前記第1の終端部分と前記第2の終端部分との間に延びる中間曲線状部分であって、前記第1の終端部分及び前記第2の終端部分と比べて、前記生体適合性層から更に離れている、中間曲線状部分と、を備える、複数の生体適合性ループ部材と、を備える、圧縮性補助材。
(2) 前記生体適合性層から離間された別の生体適合性層を更に備える、実施態様1に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(3) 前記複数の生体適合性ループ部材は、前記生体適合性層と前記別の生体適合性層との間に配置されている、実施態様2に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(4) 前記中間曲線状部分は、前記別の生体適合性層に付着されている、実施態様3に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(5) 前記別の生体適合性層は織物の層を含む、実施態様2に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(7) 前記係留アイランドは、平行な列をなして配列されている、実施態様6に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(8) 前記生体適合性ループ部材の各々は、幅広ヘッド部分と、前記幅広ヘッド部分と前記生体適合性層との間に延びる幅狭ネック部分と、を備える、実施態様1に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(9) 前記生体適合性ループ部材の各々は、繊維で構成されている、実施態様1に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(10) 前記繊維はマルチフィラメント繊維である、実施態様9に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(12) 前記生体適合性ループ部材は、圧縮力に反応してまとまった様式で屈曲するように構成されている、実施態様1に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(13) ステープルカートリッジを含む外科用器具と共に使用するための圧縮性補助材であって、
複数の第1の列をなして配列された第1の繊維ループを備える第1の生体適合性層と、
前記第1の生体適合性層から離間された第2の生体適合性層であって、前記複数の第1の列から離間された複数の第2の列をなして配列された第2の繊維ループを備える、第2の生体適合性層と、
前記第1の繊維ループの各々から前記第2の生体適合性層に向かって延びる一対の第1の繊維部分と、
前記第2の繊維ループの各々から前記第1の生体適合性層に向かって延びる一対の第2の繊維部分と、を備える、圧縮性補助材。
(14) 前記第1の繊維部分は、圧縮力に反応して第1の方向への屈曲を選ぶように斜行されている、実施態様13に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(15) 前記第2の繊維部分は、前記圧縮力に反応して前記第1の方向への屈曲を選ぶように斜行されている、実施態様14に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(17) 前記第1の繊維部分及び前記第2の繊維部分は、圧縮力に反応してまとまった様式で屈曲するように構成されている、実施態様13に記載の圧縮性補助材。
(18) 外科用ステープル留め器具と共に使用するためのステープルカートリッジアセンブリであって、
ステープルカートリッジであって、
複数のステープルと、
近位端部と遠位端部とを画定するカートリッジデッキと、を備える、ステープルカートリッジと、
前記カートリッジデッキに対して配置可能な圧縮性補助材であって、
第1の生体適合性層と、
前記第1の生体適合性層から離間された第2の生体適合性層であって、
第1の繊維ループと、
前記第1の繊維ループから前記第1の生体適合性層に向かって延びる一対の第1の繊維部分と、
前記第1の繊維ループの近位側にある第2の繊維ループであって、前記一対の第1の繊維部分が前記第2の繊維ループを通過する、第2の繊維ループと、
前記第2の繊維ループから前記第1の生体適合性層に向かって延びる一対の第2の繊維部分と、を備える、第2の生体適合性層と、を備える、圧縮性補助材と、を備える、ステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(19) 前記第2の生体適合性層は、
前記第2の繊維ループの近位側にある第3の繊維ループであって、前記一対の第2の繊維部分が前記第3の繊維ループを通過する、第3の繊維ループと、
前記第3の繊維ループから前記第1の生体適合性層に向かって延びる一対の第3の繊維部分と、を備える、実施態様18に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
(20) 前記第2の層は編物の層である、実施態様19に記載のステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。
Claims (20)
- ステープルカートリッジを含む外科用器具と共に使用するための圧縮性補助材であって、
生体適合性層と、
前記生体適合性層から突出する複数の生体適合性ループ部材であって、各々が、
前記生体適合性層に付着される第1の終端部分と、
前記生体適合性層に付着される第2の終端部分と、
前記第1の終端部分と前記第2の終端部分との間に延びる中間曲線状部分であって、前記第1の終端部分及び前記第2の終端部分と比べて、前記生体適合性層から更に離れている、中間曲線状部分と、を備える、複数の生体適合性ループ部材と、を備える、圧縮性補助材。 - 前記生体適合性層から離間された別の生体適合性層を更に備える、請求項1に記載の圧縮性補助材。
- 前記複数の生体適合性ループ部材は、前記生体適合性層と前記別の生体適合性層との間に配置されている、請求項2に記載の圧縮性補助材。
- 前記中間曲線状部分は、前記別の生体適合性層に付着されている、請求項3に記載の圧縮性補助材。
- 前記別の生体適合性層は織物の層を含む、請求項2に記載の圧縮性補助材。
- 前記生体適合性層は、互いから離間されている複数の係留アイランドを備え、前記係留アイランドの各々は、前記生体適合性ループ部材のうちの少なくとも1つの前記第1の終端部分及び前記第2の終端部分によって画定されている、請求項1に記載の圧縮性補助材。
- 前記係留アイランドは、平行な列をなして配列されている、請求項6に記載の圧縮性補助材。
- 前記生体適合性ループ部材の各々は、幅広ヘッド部分と、前記幅広ヘッド部分と前記生体適合性層との間に延びる幅狭ネック部分と、を備える、請求項1に記載の圧縮性補助材。
- 前記生体適合性ループ部材の各々は、繊維で構成されている、請求項1に記載の圧縮性補助材。

前記第1の繊維ループの各々から前記第2の生体適合性層に向かって延びる一対の第1の繊維部分と、
前記第2の繊維ループの各々から前記第1の生体適合性層に向かって延びる一対の第2の繊維部分と、を備える、圧縮性補助材。 - 前記第1の繊維部分は、圧縮力に反応して第1の方向への屈曲を選ぶように斜行されている、請求項13に記載の圧縮性補助材。
- 前記第2の繊維部分は、前記圧縮力に反応して前記第1の方向への屈曲を選ぶように斜行されている、請求項14に記載の圧縮性補助材。

前記第2の繊維ループから前記第1の生体適合性層に向かって延びる一対の第2の繊維部分と、を備える、第2の生体適合性層と、を備える、圧縮性補助材と、を備える、ステープルカートリッジアセンブリ。 - 前記第2の生体適合性層は、
前記第2の繊維ループの近位側にある第3の繊維ループであって、前記一対の第2の繊維部分が前記第3の繊維ループを通過する、第3の繊維ループと、
