Description

に従って決定される。
・熱風溶接[HG]
熱ガス流、一般には、空気を用いる対流加熱、2段階プロセス
・熱板溶接[HE]
接触加熱、2段階プロセス
・超音波溶接[US]
摩擦による加熱、超音波範囲の横波は境界層における加熱をもたらす、単一段階プロセス
・高周波溶接[HF]
内部摩擦による加熱、極性分子は、高周波磁場に従って整列する、単一段階、極性プラスチック材料及びフィルムでのみ使用
・振動溶接[VIB](摩擦溶接;直線状;軌道;スピン;角度)
摩擦による加熱、単一段階プロセス
・レーザー溶接[LW](輪郭;同時;準同時;マスク)
放射による加熱、コヒーレントな放射、レーザー伝達溶接、一般には、単一段階(2段階は可能)
・赤外線溶接[IR]
放射による加熱、非コヒーレントな放射、2段階
を含む。
以下の工程を含む、プライマーを用いて2つのプラスチック材料を一体的に接合させる方法が特に好ましい:
・第一接合ゾーンを有する第一プラスチック材料を準備し、
・第二接合ゾーンを有する第二プラスチック材料を準備し、
・第一接合ゾーンを予熱し、
・特に、溶媒を含まないプライマーの場合、プライマーを予熱された第一接合ゾーンに適用し、
・プライマーが設けられた第一接合ゾーンを第二接合ゾーンと接触させ、
・特に、赤外線溶接、熱板溶接、熱風溶接、摩擦溶接、超音波溶接などの慣用的なプラスチック材料溶接方法を使用することによって、第一接合ゾーンを第二接合ゾーンに一体的に連結させる。

PA6=ポリカプロラクタム
PA6.6=ポリ(N、N’−ヘキサメチレンアジピン酸ジアミド)
PA12=ポリラウリルラクタム
PA6.12=ポリ(ヘキサメチレンドデカンジアミド)
PPA=ポリフタルアミド
PP=ポリプロピレン
PE=ポリエチレン
PET=ポリエチレンテレフタレート
PBT=ポリブチレンテレフタレート
MAH=無水マレイン酸
プライマー1=MFR(230℃;2.16kg)=7〜12のPP−MAH、
プライマー2=MFR(190℃;21.6kg)=12〜22のPE−(MD)−MAH、
プライマー3=MFR(190℃;21.6kg)=1.6のPE−(LD)−MAH
プライマー4=MFR(190℃;21.6kg)=2.5のPE−(LLD)−MAH
プライマー5=エチレン、ブチルアクリレート及び無水マレイン酸のターポリマー
プライマー6=エチレン、アクリル酸エチル及び無水マレイン酸のターポリマー
プライマー7=ポリオレフィン;アクリレート及びMAHが修飾されたもの;Mw=67,500g/mol
試験片を製造するために、プライマー、ポリマー1〜4及び溶接すべきプラスチック材料を射出成型機の可塑化ユニットで溶融(230℃)し、加工して130mm×68mm×3mmのプレートを形成した。
Claims (10)
- プライマーを使用して、カルボニル基を含有する少なくとも1つのポリマーに基づくプラスチック材料にポリオレフィンプラスチック材料を溶接する方法であって、プライマーは、該プライマーのポリマーの割合に基づき、少なくとも20重量%の、無水マレイン酸単位又は無水マレイン酸誘導体単位を含んでなる少なくとも1つのポリマーを含有する、方法。
- ポリオレフィンプラスチック材料は、ポリエチレンプラスチック材料、特にHDポリエチレン、MDポリエチレン、LDポリエチレン、UHMWポリエチレン又はLLDポリエチレンプラスチック材料、及びポリプロピレンプラスチック材料の群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- カルボニル基を含有する少なくとも1つのポリマーに基づくプラスチック材料は、ポリエステルプラスチック材料、特にポリテレフタル酸エステルプラスチック材料又はポリアミドプラスチック材料から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の溶接方法。
- プライマーの少なくとも1つのポリマーは、少なくとも1つの無水マレイン酸モノマー、少なくとも1つのアクリレートモノマー及び/又はα−オレフィンモノマーのコポリマー、並びに無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリオレフィンの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- プライマーの少なくとも1つのポリマーは、該ポリマーに基づいて、0.01〜35重量%、特に0.02〜25重量%、好ましくは0.05〜20重量%、特に好ましくは0.05〜15重量%の無水マレイン酸含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- プライマーの少なくとも1つのポリマーは、5,000〜2,000,000g/mol、特に50,000〜1,000,000g/mol、好ましくは100,000〜500,000g/molの範囲の重量平均分子量Mwを有することを特徴する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- プライマーは、第1ポリマーに加え、溶接される2つのプラスチック材料の少なくとも1つと相容する少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー、好ましくは少なくとも1つのポリアミドポリマー及び/又は1つのポリオレフィンポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- プライマーは少なくとも1つの溶媒、特に水を含有し、該プライマーは好ましくは、各場合においてプライマーの総重量に基づき、10〜95重量%、特に50〜85重量%、特に好ましくは60〜80重量%の溶媒含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の溶接方法を用いて製造された物体。
- カルボニル基を含有する少なくとも1つのポリマーに基づくプラスチック材料に、ポリオレフィンプラスチック材料を溶接するための、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のプライマーの使用。
