Description

The present invention relates to an endoscope cleaning brush, and more particularly to an endoscope cleaning brush that cleans the distal end portion of an endoscope having a treatment instrument stand at the distal end portion of an insertion portion.

In an endoscope, various treatment tools are inserted into a treatment tool introduction port provided in an operation unit, and are led out from a treatment tool outlet opening at a distal end portion for use in treatment. For example, a guide wire and a shaping tube are used in a duodenoscope, a puncture needle is used in an ultrasonic endoscope, and other treatment tools such as forceps and a snare are used in a direct endoscope and a side endoscope. Such a treatment tool needs to change the lead-out direction at the distal end portion in order to treat a desired position in the subject, and for this reason, a treatment for raising the treatment tool in an upright stand accommodating portion formed at the distal end portion. A tool stand is provided.

As a mechanism for raising or lowering the treatment instrument stand, attach a wire to the treatment instrument stand, extend the wire to the proximal end of the endoscope, and connect the wire with the operation lever provided in the operation section. A mechanism for pushing and pulling is known. By this mechanism, the treatment instrument stand is rotated around the rotation axis to change the position between the standing position and the lying position.

In addition, the rotating shaft of the stand is connected to a lever accommodated via a partition wall, an operation wire is attached to the lever, and the wire is pushed and pulled by the operation lever provided in the operation unit (lever type) Is also known. By this mechanism, the treatment instrument stand is rotated around the rotation axis to change the position between the standing position and the lying position.

In addition, there are types of endoscopes in which an operation wire can be attached and detached from a treatment instrument stand.

In an endoscope provided with a treatment instrument stand like the above duodenoscope, after the distal end portion of the endoscope is inserted into the subject and treated with the treatment instrument, the distal end body and the treatment instrument stand up It is necessary to surely clean not only the table but also the space around the treatment tool stand such as the clearance between the tip body and the treatment tool stand and the rotation axis.

In addition, an endoscope in which a cap at the distal end portion is detachable is known (Patent Document 2), and in such an endoscope, the cap portion is removed after treatment to clean the distal end portion. .

Patent Document 3 describes that the treatment instrument stand, the storage chamber, and the like are cleaned by inserting a brush with a normal branch into the storage chamber in which the treatment instrument stand is stored.

In Patent Document 4, with the cap provided at the distal end portion of the endoscope removed, the periphery of the stand is cleaned with a small tip brush, or the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the syringe into the gap between the stand and cleaned. It is described to do.

Patent Document 5 discloses an endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus in which a small cleaning tank for storing a cleaning liquid is provided inside a cleaning tank, and a cleaning nozzle for cleaning a tip portion is provided in the small cleaning tank. And by heating the cleaning solution or using ultrasonic cleaning together, it is said that it can be cleaned to square parts that are particularly difficult to clean, such as the back side of the treatment instrument stand, etc. Yes.

特開2014−046167号公報JP 2014-046167 A 特開2004−141315号公報JP 2004-141315 A 特開2000−051145号公報JP 2000-051145 A 特開平08−182648号公報JP 08-182648 A 特開平05−228113号公報JP 05-228113 A

However, the distal end portion of the endoscope itself is originally small, and the treatment instrument stand provided therein is also small. Furthermore, the treatment instrument stand is accommodated in the stand support part, has few exposed parts, and has a complicated structure.

Therefore, as in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-133707, even when the outer peripheral portion of the distal end main body can be sufficiently cleaned by the manual cleaning of the branch brush, the structure is complicated and the small treatment tool stand is cleaned, or the stand receiving portion is used. It is difficult to penetrate the brush around the treatment tool stand to reach every corner.

Further, as in Patent Document 4, it is considered that the cleaning effect is higher than that of Patent Document 3 by performing brush cleaning with a small cleaning brush in a state where the cap provided at the distal end portion of the endoscope is removed. However, as a cleaning of the gap between the treatment instrument stand, in the water-flow cleaning in which the cleaning liquid is ejected from the syringe, unwashed portions are easily generated around the treatment instrument stand.

Further, as in Patent Document 5, the method of storing the distal end portion of the endoscope in the small cleaning tank storing the cleaning liquid and cleaning with the cleaning nozzle is performed around the treatment instrument stand like the water flow cleaning in Patent Document 4. Leftovers are likely to occur. Further, even if the cleaning liquid is heated or ultrasonic cleaning is used in combination, it is not possible to reliably clean the periphery of the treatment instrument stand.

That is, in the cleaning of the distal end portion of the endoscope equipped with the treatment instrument stand, in order to surely wash the periphery of the treatment instrument stand, it is necessary to cleanly apply the brush to every corner around the treatment instrument stand. Yes, conventional cleaning brushes and cleaning devices were not satisfactory.

By the way, in order to reliably apply the brush around the treatment instrument stand, it is necessary to insert the brush to the back surface of the treatment instrument stand during cleaning. For this purpose, the treatment tool is operated with the operation lever at the end of the endoscope. The stand must be erected.

However, since the cleaning operation is usually performed by one person, it is very complicated to operate the operation lever of the endoscope hand portion while cleaning the distal end portion of the endoscope.

In addition, in an endoscope of a type in which an operation wire can be attached to and detached from the treatment instrument stand, the operation wire and the treatment instrument stand are disconnected at the time of cleaning, and cleaning is performed in a state where the undulation operation of the treatment tool stand is free. Can do. However, since the treatment instrument stand is a very small member, it is difficult for a cleaning operator to clean the treatment instrument stand while moving the treatment tool stand up and down with fingers. In addition, when the brush is applied to the treatment instrument stand while the treatment tool stand is free to move up and down, the treatment tool stand is moved freely and difficult to clean.

Accordingly, if the treatment instrument stand can be cleaned while being raised without operating the operation wire or raising / lowering with fingers of the hand during cleaning, cleaning around the treatment instrument stand is performed more reliably. be able to.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a cleaning brush for an endoscope that can reliably clean not only the distal end body but also the treatment instrument stand and the periphery of the treatment instrument stand to every corner. The purpose is to provide.

In order to achieve the object, an endoscope cleaning brush according to the present invention is for an endoscope that cleans the distal end portion of an endoscope that includes a treatment instrument stand that stands on the upper surface side at the distal end portion of an insertion portion. In the cleaning brush, a pair of brushes arranged such that the bristle group of the first brush and the bristle group of the second brush are opposed to each other, and the pair of brushes are held away from each other at a position facing each other. A holding member that forms an insertion / extraction space that can be inserted / removed while bringing the portion into contact with the brush hair group of the first brush and the brush hair group of the second brush, and the brush hair group of the first brush and the second brush Of the brush bristle group of the brush, at least the brushed surface of the bristle group that contacts the lower surface side of the tip is formed in an uneven shape in the insertion / extraction direction of the insertion / extraction space.

As a result, the endoscope cleaning brush according to the present invention has a distal end portion of the endoscope in an insertion / extraction space in which the bristle group of the first brush and the bristle group of the second brush are formed to face each other. The tip body can be washed by inserting / removing.

Furthermore, a brushing surface of the bristle group that contacts at least the lower surface side of the tip portion of the bristle group of the first brush and the bristle group of the second brush is formed in an uneven shape in the insertion / extraction direction of the insertion / extraction space. ing. Thereby, the front-end | tip part of the endoscope inserted / extracted in the insertion / extraction space approaches the 1st brush side according to the uneven | corrugated shape of the brushing surface of a bristle group, or approaches the 2nd brush side. . That is, the distal end portion of the endoscope moves in the insertion / extraction space while repeating the movement operation in the direction orthogonal to the insertion / extraction direction. Accordingly, the first bristle group and the second bristle group of brushes can penetrate into every corner around the treatment instrument stand and perform cleaning by applying the brush around the treatment instrument stand and the placement instrument stand.

As a result, not only the distal end main body but also the treatment tool stand and the periphery of the treatment tool stand can be surely cleaned.

In the aspect of the present invention, the concave / convex shape of the first brush and the concave / convex shape of the second brush are in a mirror image symmetry relationship, or the concave / convex shape of the first brush and the concave / convex shape of the second brush are translated. Any aspect having a symmetrical relationship can be taken.

Here, the mirror image symmetry means a symmetrical relationship between the original figure and the image shown when the figure is projected on the mirror. Translational symmetry refers to a symmetrical relationship in which the relationship between two opposing figures coincides when translated.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the treatment instrument stand is provided in a stand holding slit having at least an upper surface and a lower surface opened, and the bristle group formed on the second brush has a width perpendicular to the insertion / extraction direction. This is a case where it is formed larger than the width of the storage slit.

Accordingly, when the distal end portion of the endoscope is inserted into and removed from the cleaning brush insertion / removal space for cleaning, the distal end portion repeats the above-described moving operation, so that the brush bristles of the first brush and the second brush are raised. The treatment instrument stand and the surroundings of the treatment instrument stand are cleaned by entering deeply into the inside from the upper and lower surfaces of the table accommodation slit.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the treatment instrument stand is provided in a stand holding slit having at least an upper surface and a lower surface opened, and the bristle group formed on the second brush has a width perpendicular to the insertion / extraction direction. This is a case where it is formed smaller than the width of the storage slit.

As a result, when the endoscope brush tip is inserted into and removed from the insertion space of the cleaning brush for cleaning, the brush bristles of the second brush are placed on the treatment instrument stand through the lower surface of the stand support slit. The undulation operation is performed in accordance with the uneven shape of the cleaning surface by hitting the back side. On the other hand, the brush bristle group of the first brush strikes the surface side of the treatment instrument stand that is raised and lowered by the second brush through the open upper surface of the stand storage slit.

Therefore, it is possible to perform cleaning while raising and lowering the treatment instrument stand without operating the operation wire or operating it with fingers of the hand during cleaning.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the brushing surface of the hair bundle constituting the uneven shape of the bristle group formed on the second brush is formed in a triangle in the insertion / extraction direction, and the tip portion is inserted / extracted into / from the insertion / extraction space. When this is done, the base length and height of the triangle are formed so that the treatment instrument stand can stand from the lying position to the maximum standing position.

As a result, when cleaning by inserting and removing the distal end portion of the endoscope in the insertion / extraction space of the cleaning brush, it is possible to perform brush cleaning while increasing the undulation motion of the treatment instrument stand. Can be performed more reliably.

In another aspect of the present invention, the treatment instrument stand is provided in a stand holding slit having at least an upper surface and a lower surface opened, and the bristle group formed on the second brush has a width perpendicular to the insertion / extraction direction. This is a case in which wide regions formed larger than the width of the table storage slit and narrow regions formed smaller than the width of the stand storage slit are alternately arranged in the insertion / extraction direction.

Accordingly, when the distal end portion of the endoscope is inserted into and removed from the cleaning brush insertion / extraction space for cleaning, both the movement operation of the distal end portion itself and the raising / lowering operation of the treatment instrument stand can be performed.

Another aspect of the present invention is a case where the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the brushed surface of the bristle bundle constituting the uneven shape of the bristle group formed on the second brush is formed in a right triangle in the insertion / extraction direction.

Another aspect of the present invention is a case where the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the brushed surface of the hair bundle constituting the uneven shape of the bristle group formed on the second brush is formed in a semicircular shape in the insertion / extraction direction.

Another aspect of the present invention is a case where the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the brushed surface of the bristle bundle constituting the uneven shape of the bristle group formed on the first brush is formed in a planar shape in the insertion / extraction direction.

According to the cleaning brush for an endoscope of the present invention, not only the distal end portion main body but also the treatment instrument stand and the periphery of the treatment instrument stand can be reliably cleaned to every corner.

Before describing an endoscope cleaning brush according to an embodiment of the present invention, an endoscope including a treatment instrument stand that is a cleaning target will be described.

[Endoscope with treatment tool stand]
FIG. 1 is an overall configuration diagram of an endoscope having a treatment instrument stand at a distal end portion.

An endoscope 1 shown in FIG. 1 is connected to an insertion portion 2 to be inserted into a patient's body, and an operation portion 3 which is connected to the proximal end of the insertion portion 2 and used for gripping the endoscope 1 and operating the insertion portion 2. And a universal cord 4 for connecting the endoscope 1 to system components such as a light source device and a processor device (not shown).

The insertion portion 2 includes a flexible portion 5, a bending portion 6, and a distal end portion 7 that are sequentially provided from the proximal end toward the distal end. The soft part 5 has flexibility and curves in an arbitrary direction along the insertion path of the insertion part 2. The bending portion 6 bends in the vertical and horizontal directions by the operation of each of the angle knobs 8 and 9 of the operation portion 3. The distal end portion 7 has an observation section that captures a portion to be observed in the body and sends the captured image as an observation image (endoscopic image) to a processor device connected by the universal cord 4. In addition, an illumination unit that irradiates the observation site with illumination light propagated from the light source device connected by the universal cord 4 through the light guide inside the endoscope 1 is provided.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view showing the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1. The endoscope 1 of the present embodiment is a side-view type endoscope used as, for example, a duodenoscope, and the distal end portion 7 in FIG. 2 shows the configuration of the side-view type endoscope.

As shown in FIG. 2, the distal end portion 7 is provided with a flat surface 20 substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis that is the axis of the insertion portion 2, and an observation window 22 and an illumination window 24 are provided on the flat surface 20. In the following description, the longitudinal axis of the insertion portion 2 is simply referred to as the longitudinal axis.

The observation window 22 is a component of the observation unit that acquires an image of the observed region that exists laterally (in the radial direction) with respect to the longitudinal axis, and transmits subject light from the lateral observed region to the observation unit. The optical system (imaging lens or the like) and the image pickup means that are constituent elements of the above are taken in. The illumination window 24 is a component of the illumination unit mounted on the distal end portion 7 and is provided at the light emitting unit which is the other component of the illumination unit, that is, at the end portion of the light guide that propagates light from the light source device. Illumination light emitted from the emitted light emitting part is irradiated to the site to be observed.

In addition, with respect to the distal end portion 7, the position on the distal end side is the front side (front end side), and the opposite side position is the rear side (base end side), and the direction perpendicular to the flat surface 20. The position facing the flat surface 20 is the upper side, the opposite side is the lower side (see FIG. 1), and the left side and the right side are the positions determined by the positional relationship between the front and rear and the upper and lower sides.

Further, an upright stand accommodation slit 38 is provided on the right side (left side in FIG. 2) of the flat surface 20 in the distal end portion 7, and a treatment instrument stand 60 is provided in the upright stand accommodation slit 38. The stand support slit 38 communicates with the treatment instrument introduction port 13 (see FIG. 1) of the operation unit 3 through a treatment instrument insertion channel that is inserted through the insertion section 2, and the treatment instrument inserted from the treatment instrument introduction port 13. Is guided to the upright stand accommodating slit 38.

The treatment instrument stand 60 is bent in the direction of travel of the treatment instrument guided to the stand accommodation slit 38 in a direction toward the opening 38a (also referred to as a treatment instrument outlet 38a) on the upper surface side of the stand accommodation slit 38. The treatment tool is led out from the treatment tool outlet 38a.

In addition, the treatment instrument stand 60 is raised (rotated) in a standing direction (standing direction) or a lying direction (falling direction) by operating the standing operation lever 12 (see FIG. 1) of the operation unit 3. The derivation direction (derivation angle) of the treatment tool from the derivation port 38a is changed.

In addition, in the vicinity of the observation window 22 on the flat surface 20, air supply (not shown) is performed so that air supply to the observation window 22 and water supply can be switched by operating the air supply / water supply button 10 (see FIG. 1) of the operation unit 3. A water supply nozzle is provided. In addition, a suction channel is connected to the treatment instrument insertion channel in the insertion portion 2, and suction from the upright stand accommodating slit 38 is performed by operating the suction button 11 (see FIG. 1) of the operation portion 3.

Next, the configuration relating to the drive mechanism of the treatment instrument stand 60 at the distal end portion 7 will be described in detail.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the tip portion 7 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the tip portion 7.

As shown in these drawings, the distal end portion 7 has a distal end portion main body 30 (see FIG. 4) in which the distal end portion 7 is partitioned into a plurality of regions and various components are assembled integrally. The outer periphery of 30 is covered with a removable cap 26.

The cap 26 is formed into a shape based on a cylindrical shape whose end is closed by an elastic material, for example, elastic rubber, and has an opening 38 a (treatment) on the upper surface side of the flat surface 20 and the stand receiving slit 38 described above. An opening window 26A that opens the entire tool outlet 38a) and a part of the upper side of the front side opening 38b, the whole lower side opening 38c of the stand support slit 38, and the bottom 38b of the front side opening. And a partition wall portion 26B for closing the side portion.

In addition, an engagement portion (not shown) that protrudes annularly inward in the radial direction is formed at the proximal end of the cap 26, and the engagement portion is formed in a groove 31 formed in the outer peripheral portion of the distal end portion main body 30. By engaging, the cap 26 is attached to the tip body 30. As will be described later, the cap 26 is removed during cleaning.

The distal end main body 30 is made of a rigid member such as a metal material having corrosion resistance, and extends from the proximal end 32 toward the distal end side and faces each other. It has a pair of left and right side wall portions 34 and 36. Thus, in the distal end portion 7, an upright stand accommodating slit 38 is formed between the right side wall portion 34 and the left side wall portion 36, which is a space for accommodating the treatment instrument stand 60, and the side wall portion 34. On the right side (left side in FIG. 3), an upright lever housing chamber 40 that is a space for housing an upright stand raising lever 84 described later is formed, and on the left side of the side wall 36 (right side in FIG. 3) An optical system accommodation chamber 42 is formed which is a space for accommodating components (not shown) of the observation unit and the illumination unit. The upright lever housing chamber 40 and the optical system housing chamber 42 are covered with a protective plate (not shown) in FIG. 4 to maintain airtightness.

In the state where the cap 26 is removed from the distal end portion main body 30 as shown in FIG. 4, the upright stand accommodating slit 38 has an upper surface side opening portion as an opening portion 38 a (treatment instrument outlet port 38 a) and a front surface side opening portion as an opening portion. The part 38b has an opening part on the lower surface side as an opening part 38c, and the opening parts 38a, 38b, 38c are connected to each other so as to extend from the upper surface to the lower surface and open.

Further, a proximal end wall portion 46 formed by the proximal end portion 32 of the distal end portion main body 30 is disposed on the proximal end side of the upright stand accommodating slit 38, and the proximal end wall portion 46 is arranged as shown in FIG. 3. An opening 14a that is a pipe line end portion of the treatment instrument insertion channel 14 is disposed.

A treatment instrument stand 60 shown in FIG. 4 as a whole is rotatably installed in the stand receiving slit 38. The configuration of the treatment instrument stand 60 will be described later.

In the vicinity of the lower end of the side wall portion 34 disposed on the right side (left side in FIG. 3) of the stand support slit 38, a holding hole penetrating from the stand lever storage chamber 40 to the stand support slit 38 as shown in FIGS. 50 is formed, and the rotary shaft 82 is rotatably supported in the holding hole 50.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the rotating shaft 82 is integrally formed with the upright stand upright lever 84 and extends from the base end of the upright stand upright lever 84 extending in the shape of a long plate. It is configured as a cantilever with a fixed end fixed to an upright stand elevating lever 84 which is an erecting mechanism and the other end as a free end. The member having the rotating shaft 82 and the upright stand rising lever 84 extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shaft 82 is referred to as a drive member 80. There may be.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a seal member 52 is disposed between the rotating shaft 82 and the holding hole 50, and the stand support slit 38 and the stand lever storage chamber 40 prevent gas or liquid from entering each other. Yes.

The end portion (first shaft portion 90) of the rotating shaft 82 that protrudes from the upright stand accommodating slit 38 is connected to the treatment instrument stand 60 as will be described later.

On the right side (left side in FIG. 3) of the side wall portion 34, a fan-shaped space centering on the holding hole 50 is formed as the upright lever accommodating chamber 40 as shown in FIG. 4. In the standing lever accommodating chamber 40, the standing base standing lever 84 of the driving member 80 is accommodated together with the insertion of the driving member 80 into the holding hole 50 of the rotating shaft 82.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which the treatment instrument stand 60 and the drive member 80 are assembled to the distal end body 30. In addition, the protective plate which coat | covers the standing lever accommodating chamber 40 is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 5, the distal end portion of the operation wire 86 is coupled to the distal end of the upright stand elevating lever 84 via a coupling tool 85. The operation wire 86 is inserted into the insertion portion 2 through the wire insertion hole 44 opened in the wall surface of the standing lever accommodating chamber 40 and is connected to the standing operation lever 12 of the operation portion 3.

Thereby, the operation wire 86 is pushed and pulled by the operation of the standing operation lever 12, and the standing base standing lever 84 rotates together with the rotating shaft 82. Then, the treatment instrument stand 60 is rotated by the rotation of the rotary shaft 82, and the treatment instrument stand 60 is raised and lowered. The upright stand raising mechanism for rotating the rotary shaft 82 is not limited to the one in this embodiment in which the upright stand up lever 84 is pushed and pulled by the operation wire 86.

As shown in FIG. 4, the rotation shaft 82 of the drive member 80 is inserted into the holding hole 50 from the upright lever housing chamber 40 side, and is connected to the connection hole 66 of the treatment instrument stand 60 so as not to be relatively rotatable. Accordingly, the treatment instrument stand 60 is connected to one end of the rotary shaft 82 and the stand support lever 84 is connected to the other end, and the treatment tool stand 60 and the stand stand lever 84 are connected via the rotary shaft 82. Are connected so that they cannot rotate relative to each other.

Therefore, when the distal end portion 7 is washed, a force is directly applied to the treatment instrument stand 60 so that only the treatment instrument stand 60 is rotated without rotation of the stand stand lever 84 and the rotation shaft 82. It will be in the state which can be rotated around the axis line of 82.

When cleaning the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1, the most part of the treatment instrument stand 60 is retracted from the stand receiving slit 38 by setting in this state, and the inside of the stand receiving slit 38 and the treatment are set. The tool stand 60 can be cleaned, and the tip 7 can be easily and quickly cleaned.

The distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 configured as described above has a complicated structure in addition to the fact that the size of the distal end portion itself (for example, the thickness is about 5 to 10 mm) is originally small and the treatment instrument stand 60 is also small. . In addition, the treatment instrument stand 60 is stored in the stand support slit 38 and has few exposed parts, so that it is difficult to clean, so that an uncleaned portion is likely to occur.

[Cleaning brush for endoscope]
Next, the endoscope cleaning brush according to the present invention will be described.

(First embodiment of cleaning brush)
The cleaning brush 100 according to the first embodiment is suitable for cleaning the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 provided with the treatment instrument upright stand 60. In particular, the upright stand is accommodated on the upper surface side of the distal end portion 7. This is configured to be suitable for cleaning the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 of the type in which only the opening portion 38a (the treatment instrument outlet port 38a) on the upper surface side of the slit 38 is opened.

FIG. 7 shows the cleaning brush 100 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the cleaning brush 100 as viewed from one side, and FIG. 8 is a side view.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the cleaning brush 100 of the first embodiment is mainly composed of a first brush 102, a second brush 104, and a holding member 106.

In the following description, a brush that contacts the upper surface side of the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 is referred to as a first brush 102, and a brush that contacts the lower surface side is referred to as a second brush 104. 7 and 8, the arrow Z indicates the upper surface side of the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1, and the arrow X indicates the insertion / extraction direction when the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 is cleaned with a cleaning brush.

The first brush 102 includes a plate-like flocked substrate 108 and a bristle group 110 that are long in the insertion / extraction direction X. Further, in the bristle group 110, a convex hair bundle A1 having a triangular longitudinal section along the longitudinal axis and a concave hair bundle A2 having a planar shape are inserted in and removed from the surface of the flocked substrate 108 on the second brush 104 side. It is formed by being transplanted alternately along X. The hair bundle A1 having a triangular longitudinal section can be formed by changing the length of the bristle legs of the brush. As a result, the brushing surface 110A of the bristle group 110 of the first brush 102 is formed in an uneven shape along the insertion / extraction direction X.

The second brush 104 includes a plate-like flocked substrate 112 and a bristle group 114 that are long in the insertion / extraction direction X. Further, the brush bristle group 114 has a convex hair bundle B1 having a triangular cross section along the longitudinal axis and a planar concave hair bundle B2 in the insertion / extraction direction on the surface of the flocked substrate 112 on the first brush 102 side. It is formed by being transplanted alternately along X. The hair bundle B1 having a triangular longitudinal section can be formed by changing the length of the bristle of the brush. Thereby, the brushing surface 114 </ b> A of the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 is formed in an uneven shape along the insertion / extraction direction X.

In addition, the uneven shape of the first brush 102 and the uneven shape of the second brush 104 are configured to have a mirror image symmetry relationship that is symmetrical between the original figure and the image shown when the figure is reflected in the mirror. .

The holding member 106 is a member that holds the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 spaced apart from each other at a position facing each other, and the flocked substrate 108 of the first brush 102 and the flocked substrate 112 of the second brush 104. And keep it connected. Thereby, an insertion / removal space 116 that can be inserted / removed while the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 is in contact with the bristle group 110 of the first brush 102 and the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the cleaning brush 100 of the first embodiment, the bristle group 110 of the first brush 102 and the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 have a width W1 orthogonal to the insertion / extraction direction X. Is formed larger than the width W2 (see FIG. 6) of the stand receiving slit 38.

Also, as shown in FIG. 8, the separation distance L1 between the lower surface of the flocked substrate 108 of the first brush 102 and the upper surface of the flocked substrate 112 of the second brush 104 is the distance of the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1. It is set by the diameter D and the length L2 of the longest bristle foot of the hair bundles A and B forming the bristle groups 110 and 114. That is, when the distal end portion 7 having the diameter D is inserted into and removed from the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100, the bristle groups 110 and 114 of the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 accommodate the treatment instrument stand 60. The separation distance L1 and the length L2 of the bristles are set so as to sufficiently enter the inside of the upright stand accommodating slit 38.

FIG. 7B shows the separation distance L1 in a state where the convex hair bundle A1 of the first brush 102 and the convex hair bundle B1 of the second brush 104 are in contact with each other. If it is a close state, it is not limited to contacting.

For example, the separation distance L1 between the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 is set to 1.2 to 1.5 times the diameter D of the tip portion 7, and the hair bundles A and B of the brush bristle groups 110 and 114 are arranged. It is preferable that the total length L2 of the longest bristle be about 1.0 to 1.2 times the diameter D of the tip 7.

A known material such as a plastic material can be used for the flocked substrates 108 and 112 of the first brush 102 and the second brush 104. Further, the bristle material of the brush bristle groups 110 and 114 may be a known material such as a bristle material made of an artificial material such as nylon used for a cleaning brush, or a bristle material made of a natural material. .

The holding member 106 can be made of a plastic material, wood, metal material, or the like, but is preferably made of an elastic material and shape. For example, it is preferably formed of a U-shaped leaf spring or the like. By forming the holding member 106 with a U-shaped elastic member, the cleaning operator holds the cleaning brush 100 by hand and adjusts the force with which the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 are sandwiched, The separation distance L1 between the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 can be reduced. In this case, it is preferable that the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 are brought close to each other while maintaining parallelism.

Thereby, even when the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 having a different diameter D (for example, 5 mm to 10 mm) is cleaned, fine adjustment of the separation distance L1 between the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 is performed. Can do. Therefore, although not shown, it is also preferable to provide the holding member 106 with fine adjustment means for finely adjusting the separation distance L1 between the first brush 102 and the second brush 104. As the separation distance adjusting means, for example, there is a method in which the holding member 106 is nested and fixed with screws.

9 and 10 are modifications of the cleaning brush 100 according to the first embodiment. The uneven shape of the brush bristle group 110 of the first brush 102 and the unevenness of the brush bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 are illustrated. The shape is configured to be translationally symmetrical so that the relationship between the two opposing figures coincides when translated.

The uneven shape of the brushing surfaces 110A and 114A of the bristle groups 110 and 114 of the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 is the same as the planar shape of the above-described convex hair bundles A1 and B1 having a triangular cross section. The concave hair bundles A2 and B2 are not limited to those alternately arranged. Furthermore, the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 are not limited to have a concavo-convex shape, and the brushing surface 114A of the second brush 104 that contacts the lower surface side of the tip 7 is inserted and removed. What is necessary is just to form in uneven | corrugated shape in X.

The cleaning brush 100 shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 has convex hair bundles A and B each having a vertical triangular cross-sectional shape arranged in the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 continuously in the insertion / extraction direction X, and The first brush 102 and the second brush 104 are configured so as to form a concavo-convex shape in which the insertion / extraction directions of the cleaning surfaces 110A and 114A are mirror images.

The cleaning brush 100 of FIGS. 13 and 14 is obtained by forming the cleaning brush 100 of FIGS. 11 and 12 in translational symmetry.

The cleaning brush 100 shown in FIG. 15 is formed by arranging the concavo-convex shape of the brushing surface 110A of the first brush 102 by continuously arranging convex hair bundles A whose vertical cross-sectional shape is a right triangle in the insertion / extraction direction X. The uneven shape of the bristle group 114 of the brush 104 is formed by alternately arranging convex hair bundles B1 having a triangular longitudinal section and concave hair bundles B2 having a planar shape.

The cleaning brush 100 shown in FIG. 16 is formed by forming the concavo-convex shape of the brushing surface 110A of the first brush 102 by continuously arranging convex hair bundles A whose vertical cross-sectional shapes are right triangles in the insertion / extraction direction X. The concavo-convex shape of the bristle group 114 of the brush 104 is formed by alternately arranging convex hair bundles B1 whose vertical cross section is a right triangle and planar concave hair bundles B2.

The cleaning brush 100 shown in FIG. 17 is formed by arranging the concavo-convex shape of the brushing surface 110A of the first brush 102 in a continuous arrangement in the insertion / extraction direction X of convex hair bundles A whose vertical cross-sectional shape is a right triangle. The uneven shape of the bristle group 114 of the brush 104 is formed by alternately arranging convex hair bundles B1 having a semicircular longitudinal section and concave hair bundles B2 having a planar shape.

In the cleaning brush 100 of FIG. 18, the brushing surface 110 </ b> A of the first brush 102 is formed with a bristle bundle A that is planar in the insertion / extraction direction X instead of the uneven shape, and the unevenness of the brush bristle group 114 of the second brush 104. The shape is formed by alternately arranging convex hair bundles B1 having a triangular longitudinal section and concave hair bundles B2 having a planar shape.

Next, a method for cleaning the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 using the cleaning brush 100 according to the first embodiment will be described.

FIG. 19 is a diagram in which the tip portion 7 is cleaned in the cleaning liquid 120 stored in the cleaning tank 118. In addition, the thing of the uneven | corrugated shape shown in FIG. 15 was used as the washing brush 100 used for washing | cleaning. Further, it is assumed that the distal end portion 7 to be cleaned does not have the cap 26 and only the opening 38 a of the upright stand accommodating slit 38 is opened on the upper surface side of the distal end portion 7.

Further, although not particularly shown in FIG. 19, one cleaning operator who performs cleaning grips the cleaning brush 100 with one hand and cleans the tip 7 with the other hand.

20 to 24 are step diagrams illustrating the vertical movement of the distal end portion 7 inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100.

FIG. 20 is a diagram in which the distal end portion 7 is inserted from the entrance of the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100 to the position of the first concave hair bundle B <b> 2 having a planar shape of the second brush 104.

Further, when the distal end portion 7 is inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116, as shown in FIGS. 21 and 22, the distal end portion 7 comes into contact with the convex hair bundle B1 in which the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the second brush 104 is triangular. For this purpose, it advances through the insertion / extraction space 116 while moving toward the first brush 102 (upper side indicated by the arrow in the figure). Accordingly, the convex hair bundle A constituting the bristle group 110 of the first brush 102 enters the inside from the opening 38 a on the upper surface side of the upright stand accommodating slit 38.

When the distal end portion 7 is further inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116, the distal end portion 7 advances to the position of the first concave hair bundle B2 having a planar shape of the second brush 104 as shown in FIG. Thereby, the front-end | tip part 7 advances the insertion / extraction space 116, moving from the 1st brush 102 side to the 2nd brush 104 side (lower side which shows the arrow of a figure). Accordingly, the convex hair bundle A constituting the bristle group 110 of the first brush 102 moves from the inside of the stand receiving slit 38 to the opening 38 a on the upper surface side.

Further, when the distal end portion 7 is inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116, as shown in FIG. 24, the distal end portion 7 comes into contact with the convex hair bundle B1 whose longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the second brush 104 is triangular. It advances through the insertion / extraction space 116 while moving again toward the first brush 102 (the upward direction indicated by the arrow in the figure). Thereby, the convex hair | bristle bundle A which comprises the bristle group 110 of the 1st brush 102 enters an inside from the opening part 38a of the upper surface side of the stand stand slit 38 again.

Similarly, when the distal end portion 7 inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100 is pulled out from the insertion / extraction space 116, the distal end portion 7 moves to the first brush 102 side (upper side) or the second brush 104 side ( Or move to the lower side.

Thus, when the distal end portion 7 is inserted into and removed from the insertion / extraction space 116, the insertion / extraction direction X of the distal end portion 7 corresponds to the uneven shape of the brushing surface 114A of the brush bristle group 114 that the lower surface side of the distal end portion 7 contacts. An orthogonal vertical movement occurs. That is, the second brush 104 serves as a vertical movement guide member that moves the tip 7 up and down in the insertion / extraction space 116 in addition to the role of brushing and cleaning the tip 7 in the insertion / extraction space 116.

Thereby, the vertical position (distance to the first brush 102) of the tip 7 with respect to the first brush 102 changes depending on the insertion position of the tip 7 into the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100.

Therefore, the first brush 102 is inserted and removed while changing the depth of the brush bristle group 110 that has entered the interior from the opening 38a on the upper surface side of the stand receiving slit 38 and changing the strength with which the bristle group 110 hits. Brushing in the vertical direction perpendicular to X can be performed.

As described above, the cleaning brush 100 according to the first embodiment performs the brushing cleaning in the insertion / extraction direction X and the brushing cleaning in the vertical direction on the distal end portion 7 by inserting and removing the distal end portion 7 in the insertion / extraction space 116. be able to. Thereby, not only the front-end | tip part main body 30 but the treatment tool stand 60 and the treatment tool stand 60 periphery can be reliably wash | cleaned to every corner.

Therefore, when the tip portion 7 is inserted into and removed from the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100, the uneven shape of the brushing surface 114A of the brush bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 is easily maintained. It is preferable that the stiffness of the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 is larger than the stiffness of the bristle group 110.

(Second Embodiment of Cleaning Brush)
The cleaning brush 100 of the second embodiment cleans the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 provided with the treatment instrument stand 60 as in the first embodiment. As shown, when the cap 26 is provided at the distal end portion 7 and the cap 26 is removed, the opening portion 38a on the upper surface side, the opening portion 38b on the front surface side, and the opening portion 38c on the lower surface side of the stand support slit 38 are formed. The endoscope 1 is configured to be suitable for cleaning the distal end portion 7 of the opened type endoscope 1.

FIG. 25 is a perspective view of the cleaning brush 100 according to the second embodiment when viewed from an oblique side surface on one side, and FIG. 26 is a side view. FIG. 27 is a top view of the cleaning brush 100 according to the second embodiment as viewed from above, and is a schematic diagram showing the width W3 of the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 25 to 27, the cleaning brush 100 of the second embodiment is the first embodiment in that it mainly includes a first brush 102, a second brush 104, and a holding member 106. It is the same as the form.

However, as shown in FIG. 27, in the cleaning brush 100 of the second embodiment, the width W3 of the second brush 104 perpendicular to the insertion / extraction direction X of the bristle group 114 is the width W2 of the stand receiving slit 38. It is smaller (not including zero) than (see FIG. 6). The lower limit of the width W3 is preferably about 1/2 to 2/3 of the width W2.

In FIG. 27, the width W4 orthogonal to the insertion / extraction direction X of the bristle group 110 of the first brush 102 is shown as being larger than the width W2 of the upright stand accommodation slit 38 (see FIG. 6). However, the width W3 of the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 may be the same.

In FIG. 27, the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 is arranged at the end position closer to the holding member 106 than the center position in the width direction of the flocked substrate 112, but is not limited thereto. In the case of arranging at the center position, any of the case of arranging at the end position on the opposite side of the holding member 106 may be used.

Further, the shapes of the hair bundles A and B constituting the bristle groups 110 and 114 of the first brush 102 and the second brush 104 are not limited to the shapes described in FIGS. Therefore, various shapes can be adopted as shown in FIG.

Thus, since the width W3 of the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 that forms the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100 is made smaller than the width W2 of the upright stand accommodation slit 38, the entire width direction of the bristle group 114 is increased. Can enter the interior of the upright stand accommodating slit 38 through the openings 38b and 38c opened to the front side and the lower side of the upright stand containing slit 38. The brushing surface 114A of the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 has an uneven shape in the insertion / extraction direction X.

As a result, when the distal end portion 7 is inserted into and removed from the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100, the brush bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 causes the treatment instrument stand 60 to move up and down. At this time, the treatment instrument stand 60 can be raised and lowered without operating the operation wire 86 or raising and lowering it with fingers of the hand.

28 to 31 show that the treatment instrument stand 60 is raised and lowered when the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 is inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100 of the second embodiment with the cap 26 removed. It is the figure which showed the process which operate | moves. In this case, the operation wire 86 is removed from the treatment instrument stand 60.

28 and 29 are views in which the distal end portion 7 is inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100. FIG. 30 and 31 are schematic diagrams showing the relationship between the treatment instrument stand 60 and the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 in FIGS. 30 and 31, the side wall portion 34 and the first brush 102 of the cleaning brush 100 among the side wall portions 34 and 36 constituting the upright stand accommodating slit 38 are not illustrated.

As shown in FIG. 28, the top end portion 7 in which the opening 38 a on the upper surface side, the opening portion 38 b on the front surface side and the opening portion 38 c on the lower surface side of the stand support slit 38 are opened from the entrance of the insertion / extraction space 116. The brush 104 is inserted to the position of the planar concave hair bundle B2. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 30, the planar concave hair bundle B <b> 2 of the second brush 104 enters the upright stand accommodating slit 38 and enters the lower side of the back surface of the treatment instrument stand 60.

As shown in FIG. 29, the distal end portion 7 is inserted from the entrance of the insertion / extraction space 116 to the position of the triangular convex hair bundle B <b> 1 of the second brush 104. As a result, as shown in FIG. 31, the triangular convex hair bundle B1 of the second brush 104 enters the lower side of the back surface of the treatment instrument stand 60, so that a force for pushing up the treatment instrument stand 60 acts. Accordingly, the treatment instrument stand 60 rotates and stands in the direction of the arrow about the rotation shaft 82. When the distal end portion 7 gets over the triangular convex hair bundle B1 of the second brush 104, the force for pushing up the treatment instrument stand 60 does not act, and the treatment instrument stand 60 falls down due to gravity.

In other words, when the distal end portion 7 is inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100, the treatment instrument stand 60 performs a undulation operation when the distal end portion 7 gets over the triangular convex hair bundle B1 of the second brush 104. .

Similarly, when the distal end portion 7 inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100 is pulled out from the insertion / extraction space 116, the treatment instrument stand 60 moves up and down.

Thus, the height at which the treatment instrument stand 60 is pushed up by the second brush 104 varies depending on the insertion position at which the distal end portion 7 is inserted into the insertion / extraction space 116 of the cleaning brush 100, and the standing position can be changed. That is, the second brush 104 serves as a hoisting operation guide member for raising and lowering the treatment instrument stand 60 in addition to the cleaning function.

As a result, the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 penetrates deeply into the back side of the upright treatment instrument stand 60 and brushes the back of the treatment tool stand 60 and the gap between the stand receiving slits 38. can do.

On the other hand, the first brush 102 is in contact with the surface of the treatment instrument stand 60 (the surface that comes into contact with the treatment tool and guides the stand-up operation) and brushes, and the treatment tool stand 60 and the stand are accommodated. Brush into the gap of the slit 38.

In the up and down operation of the treatment instrument stand 60 by the second brush 104 described above, as shown in FIGS. 30 and 31, the longitudinal cross section constituting the uneven brushed surface 114 </ b> A of the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104. The convex hair bundle B1 having a triangular surface preferably has a base length M and a height N so that the treatment instrument stand 60 can stand up from the lying position to the maximum standing position.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 30 and 31, in the convex hair bundle B1 having a triangular longitudinal section, the angle θ1 of tan θ1 that can be expressed by the ratio between the length M / 2 of the base and the height N However, the base length M and the height N can be set so as to coincide with the rotation angle θ2 of the treatment instrument stand 60 from the lying position shown in FIG. 30 to the maximum standing position shown in FIG.

As a result, the treatment instrument stand 60 is raised and lowered with a large stroke, and the back side of the treatment instrument stand 60 that is difficult to clean is greatly opened.

(Third embodiment of cleaning brush)
FIG. 32 is a perspective view of the cleaning brush 100 according to the third embodiment as viewed from one side surface, and FIG. 33 is a perspective view as viewed from the opposite side surface. It is the perspective view seen from the opposite side surface.

As in the first and second embodiments, the cleaning brush 100 according to the third embodiment includes the first brush 102, the second brush 104, and the holding member 106. Then it is the same.

However, in the cleaning brush 100 of the third embodiment, the width W1 perpendicular to the insertion / extraction direction X is different in the hair bundle B constituting the bristle group 114 of the second brush 104 as in the first embodiment. The wide bristle bundle B1 that forms a wider region than the width W2 of the stand support slit 38, and the width W3 orthogonal to the insertion / extraction direction X as in the second embodiment are larger than the width W2 of the stand support slit 38. Both narrow hair bundles B2 forming a small narrow region are mixed.

In addition, about the hair | bristle bundle A which comprises the bristle group 110 of the 1st brush 102, any of the case where only the wide hair | bristle bundle A1 or both the wide hair | bristle bundle A1 and the narrow hair | bristle bundle A2 are mixed may be sufficient. .

FIG. 34 is a perspective view of a cleaning brush 100, which is a modification of the third embodiment, as viewed from one side surface, and FIG. 35 is a perspective view as viewed from the opposite side surface. It is the perspective view seen from the opposite side surface.

The cleaning brush 100, which is a modification of the third embodiment, has a wide bristle in the insertion / extraction direction X on the hair bundles A and B constituting the bristle groups 110 and 114 of the first brush 102 and the second brush 104. This is a case where the bundles A1 and B1 and the narrow hair bundles A2 and B2 are alternately arranged.

According to the cleaning brush 100 of the third embodiment configured as described above, when the distal end portion 7 of the endoscope 1 is inserted into and removed from the insertion / extraction space 116 for cleaning, the distal end portion 7 itself moves in the vertical direction. Both the up-and-down movement and the up-and-down movement of the treatment instrument stand 60 can be performed.

Thereby, not only the front-end | tip part main body 30 but the treatment tool stand 60 and the treatment tool stand 60 periphery can be reliably wash | cleaned to every corner.

(Application example of cleaning brush)
The cleaning brush 200 of FIGS. 36 and 37 is an application example of the above-described cleaning brush 100 of the present invention, FIG. 36 is a perspective view of the cleaning brush 200, and FIG. 37 is a view of the cleaning brush 200 of FIG. It is sectional drawing cut | disconnected along.

That is, in the cleaning brush shown in FIG. 36, the bristle group 202 is formed in a spiral shape, and when forming the spiral shape, a large diameter ring 202A having a large spiral diameter (inner diameter) and a diameter of the spiral diameter (inner diameter). Are arranged so that small-diameter wheels 202B having small diameters are alternately arranged.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 37, an insertion / extraction space 206 having a concave-convex cross-sectional shape in the insertion / extraction direction X of the brushing surface 204 of the brush bristle group 202 of the cleaning brush 200 is formed.

In the case of the cleaning brush 200 of FIG. 36 as well, as with the cleaning brush 100 of the present invention, not only the tip body 30 but also the treatment instrument stand 60 and the treatment instrument stand 60 are surely cleaned to every corner. be able to.
