‐ 複数対の湿潤なストリンガを形成するステップであって、各ストリンガが予備含浸された複合材料の複数のプライを含み、各対の湿潤なストリンガを形成するステップが、
a) 両端のフランジ間に延びる中央ウェブを有するアセンブリを形成すること、および
b) 1対の湿潤なストリンガが形成されるように、アセンブリを正中面(median plane)に沿って切断すること、
を含んで成るステップ、
‐ 事前にストリンガの対が配置された取外し可能な支持部材を用いて、湿潤なストリンガの対を第1の湿潤な外皮上に配置するステップ、
‐ 互いに上下に配置されかつそれぞれの湿潤なストリンガを備えた1対の湿潤なパネルが得られるように、第2の湿潤な外皮を反転させ、それを支持部材付きのストリンガの対の上に配置するステップ、および、
‐ 互いに上下に配置されかつそれぞれの湿潤なストリンガを備えた湿潤なパネル対に、同じ硬化サイクルを受けさせるステップ、
を含む補剛パネルの製造方法に関する。
‐ 第1および第2の湿潤な外皮を形成するステップであって、前記第1および第2の外皮が各々、予備含浸された複合材料の複数のプライを含んで成るステップ、
‐ 複数の湿潤なアセンブリを形成するステップであって、各アセンブリが予備含浸された複合材料の複数のプライを含みかつ両端のフランジ間に延びる中央ウェブを有して成るステップ、
‐ 事前に湿潤なアセンブリが配置された取外し可能な支持部材を用いて、湿潤なアセンブリを第1の湿潤な外皮上に配置するステップ、
‐ 湿潤なボックスアセンブリが得られるように、第2の湿潤な外皮を反転させ、それを支持部材付きの湿潤なアセンブリの上に配置するステップ、
‐ 湿潤なボックスアセンブリに硬化サイクルを受けさせるステップ、および、
‐ 1対の補剛パネルが形成されるように、硬化したボックスアセンブリを長手正中面に沿って半分に切断するステップ、

Claims (4)
- 補剛パネル(71、73)の製造方法であって、以下のステップ、即ち、
第1および第2の湿潤な外皮(51、53)を形成するステップであって、前記第1および第2の外皮が各々、予備含浸された複合材料の複数のプライを含んで成る、ステップと、
複数対の湿潤なストリンガ(17、19)を形成するステップであって、各ストリンガが予備含浸された複合材料の複数のプライを含み、各対の湿潤なストリンガを形成するステップが、
a) 両端のフランジ(11c、13c;11d、13d)の間に延びる中央ウェブ(11e、13e)を有するアセンブリ(15)を形成すること、および、
b) 対となる湿潤なストリンガ(17、19)が形成されるように、前記アセンブリ(15)を正中面(P)に沿って切断すること、
を含んで成るステップと、
前記対をなすストリンガ(17、19)が予め配置された取外し可能な支持部材(40)を用いて、前記対をなす湿潤なストリンガ(17、19)を前記第1の湿潤な外皮(51)上に配置するステップと、
互いに上下に配置され、かつ、それぞれの湿潤なストリンガ(17、19)を備えた1対の湿潤なパネル(71、73)が得られるように、前記第2の湿潤な外皮(53)を反転させ、かつそれを前記支持部材(40)付きの前記対をなすストリンガ(17、19)上に配置するステップと、
互いに上下に配置され、かつ、それぞれの湿潤なストリンガ(17、19)を備えた前記対をなす湿潤なパネル(71、73)に同じ硬化サイクルを施すステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、補剛パネルの製造方法。 - それぞれ対をなす湿潤なストリンガ(17、19)を形成することが、
C形断面を有する1対の前駆要素(11b、13b)を形成すること、
二重T形断面を有するアセンブリ(15)が形成されるように、前記前駆要素(11b、13b)をそれらの中央ウェブ(11e、13e)で一体に接合すること、及び、
前記アセンブリ(15)を長手方向に切断して、各々がT形断面を有する1対の湿潤なストリンガ(17、19)を形成すること、
を含むものである、請求項1に記載の補剛パネルの製造方法。 - 補剛パネル(71、73)の製造方法であって、以下のステップ、即ち、
第1および第2の湿潤な外皮(51、53)を形成するステップであって、前記第1および第2の外皮が各々、予備含浸された複合材料の複数のプライを含んで成る、ステップと、
複数の湿潤なアセンブリ(15)を形成するステップであって、各アセンブリが予備含浸された複合材料の複数のプライを含み、かつ両端のフランジ(11c、13c;11d、13d)の間に延びる中央ウェブ(11e、13e)を有して成る、ステップと、
前記湿潤なアセンブリ(15)が予め配置された取外し可能な支持部材(40)を用いて、前記湿潤なアセンブリ(15)を前記第1の湿潤な外皮(51)の上に配置するステップと、
湿潤なボックスアセンブリが得られるように、前記第2の湿潤な外皮(53)を反転させ、かつそれを前記支持部材(40)付きの前記湿潤なアセンブリ(15)上に配置するステップと、
前記湿潤なボックスアセンブリに硬化サイクルを施すステップと、
1対の補剛パネルが形成されるように、前記硬化したボックスアセンブリを長手正中面(P)に沿って半分に切断するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、補剛パネルの製造方法。 - 前記各湿潤なアセンブリ(15)を形成することが、
C形断面を有する1対の前駆要素(11b、13b)を形成すること、および
二重T形断面を有するアセンブリ(15)が形成されるように、前記前駆要素(11b、13b)をそれらの中央ウェブ(11e、13e)で一体に接合すること、
を含む、請求項3に記載の補剛パネルの製造方法。
