Claims (21)
- 対象の代謝疾患を処置する方法であって、対象への組換えデルマトポンチンの投与を含む方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、ヒト、ウシ、ブタ、またはネズミ起源のものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、配列番号1、配列番号2、配列番号3、または配列番号4からなる群から選択される配列を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、配列番号1を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、配列番号1、配列番号2、配列番号3、または配列番号4のいずれか1つのホモログであり、配列同一性は少なくとも60%である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、翻訳後修飾されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、C末端またはN末端にて修飾されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、検出タグおよび/または特徴付けタグを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、そのN末端の分泌シグナルからなる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分泌シグナルは、配列番号6、配列番号7、および配列番号8からなる群から選択される配列を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンの核酸配列は、配列番号5からなる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記代謝疾患は、体重増加、食事起因性体重増加、脂肪量の減少、肥満、病的肥満、メタボリックシンドローム、グルコースホメオスタシス、インスリン抵抗性、I型糖尿病、II型糖尿病、および心血管疾患からなる群から選択される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、少なくとも1種、または2種以上の治療剤とともに投与されることになる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記投与は、同時に、別々に、または連続してなされる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、0.1mg/kgから10mg/kgの量にて投与されることになる、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組換えデルマトポンチンは、毎日、毎週、週2回、週3回、2週毎、または毎月投与されることになる、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記対象はヒトである、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 代謝疾患および肥満に対する対象の感受性を判定または予測する方法であって、
対象から得られたサンプル中の循環デルマトポンチンのレベルを測定することと;
得られた循環デルマトポンチンの前記レベルを、コントロールにおいて先に判定されたデルマトポンチンのレベルと比較することと;
循環デルマトポンチンの前記レベルと、コントロールにおけるデルマトポンチンの前記レベルとの差異に基づいて、代謝疾患および肥満に対する前記対象の前記感受性を判定することと
を含む方法。 - 前記コントロールは無病である対象である、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか一項において規定される組換えデルマトポンチンを含む、代謝疾患を処置する方法。
- 前記代謝疾患は、体重増加、食事起因性体重増加、脂肪量の減少、肥満、病的肥満、メタボリックシンドローム、グルコースホメオスタシス、インスリン抵抗性、I型糖尿病、II型糖尿病、および心血管疾患からなる群から選択される、請求項20に記載の方法。
