Claims (11)
- EEG信号をキャプチャするように構成される電極および上記キャプチャされたEEG信号を分析しかつ分類するように構成される信号処理部を備え,上記信号処理部が,咀嚼の過程に関する筋活動から導出された上記電極によってキャプチャされた電気信号を識別するように構成されている,EEGモニタ。
- 上記信号処理部が近づきつつある低血糖症の発症を識別するように構成されており,かつ近づきつつある低血糖症の発症が識別されたときにアラームを提供するように構成されている,請求項1に記載のEEGモニタ。
- モニタされるべき人物の耳領域に配置されるように構成されており,EEG電極を有するEEG検知部を備え,上記EEG検知部が頭皮に皮下的にまたは外耳道内に配置されている,請求項1または2に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記信号処理部が特徴抽出部および分類部を備え,これらの両方が咀嚼の過程に関する電気信号を検出するように構成されている,請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記特徴抽出部および分類部の少なくとも一方が,上記EEGモニタの使用が想定される特定人物についての咀嚼信号を検出するために較正される,請求項4に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記アラームのタイプが,咀嚼が検出されたか否かに依存するものである,請求項2に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 音響音を記録するように構成されており,かつその記録を,咀嚼から導出される信号の分類におけるさらなるパラメータとして用いるように構成されている,請求項1に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 請求項1に記載のEEGモニタを備え,人の身体内にインシュリンを放出するように構成されるインシュリン投与装置をさらに備えている,人の血糖レベルを調整するシステム。
- 上記EEGモニタが,咀嚼が識別されたときに上記インシュリン投与装置にメッセージを送るように構成されている,請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 上記EEGモニタが近づきつつある低血糖症の発症を識別するように構成されており,かつ近づきつつある低血糖症の発症が識別された場合に上記インシュリン投与装置に警告信号を送るように構成されており,上記警告信号によって上記インシュリン投与装置が所定時間インシュリン投与を制限する,請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 咀嚼が識別された否かにしたがって上記制限が行われ,咀嚼が識別されないときと比べて,咀嚼が識別されたときに上記インシュリン投与における制限が相対的に少なくされる,請求項10に記載のシステム。
