Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

(1) Outline of wall structure The wall structure of the present invention is for finishing a wall of a building with tiles.
The tile 1 is fixed to the wall surface W of the building by fitting with the rail 2 fixed to the wall surface W of the building. (Figure 1)

(2) Configuration of Tile The tile 1 is a plate body having a rectangular shape in plan view.
A fitting groove 11 to be fitted to the rail 2 is provided at the substantially lower center of the tile 1.
Further, the cross section of the tile 1 has an upper fitting portion 12 projecting upward from an upper portion on the wall surface W side of the tile 1 and a lower portion projecting from the front portion of the fitting groove 11 so that the tile 1 moving up and down is fitted. A lower protrusion 13 is provided.

(3) Rail The rail 2 is a member attached to the wall surface W of the building.
The rail 2 is made of aluminum or stainless steel.
Since the rail 2 is not constructed using the elasticity of the rail 2 as in the conventional carnival method, the thickness of the rail 2 can be arbitrarily selected.
The rail 2 has a substantially H-shaped cross section, is a mounting base 21 that is one flange and is fixed to the wall surface W, a fitting piece 22 that is the other flange, and a rib 23 that connects the mounting base 21 and the fitting piece 22. Consists of.
The rail 2 is fixed to the wall surface W with screws or the like. A recess may be formed on the back surface of the tile 1 so that screws and the like do not interfere with each other. At this time, as is conventionally known, when the rail 2 is attached to the wall surface W so as to be pivotable from the viewpoint of a screw or the like, for example, when the wall surface W is made of a panel, the rail follows the locking of the panel. 2 rotates.

(3.1) Fitting by Fitting Piece The fitting piece 22 includes an upper fitting piece 221 above the rib 23 and a lower fitting piece 222 below the rib 23.
The upper fitting piece 221 is fitted with the fitting groove 11 on the lower surface of the tile 1.
The lower fitting piece 222 holds the upper fitting portion 12 of the tile 1 in a space between the attachment base portion 21.
Since the tile 1 is fitted by the fitting piece 22 of the metal rail 2, a regular consultation check becomes unnecessary.
The front surface of the fitting piece 22 is covered with a lower protruding portion 13 protruding from the lower portion of the tile 1. Thereby, the rail 2 is not exposed to the surface of the wall structure.

(4) Fitting to the rail The fitting of the tile 1 to the rail 2 is performed in a vertical manner according to the following procedure.
A plurality of rails 2 are arranged on the wall surface W in parallel vertically in advance.
Then, the upper fitting portion 12 of the tile 1 is fitted between the lower fitting piece 222 of the upper rail 2 and the mounting base portion 21 (FIG. 3A). The upper fitting portion 12 of the tile 1 is provided with an inclination on the back side so that the width becomes narrower upward so as to be easily fitted to the rail 2.
After the upper fitting portion 12 is fitted to the rail 2, the tile 1 is made parallel to the wall surface W (FIG. 3B).
The height of the tile 1 on the upper fitting portion 12 side is a height at which the lower end enters the inner side of the upper fitting piece 221 of the rail 2 when the upper fitting portion 12 is fitted to the rail 2.
After the tile 1 is made parallel to the wall surface W, the tile 1 is dropped and the fitting groove 11 is fitted into the upper fitting piece 221 (FIG. 3C).
Between the tiles 1 in the horizontal direction, joint materials such as rubber can be packed as vertical joints. Water can be stopped by filling the joint material, and the rear rail 2 is not visible from the surface.

Since the mounting structure of the present invention is a dry construction method in which the tile 1 is fixed to the rail 2 with a saddle type, the weight of the structure is reduced, and there is no risk of mortar construction failure or peeling. For this reason, it is not necessary to perform a regular consultation check.
In addition, because of the saddle type, anyone can easily and uniformly fix the tile 1.
In addition, although the rail 2 was arrange | positioned in the wall surface W in parallel up and down, the rail 2 is arrange | positioned in parallel in the vertical direction and the tile 1 may be vertically stretched.
