- セカンダリユーザによる同期プライマリネットワークに専用の周波数帯域への機会利用型アクセスの方法であって、前記周波数帯域は、K個の独立したチャネルに分割され、指標Bk及び平均利用可能性
各時間フレームtにおいて、
前記最も大きな指標Bi(t)を有するチャネルiの前記セカンダリユーザによる観測ステップ(10)と、
前記チャネルiの前記平均利用可能性
ここで、前記チャネルiが空きである場合には、
前記フレームt中に、前記チャネルi上で前記セカンダリユーザと遠隔ユーザとの間でセットアップされたデータ伝送のステップ(30)と、
前記チャネルiの品質指数Ri(t)を計算するステップ(60)と、
Ri(t)の前記平均利用可能性

- 前記チャネルiがビジーである場合には、

- 前記チャネルiの前記品質指数Ri(t)は、放射計によって測定されるエネルギーの関数として計算されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の周波数帯域への機会利用型アクセスの方法。
- マイクロプロセッサによって実行される場合に、請求項1に記載の周波数帯域への機会利用型アクセスの方法を実施するための実行可能コードを記憶している、コンピュータプログラム。
- 無線通信手段と、

少なくとも1つのコンピュータと、
メモリと、
周波数チャネルの利用可能性を観測することが可能な少なくとも1つのセンサと
