Claims (13)
- 椎弓根スクリューを受けるための椎弓根に穴を形成するために脊椎手術中に使用するための内視鏡椎弓根プローブであって、前記内視鏡椎弓根プローブは以下を備える。
椎弓根を通って穴を形成することができる遠位先端で終端する細長い軸と、外科医の手と協働するための拡大された近位端と、
一体化された内視鏡と、前記軸を通って延びる光。
そして、前記内視鏡は、外科医が治療されるエリアを視覚的に観察することを可能にするモニターに接続される。 - 請求項1に記載の内視鏡椎弓根プローブであって、
汚物を前記エリアから洗い流すために治療される部位に洗浄液を運ぶための手段が前記プローブ上に設けられる。 - 請求項2に記載の内視鏡椎弓根プローブであって、
前記プローブは、筋電図および機械的画像モニタリングの1つのシステムに接続され、機能的な椎弓根完全性評価を実行して、椎弓根の裂け目または潜在的な裂け目を検出し、外科医に警告する。 - 請求項3に記載の内視鏡椎弓根プローブであって、
前記プローブは非導電性材料でできており、
先端に供給された電気刺激信号が標的部位に隣接する神経を神経刺激し、関連する筋肉で神経筋応答を引き起こすように、前記遠位先端は電気伝導性材料でできている。 - 請求項4に記載の内視鏡椎弓根プローブであって、
シャフト、拡大された近位端、および遠位先端を含むプローブ全体は、炭素繊維およびプラスチックのうちの1つでできており、
電気リードは、近位端から遠位端までシャフトを通って延び、

前記先端に供給される電気的刺激信号が標的部位に隣接する神経を神経支配し、関連する筋肉で神経筋応答を誘発するために、前記プローブは非電導性材料でできており、前記遠位先端は電気伝導性材料でできている。 - 請求項10に記載の内視鏡椎弓根プローブであって、
シャフト、拡大された近位端、および遠位先端を含むプローブ全体は、炭素繊維およびプラスチックのうちの1つでできており、
