Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an identifier-mounted article in which an identifier that can identify identification information using an antenna is attached to the article.
In recent years, with the progress of the information society, information is recorded on labels and tags attached to products and the like, and products and the like are managed using the labels and tags. In information management using such a label or tag, a non-contact type IC label or non-contact type in which an IC chip capable of writing or reading information in a non-contact state is mounted on the label or tag. Discriminators using RFID technology such as type IC tags are rapidly spreading due to their excellent convenience.
The identification body using such RFID technology is not limited to the one on which the IC chip is mounted as described above, and has a plurality of antennas having different resonance peak frequencies, and a plurality of antennas without using the IC chip. A device that can recognize an ID by a combination of antennas is also considered. For example, the shape of the dielectric element and the capacitor element constituting the plurality of antennas may be different, or the shape and direction of the plurality of antennas may be different to change the resonance peak frequency for each of the plurality of antennas. Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose techniques that allow IDs to be expressed in combination. If this technology is used, if the number of antennas is N, two information of “1” and “0” can be given depending on the presence / absence of one antenna, and there is no case where all antennas are not present. Thus, (2 N −1) IDs can be expressed in a recognizable manner, and the cost can be reduced by not using an IC chip.
However, in the case where the IC chip is not mounted as disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, since the IC chip does not have the anti-collision function that the IC chip normally has, when there are a plurality of tags in the reading range of the reader, A tag that is used by being affixed to an article to be managed cannot be identified from a tag that is not affixed to an article to be managed and is not used, and IDs are read from all tags. Therefore, there is a problem that the reading process becomes impossible or an unnecessary ID is read.
Here, Non-Patent Document 1 discloses a technique that enables reading only with respect to a chipless tag to be read by scanning a beam used for reading. In this technology, the irradiation range of the transmitting antenna is narrowed, and the irradiation position is freely scanned by controlling the phase of the beam, etc., so that only the tag to be read is irradiated with the radio wave. Even when multiple tags exist in the reading range, a tag that is used by being affixed to a managed article is identified from a tag that is not affixed to a managed article and is not used Will be able to.
Further, Patent Document 3 discloses a metal article with a wireless communication device that is operated by arranging an antenna portion and a ground portion so as to face each other through a substrate and short-circuiting or capacitively coupling the antenna portion and the ground portion. . If this technology is used, the ground part is provided on the surface opposite to the antenna part of the substrate, so that even if the article to be attached is a metal object, the coupling between the antenna part and the ground part is not broken. Non-contact communication is possible.
However, in the technique disclosed in Non-Patent Document 1, an antenna with a narrowed irradiation range is generally large and expensive, and a phase control device necessary for scanning is also expensive, thereby leading to an expensive reader. There is a problem that it becomes a thing.
In the technique disclosed in Patent Document 3, a short circuit unit, a power supply unit, and an IC chip are essential in addition to a substrate, an antenna unit, and a ground unit, and there are many components. Since it has a structure in a direction perpendicular to the ground, the processing difficulty is high, and there is a problem that the price of the tag becomes expensive.
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the conventional techniques as described above, and has an expensive configuration for reading only the identifier used, even if it has no IC chip. An object of the present invention is to provide an identifier-equipped article that can be realized without doing so.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides:
An identification body in which an identification body in which an antenna that exhibits a resonance peak is formed on one surface of a base base material made of an insulating material by facing a metal through the base base material is attached to an article. A body-mounted article,
The identifier is attached to the article with the surface of the base substrate opposite to the antenna as an attachment surface,
The article includes a metal having a shape that covers the antenna in a plan view in a region where the identification body is attached.
In the present invention configured as described above, a resonance peak appears when the antenna faces a metal, and identification information is recognized when the resonance peak is detected. The base material is laminated on one side of the base substrate, and the identifier is attached to the article with the surface of the base substrate opposite to the antenna as the attachment surface, and the article is an area where the identifier is attached Since the antenna has a metal shape that covers the antenna in a plan view, the antenna is in a state of facing the metal through the base substrate, a resonance peak appears, and the identification information is recognized by detecting this resonance peak. Will be. As described above, since the resonance peak appears only in the identification object attached to the article simply by attaching the identification object to the article that is a management object having metal, the structure without the IC chip is used. Even if it exists, the reading only with respect to the identification body currently used is implement | achieved without setting it as an expensive structure.
Further, if a fixing means for fixing the identification body to the article is provided on the attachment surface of the identification body to the article, the identification body can be easily attached to the article.
Further, if the fixing means is provided so as to avoid the region facing the antenna, the fixing means is interposed between the antenna and the metal when the antenna and the metal of the article face each other through the base substrate. This avoids a decrease in the depth of the resonance peak due to the influence of the fixing means.
Further, if the fixing means is a magnetic body, when the identification body is removed from the article, no dirt or the like remains on the article side.
When the Q value in a state where the antenna is not opposed to the metal is 30 or less, the antenna can be attached to an article to develop a sharp resonance peak having a Q value of 30 or more.
According to the present invention, a resonance peak appears only in the identification object attached to the article simply by attaching the identification object to the article that is a management object having metal, and thus does not have an IC chip. Even if it is a structure, the reading only with respect to the identification object currently used can be implement | achieved, without making an expensive structure.
Further, when the identification body has a fixing means for fixing the identification body to the article on the attachment surface to the article, the identification body can be easily attached to the article.
In the case where the fixing means is provided so as to avoid the region facing the antenna, the fixing means is provided between the antenna and the metal when the antenna and the metal of the article face each other through the base substrate. It is possible to avoid the resonance peak depth from being lowered due to the influence of the fixing means.
Further, in the case where the fixing means is a magnetic body, when the identification body is removed from the article, no dirt or the like remains on the article side.
In addition, when the antenna has a Q value of 30 or less when not facing a metal, a sharp resonance peak with a Q value of 30 or more can be exhibited by being attached to an article.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a first embodiment of an identifier used for an identifier-equipped article of the present invention, (a) is a diagram showing a surface configuration, and (b) is shown in (a). It is AA 'sectional drawing.
As shown in FIG. 1, the identification body in this embodiment is an ID tag 1 in which an antenna region 21 is provided on the surface of a
The
The
FIG. 2 is a side view showing an example of an identifier-equipped article to which the ID tag 1 shown in FIG. 1 is attached.
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the identifier-mounted article of the present invention can be configured as a tag-mounted article 2 configured by attaching the ID tag 1 shown in FIG. 1 to the article 3.
In that case, the article 3 is made of metal and has a shape that covers the
Below, the characteristic of ID tag 1 and tag mounting article 2 mentioned above is explained.
FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining the characteristics of the ID tag 1 and the tag-mounted article 2 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein (a) shows the frequency characteristics of the ID tag 1 alone, and (b) It is a figure which shows the frequency characteristic of ID tag 1 in the tag mounting goods 2. FIG.
In the frequency characteristics of the single ID tag 1 shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 3A, the resonance peak due to the
On the other hand, when an SUS plate (stainless steel) having a thickness of 1 mm is used as the article 3 in the tag-mounted article 2 shown in FIG. 2, and the ID tag 1 is attached to the SUS board, the frequency characteristics thereof are shown in FIG. As shown, a resonance peak due to the
In this way, in the ID tag 1 shown in FIG. 1, since the
Moreover, since the resonance peak is not detected because the unused ID tag 1 is not attached to the article 3, the ID tag that is used and the ID tag that is not used are determined depending on whether or not the resonance peak is detected. And can be identified.
As described above, since the resonance peak appears only in the ID tag 1 attached to the article 3 simply by attaching the ID tag 1 to the article 3 made of metal, the structure has no IC chip. However, it is possible to read only the ID tag 1 being used without using an expensive configuration such as adding a special function to the reader side.
The article 3 to which the ID tag 1 is attached is not limited to the one made of metal as described above, but only the region to which the ID tag 1 is attached is a metal that covers the
Here, according to what is disclosed in Patent Document 3, the conventional metal-compatible tag does not become an antenna in the first place when the connection between the antenna and the ground is weak. In order to radiate energy at the resonance point of the antenna, The connection reliability between the antenna and the ground is important. Therefore, the focus has been on how to ensure the connection reliability. In the tag-mounted article 2 shown in FIG. 2, the metal that is basically the ground is the reflection (radiation) surface, and the trough-shaped peak is expressed by the antenna absorbing energy at the resonance point. This is made to function as an ID. In this case, the ground metal and the antenna need only be capacitively coupled, and the connection reliability is not as high as that of the conventional metal-compatible tag. Therefore, the article 3 made of metal can be used as a ground as it is without providing a ground in advance.
Hereinafter, an application example of the ID tag 1 shown in FIG. 1 will be described.
4A and 4B are diagrams showing an application example of the ID tag 1 shown in FIG. 1, wherein FIG. 4A is a diagram showing a surface configuration, and FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ shown in FIG. .
As shown in FIG. 4, the identification body in this application example is an
