Description

The present invention relates to a lid lock device for a vehicle.

Conventionally, as a lid lock device for vehicles, what was indicated, for example in patent documents 1 is known. The vehicle lid lock device includes a lock member (lock mechanism) that holds the lid body of the vehicle in a closed position, and a drive member (first drive) that is linked to the lock member and releases the lid body from being held in the closed position. Mechanism) and an operation handle (handle) linked to the drive member to release the lid body from being held in the closed position. For example, the lid member is released from the closed position by electrically operating the lock member with the drive member. Alternatively, the holding of the lid body in the closed position is released by manually operating the lock member via the drive member with the operation handle.

Japanese Patent No. 3173029 ([0019], FIG. 2)

By the way, in patent document 1, the case which makes the external shape of a drive member is attached to the panel fixed to the body of the vehicle via the attachment member (bracket). In general, the attachment member is generally attached to the panel with an appropriate fastening member (for example, a bolt and a nut). In this case, the stress of attachment of the attachment member to the panel is concentrated at the position of the fastening member.

An object of the present invention is to provide a lid lock device for a vehicle that can disperse the stress of attachment of an attachment member to a vehicle panel.

A lid lock device for a vehicle that solves the above-described problem is provided with a lock member that is adapted to hold a lid body of a vehicle in a closed position, and releases the holding of the lid body in the closed position linked to the lock member. A drive member, and an attachment member that is adapted to be fastened by a fastening member in a state of being in contact with a first side surface that is one side surface of a panel that is fixed to a vehicle body, and to which the drive member is attached; The mounting member contacts the second side surface in a state where the mounting member is inserted into a mounting hole formed in the panel from the first side surface side toward the second side surface opposite to the first side surface. A mounting claw adapted to contact is projected.

According to this configuration, the attachment member fastened by the fastening member in a state of being in contact with the first side surface of the panel is prevented from being detached from the panel in a state of the attachment claw being in contact with the second side surface. Is done. Thus, the stress of attachment of the attachment member to the panel can be dispersed by increasing the contact area of the attachment member with the panel.

In the vehicular lid lock device, the mounting claws are in contact with the second side surface of the mounting holes at the lower side in the height direction of the vehicle while being inserted into the pair of mounting holes formed in the panel. The mounting member is adapted to abut on the first side surface of the both mounting claws in the height direction of the vehicle, and the drive member is mounted on the vehicle more than the both mounting claws. It is preferable that it is attached to the mounting member in the upper direction in the height direction.

According to this configuration, the mounting member to which the drive member is attached basically has a center of gravity located above the mounting claws in the height direction of the vehicle. However, when the attachment member is attached to the panel together with the drive member, by inserting both the attachment claws into the attachment holes in advance, the center of gravity is positioned closer to the upper side in the height direction of the vehicle, The mounting member is prevented from rotating. Thus, the fastening operation | work of the said panel and the said attachment member by the said fastening member can be smoothed more because the attitude | position of the said attachment member is stabilized more.

In the above-described lid lock device for a vehicle, it is preferable that a restricting protrusion adapted to come into contact with the first side face is provided on the attachment member so as to restrict the insertion allowance of the attachment claw.

According to this configuration, when the attachment claw is inserted into the attachment hole, the insertion allowance of the attachment claw is restricted by the regulation protrusion coming into contact with the first side surface. Therefore, it can suppress that the said attachment nail | insert is excessively inserted in the said attachment hole, and can improve an assembly | attachment property more.

About the lid lock device for a vehicle, an outer tube routed between the lock member and the drive member, and an operation force that is inserted into the outer tube so as to be able to advance and retract and releases the holding of the lid body in the closed position. An inner wire that connects the lock member and the drive member to transmit the signal, and an end position on the drive member side of the outer tube, and a center line of the outer tube at the position of the drive member. A terminal member inserted into the drive member movably along the guide member, a guide wall provided in the attachment member, and formed with an attachment groove into which the outer tube is inserted in a state of blocking a movement locus of the terminal member; It is preferable to provide.

According to this configuration, the outer tube can extend and contract a distance routed between the outer member and the lock member by moving the terminal member with respect to the driving member along the center line of the attachment position. Therefore, it is possible to absorb variations in the relative positions of the lock member and the drive member and connect the lock member and the drive member with the inner wire. On the other hand, the movement of the terminal member along the mounting position center line is limited to a range until the terminal member interferes with the guide wall (periphery of the mounting groove), so that the terminal member moves from the driving member to the terminal member. Can be prevented from coming off.

In the vehicle lid lock device, it is preferable that an inclination angle for moving the outer tube toward the bottom surface of the mounting groove is set on the guide wall based on a tension generated by the outer tube.

According to this configuration, the outer tube is further moved from the driving member by moving toward the bottom surface side of the mounting groove based on the tension generated by the tilt angle. Can be suppressed.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention has an effect that the stress of attaching the attachment member to the vehicle panel can be dispersed.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a lid lock device for a vehicle will be described. Hereinafter, the upper direction and the lower direction in the height direction of the vehicle are referred to as “upper” and “lower”, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle body 1 has an opening 2 serving as a supply port for a fuel tank or the like. The opening 2 is defined by a mounting wall 1 b that is connected to the outer wall 1 a of the body 1 and protrudes toward the inside of the body 1. In addition, a lid body 3 that opens and closes the opening 2 is rotatably supported on the body 1. The lid body 3 has a lid portion 3a that spreads along the outer wall 1a when the opening 2 is in a closed state, and is connected to the lid portion 3a toward the inside of the opening 2 so as to face the mounting wall 1b. It has the engaging wall 3b extended. The engagement wall 3b is formed with a substantially circular engagement recess 3c that is recessed in one direction (the left direction in the figure) along the lid 3a.

The vehicle lid lock device 10 includes a lock member 20 and a drive member 30.
The lock member 20 includes a substantially cylindrical guide member 21 that is attached to the mounting wall 1b in a state in which a tip end portion projects into the opening 2, and a substantially columnar shaft 22 that is inserted into the guide member 21 so as to be movable forward and backward. And have. The shaft 22 is arranged concentrically with the engaging recess 3c of the lid body 3 in the closed state of the opening 2, and the tip portion can be inserted into and engaged with the engaging recess 3c.

The shaft 22 is always urged in a direction protruding from the guide member 21 by an appropriate spring (not shown), and the amount of protrusion from the guide member 21 is limited to a certain amount by an appropriate stopper (not shown). Has been. When the distal end portion of the shaft 22 is engaged with the engaging recess 3c, the lid body 3 is held in a closed position where the opening 2 is closed. On the other hand, an operating force for immersing the guide member 21 against the biasing force of the spring can be transmitted to the shaft 22. When the distal end portion of the shaft 22 is immersed in the guide member 21 and is disengaged from the engagement recess 3c, the holding of the lid body 3 in the closed position is released.

The drive member 30 has a case 31 that forms its outer shape. The case 31 includes a substantially box-shaped housing 32 and a cover 33 whose opening sides are abutted with each other.
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the housing 32 and the cover 33 are formed with substantially U-shaped handle guides 32a and 33a whose opening sides are abutted with each other. The handle guides 32a and 33a cooperate to form a substantially rectangular handle entry / exit port 31a that communicates in one direction (the left-right direction in the figure). Further, the housing 32 and the cover 33 are formed with cable guides 32b and 33b having substantially semicircular grooves whose openings are abutted with each other. The cable guides 32b and 33b cooperate to form a substantially circular cable outlet 31b that communicates in one direction (left and right in the drawing) so as to be aligned with the handle guides 32a and 33a in a straight line.

A motor 34 is accommodated in the case 31. A worm 35 is fixed to the rotating shaft of the motor 34 so as to rotate integrally. Further, a worm wheel 36 that meshes with the worm 35 is pivotally supported on the case 31 around an axis that extends in the opening direction of the housing 32 and the like (a direction orthogonal to the paper surface in FIG. 3). Note that the advance angles of the tooth portions of the worm 35 and the worm wheel 36 are set large. Accordingly, the worm wheel 36 can be rotated in conjunction with the rotation of the worm 35, and the worm 35 can be rotated in conjunction with the rotation of the worm wheel 36.

As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the end surface of the worm wheel 36 on one side in the axial direction (the front side perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. 3 (a)) is set to a diameter approximately half the diameter of the worm wheel 36. A substantially annular cam projection 36a is provided. The cam projection 36a is arranged so that the center is located at the center of the radius of the worm wheel 36 at a predetermined angular position (the right angular position in FIG. 3A). As shown in FIG. 2A, the housing 32 is provided with a stopper 32 c that blocks the rotation locus of the cam protrusion 36 a at the lower left of the axis of the worm wheel 36. Therefore, the rotation of the worm wheel 36 is limited to a range until the cam protrusion 36a contacts the stopper 32c.

As shown in FIG. 2B, a spring engaging portion 36b projects from the end surface of the worm wheel 36 on the other side in the axial direction (the front side orthogonal to the paper surface in FIG. 2B). The spring engaging portion 36b is disposed at a predetermined angular position of the worm wheel 36 (the angular position on the right side in FIG. 2B) and has a substantially fan shape that expands toward the outer peripheral side.

An annular return spring 37 that is substantially concentric with the worm wheel 36 is wound around the worm wheel 36 so as to include the spring engaging portion 36b. The return spring 37 has a first leg portion 37 a and a second leg portion 37 b that project inward and sandwich the spring engaging portion 36 b in the circumferential direction centering on the axis of the worm wheel 36. The first leg portion 37 a is also sandwiched between the spring engaging portion 36 b in the circumferential direction by a restriction piece 33 c protruding from the cover 33. The rotational position of the worm wheel 36 at this time is referred to as an “initial rotational position”.

Here, when the worm wheel 36 is rotated in one direction (clockwise direction in FIG. 2B) from the initial rotation position along with the rotation drive of the worm 35 by the motor 34, the second leg portion 37b is moved to the spring engagement portion 36b. The return spring 37 that is pressed is elastically deformed to increase the amount of twist in that direction. Therefore, when the rotation drive of the worm 35 by the motor 34 is stopped, the worm wheel 36 whose spring engagement portion 36b is pressed against the second leg portion 37b of the return spring 37 that is elastically restored has the spring engagement portion 36b as the first leg. It rotates in the reverse direction (counterclockwise direction in FIG. 2B) until it reaches the portion 37a, and returns to the initial rotation position.

As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the transmission member 38 is supported by the housing 32 so as to be movable in the communication direction (left and right direction in the drawing) of the handle retracting port 31a. That is, the transmission member 38 has a substantially long main body 39 that extends in the communication direction of the handle retracting opening 31a. The main body portion 39 is formed with a substantially elongated guide hole 39a extending in the communication direction near the cable outlet 31b side. On the other hand, the housing 32 is provided with a substantially cylindrical guide protrusion 32 d that is substantially concentric with the worm wheel 36. When the guide protrusion 32d is inserted into the guide hole 39a, the transmission member 38 moves while sliding the guide hole 39a in the guide protrusion 32d.

The tip of the main body 39 protruding from the handle entry / exit 31a extends downward in the figure to form a gripping part 39b. Further, the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the main body 39 adjacent to the guide hole 39a protrudes in the plate thickness direction (front side orthogonal to the paper surface) to form a cam wall 39c. In the axial direction of the worm wheel 36, the positions of the cam protrusion 36a and the cam wall 39c are the same. The cam wall 39c is disposed so as to face the cam projection 36a of the worm wheel 36 in the initial rotation position in the longitudinal direction of the main body 39.

The housing 32 is provided with a stopper 32e that blocks a movement locus in one direction (left direction in the drawing) of the transmission member 38. Therefore, the movement of the transmission member 38 is limited to the range until it contacts the stopper 32e. The position of the transmission member 38 at this time is referred to as an “initial position”. The transmission member 38 has one end connected to the shaft 22 of the lock member 20 and the other end 41a of the inner wire 41 entering from the cable outlet 31b. The transmission member 38 is provided with a tension that moves in one direction (the left direction in the figure) through the inner wire 41. Thus, the transmission member 38 basically holds the initial position.

Here, in the state shown in FIG. 4A, when the motor 34 is driven to rotate the worm wheel 36 in one direction (counterclockwise rotation direction) from the initial rotation position against the urging force of the return spring 37. The cam protrusion 36a that has reached the cam wall 39c after a predetermined idling period starts to press the cam wall 39c. As a result, as shown in the change to FIG. 4B, the transmission member 38 pulls the inner wire 41 by the cam wall 39 c being pressed against the cam protrusion 36 a as the worm wheel 36 further rotates. While moving from the initial position in the reverse direction (left direction in the figure) so as to be pulled out from the handle retracting port 31a. Then, as shown by the change to FIG. 4C, when the cam projection 36a contacts the stopper 32c, the rotation of the worm wheel 36 is restricted. Thereafter, when the drive of the motor 34 is stopped, the spring engaging portion 36b reaches the first leg portion 37a in the worm wheel 36 pressed by the spring engaging portion 36b against the second leg portion 37b of the return spring 37 that returns elastically. Until it is rotated in the reverse direction (clockwise rotation in FIG. 4C) to return to the initial rotation position.

On the other hand, in the state shown in FIG. 4A, for example, when the operator grasps the grip portion 39b and manually pulls out the transmission member 38 from the handle retracting port 31a, the transmission member 38 reverses from the initial position while retracting the inner wire 41. Move in the direction (left direction in the figure). At this time, the transmission member 38 does not interfere with the worm wheel 36 by moving so that the cam wall 39c is separated from the cam projection 36a.

As the inner wire 41 is pulled, the shaft 22 of the lock member 20 is pulled toward the drive member 30 so as to be immersed in the guide member 21. That is, the above-described operating force that causes the shaft 22 to be immersed in the guide member 21 against the biasing force of the spring is configured to be applied by the movement of the transmission member 38 by electric or manual operation. At this time, as described above, the distal end portion of the shaft 22 is disengaged from the engagement with the engagement recess 3c, and the holding of the lid body 3 in the closed position is released. In addition, the return of the transmission member 38 drawn out of the handle retracting port 31a by electric or manual operation to the initial position is realized by using a biasing force of a spring that biases the shaft 22 in a direction protruding from the guide member 21. Yes.

Next, the attachment structure of the drive member 30 to the body 1 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 5, the panel 6 fixed to the body 1 below the drive member 30 is formed with a substantially circular bolt insertion hole 6a, and a pair of substantially rectangular shapes below the bolt insertion hole 6a. A mounting hole 6b is formed. Both the mounting holes 6b are arranged in parallel in the extending direction of the transmission member 38, and the bolt insertion hole 6a is disposed above the central portion of the both mounting holes 6b.

On the other hand, a mounting member 51 made of, for example, a metal plate is fastened to the driving member 30 by bolts 50. That is, the attachment member 51 has a substantially long main body 52 extending in the height direction of the vehicle, and is fastened in close contact with the housing 32 of the case 31 at the upper end of the main body 52. ing. Note that a substantially circular positioning hole 52 a is formed in the main body 52 below the bolt 50. A substantially projecting positioning projection 32f that projects from the housing 32 is inserted into the positioning hole 52a. That is, the mounting member 51 is positioned and prevented from rotating with respect to the drive member 30 at two positions by the bolt 50 and the positioning protrusion 32f.

A substantially circular bolt insertion hole 53 is formed in the attachment member 51 at the lower end portion of the main body portion 52 that projects downward from the drive member 30. Further, the attachment member 51 has a pair of substantially rectangular connection portions 54 that protrude from the lower end of the main body portion 52 in the opposite lateral direction (the left-right direction in the drawing). Each connection portion 54 extends so as to be flush with the lower end portion of the main body portion 52, and slightly protrudes below the main body portion 52 so that the lower end is positioned below the lower end of the main body portion 52. Yes. Note that the distance between the connection portions 54 is set to be equal to the distance between the attachment holes 6b, and the width dimension of each connection portion 54 is set to be smaller than the opening width of each attachment hole 6b.

Furthermore, the attachment member 51 has a pair of attachment claws 55 that are connected to the lower ends of both connection portions 54 and project downward. As shown in FIG. 7, each mounting claw 55 is connected to the lower end of the connecting portion 54 and extends in the plate thickness direction toward the driving member 30 side, and is connected to the tip of the step 55a and extends downward. And a flat plate portion 55b. That is, each attachment claw 55 forms a substantially crank shape in cooperation with the connection portion 54. Needless to say, the distance between the two mounting claws 55 is set to be equal to the distance between the two mounting holes 6b, and the width dimension of each mounting claw 55 is set smaller than the opening width of each mounting hole 6b. .

As shown in FIG. 5, the attachment member 51 has a substantially rectangular regulating protrusion 56 that protrudes downward from the lower end of the intermediate part sandwiched between both connection parts 54 of the main body part 52. In the height direction of the vehicle, the position of the lower end of the restricting protrusion 56 substantially matches the position of the lower end of the connecting portion 54.

In such a configuration, when attaching the mounting member 51 together with the driving member 30 to the panel 6, as shown in FIG. 8A, the front end side of the step 55 a of each mounting claw 55 is placed on the panel 6. While facing the first side surface 6c that is one side surface, the mounting member 51 is inclined with respect to the panel 6 so as to avoid interference with the panel 6. The first side surface 6c corresponds to the surface of the panel 6 on the side exposed to the outside. And the flat plate part 55b is inserted in the attachment hole 6b toward the 2nd side surface 6d side which is the opposite side surface from the 1st side surface 6c side, with the attitude | position of this attachment member 51 maintained. At this time, as shown in FIG. 8B, the flat plate portion 55b is inserted into the mounting hole 6b until the restricting protrusion 56 contacts the first side surface 6c. In other words, the restricting protrusion 56 restricts the insertion allowance of each mounting claw 55 by contacting the first side face 6c. Then, the mounting member 51 is rotated clockwise with the contact position between the restricting protrusion 56 and the first side surface 6c as a fulcrum, and the flat plate portion 55b is attached to the mounting hole as shown in FIG. 8C. It is made to contact | abut to the 2nd side 6d below 6b. At this time, the lower end part of the main-body part 52 contact | abuts the 1st side surface 6c of the attachment member 51 above the attachment hole 6b with the both connection parts 54. FIG.

In this state, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the nut 8 is fastened to the screw portion 7 a of the bolt 7 that is sequentially inserted into the bolt insertion holes 53 and 6 a, and the mounting member 51 and the panel 6 are fastened. The bolt 7 and the nut 8 constitute a fastening member. Needless to say, the drive member 30 is attached to the attachment member 51 above the attachment claws 55.

As shown in FIG. 5, a cable bracket 57 made of, for example, a metal plate is fixed to the attachment member 51 in a state of being sandwiched between the housing 32 below the positioning hole 52a. As shown in FIG. 2B, the cable bracket 57 has an extending portion 57a that extends to the outside of the case 31 in the substantially longitudinal direction of the transmission member 38 at the position of the cable outlet 31b in the height direction of the vehicle. In addition, a guide wall 57b is provided to stand on one side (front side orthogonal to the paper surface) from the tip of the extending portion 57a. The guide wall 57b is inclined with respect to the attachment position center line O1 so that an inclination angle α that is an acute angle with respect to the attachment position center line O1 that is the center line of the cable outlet 31b is set.

As shown in FIG. 6, the guide wall 57b is formed with a substantially U-shaped mounting groove 57c that opens upward and communicates in the thickness direction. The outer tube 42 routed between the lock member 20 and the drive member 30 is inserted into the mounting groove 57c. As shown in FIG. 2B, the terminal member 43 is fixed to the terminal 42a of the outer tube 42 that has entered the vicinity of the case 31 from the mounting groove 57c. The terminal member 43 has a larger diameter than the opening width of the mounting groove 57c and is fitted into the terminal 42a. The terminal member 43 has a substantially cylindrical large diameter portion 43a and a diameter smaller than that of the large diameter portion 43a. 31b has a small-diameter portion 43b that is movably inserted along the attachment position center line O1, and has a stepped substantially cylindrical shape. That is, the attachment position center line O <b> 1 is also the center line of the outer tube 42 at the position of the drive member 30. The movement of the terminal member 43 is obstructed at the peripheral edge of the mounting groove 57c, and the terminal member 43 moves relative to the drive member 30 along the mounting position center line O1 until it comes into contact with the peripheral edge of the mounting groove 57c. It is free. The inner wire 41 is inserted into the outer tube 42 through the terminal member 43 so as to freely advance and retract.

Here, as described above, the guide wall 57b has an inclination angle α that is an acute angle with respect to the attachment position center line O1. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9A, if the outer tube 42 passing through the attachment groove 57c generates a tension F10 along the attachment position center line O1, the outer tube 42 is subjected to an outer force based on the tension F10. A component force F11 is generated that moves the tube 42 to the bottom surface side of the mounting groove 57c.

Actually, the outer tube 42 passes through the attachment groove 57c while being curved downward. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9B, the outer tube 42 passing through the mounting groove 57c generates a tension F20 in the tangential direction of the curve, and the outer tube 42 has an outer tube based on the tension F20. The component force F21 which moves 42 more notably by the bottom face side of the attachment groove 57c generate | occur | produces.

Next, the effect of this embodiment will be described.
(1) In the present embodiment, the mounting member 51 fastened by the bolt 7 and the nut 8 in contact with the first side surface 6c of the panel 6 has both flat plate portions 55b (mounting claws 55) abutting against the second side surface 6d. It is prevented from coming off from the panel 6 in contact. Thus, the stress of attachment of the attachment member 51 to the panel 6 can be dispersed by increasing the contact area of the attachment member 51 with the panel 6. And the load to the panel 6 can be reduced.

(2) In the present embodiment, the attachment member 51 to which the drive member 30 is attached basically has a center of gravity located above the attachment claws 55. However, when the attachment member 51 is attached to the panel 6 together with the drive member 30, the attachment member 51 is prevented from rotating even though the center of gravity is located on the upper side by inserting both attachment claws 55 into the attachment holes 6b in advance. Is done. Thus, the fastening operation | work of the panel 6 and the attachment member 51 by the volt | bolt 7 and the nut 8 can be smoothed more because the attitude | position of the attachment member 51 is stabilized more.

(3) In this embodiment, when the attachment claw 55 is inserted into the attachment hole 6b, the insertion margin of the attachment claw 55 is restricted by the restriction projection 56 coming into contact with the first side face 6c. Therefore, it can suppress that the attachment nail | claw 55 is excessively inserted in the attachment hole 6b, and can improve an assembly | attachment property more. Or it can suppress that the attachment nail | claw 55 is excessively inserted in the attachment hole 6b, and the attachment nail | claw 55 itself and the connection part 54 deform | transform.

In particular, after the attachment claw 55 is inserted into the attachment hole 6b, the attachment claw 55 is rotated more smoothly with the contact position of the restricting protrusion 56 and the first side surface 6c as a fulcrum, so that the attachment claw 55 can be smoothly moved to the second side surface 6d. It can be made to contact.

(4) In the present embodiment, the outer tube 42 can expand and contract the distance routed between the outer member 42 and the lock member 20 as the terminal member 43 moves relative to the drive member 30 along the attachment position center line O1. . Therefore, it is possible to absorb variations in the relative positions of the lock member 20 and the drive member 30 and connect the lock member 20 and the drive member 30 with the inner wire 41. On the other hand, the movement of the terminal member 43 along the attachment position center line O1 is limited to a range until the terminal member 43 interferes with the guide wall 57b (peripheral edge of the attachment groove 57c), so that the drive member 30 moves to the terminal. It is possible to prevent the member 43 and the outer tube 42 from coming off.

(5) In this embodiment, the guide wall 57b is set with an inclination angle (α) that moves the outer tube 42 to the bottom surface side of the mounting groove 57c based on the tension generated by the outer tube 42. For this reason, the outer tube 42 can further suppress the outer tube 42 from being detached from the drive member 30 by trying to move to the bottom surface side of the mounting groove 57c based on the tension generated by itself.
