Description

The present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition for clothing, and more particularly, to a liquid detergent composition for clothing having excellent detergency even with a small amount of a surfactant and excellent in stability of the composition. Is.

There are two types of cleaning agents for clothing: powder cleaners and liquid cleaners. In recent years, the amount of cleaning agent used is small and there is no undissolved residue, which leads to water saving and time saving. Has become the mainstream.

There are two types of liquid detergents: general-purpose liquid detergents and concentrated liquid detergents. The general usage amount of the general-purpose liquid detergent is about 20 to 25 g with respect to 1.5 kg of laundry. On the other hand, the general usage amount of the concentrated liquid cleaning agent is about 10 g per 1.5 kg of the laundry.

In this way, the concentrated liquid cleaning agent has less usage for the same amount of laundry than the general-purpose liquid cleaning agent, so resources and labor can be reduced in the manufacturing and transportation process by making the product form compact, In addition, since the concentration of the surfactant contained in the waste water when washing is kept low, there is an advantage that the burden on the environment is small.

Although the amount of the conventional concentrated liquid detergent composition used for 1.5 kg of laundry is reduced compared to the general-purpose liquid detergent, it is not always sufficient. Furthermore, further improvement has been demanded from the viewpoint of detergency.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has an excellent detergency against dirt adhered to clothing, particularly sebum dirt, even when used in a much smaller amount than conventional concentrated liquid detergent compositions. In addition, the present invention provides a liquid detergent composition having excellent stability as a composition.

As a result of diligent research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors blended three kinds of nonionic surfactants having a specific structure at a specific ratio, so that sebum stains can be obtained even in a very small amount of use. As a result of further research, the present invention has been completed.

Is possible.

Hereinafter, the liquid cleaning composition for clothes according to the present invention will be described in detail. In addition, about the structure, the component, the manufacturing method, and the like that are not described, the same or substantially the same as those known to those skilled in the art can be used.

The liquid detergent composition for clothing according to the present invention is characterized by containing three different types of nonionic (nonionic) surfactants (A) to (C). Nonionic surfactants are not easily affected by electrolytes and pH values in water, and can be used in combination with other types of surfactants, and have advantages such as excellent permeability, emulsification / dispersibility, and detergency. Yes.

The component (A) is a polyoxyalkylene alkylamine represented by the general formula (1). In the formula (1), R 1 represents a linear or branched alkyl group or alkylene group having 8 to 24 carbon atoms, preferably 10 to 18 carbon atoms. When the carbon number is small, the detergency is insufficient, and when the carbon number is large, the composition tends to be unstable. If the carbon number is in the above range, sufficient detergency and high stability can be obtained.

A 1 O and A 2 O each independently represent an oxyalkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms.
Furthermore, m and n represent the average repeating number of an oxyalkylene group, are each independently a number of 0 or more, and m + n is an integer of 3-60. When m + n is small, it is unstable, and when m + n is large, the detergency is insufficient. Therefore, m + n is preferably 10-30.

The component (B) is a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether represented by the general formula (2). R 2 in the formula (2) represents a linear or branched alkyl group or alkylene group having 10 to 18 carbon atoms, preferably 12 to 14 carbon atoms. When the carbon number is small, the detergency is insufficient, and when the carbon number is large, the composition tends to be unstable. If the carbon number is in the above range, sufficient detergency and high stability can be obtained.

A 3 O represents an oxyethylene group, a represents an average added mole number, and is an integer of 3 to 12. When the average added mole number is small, it is unstable, and when it is large, the detergency is insufficient. Therefore, an integer of 7 to 9 is preferable.

The component (C) is a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether represented by the general formula (2) excluding the component (B). When the carbon number is small, the detergency is insufficient, and when the carbon number is large, the composition tends to be unstable. If the carbon number is in the above range, sufficient detergency and high stability can be obtained.

A 3 O represents an oxyalkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, a represents an average added mole number, and is an integer of 3 to 35. When the average added mole number is small, it is unstable, and when it is large, the detergency is insufficient, so an integer of 10 to 20 is preferable.

Here, the liquid cleaning composition for clothing according to the present invention is also characterized in that it contains the components (A) to (C) in a specific ratio.

The content of the component (B) is 1 to 25% by weight. When the content of the component (B) is small, the detergency is insufficient, and when it is large, the component is unstable.

The content of the component (C) is 1 to 30% by weight. (C) Even if there is little or more content of a component, cleaning power is inadequate.

The total content of the components (A) to (C) is 22 to 60% by weight. When the total content is small, the detergency is insufficient. When the total content is large, the detergency is unstable. Therefore, the total content is preferably 25 to 55% by weight, and more preferably 40 to 55% by weight.

Furthermore, in the liquid cleaning composition for clothing according to the present invention, the total amount of the components (A) to (C) is set in the range of 2.0 to 4.0 g in the standard usage amount for 1.5 kg of laundry. You may do it. When the standard use amount is small, the detergency is insufficient, and when the standard use amount is large, the rinsing property is lowered. Therefore, the range of 2.5 to 3.5 g is more preferable.

As shown to Tables 1-3, it turns out that Examples 1-10 are excellent in the detergency compared with Comparative Examples 1-16. Moreover, in Examples 1-10, phase separation is not recognized in the temperature range of 60 degreeC or more, and it turns out that the external appearance stability as a composition is high.

Furthermore, when converted from the test conditions for detergency, in Examples 1 to 10, the total amount of components (A) to (C) with respect to 1.5 kg of laundry is 3.0 g. In the conventional concentrated liquid cleaning agent, the amount of the surfactant with respect to 1.5 kg of the laundry is 5.0 to 7.5 g, and the cleaning agent of the present invention has about half the amount of the surfactant but is excellent in cleaning. It can be seen that it has power.
