Description

The present invention relates to a water discharge device.

Conventionally, a technique for displaying the temperature of hot water discharged from a water discharge port in a water discharge device using an LED or the like is known. For example, in a water discharge device that provides a sensor for detecting the user's finger and discharges water based on the output signal of the sensor, the user rarely adjusts the temperature, and what temperature of water is discharged. Although the problem of not knowing may occur, by visually displaying the water temperature with an LED or the like, the user can recognize whether the hot water is discharged or the water is discharged, and the discharged water It is possible to suppress a sense of incongruity in the temperature.

Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which a light emitting member that displays the state of a water discharge device, more specifically, the state of power generation or power storage, is provided on the surface of the water discharge device, and allows the user to recognize the state of the water discharge device. ing.
However, in Patent Document 1, the light emitting member (LED) is exposed to the outside of the water discharging device, and the user can recognize the state of the water discharging device, but the design is deteriorated. In addition, it is provided in a part far from the spout, and the visibility deteriorates depending on the design of the faucet device (for example, a so-called gooseneck type design with a curving slope toward the front), and there are restrictions on the design. There is a problem that there is. Moreover, if the technique described in Patent Document 1 is applied as it is and the light emitting member is moved to the vicinity of the water outlet, the light from the light emitting member may leak from the water outlet.

This invention is made in view of the above, Comprising: Even if it is a case where a light emitting member is provided, designability does not fall and provides the water discharging apparatus which can suppress that light leaks from a water outlet. It is aimed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a water discharge device for discharging hot water, a spout member constituting the appearance of the water discharge device, a spout member provided on the spout member and having a water discharge port, and a spout. A spout member provided inside the member and connected to the spout member; and a light emitting member provided inside the spout member and at a peripheral portion of a connection portion between the flow passage member and the spout member. Has a communication hole in the vicinity of the light emitting member that communicates the inside and the outside of the spout member so as to guide the light of the light emitting member to the outside of the spout member, and the inner peripheral portion of the water outlet member and the spout member downstream of the light emitting member The light-shielding member which fills up is provided.

Thus, by providing the light emitting member and the communication hole near the peripheral portion of the flow path member and the water outlet member, that is, near the water outlet, the user can easily see the light from the light emitting member, and the hot water discharged from the water outlet. It becomes easier to recognize the temperature. Moreover, by providing the light emitting member inside the spout member, it is possible to prevent the design property from being lowered without the light emitting member being exposed to the outside of the water discharging device. However, when the light emitting member is provided inside the spout member, the light emitted from the light emitting member is reflected inside the spout member, and passes through a gap other than the communication hole, specifically, a gap between the water outlet member and the spout member. The light-shielding member fills the inner periphery of the spout member and the spout member on the downstream side of the light emitting member, although it may leak to the outside from the spout and deteriorate the design and give the user a sense of discomfort. Even if it is a case where a light emitting member is provided near the water outlet, it can prevent that the light of a light emitting member leaks from a water outlet, and it can suppress that design property falls.

In this invention, Preferably, a light emitting member is provided in the projection area | region which projected the water outlet to the upstream. By comprising in this way, a light emitting member can be inserted and fixed from the water outlet side, and workability | operativity improves. Moreover, since a light emitting member is inserted from the water outlet side and can be fixed without enlarging the water outlet in order to fix the inside of the spout, it is possible to prevent the design from being deteriorated.

In the present invention, preferably, the light emitting member is fixed to the water outlet member. Although it is conceivable to fix the light emitting member directly to the spout member, the space inside the spout member is narrow, and if it is attempted to fix the light emitting member to the spout member, the assemblability will deteriorate. Therefore, since the light emitting member can be fixed to the water outlet member outside the spout member by being fixed to the water outlet member, it is possible to prevent the assembling performance from being lowered even when there is only a narrow space.

According to this invention, even if it is a case where a light emitting member is provided, it aims at providing the water discharging apparatus which can suppress that a designability does not fall and light leaks from a water outlet.

As shown in FIG. 3, the spout member 3 includes a watering plate 10 having an opening for discharging hot water, a light shielding member 11 that prevents light from the light emitting member 8 from leaking to the watering plate 10 side, and a watering plate. A watering plate fixing member 12 for fixing 10 and a rectifying member 13 for temporarily storing water supplied from a water supply source and making the flow velocity distribution uniform.

The rectifying member 13 includes a connecting portion 14 that connects the flow path member 4 and the rectifying member 13, and an enlarged portion 15 that equalizes the flow velocity distribution by enlarging the cross-sectional area of the flow path on the downstream side of the connecting portion 14, Have

The second sensor 7 and the light emitting member 8 are provided on the peripheral edge portion 16 between the connection portion 14 and the enlarged portion 15. The first sensor 6 is provided in the enlargement unit 15.

Next, with reference to FIG. 4, the internal structure of the water discharging apparatus 1 is demonstrated. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the water discharge device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 4, the water outlet member 3, the flow path member 4 and the light emitting member 8 are provided inside the spout member 2.

The flow path member 4 passes through the inside of the spout member 2 and is connected to the connecting portion 14 of the rectifying member 13. The watering plate fixing portion 12 is provided on the downstream side of the rectifying member 13 and fixes the watering plate 10. Configured.

The light shielding member 11 is provided between the watering plate fixing portion 12 and the watering plate 10, contacts the inner surface of the spout member 2 and the watering plate 10 or the watering plate fixing portion 12, and the inner surface of the spout member 2 and the watering plate 10 or It fixes so that a clearance gap may not generate | occur | produce in the radial gap with the watering board fixing | fixed part 12, ie, the inner peripheral part 17. FIG.

The spout member 2 has a communication hole 20 for guiding the light from the light emitting member 8 to the outside of the spout member 2 in the vicinity where the light emitting member 8 is provided, that is, the peripheral edge portion 16.

The light emitting member 8 is configured to be disposed in the region of the projection region A in which the opening 30 at the downstream end of the spout member 2 is projected on the upstream side, and is fixed to the water outlet member 3.

The spout member 2, the flow path member 4, the light emitting member 8, the first sensor 6, and the second sensor 7 are fixed outside the spout member 2, and are spouted from the opening 30 at the downstream end of the spout member 2. 2 is inserted.

As described above, by providing the light emitting member 8 and the communication hole 20 near the peripheral edge portion 16 of the flow path member 4 and the water discharge port member 3, that is, near the opening 30, the user can easily see the light from the light emitting member 8. It becomes easy to recognize the temperature of the hot water discharged from the water outlet member 3. Moreover, by providing the light emitting member 8 inside the spout member 2, it is possible to prevent the light emitting member 8 from being exposed to the outside of the water discharge device 1 and to reduce the design. However, when the light emitting member 8 is provided inside the spout member 2, the light emitted from the light emitting member 8 is reflected inside the spout member 2, and a gap other than the communication hole 30, specifically, the spout member 3 and the spout. Although it leaks outside from the spout member 2 through the gap of the member 2 and the design is lowered, there is a possibility that the user may feel uncomfortable. Even if the light emitting member 8 is provided near the opening 30 by providing the light shielding member 11 that fills the inner peripheral portion 17 of the spout member 2, it is possible to prevent light from the light emitting member 8 from leaking from the opening 30. , It can suppress that design nature falls.

Furthermore, the light emitting member 8 is provided in a projection region in which the opening 30 is projected on the upstream side. By comprising in this way, the light emitting member 8 can be inserted and fixed from the opening 30 side, and workability | operativity improves. Moreover, since the light emitting member 8 is inserted from the opening 30 side and can be fixed without enlarging the opening 30 in order to fix the inside of the spout member 2, it is possible to prevent the design from being deteriorated.

Although it is conceivable to directly fix the light emitting member 8 to the spout member 2, the space inside the spout member 2 is narrow, and if it is fixed to the spout member 2, the assemblability deteriorates. Therefore, since the light emitting member 8 can be fixed to the water outlet member 3 outside the spout member 3 by being fixed to the water outlet member 3, the assemblability is reduced even when there is only a narrow space. Can be suppressed.

Further effects and modifications can be easily derived by those skilled in the art. Thus, the broader aspects of the present invention are not limited to the specific details and representative embodiments shown and described above. Accordingly, various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general inventive concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
