Description

The present invention relates to a packaging tray for storing articles, and more particularly, to a packaging tray stored in a packaging box.

Conventionally, containers such as bottles containing cosmetics, fragrances, drinks and the like have been used for packaging trays in which plastic sheets are vacuum-formed, pressure-formed, or vacuum-pressure-formed in a shape that can be fixed so that the containers do not move. . In addition, an injection molded product of expanded polystyrene is also used. And after accommodating containers, such as a bottle, in these packaging trays, they are accommodated in a packaging box and sold at stores. The packaging tray is formed into a shape that can be fixed so that the container does not move, and has a shape that can prevent breakage when the container is slightly lifted from the bottom of the packaging tray. Therefore, the packaging tray has a double structure having an outer peripheral wall on the outer periphery (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, since these packaging trays have an outer peripheral wall, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the plastic sheet. Furthermore, when the molding die is multi-sided, the spacing between each side has to be widened, the number of imposing plastic sheets is reduced, the number that can be produced from one plastic sheet is reduced, and the cost is increased. There's a problem.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is that, as a result of intensive research, the interval between the impositions can be narrowed by adopting a configuration in which a concave portion for storing an article and a bulging portion at the lower portion of the concave portion are provided. The purpose of the packaging tray is the packaging tray that can reduce the thickness of the plastic sheet that forms the packaging tray, and that can narrow the interval between each imposition of the molding die. Is to provide.

The present invention has been made in order to achieve the above-mentioned problems, and the present invention according to claim 1 is a packaging tray for storing articles, wherein the hanging portion extends downward on the periphery of the packaging tray. And a storage portion in a region surrounded by the periphery of the packaging tray, and a bulging portion that bulges downward from the storage portion is provided below the storage portion. The bulging portion has a flat bottom surface, and the lower end of the hanging portion is positioned in the vicinity of the upper end of the hanging portion.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the packaging tray according to the first aspect, the flat bottom surface of the bulging portion includes a plurality of concave portions.

The packaging tray of the present invention can be made thinner than the thickness of a conventional plastic sheet, and the interval between each imposition of the molding die can be narrowed, so that the cost can be reduced.

1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a packaging tray according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a bottom view showing an embodiment of the packaging tray according to the present invention. 4 and 4 are sectional views taken along line BB in FIG. The packaging tray of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The packaging tray 10 of the present invention is for storing articles. The packaging tray 10 includes a peripheral portion 11 of the packaging tray, a storage portion 13 in a region surrounded by the peripheral portion 11 of the packaging tray, and a hanging portion extending downward from the peripheral portion 11 of the packaging tray. 12 is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the peripheral edge 11 of the packaging tray includes a horizontal peripheral edge upper part 11a and an inner wall 11b that hangs downward from the inner side of the peripheral edge upper part 11a. A drooping portion 12 is extended downward. Moreover, the peripheral part upper part 11a is not limited horizontally, What is necessary is just to be convex upwards. The portion surrounded by the peripheral edge portion 11 and the hanging portion 12 of the packaging tray becomes a rib to improve the strength of the packaging tray 10. Further, as will be described later, when the lid 30 is provided to cover the storage portion 13 side of the packaging tray 10, the peripheral portion 11 and the hanging portion 12 of the packaging tray are provided by providing the lid 30 with a fitting portion 31 (see FIG. 7). It is preferable because it can be easily fitted to the rib portion surrounded by. Further, a flange 16 protruding outward is formed at the lower end of the drooping portion 12. Moreover, you may provide partially the peripheral edge 11 of a packaging tray in the periphery of the long side which opposes the recessed peripheral recessed hollow part (not shown). It is preferable to provide the peripheral concave recess. When the packaging trays 10 are stacked, when the packaging trays 10 are taken out one by one, air can be reliably introduced from the peripheral concave recesses. Since the so-called blocking phenomenon can be prevented, the workability of taking out becomes easy (stacking property). In this case, it is more preferable and excellent to stack the packaging trays 10 so that the circumferential concave depressions are not located at the same position when the circumferential concave depressions are formed so as to be shifted in units of surface and the packaging trays 10 are stacked. Stackability is obtained.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a horizontal portion 17 extending inward from the lower end of the inner wall 11 b of the peripheral portion 11 of the packaging tray is formed, and the horizontal portion 17 is connected to the peripheral portion of the storage portion 13. Although the packaging tray 10 of the present invention has been illustrated with an example in which one storage portion 13 is provided, it may be a plurality of two or more. The shape of the storage portion 13 is a shape that can be fixed so that the article to be stored does not move. When a plurality of storage units are provided, the size and depth of each storage unit may be the same or different, and can be appropriately provided according to the size and shape of the article. And what is necessary is just to provide the bulging part bulged below in the lower part of each accommodating part.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the packaging tray 10 of the present invention includes bulging portions 14 and 15 that bulge downward from the storage portion 13 below the storage portion 13, and the bulging portions 14 and 15 are flat. The first feature is to have a simple bottom surface. That is, the bottom surfaces 14a and 15a of the bulging portion are flat, and the height of the vertical line from the peripheral edge upper portion 11a to the bottom surface 14a of the bulging portion and the vertical height from the peripheral edge upper portion 11a to the bottom surface 15a of the bulging portion. By making the heights substantially the same, the placing property of the packaging tray 10 is stabilized. Further, since the articles stored in the storage unit 13 by the bulging units 14 and 15 positioned below the storage unit 13 are suspended in the air, for example, vibrations are generated from the bulging units 14 and 15 even when subjected to external vibration or impact. Since the impact is alleviated, there is an effect that the article is hardly damaged. In particular, when the article is a glass container such as a bottle, an excellent damage prevention effect is obtained. In addition, for example, when two storage portions having different depths are provided, the packaging tray 10 is placed on a horizontal surface by changing the depth of the bulging portion provided at the lower portion thereof, so that the storage portion is stabilized. Specifically, a shallow bulge is used for the deep storage part, and a deep bulge is used for the shallow storage part. In addition, when the storage part 13 is one as shown in the figure, it is preferable to provide at least two bulging parts.

In the conventional packaging tray, for example, the packaging tray shown in Patent Document 1 is formed into a shape that can be fixed so that the article does not move, and damage can be prevented with the container slightly lifted from the lower part of the packaging tray. It is made into a shape. For this purpose, the packaging tray is provided with an outer peripheral wall on the outer periphery extending from the upper edge of the peripheral portion to the lower portion of the packaging tray so that the container can be supported in a slightly floating state. On the other hand, the packaging tray 10 of the present invention has a configuration in which the bulging portions 14 and 15 are provided at the lower portion of the storage portion 13, and the bulging portions 14 and 15 can prevent the container from being damaged. The length of the hanging part 12 corresponding to the outer peripheral wall of the tray can be reduced.

The packaging tray 10 of the present invention is characterized in that the lower end of the drooping portion 12 is positioned in the vicinity of the upper end of the drooping portion 12. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, in the hanging part 12, the length from the upper end 12 a of the hanging part to the lower end 12 b of the hanging part is small, and preferably 10 mm to 15 mm. Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 1-3, the hanging part 12 is provided with a plurality of concave grooves 12c on the inner side from the upper end 12a of the hanging part to the lower end 12b of the hanging part. The vertical groove 12c is a preferable form because it improves the strength of the peripheral edge 11 and the hanging part 12 of the packaging tray.

As described above, the conventional packaging tray needs to be formed with a thick plastic sheet in order to support the container with the outer peripheral wall having a long length in a slightly floating state. On the other hand, since the packaging tray 10 of the present invention includes the bulging portions 14 and 15, the length of the drooping portion 12 corresponding to the outer peripheral wall of the conventional packaging tray can be reduced, and the thickness of the plastic sheet can be reduced. Can be made thinner. For example, when amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (A-PET) is used as a plastic sheet, it is necessary to use A-PET with a thickness of 0.8 to 1.0 mm in a conventional packaging tray. In the packaging tray 10 of the invention, A-PET having a thickness of 0.3 to 0.5 mm may be used, and the cost can be reduced.

Furthermore, since the length of the hanging portion 12 of the packaging tray 10 of the present invention is smaller than that of the conventional packaging tray, when the molding die is multi-faceted, it is possible to narrow the interval between the faces. Since the imposition efficiency of the plastic sheet is improved and the number of imposition can be increased, the cost can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 3, the flat bottom surfaces of the bulging portions 14 and 15 are provided with a plurality of concave portions 14b and 15b. The recesses 14b and 15b are formed in a groove shape that is recessed upward on the bottom surfaces 14a and 15a of the bulges. The recesses 14b and 15b are preferable because the insertion into the packaging box 40 becomes smooth when the packaging tray 10 is stored in the packaging box 40 (see FIG. 8) after the articles are stored in the packaging tray 10. Therefore, it is more preferable to form a plurality of recesses 14b and 15b in a groove shape parallel to the insertion direction into the packaging box 40. In FIG. 3, the recesses 14 b and 15 b are formed to be aligned in the left-right direction, and the insertion direction into the packaging box 40 is the left-right direction.

FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a state in which the article 20 is stored in the packaging tray 10 according to the present invention. The storage unit 13 is provided in the region surrounded by the peripheral edge 11 of the packaging tray, and the article 20 is stored in the storage unit 13 having a shape approximately similar to or slightly larger than the outer shape of the article 20 so that it does not move. It is fixed to.

FIG. 6 is a side view showing a state in which the article 20 is stored in the packaging tray 10 according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, the article 20 is stored and fixed in the storage unit 13. The bulging parts 14 and 15 are provided in the lower part of the accommodating part 13, and the articles | goods 20 are accommodated in the suspended state.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a lid 30 that covers the packaging tray 10 according to the present invention. The lid 30 has an outer shape that is the same as or slightly larger than the outer shape of the packaging tray 10, and includes a fitting portion 31 on the periphery. The fitting portion 31 has an upwardly convex shape, and includes a fitting outer portion 31a, a fitting upper portion 31b, and a fitting inner portion 31c. A top portion 32 is formed at the lower end of the fitting inner portion 31c. Connected and formed. When the lid 30 is placed on the upper side of the packaging tray 10, the fitting portion 31 is fitted to the peripheral edge portion 11 of the packaging tray, and the upper surface of the packaging tray 10 is covered with the top portion 32. The fitted state is not shown, but the outside of the hanging part 12 and the inside of the fitting outer part 31a, the outside of the peripheral part upper part 11a and the inside of the fitting upper part 31b, the outside of the inner wall 11b and the fitting inner part 31c.
As the packaging tray 10 of the present invention, a transparent synthetic resin sheet or a colored synthetic resin sheet that can be formed by vacuum forming, pressure forming, vacuum pressure forming or the like can be used.
As the synthetic resin of the synthetic resin sheet, resins of polyester type, polypropylene type, nylon type, acrylic type, polystyrene type, polylactic acid type and the like can be used. As the polyester, amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (A-PET) is preferable. Moreover, as a thickness of a synthetic resin sheet, it is 200 micrometers-500 micrometers. There is an effect that it can be made thinner than the thickness of the synthetic resin sheet of the conventional packaging tray having the outer wall. The synthetic resin sheet may be plain or may be printed. In addition, when providing the lid | cover 30, the synthetic resin sheet shown with the tray 10 for packaging can be used similarly as the lid | cover 30. FIG.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the packaging tray 10 (see FIGS. 5 and 6) in which the articles 20 are stored is stored in the packaging box 40. The packaging box 40 includes a window 41 formed by printing on the surface of the paperboard (not shown), further punching out a part of the paperboard, and having a plastic film stuck on the surface. It has design and luxury.

As shown in FIG. 8, the article 20 stored in the packaging tray 10 can be seen through the window 41 of the packaging box 40 through the plastic film on the surface. By viewing the article 20 from the window portion 41, it is possible to give the consumer a sense of security. Moreover, the packaging box 40 provided with the film pasting structure is a preferable form because it can improve the scratch resistance and wear resistance of the surface, and can give a design and a high-class feeling and increase the appeal to consumers. As the plastic film having a film pasting structure, a plastic film made of a resin such as polypropylene, polyester, polystyrene, or polyvinyl chloride can be used.
