Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article.
Absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins and disposable diapers absorb excretion fluid such as urine with an absorber. In a general absorbent article, an absorbent body composed of absorbent fibers and a super absorbent polymer (SAP) is provided between a liquid-permeable top sheet and a liquid-impermeable back sheet. Yes. Such an absorbent article has a configuration in which the skin-facing surface of the absorber is covered with a top sheet, and the non-skin-facing surface of the absorber is covered with a back sheet. For this reason, the liquid such as urine excreted by the wearer passes through the top sheet and is absorbed and held by the absorber. In addition, the liquid held in the absorber is prevented from leaking to the outside by a liquid-impermeable back sheet disposed on the back side of the absorber.
The absorbent body in the absorbent article is a member that is easily affected by the movement of the wearer's body. For this reason, depending on how the wearer moves, the absorbent body may be twisted or broken, and the excretory fluid may leak. Moreover, since an absorber is a member with strong rigidity among the members which comprise an absorbent article, when a wearer wears an absorbent article, the discomfort by the rigidity of an absorber may be felt. For this reason, in the absorbent article, studies have been made for preventing leakage of excretory fluid and improving the wearer's wearing feeling.
For example,
However, in the disposable diaper of
Therefore, in order to solve the problems of the prior art, the present inventors proceeded with studies for the purpose of providing an absorbent article that can easily form a bent shape and that can maintain the formed bent shape. It was.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. The description of the constituent elements described below may be made based on representative embodiments and specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to such embodiments.
In the present specification, the “longitudinal direction” means a direction in the absorbent article that connects the front body located on the wearer's abdomen side and the back body located on the wearer's back side. The “width direction” means a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article.
Moreover, in this specification, a "skin opposing surface" means the surface which opposes a wearer's skin at the time of wear of an absorbent article. The “non-skin facing surface” means a surface that does not face the wearer's skin when the absorbent article is worn. In the present specification, “A to B” means “A or more and B or less”.
The present invention has a longitudinal direction and a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and has an absorbent body, a sheet-like skin-facing surface-side member positioned on the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent body, and the skin of the absorbent body. It is related with an absorbent article provided with the sheet-like skin non-facing surface side member located in the non-facing surface side. Here, an absorber has a pair of bending groove | channel along a longitudinal direction, and at least one part of a skin non-facing surface side member is provided with the pleated part which has at least 1 crease | fold at the width direction.
The form of the
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of an
In FIG. 1, the width direction of the
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a cross-sectional structure of the
The skin facing
The skin non-facing
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the
In addition, when the
In the present invention, at least a part of the skin non-facing
The height of the ridges constituting the fold-like portion is preferably 0.5 mm or more, more preferably 1 mm or more, and further preferably 2 mm or more. Moreover, it is preferable that the height of each ridge is 5 mm or less.
The fold-like portion is formed by alternately performing mountain folding (convex) and valley folding (concave) along the width direction of the skin non-facing surface side member. In one embodiment of the present invention, at least a part of the skin non-facing surface side member preferably has an elastic member, and is parallel to the width direction of the skin non-facing surface side member where the fold-like portion is formed. By arranging a plurality of elastic members, it is possible to form a repeating structure (folded structure) of folds. In the present invention, the pleated structure formed in this way can also be called a gather or a concavo-convex structure. For example, it is possible to form a fold-repetitive structure (fold-like structure) by fixing the elastic member in a stretched state to the skin non-facing surface side member where the fold-like portion is to be formed and then contracting the elastic member. it can.
When at least a part of the skin non-facing surface side member has an elastic member, it is preferable that a plurality of the elastic members are arranged so as to be parallel to the width direction. In this case, it is preferable that the elastic members are arranged so as to have an interval of 1 to 10 mm in the longitudinal direction of the skin non-facing surface side member. Thereby, it becomes easy to form a pleat-like structure at a predetermined position of the skin non-facing surface side member.
As the elastic member, a thread-like elastic rubber material or a belt-like elastic rubber material is preferably used. As such a rubber material, materials such as styrene rubber, olefin rubber, urethane rubber, ester rubber, polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene, styrene butadiene, silicone, or polyester can be used.
Further, the pleats can also be formed by known pleating or squeezing. Further, the uneven structure may be formed on the skin non-facing surface side member by pressing, and the fold-like portion can also be formed by forming wrinkles on the skin non-facing surface side member by tension control. Such a pleat-shaped part is formed before joining a skin non-opposing surface side member and an absorber. In addition, when using a member having elasticity as the skin non-facing surface side member, the skin non-facing surface side member is bonded to the absorbent body in an expanded state, and the pleated portion is reduced by shrinking before the adhesive dries. It may be formed.
The pleat-shaped part should just be formed in the skin non-facing
The pleated portion may be formed in a part of the width direction of the skin non-facing surface side member. In this case, the skin non-facing surface side member that has a fold-like portion in part, for example, applies the processing method as described above only to a part of the sheet, or partially bonds the sheet having the fold-like portion. Can be formed. In the case where the fold-like portion is formed in a part in the width direction of the skin non-facing surface side member, the fold-like portion is preferably formed in a region overlapping with the bending groove.

The
The
The
The bending
The length of the bending
The width of the bending
The
In the
The
The
The
When the bending
In the present invention, the
At the time of mounting, the
As described above, when the
Among these, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Around the
It is preferable that the skin opposing
When a non-joining region exists between members on the skin non-facing surface side of the bending
In the present specification, the non-joining region refers to a region where adjacent members are not joined. Even if adjacent members are in contact with each other in the non-bonded region, the region is referred to as a non-bonded region when there is no physical bonding such as adhesion between the members.
In the present invention, the

The longitudinal length of the support

In the non-bent region in the longitudinal direction of the
The
In addition, by providing a diffusion groove in the non-bent region of the

The
Disposable diapers are roughly classified into pants-type disposable diapers and tape-type disposable diapers. The pants-type disposable diaper is a disposable diaper having a structure in which both sides of a front body and a back body are joined in advance. The pants-type disposable diaper may be a cross-linked type having a configuration in which the absorbent main body cross-links between the front body exterior body and the back body exterior body formed separately. Moreover, the pants-type disposable diaper is an integral type in which the absorbent body is fixed around the crotch part to an exterior body that is integrally formed by hanging from the front part through the crotch part to the back part. Also good. The tape-type disposable diaper is a disposable diaper in which a joining tape is attached to both sides of the front body or the back body, and the front body and the back body are joined using the joining tape when worn.
