Description

The present invention relates to a fire sensor, and more particularly to a fire sensor with a confirmation light.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a fire detector (hereinafter also referred to as a smoke detector) for detecting smoke generated by a fire and informing the surroundings of the occurrence of a fire (see Patent Document 1). Such a smoke detector includes a housing having an opening, and an electronic board and a smoke introducing portion provided in the housing. The smoke introduction unit includes a labyrinth for blocking outside light and taking smoke into the smoke introduction unit, and a smoke detection unit including a light emitting element and a light receiving element for detecting the smoke. The smoke introduction part is attached on the electronic board because the light emitting element and the light receiving element are mounted on the electronic board.

In order to take in the smoke generated by the fire, the smoke introducing portion is attached in the housing such that at least a portion provided with a labyrinth is disposed inside the opening of the housing. For this reason, the smoke introduction part is provided with an insect repellent net that prevents the entry of smoke other than smoke such as insects and dust into the smoke introduction part.

From the viewpoint of dust-proofing of the smoke detector, it is preferable that the inner diameter of the opening of the housing matches the outer diameter of the smoke introduction part, particularly the labyrinth, but in practice there are component tolerances and assembly tolerances. Therefore, the inner diameter of the opening is designed so that a slight margin is generated with respect to the outer diameter of the smoke introduction part.

Therefore, depending on the product, an inevitable gap is generated between the housing and the smoke introduction part. Since the smoke introducing portion is attached to the electronic board, the electronic board communicates with the outside through the gap and the opening of the housing. Accordingly, dust may enter the inside of the housing, particularly a part of the electronic board, from the opening through this gap, and this has been a factor of reducing the dust resistance of the smoke detector.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the fire detector which improved dust resistance more.

The present invention comprises a housing having an opening, a smoke introduction part at least a part of which is disposed inside the opening, and a confirmation lamp that is lit in the event of a fire, the smoke introduction part, The confirmation lamp has a ring-shaped light guide member and a light emitting element, and the light guide member has a light emitting element housing portion and the housing and the smoke introducing portion. The fire detector is provided on the outer peripheral side and the lower end side of the insect net, and the light emitting element is accommodated in the light emitting element accommodating portion.

In the present invention, a plurality of reflecting surfaces that reflect light from the light emitting element are formed on the upper surface of the light guide member, and the density of the reflecting surfaces is increased along the optical path of the light. It is also possible to make it. In the present invention, the light guide member may have a plurality of bulged portions formed at opposing positions, and the reflective surface may be formed only on the upper surface of the bulged portion. It is. Further, according to the present invention, the light emitting element can receive light from a side surface of the light guide member.

In the present invention, the vertical direction of the fire detector is determined with the mounting surface when the fire detector is mounted on the ceiling, wall or the like facing down. In the present invention, the ring shape includes a partially missing ring or a discontinuous ring such as a C ring or a split ring, and includes not only an annular shape but also a polygonal shape such as a quadrangle.

In the present invention, a ring-shaped light guide member is provided between the housing and the smoke introduction portion and on the outer peripheral side and the lower end side of the insect screen, so that a gap is provided between the housing and the smoke introduction portion. Even if there is, the gap can be closed by the light guide member, so that dust can be prevented from entering the inside of the housing, particularly a certain part of the electronic substrate, from the opening of the housing. Therefore, the present invention can provide a fire detector with improved dust resistance.

The present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The fire detector 1 includes a housing 2, a smoke introduction unit 3, a confirmation lamp 4, and an electronic substrate 5. The housing 2 has an exterior 20 and a mounting plate 21. The exterior 20 has an exterior body 22 and an opening 23. The confirmation lamp 4 is lit / flashed when the fire detector 1 outputs a fire signal in the event of a fire or when a fire signal is received from a fire receiver (not shown).

In the present embodiment, the exterior body 22 is formed in a substantially disk shape with a hole 22a opened at the center thereof, and has a top plate 23a and a plurality of columns 23b arranged at substantially equal intervals around the hole 22a. The opening 23 is provided so as to protrude from the exterior body 22. The position of the opening 23, the number and interval of the pillars 23b, and the like can be appropriately changed as long as the position does not hinder the flow of smoke into the smoke introduction unit 3.

The exterior main body 22 has a pair of bulged portion accommodating portions 22b provided at opposing positions, and the bulged portion accommodating portions 22b are continuous with the holes 22a. The lower surface 21a of the mounting plate 21 is a mounting surface for mounting the fire detector 1 on a ceiling, a wall or the like, and a mounting bracket 24 is mounted.

The smoke introduction unit 3 includes a labyrinth 30 disposed on the periphery thereof and a smoke detection unit 31 provided inside the labyrinth 30. As will be described later, the smoke detection unit light emitting element 31 a and the light receiving element 31 b include Since it is mounted on the electronic substrate 5, it is attached to the upper surface 5 a of the electronic substrate 5. The smoke detector 31 may be a so-called two-stage type provided below the labyrinth 30 instead of being provided on the same plane inside the labyrinth 30.

The smoke introduction part 3 is attached in the housing 2 so that at least a part thereof, in particular, a part where the labyrinth 30 is provided is disposed inside the opening part 23. The inner diameter of the opening 23 and the hole 22a is designed to have a slight margin with respect to the outer diameter of the smoke introduction portion 3 (labyrinth 30) in order to absorb the dimensional difference caused by component tolerance and assembly tolerance. . Thereby, a gap 6 may be generated between the smoke introduction part 3 and the opening 23 and the hole 22a.

The labyrinth 30 is composed of a plurality of wall bodies 30a, and is provided to shield outside light and to make the inside of the smoke introduction part 3 a dark box. Between the wall bodies 30a, there is a flow path 30b for allowing smoke to flow into the smoke detecting section 31. On the outer periphery of the labyrinth 30, an insect screen 32 for preventing foreign matters other than smoke, such as insects and dust, from entering the smoke introduction part 3 is attached.

検煙部31は、発光素子31a(以下、発光素子41と区別するために検煙部発光素子31aという)、受光素子31b及び遮光柱31cを有している。 The smoke detector 31 includes a light emitting element 31a (hereinafter referred to as a smoke detector light emitting element 31a to be distinguished from the light emitting element 41), a light receiving element 31b, and a light shielding column 31c. The smoke detector 31 receives light of the smoke detector light emitting element 31a scattered by the smoke flowing into the smoke detector 31 through the flow path 30b formed between the walls 30a of the labyrinth 30 by the light receiving element 31b. Thus, smoke is detected, and a light blocking column 31c is provided so that the light from the smoke detector light emitting element 31a does not directly enter the light receiving element 31b. The smoke detector light emitting element 31 a and the light receiving element 31 b are mounted on the electronic substrate 5.

The confirmation lamp 4 includes a substantially annular light guide member 401 as a ring-shaped light guide member and a light emitting element 41 (hereinafter referred to as a confirmation lamp light emitting element 41 to be distinguished from the light emitting element 31a). The light guide member 401 is made of a translucent member over the entire circumference, and one of the pair of bulging portions 40a (hereinafter referred to as the bulging portions 40a) provided at opposing positions is the bulging portion 40a1. And the other is referred to as a bulging portion 40a2, and a light emitting element housing portion 40b is formed.

The light guide member 401 is fitted into the smoke introduction part 3 so as to be located on the outer periphery 32 a side and the lower end 32 b side of the insect screen 32, and is located between the exterior 20 and the smoke introduction part 3. The light guide member 401 may be fixed to the smoke introduction unit 3 by press-fitting or fitting, for example, but any means may be used as long as the light guide member 401 can be fixed.

The light emitting element accommodating portion 40b is provided in a shape in which a part of the light guide member 401 is cut out in a substantially prismatic shape. The bulging portion 40a is formed in a substantially truncated pyramid that curves along the shape of the light guide member 401, and is accommodated in the bulging portion accommodating portion 22b. A plurality of reflecting surfaces 40d are provided on the upper surface 40c of the bulging portion 40a. The reflective surface 40d is a surface that reflects and emits light from the confirmation lamp light emitting element 41.

The reflecting surface 40d is preferably provided so that its density increases along the optical path direction A of the light from the confirmation lamp light emitting element 41. That is, in the present embodiment, the reflecting surface 40d having a higher density is formed on the upper surface 40c of the bulging portion 40a2 than on the upper surface 40c of the bulging portion 40a1. By doing in this way, it becomes possible to reduce the difference in luminance between the bulging portion 40a1 and the bulging portion 40a2 due to light attenuation. The reflective surface 40d is formed by printing on the upper surface 40c by, for example, silk printing.

The confirmation lamp light emitting element 41 is made of, for example, a side view type LED, and is mounted on the electronic substrate 5 and accommodated in the light emitting element accommodating part 40b. When the smoke detecting part 31 senses smoke, the light emitting element accommodating part The light enters the light guide member 401 from the side surface 40e formed in the portion 40b. The confirmation lamp light emitting element 41 may be a bullet-type LED. In this case, the bullet-type LED may be arranged toward the side surface 40e.

Further, as indicated by the optical path direction A shown in FIG. 6, the light incident on the light guide member 401 from the side surface 40e passes through the bulging portion 40a1 and shines on the upper surface 40c of the bulging portion 40a1, and then the bulging portion 40a2. The upper surface 40c of the bulging portion 40a2 is made to shine, and the light incident on the light guide member 401 becomes weaker as the distance from the side surface 40e increases. Therefore, the light emitting element accommodating portion 40b is disposed near one of the pair of bulging portions 40a (the bulging portion 40a1 in the present embodiment) and from the other (the bulging portion 40a2 in the present embodiment). Placed apart.

As a result, one of the bulging portions 40a (the bulging portion 40a1 in the present embodiment) that is desired to emit light is positioned near the light emitting element housing portion 40b, so that the light incident on the light guide member 401 is weakened. The bulging portion 40a can emit light. In the expansion part 40a2, the light is weaker than that of the expansion part 40a1, but since the reflection surface 40d of the expansion part 40a1 is formed more roughly than the reflection surface 40d of the expansion part 40a2, the expansion part 40a1 and the expansion part 40a2 are equivalent. It seems to shine with the brightness of.

Here, the light guide member 401 is disposed in the housing 2 so as to close the gap between the electronic substrate 5 and the gap 6. This light guide member 401 can prevent foreign matter such as dust of at least 1.0 mm or more from entering the housing 2 even if the gap 6 exists. It becomes possible to provide a dustproof property corresponding to IP4X of the protection grade (IP code) by the outer shell of the machine tool.

Further, since the reflection surface 40d is provided on the upper surface 40c of the bulging portion 40a, light can be diffused by the bulging portion 40a, and the bulging portion 40a can be strongly shined. Therefore, the visibility of about 360 ° can be further improved.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on the said embodiment, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, In the range which does not change the summary of invention, it can change suitably.

(1) A ring-shaped guide as in the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 (which is basically the same as the first embodiment except for the shape of the light-emitting element accommodating portion 40b of the light guide member). A substantially C-shaped light guide member 402 can be employed as the optical member. In this case, the light emitting element accommodating portion 40b is provided in a portion corresponding to the substantially C-shaped opening. Since the light guide member 402 is substantially C-shaped, the light guide member 402 is easily bent, and is superior in assemblability compared to the light guide member 401 of the first embodiment. If a plurality of confirmation lamp light emitting elements 41 can be provided, the ring-shaped light guide member can be divided into a plurality of parts.

When a partially lacking part such as a substantially C-shaped light guide member 402 or a split ring-shaped light guide member (not shown) is adopted as the ring-shaped light guide member, the lacked part is opened. The light guide member is attached so as to be located on the back side of the column 23b of the portion 23. By attaching in this way, it can prevent that the dustproof property of the fire sensor 1 falls by having the said lacking part in a light guide member.

(2) When the confirmation lamp light emitting element 41 having a high luminance is used, the bulging portion 40a can obtain the same luminance even if the bulging portion 40a is provided further away from the side surface 40e. Thus, it is possible to provide three or more bulging portions 40a. In addition, when it is not necessary to ensure visibility of approximately 360 °, it may be provided only at one location.

(3) When it is not necessary to increase the brightness of the light guide members 401 and 402, particularly in a specific portion such as the bulging portion 40a, the reflective surface 40d extends over substantially the entire circumference of the upper surface 40c of the light guide members 401 and 402. It is also possible to provide them. In this way, the light guide members 401 and 402 can be illuminated over the entire circumference. In particular, by increasing the density of the reflecting surface 40d as the distance from the incident portion increases, the light guide members 401 and 402 can be illuminated with substantially uniform brightness over the entire circumference.

Further, it is possible to make the upper surface 40c flat without forming the bulging portion 40a in the light guide members 401 and 402. In this case, since the light guide members 401 and 402 emit light in a ring shape when the smoke detector 31 senses smoke, if at least one confirmation lamp light emitting element 41 is provided, the light guide members 401 and 402 can be visually recognized at approximately 360 °. It becomes possible to ensure the sex.

(4) The light guide members 401 and 402 do not need to be formed of a light-transmitting member over the entire circumference, and a portion that does not need to be lighted can be formed of a light-impermeable member.

(5) The reflective surface 40d may be formed on the upper surface 40c of the bulging portion 40a by using other methods instead of silk printing. For example, it can be formed by roughening. Moreover, the shape, density, etc. can be changed as appropriate.
