embodiment, the fixed portion 6c extends straight downward without being bent, and is fixed to the side surface of the pedestal 5 using a fastener 12 such as a bolt.

In addition, the upper-stage arrangement path forming member 6 includes a pair of leg portions 6a and 6a and an upper-stage formation portion 6b that are integrally formed. The pair of leg portions 6a and 6a and the upper-stage formation portion 6b are different from each other. They may be formed on the body and assembled together.

Moreover, the operation part 8b should just be what can operate holding and the cancellation | release of the lower wiring / piping material 2a by the lower stage holder 8, and is not restricted to the head of the clamping bolt 8d.
