Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform such a smooth panel/shade-linked motion that an operator does not feel an incongruity even if on/off-operations of a switch are quickly repeated when opening a sunroof.SOLUTION: A sunroof device has a roof panel 3 for opening and closing an opening part 4, and a sunshade 5 arranged at a vehicle body side so as to cover the roof panel 3. The roof panel 3 and the sunshade 5 are driven by motors, and perform opening/closing motions under the control of a controller by an operation of a switch. When the switch is turned on, and turned off when the roof panel 3 and the sunshade 5 are operated to opening directions, the controller operates the sunshade 5 so that the roof panel 3 and the sunshade 5 are stopped while separating from each other by a prescribed far-near threshold or longer in opening/closing directions. By this constitution, the roof panel 3 and the sunshade 5 are stopped in a "long distance" state, and the roof panel 3 is firstly operated at a succeeding switch-on time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

Description

The present invention relates to a control system for a vehicle opening / closing body such as a sunroof, and more particularly to a technique that is effective when applied to operation control of an opening / closing body system including a light shielding member interlocked with the opening / closing body.

Conventionally, in a vehicle opening / closing body such as an electric sunroof, an automatic sliding door, and a power window, the opening / closing body operation is started / stopped by a user's switch operation. In addition, a sunroof or the like is often provided with a light-shielding member such as a sunshade on the inside of the opening / closing body in order to block sunlight and external lines of sight inside the vehicle. When such a light-shielding member is operated electrically, it operates in conjunction with the opening and closing body by a switch operation. For example, when the sunroof is opened, the sunshade is interlocked with the roof panel so that the sunroof cannot be seen from inside the vehicle. To do. That is, when the operator operates the sunroof switch to the open side, first, the sunshade is activated, and when the sunroof can be seen from the indoor side, the roof panel starts to open.

Such an interlocking operation between the roof panel and the sunshade is controlled based on the distance between the panel and the shade. In this case, when the sunroof switch is operated, the control device calculates the distance between the two, and if it is within a predetermined range, the distance between the panel and the shade is determined as “short distance” and the sunshade is determined. Open with only preceding. When the distance between the two exceeds a predetermined value, the distance between the panel and the shade is determined as “far” and the roof panel is opened. Thus, when the sunroof is opened, the operator can adjust the operation of the sunroof while directly looking at the open / closed state of the roof panel from the indoor side.

However, in the case of such a control form, when the sunroof is opened, if the switch is repeatedly turned ON / OFF quickly, the roof panel opening operation and the sunshade interlocking opening operation may be alternately repeated. FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing the operation of the roof panel and sunshade when the switch ON / OFF is repeated when the sunroof is open. As shown in FIG. 6A, when the sunroof switch is turned on while the sunroof is closed, the roof panel 51 (hereinafter abbreviated as panel 51) is tilted up and the sunshade 52 (hereinafter referred to as the shade 52). Operates in advance. That is, on the control device side, both are determined to be “short distance” and only the shade 52 is operated.

Thereafter, when the switch is turned OFF while only the shade 52 is in operation, the panel 51 remains stopped and the shade 52 ends the opening operation. When the switch is turned on again in this state, since the shade 52 has already been opened, the control device determines that both are in a “far distance” and activates the panel 51. If the switch is turned off while only the panel 51 is in operation, the panel 51 stops without moving the shade 52 (FIG. 6B).

When the detailed switch operation is repeated and the switch is turned on again from the state of FIG. 6B, in this case, the distance between the panel 51 and the shade 52 is reduced, so as in FIG. Only the shade 52 is actuated because it is determined as the “short distance” state. At this time, when the switch is further turned OFF, only the shade 52 is operated and stopped as described above, and when the switch is turned ON next time, only the panel 51 is operated as shown in FIG. 6B. Therefore, if the switch is turned ON / OFF in a short time, only the panel 51 or the shade 52 will be operated repeatedly, and the sunroof operation will be jerky, and the operator who does not know the operation specifications. For this, there was a problem that it would be an unnatural movement that felt uncomfortable.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an opening / closing body control system and an opening / closing body capable of a smooth panel / shade interlocking operation that does not cause the operator to feel uncomfortable even if the ON / OFF operation of the switch is repeated quickly when the sunroof is opened. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for controlling the opening / closing operation.

An opening / closing body control system according to the present invention is disposed at an opening of a vehicle and opens / closes the opening, and the opening / closing body is disposed inside the opening / closing body of the opening / closing body so as to cover the opening / closing body. A light-shielding member that opens and closes along a direction; a first motor that operates the open-close member; a second motor that operates the light-shielding member; and the first and second motors that control the opening. The opening / closing body is operated so as to open / close, and the control means for operating the light shielding member in accordance with the operation of the opening / closing body, and the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing body and the light shielding member are operated. An open / close body control system that opens and closes the open / close body and the light-shielding member by ON / OFF operation of the switch, wherein the control means is configured such that the switch is turned on and the open / close body is operated. When the switch is turned off while at least one of the light shielding members is operating in the opening direction, the light shielding member is stopped so that the opening and closing body and the light shielding member are spaced apart by a predetermined distance or more in the opening and closing direction. The member is actuated.

In the present invention, when the switch is turned on and the switch is turned off when at least one of the opening / closing body and the light shielding member is operating in the opening direction, the light shielding member and the opening / closing body have a predetermined distance in the opening / closing direction. Since the light shielding member is actuated so as to stop after being separated, when the light shielding member and the opening / closing body are stopped, the distance between the two can be secured a predetermined distance or more. For this reason, even if the ON / OFF operation of the switch is repeated quickly, the distance between the light shielding member and the opening / closing body is equal to or greater than the predetermined distance. Therefore, even if the ON / OFF operation is repeated, the operation in which only one of the opening / closing body or the light shielding member is operated is not repeated.

In the opening / closing body control system, when the switch is turned on by the control means and the opening / closing body and the light shielding member move in the opening direction, a separation distance between the light shielding member and the opening / closing body is less than the predetermined distance. Only the light shielding member may be operated in the opening direction, and when the separation distance is equal to or greater than the predetermined distance, only the opening / closing body may be operated in the opening direction.

Further, when the switch is turned on by the control means and the opening / closing body and the light shielding member move in the opening direction, if the separation distance is less than the predetermined distance, only the light shielding member is caused to precede the opening / closing body. The opening / closing body is operated in conjunction with the light shielding member when the separation distance reaches a predetermined first threshold, and when the separation distance is equal to or greater than the predetermined distance, the separation distance is a predetermined first Only the opening / closing body is operated in the opening direction with the light-shielding member being stopped until the two threshold values are reached, and the light-shielding member is interlocked with the opening / closing body when the separation distance reaches the second threshold value. May be.

Further, when the switch is turned on by the control means and the opening / closing body and the light shielding member move in the opening direction, the light shielding member may be operated in advance of the opening / closing body.

On the other hand, the opening / closing body device control method according to the present invention includes an opening / closing body that is disposed at an opening of a vehicle, opens and closes the opening, and is disposed on the vehicle interior side of the opening / closing body so as to cover the opening / closing body. An operation control method of an opening / closing body device having a light shielding member that opens and closes along a body opening / closing direction, wherein the opening / closing body and the light shielding member perform an opening / closing operation by a user switch ON / OFF operation, and the switch When the switch is turned off when at least one of the opening / closing body and the light shielding member is operating in the opening direction, the opening / closing body and the light shielding member are separated from each other by a predetermined distance or more in the opening / closing direction. Then, the light shielding member is operated so as to stop.

According to the opening / closing body control system of the present invention, in the opening / closing body control system that opens and closes the opening / closing body and the light shielding member by ON / OFF operation of the switch, the switch is turned on, and at least one of the opening / closing body and the light shielding member When the switch is turned off while the switch is operating in the opening direction, the light blocking member and the opening / closing body are stopped so that the light blocking member and the opening / closing body stop at a predetermined distance or more apart in the opening / closing direction. When it does, the distance between both can be ensured more than predetermined distance. For this reason, even if the ON / OFF operation of the switch is repeated quickly, the opening / closing body can be operated first with the switch ON. Therefore, even if the ON / OFF operation is repeated, the operation of only one of the opening / closing body or the light shielding member is not repeated, and the jerky operation of the opening / closing body or the light shielding member can be prevented. The operation of the light shielding member becomes natural and it is possible to suppress the operator's uncomfortable feeling.

According to the opening / closing body device control method of the present invention, the opening / closing body for opening / closing the vehicle opening and the light shielding member provided so as to cover the opening / closing body are provided. In the operation control method of the opening / closing body device in which the light shielding member opens and closes, when the switch is turned on and the switch is turned off when at least one of the opening / closing body and the light shielding member is operating in the opening direction, the light shielding is performed. Since the light-shielding member is operated so that the member and the opening / closing body are separated and stopped in the opening / closing direction by a predetermined distance or more, when the light-shielding member and the opening / closing body are stopped, it is possible to secure a distance between the both.

The pulse count value and the position of the panel 3 / shade 5 have a predetermined relationship, and the relationship between the two is stored in the ROM 13 as a map 24. The panel / shade position detection unit 22 refers to the map 24 in the ROM 13 based on the pulse count value and grasps the current position of the panel 3 and the shade 5. The motor rotation information calculation unit 23 calculates the rotation speed and rotation direction of the motors 6 and 7 (corresponding to the movement speed and movement direction of the panel 3 and the shade 5) based on the pulse signal.

The CPU 11 further determines the motor based on the state of the switch 9 (switch information), the current position of the panel 3 or the shade 5 (panel / shade position information), and the rotation speed / rotation direction (motor operation information) of the motors 6 and 7. A motor control command unit 25 is provided for determining operations 6 and 7 (the number of rotations and the direction of rotation). The motor control command unit 25 receives switch information from the interface unit 14, panel position information from the panel / shade position detection unit 22, and motor operation information from the motor rotation information calculation unit 23. The motor control command unit 25 determines the operation (number of rotations / rotation direction) of the motors 6 and 7 based on the switch information, panel / shade position information, and motor operation information. A control signal for the motors 6 and 7 is transmitted. The motor drive unit 15 controls the operations of the motors 6 and 7 in accordance with instructions from the motor control command unit 25, whereby the panel 3 and the shade 5 are operated.

In such a sunroof device 1, when a user (operator) such as a driver operates the switch 9, the motors 6 and 7 are appropriately operated, and the panel 3 and the shade 5 are opened and closed. The panel 3 and the shade 5 are normally operated so that the shade 5 opens first and follows it. When the switch 9 is operated, the controller 8 first determines whether or not the distance between the panel and the shade is less than a predetermined separation distance (perspective threshold, for example, 10 mm). Only the shade 5 is actuated by determining that it is located at "distance". When the shade 5 is activated and the predetermined distance between the panel and the shade becomes the “first interlock open start distance” (first interlock threshold), the controller 8 operates the panel 3 so that the panel 3 and the shade 5 are interlocked. It works as follows. The “first interlock threshold” in this case is an interlock threshold when the shade 5 operates first (in the case of the “short distance” operation), and is set to a value larger than the above “perspective threshold”.

On the other hand, when the shade 5 is opened in advance and the switch 9 is turned off before the “first interlock threshold” exceeds the “perspective threshold”, the distance between the panel and the shade when the switch 9 is turned on next time. Is greater than or equal to the “perspective threshold”. For this reason, the controller 8 determines that both are located at “far” and operates only the panel 3. When the panel 3 is activated and the distance between the panel and the shade reaches a predetermined “second linked open start distance” (second linked threshold), the controller 8 operates the shade 5 so that the panel 3 and the shade 5 are linked. It works as follows. The “second interlock threshold” in this case is an interlock threshold when the panel 3 operates first (in the case of “far” operation), and is set to a value smaller than the above “far threshold”.

In the control mode as described above, in the sunroof device 1, the distance between the panel and the shade is always determined to be “far” even when the switch 9 is quickly turned ON / OFF during the opening operation. Thus, the opening operation of the shade 5 is controlled. That is, as shown in FIG. 6B, even when the switch 9 is turned off while only the panel 3 is operating, the distance between the panel and the shade is not left in the stopped state. The shade 5 is operated so that becomes “far”. As a result, when the switch operation is repeated quickly, the situation shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B is prevented from being repeated, and an uncomfortable roof operation is avoided.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing the operation of the panel 3 and the shade 5 when the control mode according to the present invention is implemented. First, when the switch 9 is turned on when the sunroof is closed, the controller 8 tilts up the panel 3 and operates the shade 5 in advance, as shown in the left figure of FIG. In this case, the panel / shade position detector 22 of the controller 8 calculates the distance between the panel 3 and the shade 5 with the switch ON. When the distance between the panel and the shade is less than the perspective threshold, the motor control command unit 25 determines that both are located at the “short distance” and activates only the shade 5. It should be noted that the calculation of the distance between the panel and the shade and the determination of “near distance”, “far distance”, etc. are made based on the pulse count values from the motors 6 and 7, and each of the aforementioned threshold values is actually the pulse count value. Judged by converting to.

When the sunroof is in a closed state, the distance between the two is close and a “short distance” state, and only the shade 5 operates as shown in the left diagram of FIG. When the shade 5 is activated in accordance with the switch operation, and then the switch 9 is turned off while only the shade 5 is in operation, the panel 5 remains stopped and the shade 5 finishes the opening operation (right in FIG. 4A). Figure). The operation shown in FIG. 4A is the same as the operation shown in FIG. Next, when the switch 9 is turned on again from the state shown in the right diagram of FIG. 4A, only the shade 5 is already open, and the controller between the panel and the shade at that time is equal to or greater than the perspective threshold value. 8, both are determined to be “far” and the panel 3 is operated (the left figure in FIG. 4 (b): the same as the left figure in FIG. 6 (b)). At this time, the shade 5 stands by in a stopped state until the panel 3 reaches the first interlocking threshold.

If the switch 9 is turned OFF while only the panel 3 is operating from the state shown in the left diagram of FIG. 4B, the panel stops without moving the shade in the control of FIG. 6B. For this reason, when the switch 9 is further turned ON and the distance between the panel and the shade is less than the perspective threshold, the controller 8 determines that both are in the “short distance” state and only the shade 5 is Operate. As a result, when the switch 9 is quickly switched thereafter, the operation in which only one of the panel 3 or the shade 5 is operated is repeated (repeats of FIGS. 6A and 6B), and the sunroof operation becomes jerky. End up.

On the other hand, in the control according to the present invention, when the switch 9 is turned off while only the panel 3 is in operation, unlike the control in FIG. The shade 5 is interlocked and opened so that the distance becomes “long distance” (the right diagram in FIG. 4B). That is, when the panel 3 is stopped, the shade 5 is advanced in the opening direction so that the panel 3 and the shade 5 are stopped at a predetermined distance (perspective threshold) or more, and both are set in the “far distance” state. The panel 3 and the shade 5 are stopped above. Then, even when the switch 9 is further turned on, as shown in the left diagram of FIG. 4C, the controller 8 determines that both are in the “far distance” state, and the panel 3 operates. That is, only one of the panel 3 and the shade 5 does not operate, and starts moving from the panel 3 when the switch is turned on.

4C, when the switch 9 is turned OFF while only the panel 3 is in operation, the shade 5 is interlocked and opened as shown in the right diagram of FIG. Ensure state. That is, the same control as in FIG. 4B is performed, and when the switch is turned on next time, the panel 3 is first operated as shown in the left diagram of FIG. Further, the controller 8 activates the shade 5 when the distance between the panel and the shade reaches the second interlocking threshold value, and interlocks the panel 3 and the shade 5, but the switch 9 is open while the panel 3 and the shade 5 are simultaneously opened. Even when is turned OFF, the shade 5 is moved more (longer in distance and in time) than the panel 3 to secure the “far distance” state. As a result, the panel 3 is first activated when the switch is turned on next time.

On the other hand, as described above, when the panel 3 and the shade 5 approach from the state shown in the left diagram of FIG. 4B and reach the second interlocking threshold value, the shade 5 also operates, and the two are interlocked. However, if the switch 9 is turned off immediately after that, even if both are operating at the same time, the distance between the two at the time of stoppage becomes “near distance” or “far distance” when the switch is turned off. There is a case. As described above, the panel 3 and the shade 5 are driven by different motors 6 and 7, respectively, and the panel 3 is activated / stopped when the switch operation is turned on / off. On the other hand, the shade 5 is driven in a predetermined control cycle Tc (for example, 20 ms, hereinafter referred to as Tc = 20 ms) when the switch is turned on. Once the switch 9 is turned on, the shade 5 is operated for at least 20 ms. To do. That is, the panel 3 operates for the same time as the switch operation, whereas the shade 5 operates in units of 20 ms after the switch operation.

For this reason, the positional relationship between the panel 3 and the shade 5 when the switch is turned on last time causes a difference in the positional relationship between the two when the switch is turned off. FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing a case where a difference occurs in the operation relationship between the panel 3 and the shade 5, where (a) is in “near distance” when both switches are ON, and (b) is also “far distance”. Each case is shown. As shown in FIG. 5A, when the panel 3 and the shade 5 are at a “short distance”, for example, when the switch 9 is turned ON for 50 ms, the panel 3 moves by 50 ms. On the other hand, the shade 5 operates together with the panel 3 for the “short distance” operation, and moves 60 ms (20 ms × 3) from the switch ON. Accordingly, the distance between the two at the stop position is increased (L1), and when the next switch is turned on, the operation starts from the “far distance” state. In other words, in this case, a “far distance” state is ensured, and the panel 3 is first activated when the switch is turned on.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5B, when the switch 3 is turned ON for 50 ms when the panel 3 and the shade 5 are at a “far distance”, the panel 3 moves by 50 ms, but the shade 5 is 40 ms ( Only 20 ms x 2) moves. In this case, the panel 3 is activated first, but the shade 5 is stopped until both reach the second interlocking threshold, the time for the interlocking of both is shortened, and the movement of the shade 5 is 40 ms. For this reason, the distance between the two at the stop position is blocked (L2), and when the next switch is turned on, the operation starts from the “short distance” state. Then, it becomes the same as the state of FIG. 6A, and the operation starts from the shade 5, and the uncomfortable feeling of the operation is not eliminated.

Therefore, in the control mode of the present invention, also in this case, the shade 5 is corrected and moved so that the distance between the panel 3 and the shade 5 becomes “far” (FIG. 5B “corrected movement”). "). That is, when the panel 3 stops, the shade 5 is operated more and the distance between the two is set to the “far” state. As a result, the distance between the panel and the shade at the stop position is increased (L3), and when the next switch is turned on, the operation is started from the “far distance” state. As a result, in the case of FIG. 5B as well, a “far distance” state at the time of stop is ensured, and the switch 3 is first operated from the panel 3 when the switch is turned on.

As described above, in the control mode according to the present invention, after FIG. 4C (third switch operation), when the switch is turned on, the operation of the panel 3 and the shade 5 starts from the “far distance” state. For this reason, even if the ON / OFF operation is repeated quickly, the panel 3 is first activated as the switch is turned on. Therefore, even if the ON / OFF operation is repeated, the operation of operating only one of the panel 3 or the shade 5 is not repeated, and a jerky sunroof operation can be prevented. As a result, the switch operation and the operation of the panel 3 and the shade 5 are kept in a certain relationship, the sunroof operation becomes natural, and it is possible to suppress the operator's uncomfortable feeling.

It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the operation of the shade 5 is performed in units of 20 ms is described. However, the value of the operation unit is merely an example, and is not limited to 20 ms. In addition, although the threshold for determining “short distance” and “far distance” is 10 mm, it is needless to say that this can be set as appropriate.

The present invention can be applied not only to an automobile sunroof device but also to an open / close body such as a slide door or a power window that is generally installed in vehicles such as industrial equipment.
