(1) ステープルカートリッジアセンブリであって、
デッキ、及び前記デッキ内に画定された複数のステープルキャビティを含むカートリッジ本体と、
前記ステープルキャビティ内に取り外し可能に格納された複数のステープルと、
前記ステープルキャビティの上に配置された埋め込み可能な層であって、
頂部表面、底部表面、及び前記頂部表面と前記底部表面との間に延びる支柱壁へと織られた構造繊維と、
前記支柱壁内で織り合された強化繊維と、を備える、埋め込み可能な層と、を備える、ステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(2) 前記強化繊維は、前記頂部表面及び前記底部表面内で織り合されている、実施態様1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(3) 前記強化繊維は前記構造繊維の周りに巻き付けられている、実施態様1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(4) 前記埋め込み可能な層は、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第1の密度のループを備える第1の圧縮ゾーンと、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第2の密度のループを備える第2の圧縮ゾーンであって、前記第2の密度は前記第1の密度よりも高い、第2の圧縮ゾーンと、を備える、実施態様3に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(5) 前記カートリッジ本体は、切断部材を受容するように構成された長手方向スロットを更に備え、前記第1の圧縮ゾーンは前記長手方向スロットと整列され、前記第2の圧縮ゾーンは前記ステープルキャビティと整列されている、実施態様4に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(7) 前記カートリッジ本体は、切断部材を受容するように構成された長手方向スロットを更に備え、前記支柱壁は前記長手方向スロットの全体にわたって延びる、実施態様1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(8) 各前記構造繊維は、前記カートリッジ本体の近位端部と遠位端部との間に延びる長手方向シームを備える、実施態様1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(9) 各前記強化繊維は、前記支柱壁を通して延びる横方向シームを備える、実施態様8に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(10) 前記構造繊維は第1の材料で構成され、前記強化繊維は、前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料で構成されている、実施態様1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(12) 前記埋め込み可能な層は、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第1の密度の結節を備える第1の圧縮ゾーンと、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第2の密度の結節を備える第2の圧縮ゾーンであって、前記第2の密度は前記第1の密度よりも高い、第2の圧縮ゾーンと、を備える、実施態様11に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(13) ステープルカートリッジアセンブリであって、
デッキ、及び前記デッキ内に画定された複数のステープルキャビティを含むカートリッジ本体と、
前記ステープルキャビティ内に格納された複数のステープルと、
前記ステープルキャビティの上に配置された埋め込み可能な層であって、
織り合された繊維で構成される相互連結された構造壁と、
前記構造壁の間に画定されたポケットと、を備える、埋め込み可能な層と、を備える、ステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(14) 前記構造壁は、
頂部表面、底部表面、及び前記頂部表面と前記底部表面との間に延びる支柱壁へと織られた構造繊維と、
前記支柱壁内で織り合された強化繊維と、で構成されている、実施態様13に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(15) 前記強化繊維は前記構造繊維の周りに巻き付けられている、実施態様14に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第1の密度のループを備える第1の圧縮ゾーンと、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第2の密度のループを備える第2の圧縮ゾーンであって、前記第2の密度は前記第1の密度よりも高い、第2の圧縮ゾーンと、を備える、実施態様15に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(17) 前記カートリッジ本体は、切断部材を受容するように構成された長手方向スロットを更に備え、前記第1の圧縮ゾーンは前記長手方向スロットと整列され、前記第2の圧縮ゾーンは前記ステープルキャビティと整列されている、実施態様16に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(18) 前記カートリッジ本体は近位端部と遠位端部とを備え、前記第1の圧縮ゾーンは前記近位端部と整列され、前記第2の圧縮ゾーンは、前記第1の圧縮ゾーンに対して遠位側に配置されている、実施態様16に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(19) 前記構造繊維は第1の材料で構成され、前記強化繊維は、前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料で構成されている、実施態様14に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(20) 前記カートリッジ本体は、切断部材を受容するように構成された長手方向スロットを更に備え、前記構造壁は前記長手方向スロットの全体にわたって延びる、実施態様13に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(22) 前記構造壁は、前記長手方向シームに対して横方向に延びる横方向シームを更に備える、実施態様21に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(23) ステープルカートリッジアセンブリであって、
デッキ、及び前記デッキ内に画定された複数のステープルキャビティを含むカートリッジ本体と、
前記ステープルキャビティ内に格納された複数のステープルと、
前記ステープルキャビティの上に配置された埋め込み可能な層であって、
頂部部分と、
底部部分と、
前記頂部部分と前記底部部分との間で織り合された壁と、を備える、埋め込み可能な層と、を備える、ステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
Claims (23)
- ステープルカートリッジアセンブリであって、
デッキ、及び前記デッキ内に画定された複数のステープルキャビティを含むカートリッジ本体と、
前記ステープルキャビティ内に取り外し可能に格納された複数のステープルと、
前記ステープルキャビティの上に配置された埋め込み可能な層であって、
頂部表面、底部表面、及び前記頂部表面と前記底部表面との間に延びる支柱壁へと織られた構造繊維と、
前記支柱壁内で織り合された強化繊維と、を備える、埋め込み可能な層と、を備える、ステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。 - 前記強化繊維は、前記頂部表面及び前記底部表面内で織り合されている、請求項1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 前記強化繊維は前記構造繊維の周りに巻き付けられている、請求項1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 前記埋め込み可能な層は、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第1の密度のループを備える第1の圧縮ゾーンと、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第2の密度のループを備える第2の圧縮ゾーンであって、前記第2の密度は前記第1の密度よりも高い、第2の圧縮ゾーンと、を備える、請求項3に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。 - 前記カートリッジ本体は、切断部材を受容するように構成された長手方向スロットを更に備え、前記第1の圧縮ゾーンは前記長手方向スロットと整列され、前記第2の圧縮ゾーンは前記ステープルキャビティと整列されている、請求項4に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 前記カートリッジ本体は近位端部と遠位端部とを備え、前記第1の圧縮ゾーンは前記近位端部と整列され、前記第2の圧縮ゾーンは、前記第1の圧縮ゾーンに対して遠位側に配置されている、請求項4に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 前記カートリッジ本体は、切断部材を受容するように構成された長手方向スロットを更に備え、前記支柱壁は前記長手方向スロットの全体にわたって延びる、請求項1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 各前記構造繊維は、前記カートリッジ本体の近位端部と遠位端部との間に延びる長手方向シームを備える、請求項1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 各前記強化繊維は、前記支柱壁を通して延びる横方向シームを備える、請求項8に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 前記構造繊維は第1の材料で構成され、前記強化繊維は、前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料で構成されている、請求項1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 前記強化繊維は前記構造繊維と結び付けられている、請求項1に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 前記埋め込み可能な層は、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第1の密度の結節を備える第1の圧縮ゾーンと、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第2の密度の結節を備える第2の圧縮ゾーンであって、前記第2の密度は前記第1の密度よりも高い、第2の圧縮ゾーンと、を備える、請求項11に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。 - ステープルカートリッジアセンブリであって、
デッキ、及び前記デッキ内に画定された複数のステープルキャビティを含むカートリッジ本体と、
前記ステープルキャビティ内に格納された複数のステープルと、
前記ステープルキャビティの上に配置された埋め込み可能な層であって、
織り合された繊維で構成される相互連結された構造壁と、
前記構造壁の間に画定されたポケットと、を備える、埋め込み可能な層と、を備える、ステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。 - 前記構造壁は、
頂部表面、底部表面、及び前記頂部表面と前記底部表面との間に延びる支柱壁へと織られた構造繊維と、
前記支柱壁内で織り合された強化繊維と、で構成されている、請求項13に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。 - 前記強化繊維は前記構造繊維の周りに巻き付けられている、請求項14に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
- 前記埋め込み可能な層は、
前記強化繊維と前記構造繊維との間に第1の密度のループを備える第1の圧縮ゾーンと、
