A light source member 30 is disposed inside the connecting member 20. Further, the connection member 20 is provided with a power supply operation unit 40 that can be operated from the outside, and the light source member 30 can be turned on by operating the power supply operation unit 40. When the light source member 30 is turned on, the band member 10 that has received the light emitted from the light source member 30 shines over the entire surface. Thereby, the presence of the wearer can be notified to the surroundings, and accidents and the like can be prevented beforehand.

As shown in FIG. 1, the belt member 10 is disposed over substantially the entire circumference of the cap body 110.
The band member 10 is a soft body having flexibility and light guide properties such as soft acrylic, and can be deformed linearly or annularly.
Further, by cutting the belt member 10, the cap body light emitting device 1 can be adjusted to an appropriate length in accordance with the size of the cap body 110. Therefore, the cap body light emitting device 1 has various sizes. It can be applied to the cap body 110. The band member 10 is not provided with an LED element or a member for connecting to the connection member 20. Therefore, since the belt member 10 can be cut without being limited to the position of the LED element or the like, the length adjustment of the cap body light emitting device 1 can be performed precisely. Moreover, since length adjustment can be performed only by cut | disconnecting the strip | belt member 10, it is not necessary to provide the separate member for length adjustment.

The belt member 10 is preferably transparent. Information such as company name, name, blood type, and the like may be displayed on the cap body 110. However, if the band member 10 is transparent, the band member 10 overlaps the information displayed on the cap body 110. However, when the light source member 30 is turned off and the belt member 10 is not shining, the information displayed on the cap body 110 can be visually recognized.

2A and 2B are diagrams showing an internal structure of the light emitter for the cap body, FIG. 2A is a top view, and FIG. 2B is a front view. In addition, description of a cap body is abbreviate | omitted in FIG.2 (b).
The connection member 20 is a hard body such as plastic. The connecting member 20 has a substantially rectangular shape in which the circumferential length γ is longer than the vertical width β when the connecting member 20 is arranged on the cap body 110, and the main body 21 in which the light source member 30 is accommodated is arranged in the center. The first connection portion 22 is disposed at one end in the circumferential direction of the main body portion 21, and the second connection portion 23 is disposed at the other end in the circumferential direction of the main body 21.
The vertical width β of the connecting member 20 is larger than the width α of the band member 10. In this embodiment, the width β of the connecting member 20 is about 1.4 times the width α of the band member 10. The width α of the band member 10 is preferably 10 mm or more, and more preferably 15 mm or more. By giving the belt member 10 a width α that is greater than or equal to a predetermined value, the frictional force between the belt member 10 and the cap body 110 can be increased, and the light emitting device 1 for the cap body can be further prevented from shifting or dropping off. In addition, since it will become difficult to mount | wear to the cap body 110 if the width | variety (alpha) is too large, it is preferable to set the width | variety (alpha) to 30 mm or less, and it is more preferable to set it as 20 mm or less.

In the main body 21 of the connecting member 20, a contact surface 21 a that contacts the cap body 110 is curved along the curved surface of the cap body 110. Thereby, the adhesiveness of the connection member 20 and the cap body 110 can be improved, and the shift | offset | difference and drop-off | omission of the light emitter 1 for cap bodies can be prevented further.
Moreover, the power supply operation part 40 is provided in the non-contact surface 21b located on the opposite side of the contact surface 21a. The power operation unit 40 is formed with a pressing slit 41 (see FIG. 1). The portion where the pressing slit 41 is formed has a lower strength than the surrounding area, and can be pushed down with a finger inward. When the finger is released after being pushed down, the state before the depression is restored by its own restoring force.

One end portion 10 a of the band member 10 is connected to the first connection portion 22 of the connection member 20, and the other end portion 10 b of the band member 10 is connected to the second connection portion 23.
One end portion 10a is detachably connected to the first connection portion 22 as will be described later. The other end portion 10b is fixedly connected to the second connecting portion 23 with a screw or the like and cannot be easily removed. Although it can also be set as the structure which connects so that attachment or detachment is possible also as mentioned later, either one end (the other edge part 10b in a present Example) of the strip | belt member 10 is fixedly connected, and the connection part 20 is connected. The configuration can be simplified. Further, since the connecting member 20 is always connected to the band member 10, it is possible to prevent the connecting member 20 that is a relatively small member from being lost.

The light source member 30 housed inside the main body portion 21 includes a first light source portion 31, a second light source portion 32, a power source portion 33, and a power switch 34.
The 1st light source part 31 is arrange | positioned at the 1st connection part 22 side, and the 2nd light source part 32 is arrange | positioned at the 2nd connection part 23 side. For the first light source unit 31 and the second light source unit 32, bullet-type high-brightness red LEDs are used, and their respective tips are arranged toward the connection side with the band 10. In addition, although the 1st light source part 31 and the 2nd light source part 32 may make it emit light other than red, when the strip | belt member 10 is transparent, it is preferable to emit colored light. . By irradiating the colored band light 10 with the colored light, the band member 10 can be colored and the wearer can be made conspicuous. The connecting member 20 is preferably made of a material or a color that easily transmits light. Thereby, the connection member 20 can also be made shining and a wearer can be made more conspicuous.

The end surface of one end portion 10 a of the band member 10 connected to the first connection portion 22 comes into contact with the tip end of the first light source portion 31. The end surface of the other end portion 10 b of the band member 10 connected to the second connection portion 23 comes into contact with the tip of the second light source portion 32. Thus, the light irradiated from the 1st light source part 31 and the 2nd light source part 32 is arranged by contact | abutting the end surface of the both ends of the band member 10 to the 1st light source part 31 and the 2nd light source part 32, and a band member. 10, and the entire band member 10 can be brightly shined without arranging LED elements or the like on the band member 10. Note that the end face of the band member 10 may be separated from the tips of the first light source unit 31 and the second light source unit 32 by several millimeters.

A power supply unit 33 and a power switch 34 are disposed between the first light source unit 31 and the second light source unit 32. The power supply unit 33 is disposed on the contact surface 21a side, and the power switch 34 is disposed on the non-contact surface 21b side.
A single button-type lithium battery is used for the power source 33, and the circular surface of the button-type lithium battery is arranged in parallel with the contact surface 21a, so that the height of the connecting member 20 is suppressed.
The tip of the power switch 34 is disposed in the vicinity of the power operation unit 40 on the non-contact surface 21b. The wearer can turn on / off the light source member 30 by pressing down the power supply operation unit 40 and pushing the tip of the power switch 34. The first light source unit 31 and the second light source unit 32 shift to each step of blinking-lighting-off each time the tip of the power switch 34 is pressed. In the blinking step, lighting and extinguishing are periodically repeated. However, in order to reduce power consumption, it is preferable to set the lighting time so that it is longer than the lighting time. As a result of blinking using one CR2032-type button-type lithium battery, operation for 150 hours or more was confirmed.

FIG. 3 is a view showing the connection between the band member and the connection member of the light emitter for the cap body.
The first connection part 22 has a projecting part 22A fixed to the main body part 21, and a cover part 22B that is detachably engaged with the projecting part 22A.
The protruding portion 22A has a lower piece 22Aa arranged on the cap body 110 side, an upper piece 22Ab arranged on the opposite side of the lower piece 22Aa, and a pair provided on the side of the lower piece 22Aa and the upper piece 22Ab. The side piece 22Ac forms an insertion opening 22Ad into which one end 10a of the band member 10 is inserted.
A slit 22Ae for deformation is formed between the upper piece 22Ab and the pair of side pieces 22Ac except for the root portion, and the pair of side pieces 22Ac are gradually narrowed from the root side to the tip side. Thereby, the tip side of the upper piece 21Ab and the pair of side pieces 21Ac is deformed inward when pressed from the outside.
The lid 22B has a slightly larger inner diameter than the outer diameter of the projecting portion 22A so that the projecting portion 22A can be covered. The inner diameter of the lid portion 22B is maximized at the portion that engages with the base of the projecting portion 22A, and is minimized at the portion that engages with the tip of the projecting portion 22A.
Further, the lid 22B is formed with an insertion opening 22Ba through which the band member 10 is inserted, and the lid 22B can be moved to an arbitrary position of the inserted band member 10.

When the cap body light emitting device 1 is formed into an annular shape, the band member 10 cut in accordance with the circumference of the cap body 110 is inserted into the insertion opening 22Ba of the lid portion 22B, and then the insertion opening of the protruding portion 22A is inserted. Inserted into Ad (state shown in FIG. 3), the lid portion 22B is engaged with the projecting portion 22A.
When the lid portion 22B is engaged with the protruding portion 22A, the upper piece 21Ab and the pair of side pieces 21Ac are pressed by the inner wall of the lid portion 22B, so that the upper piece 21Ab and the pair of side pieces 21Ac are By deforming inward, the insertion opening Ad of the projecting portion 22A is narrowed, and the one end portion 10a is prevented from coming off.
When removing one end portion 10a, the lid portion 22B is slid and separated in the direction opposite to the protruding portion 22A side, and the belt member 10 is removed from the protruding portion 22A.
