The water used for washing is known to contain carbonic acid, carbonate ion, and hydrogen carbonate ion due to the influence of geology and the presence of microorganisms, and alkalinity is used as an index of the amount of these ions. Since the pKa of carbonate ion and hydrogen carbonate ion in water is 10.3 and 6.3 (20 ° C.), respectively, the pH of the cleaning solution is different because the pH buffer capacity is around pH 10.3 and 6.3. As pKa is approached, changes in pH are less likely to occur with small amounts of acid and alkali components.
According to the method for cleaning a textile product of the present invention, even if water having a hardness component is used, the bactericidal effect of bacteria present in the cleaning liquid can be exhibited. The German hardness of the water used for washing can be used even if it is 1 ° dH or more, more preferably 5 ° dH or more, from the viewpoint of lowering the pH of the water used for washing. On the other hand, the German hardness of water is 50 ° dH or less, preferably 40 ° dH or less, more preferably 30 ° dH or less, more preferably 25 ° dH or less from the viewpoint of improving detergency.
The German hardness (° dH) in this specification is the concentration of calcium and magnesium in water at a CaCO 3 equivalent concentration of 1 mg / L (ppm) = about 0.056 ° dH (1 ° dH = 17.8 ppm). Refers to what is represented. Adjustment of the German hardness of the water used for washing can be performed based on a value calculated from the type and amount of the hardness component, as in the method described in the examples of the present specification. In addition, when water of unknown hardness such as tap water is used as the water used for washing, the German hardness of the water is determined by chelate titration method using ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt described below. .
The specific measuring method of the German hardness of water in this specification is shown below.

<Evaluation of foaming property of cleaning composition>
3 L of water having a water temperature of 30 ° C. was charged into a model circular wash basin (cylindrical acrylic container having a bottom diameter (inner diameter) of 25 cm and a height of 15 cm). This water is ion-exchanged water with calcium chloride so that the German hardness is 5 ° dH (Ca / Mg = 7/3, mass ratio) or 10 ° dH (Ca / Mg = 7/3, mass ratio). Magnesium chloride was added, sodium hydrogen carbonate was added so that the alkalinity was 60 mg / L, and the pH was adjusted to 7 with hydrochloric acid. Next, 12 g of the powder detergent composition was added to water and dissolved. Three pieces of evaluation clothing are poured into the cleaning solution and left for 30 minutes in a state of being completely immersed in the cleaning solution. After standing, the artificially contaminated cloth is attached to one piece of evaluation clothing for 15 seconds and the mud-contaminated cloth is washed for 30 seconds (converted to one time in one reciprocation (about 1 second) while rubbing the cloths). Thereafter, the evaluation clothing was taken out and squeezed 10 cm above the basin so that the moisture content of the evaluation clothing was about 100 to 140% of the evaluation clothing. Thereafter, after 5 minutes, the height of the foam from the liquid level was measured on the wall of the basin. On the basis of the foam height of the composition of the comparative example, it was determined that the foam was equivalent to or higher than the comparative example.
<Rinse evaluation of cleaning composition>
3 pieces of apparel that was finally squeezed in the foaming property evaluation of the above-mentioned detergent composition were put into it. After the apparel was rinsed and loosened in water, the loose apparel was taken one by one with the collar part. Lift from the inside up (from the bath up to a height of about 5 cm above the basin until the entire garment is pulled out) and then put back into the bath again. After rinsing by such up-and-down movement 10 times for each piece of evaluation clothing, it is squeezed 10 cm above the basin so that the moisture content of the evaluation clothing is about 100 to 140% of the underwear. The condition of the rinse water immediately after rinsing and dehydration of the underwear was observed, and points were given according to the following criteria to evaluate the rinsing properties. In addition, the composition of a comparative example was evaluated first and the rank was calculated | required. Next, each Example was evaluated by the same method as the comparative example. The rank was smaller than the evaluation rank of the comparative example.
