Claims (19)
- 第1の層と、
前記第1の層に連結されて作動する第2の層と、
前記第1の層に連結されて作動し、陰圧供給源に流体を通すように接続する吸引管および酸素源に流体を通すように接続する酸素源管を有する第3の層と、を備え、
前記第3の層が、創傷領域に陰圧療法および酸素源処置のうちの少なくとも1つを施す組合せ治療パッド。 - 前記第1の層が、第1の中央間隙を有し、
前記第2の層が、前記第1の中央間隙と略一致している第2の中央間隙を有している請求項1に記載の組合せ治療パッド。 - 前記第1の層と前記第2の層との間に配置されるとともに、前記創傷領域に直接接触するように配置されている光ファイバ・アレイを有する請求項1に記載の組合せ治療パッド。
- 前記第2の層が、接着性底面を有する請求項1に記載の組合せ治療パッド。
- 陥凹中央領域が、前記第3の層内に画定されている請求項1に記載の組合せ治療パッド。
- 前記陥凹中央領域が、前記吸引管および前記酸素源管に流体を通すように接続している請求項5に記載の組合せ治療パッド。
- 前記陥凹中央領域の外周を略囲うように配置されているアンテナを備える請求項5に記載の組合せ治療パッド。
- 前記アンテナが、パルス状の高周波信号を受信する請求項7に記載の組合せ治療パッド。
- 前記第1の層、前記第2の層、および前記第3の層が、接着および溶接のうちの少なくとも1つにより結合されている請求項1に記載の組合せ治療パッド。
- ポートを有する組合せ治療パッドと、
前記ポートに流体を通すように接続されている圧力スイッチと、
前記圧力スイッチに流体を通すように接続されている酸素源と、
前記圧力スイッチに流体を通すように接続されている吸引ポンプと、
前記組合せ治療パッド内に形成された陥凹中央領域と、
該陥凹中央領域の外周を略囲うように配置されているアンテナと、
を備え、
前記組合せ治療パッドは、前記圧力スイッチを介して陰圧療法および酸素化療法のうちの少なくとも1つを施す治療システム。 - 前記酸素源、前記吸引ポンプのうちの少なくとも1つに電気的に接続されている制御装置をさらに有する請求項10に記載の治療システム。
- 前記制御装置が、タッチスクリーン・インターフェースをさらに有する請求項11に記載の治療システム。
- 前記制御装置が、該制御装置に接続されている少なくとも1つのフックをさらに有する請求項11に記載の治療システム。
- 前記創傷領域を治療パッドで覆うステップを含み、
前記治療パッドが、
第1の層と、
前記第1の層に連結されて作動する第2の層と、
前記第1の層に連結されて作動し、陰圧供給源に流体を通すように接続する吸引管および酸素源に流体を通すように接続する酸素源管を有し、創傷領域に陰圧療法および酸素源処置のうちの少なくとも1つを施す第3の層とを含み、
前記治療パッドを介して前記創傷領域に酸素化療法および陰圧療法のうちの少なくとも1つを施す、創傷領域を処置する方法。 - 酸素化療法および陰圧療法のうちの少なくとも1つを施す前記ステップは、前記治療パッドを介して酸素源から前記創傷領域まで酸素を送るステップを含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 酸素化療法を施す前記ステップが、熱電素子により酸素を温めるステップまたは冷却するステップのうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記治療パッドの内部に配置されている高周波アンテナを介して、前記創傷領域にパルス状の高周波信号を施すステップを含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記高周波アンテナが、前記創傷領域の外周部を略囲うように配置されている請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記陰圧療法および前記酸素化療法が、前記治療パッドの共通ポートを介して施される請求項14に記載の創傷領域を処置する方法。
