Claims (11)
- セラミックおよび/または他の無機繊維を形成するステップを含む方法であって、前記繊維は、前記繊維の中心およびその周りに、繊維軸に沿って配向している、伸長した結晶の粒子を含み、前記結晶の粒子は、前記繊維の半径方向周縁部に向かってより等軸性の高い粒子に滑らかな遷移していることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記繊維は化学蒸着法(CVD)によって成長されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱エネルギーの収束された供給源が、CVD前駆体ガスの存在下で、種基板または繊維先端に向けられて、前記繊維先端上に約105から106°K/cmの高い温度勾配を課すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記収束された熱源は、レーザー、電子ビーム、X線ビーム、電気アークまたは収束可能な有向性の熱出力の任意の他の供給源、またはそれらの複数に由来することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法に従って形成されることを特徴とする複数の繊維。
- 請求項2に記載の方法に従って形成されることを特徴とする複数の繊維。
- 請求項3に記載の方法に従って形成されることを特徴とする複数の繊維。
- 請求項1に記載の方法に従って形成される繊維を含む複合部品であって、セラミックマトリックス複合体、金属マトリックス複合体またはポリマーマトリックス複合体であることを特徴とする複合部品。
- 請求項2に記載の方法に従って形成される繊維を含む複合部品であって、前記部品はセラミックマトリックス複合体、金属マトリックス複合体またはポリマーマトリックス複合体であることを特徴とする複合部品。
- 請求項3に記載の方法に従って形成される繊維を含む複合部品であって、セラミックマトリックス複合体、金属マトリックス複合体またはポリマーマトリックス複合体であることを特徴とする複合部品。
- 繊維の中心およびその周りに、繊維軸に沿って配向している、伸長した結晶の粒子を含み、前記結晶の粒子は、前記繊維の半径方向周縁部に向かってより等軸性の高い粒子に滑らかに遷移していることを特徴とする、稠密なセラミックおよび/または他の無機繊維。
