Description

The present invention relates to helmets for working, driving, sports, military, disaster prevention, and the like, and more specifically, a helmet capable of reducing the volume of the helmet by turning a part of the helmet when not in use. About.

Various structures such as a separation type, a reversing type, and a folding type have been developed as a helmet having a mechanism capable of reducing (reducing) the volume of the helmet when not in use.
For example, the helmet described in Patent Document 1 is a detachable helmet, and can be integrated by dividing the helmet body into two parts in the vertical direction and engaging the upper cap with the lower transparent protective body. When in use, press the cap from above to release the engagement with the transparent protective body, and the cap is suspended by the suspended body provided inside the transparent protective body, and then accommodated in the transparent protective body. It has a structure that
Further, the helmet described in Patent Document 2 is a reversing helmet, and the helmet body is divided into two in the vertical direction, and the upper dome-shaped shell member is connected to the lower annular shell member via a pivot that extends in the left-right direction. The structure is connected so that it can be reversed.

Japanese Patent No. 5908929

However, the helmet according to Patent Document 1 has at least one of the problems described below.
(1) Since the engagement state between the cap and the transparent protective body is released by the pressing force from above, there is a difficulty in a protective function due to an impact such as a falling object.
(2) When the engagement mechanism becomes sweet, the cap falls and the feeling of use is bad.
(3) In the case of rain or the like, rain easily collects at the engagement portion between the cap and the transparent protective body, and water leaks into the helmet through the gap between the engagement portions.
(4) Since the cap and the transparent protective body are connected by the suspended body, if the suspended body is broken and the members are separated, the whereabouts of the members cannot be understood.

Moreover, in the helmet which concerns on patent document 2, it has at least any one problem among the problems described below.
(5) The reversing operation of the dome-shaped shell member is realized by sliding the pivot in the elongated hole to shift the relative position between the dome-shaped shell member and the annular shell member. There is a possibility that the dome-shaped shell member slides and reverses due to the pressing force from above, and lock means for positioning the dome-shaped shell member in the non-inverted state is essential.
(6) In order to shift the relative position between the dome-shaped shell member and the annular shell member, it is necessary to flatten the contact surface between the dome-shaped shell member and the annular shell member. Water easily leaks into the helmet through the gap between the member and the annular shell member.
(7) Since the reversing operation of the dome-shaped shell member is realized by shifting the relative position between the dome-shaped shell member and the annular shell member, the dome-shaped shell member is caused to swing back and forth in the non-reversed state. In order to avoid water leakage from the gap, the locking means shown in (5) is essential.

As described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a helmet that can be reduced in volume and that is more convenient and safe.

The first invention of the present application to solve the above-mentioned problems is a swivel helmet, which is divided into two parts in parallel, with a base part and a movable part formed by dividing the helmet main body into two parts, and a horizontal direction as a rotation axis direction. At least a swivel portion including a first rotation shaft and a second rotation shaft, wherein the first rotation shaft is coupled to the movable portion, and the second rotation shaft is coupled to the base portion. In addition, the movable part is rotated by the turning part, and a part or all of the movable part can be accommodated in the base part from the lower side of the base part in a non-inverted posture.
Further, the second invention of the present application is the first invention, wherein a step having a concave portion on the outer peripheral side is provided at an upper portion of the base portion, and a lower edge of the movable portion is fitted into the concave portion to connect the base portion and the movable portion. It is characterized by connecting.

According to this invention, it has at least any one effect among the effects described below.
(1) The outer surface of the helmet can have continuity.
With the swivel part interposed between the base part and the movable part, the vertical relationship between the base part and the movable part can be exchanged.
Therefore, it is possible to secure the continuity of the outer surface of the helmet that could not be realized unless the base and the movable part are completely separated from each other.
If the continuity of the outer surface of the helmet can be ensured, a step or a large gap is not generated on the outer surface at the connecting portion between the base and the movable part in the use state.
(2) It is difficult for water to enter from the gap between the base and the movable part.
Since the connection surface which becomes a clearance gap between a base and a movable part contains a substantially horizontal surface, at the time of use of a helmet, it is hard for water to penetrate | invade into a clearance gap.
(3) The risk of flooding into the helmet can be suppressed.
The stepped surface provided at the base does not flood the helmet.
(4) The moving part can be prevented from sinking.
Since the convex portion provided on the base portion is sandwiched between the lower edge of the movable portion and the protruding portion, the movable portion does not open and sink downward with respect to the pressing force from above.

<2> Base (Fig. 1)
The base 10 is a member corresponding to the lower part of the helmet body divided in the vertical direction.
Although well-known interior parts such as sweat stoppers, chin straps, headbands, inner caps and the like are appropriately provided on the base 10 so as to be detachable, the illustration in each drawing is omitted.

<3> Movable part (Fig. 1)
The movable part 20 is a member corresponding to the upper part of the helmet body divided vertically.
In the present embodiment, the movable portion 20 has a substantially bowl shape, and the lower portion of the movable portion 20 is connected to the upper portion of the base portion 10 to construct a helmet body in which both are integrated.

<3.1> Division position with base (FIG. 1)
In addition, the dividing line of the helmet body that divides into the base 10 and the movable part 20 hinders accommodating a part or all of the movable part 20 inside the base 10 after a turning operation of the movable part 20 described later. What is necessary is just to set suitably in the range which does not exist.

<4> Connection mode of base and movable part (FIG. 1)
The connection aspect of the base 10 and the movable part 20 in a present Example is demonstrated below.

<4.1> Fixing by inlay fitting (Fig. 1)
As shown in FIG. 1, in the swivel helmet according to the present embodiment, water stoppage is ensured by using a spigot fitting at a connecting portion between the base portion 10 and the movable portion 20.
This inlay fitting is configured such that the lower edge of the movable portion 20 is fitted into the concave portion 11 provided on the outer peripheral side of the helmet in the upper portion of the base portion 10.

By this inlay fitting, a step 13 is formed between the concave portion 11 and the convex portion 12 having an end surface at a position higher than the concave portion 11.
Even if water infiltrates from the gap leading to the outer periphery of the helmet, the water is blocked by the step, so that water does not enter the inside of the helmet unless the helmet is tilted.

<4.2> Fixing with insertion pin (Fig. 1)
Further, in FIG. 1, the insertion hole 14 is provided in the upper portion of the base portion 10, and the pin 21 is provided in the movable portion 20. When the base portion 10 and the movable portion 20 are connected to each other so as to be a helmet in use, the pins 21 are inserted into the insertion holes 14 so that both are fixed and integrated.

<5> Turning part (Figs. 1 and 2)
The swivel unit 30 is interposed between the base 10 and the movable unit 20, and the movable unit 20 is allowed to sink below the base 10 by detaching and rotating the movable unit 20 with respect to the base 10. It is means of.
The swivel unit 30 includes a first rotating shaft 31 and a second rotating shaft 32 that are arranged in parallel at positions separated from each other by a predetermined length with the horizontal direction as the axial direction.
In the present embodiment, the revolving part 30 formed of a parallel biaxial hinge provided with the first rotating shaft 31 at one end of the plate-like member and the second rotating shaft 32 at the other end is positioned on the side surface of the helmet body. Provided.
Hereinafter, details of each rotating shaft will be described.

<5.1> First rotating shaft (FIG. 2)
The first rotation shaft 31 is a rotation for making the movable portion 20 stand up to the opposite side while raising the movable portion 20 in a state where the base 10 and the movable portion 20 are integrated to form a helmet body. It is a member for realizing the operation.
The first rotating shaft 31 is connected to the movable portion 20 and is not directly fixed to the base portion 10.
Therefore, the 1st rotating shaft 31 itself has exhibited the state which can be rotated by the 2nd rotating shaft 32 mentioned later.

<5.2> Second rotation axis (FIG. 2)
The second rotating shaft 32 further rotates the movable portion 20 removed from the base portion 10 with the first rotating shaft 31 so that a part or all of the movable portion 20 is moved from the lower side of the base portion 10 to the inside of the base portion 10. It is a member for submerging.
The second rotary shaft 32 is connected to the vicinity of the approximate center of the vertical length of the base portion 10 so that the swiveled first rotary shaft 31 is located near the upper edge or the lower edge of the base portion 10. It is configured.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the separation distance between the first rotating shaft 31 and the second rotating shaft 32 is about half the vertical length of the base portion 10, and the second rotating shaft 32 is the base portion. 10 is attached at a substantially intermediate position in the vertical direction.

<6> Fixing of base and movable part (rotating hook) (Figs. 1 and 3)
In the present embodiment, a rotating hook 40 that can be engaged with the engaged portion 22 provided on the shell of the movable portion 20 is provided on the side surface of the base portion 10 opposite to the side surface on which the turning portion 30 is provided.
Unless the engagement by the rotary hook 40 is released, the turning operation of the movable portion 20 cannot be performed.

<6.1> Prevention of displacement of the movable part by the rotating hook and pin (FIG. 1)
As described above, the rotary hook 40 engages and fixes the base portion 10 and the movable portion 20 from the outside of the helmet body.
On the other hand, as described above, the pin 21 provided on the movable portion 20 connects and fixes the base portion 10 and the movable portion 20 in the vicinity of the inner peripheral surface of the helmet body.
That is, the lower edge of the movable portion 20 is sandwiched between the rotary hook 40 and the convex portion 12 of the base portion 10.
Therefore, according to the above connection mode, the displacement of the movable portion 20 to the inner and outer peripheral sides with respect to the base portion 10 due to the pressing force generated in the movable portion is suppressed, and as a result, the lower edge of the movable portion opens and sinks to the outer peripheral surface of the base portion. Can be prevented.

<7> Usage image (Figs. 1, 4 and 5)
The use image of the swivel helmet according to the present embodiment will be described.
In the present invention, the rotation angle and operation procedure of each rotating shaft are not limited to the following examples.

<7.1> Inclination of the movable part by the first rotating shaft (FIG. 1)
First, after the engagement by the rotary hook 40 that fixes the base portion 10 and the movable portion 20 is released, the movable portion 20 is rotated by the first rotating shaft 31, and the movable portion 20 is lateral to the base portion 10. Is in a prone state.

<7.2> Rotating operation of the movable part by the second rotating shaft (FIG. 4)
Next, the first rotating shaft 31 and the movable portion 20 are rotated by approximately 180 ° with the second rotating shaft 32. By this rotation operation, the movable part 20 is in a state of being submerged from below the base 10 while maintaining the same posture (non-inverted state) as the state integrated with the base 10.

<7.3> Comparison diagram before and after turning (Fig. 5)

As a result, the layers are stacked as if the vertical relationship between the base 10 and the movable portion 20 is switched.
At this time, the zenith part of the movable part 20 is housed inside the base part 10, the height of the entire helmet is compressed and compact, and the volume of the entire helmet is reduced.
