Description

The present invention relates to a wiring tool that can be easily wired or wired by crossing hanging bolts that support a cable rack, a substantially horizontal cross rail provided on a lower floor, a lattice frame, or the like.

Conventionally, a cable rack suspended from a ceiling is suspended with the lower ends of the suspension bolts suspended from the ceiling locked on both sides of the cable rack, and the suspension bolts are suspended at a certain interval in the longitudinal direction of the cable rack. Many are provided with a gap. In order to wire an electric wire on such a cable rack, an operator ascends the cable rack using a stepladder, and the worker uses a tool to perform wiring there.

In addition, horizontal crosspieces and lattice frames may be attached on the lower floor surface. When passing an electric wire between these floors and the lattice frame, etc., the operator must hold the tip of the electric wire. Holding from above, wires were routed across each frame.

In particular, in the case of wiring to a cable rack provided under the ceiling, an operator must use a stepladder to ascend to the cable rack, and a scaffolding plate is stretched on the cable rack, and the operator crawls on this. Since the wiring is performed while moving in the state, it is not only a dangerous work but also a troublesome preparation and work. In addition, wiring work between the lower floor and the horizontal grid frame above it must be done by crossing each frame with the operator holding the wire ends from above the horizontal grid frame. This is an extremely laborious task.

Therefore, a tool for wiring as disclosed in Patent Document 1 has been developed. This includes a holding body for holding a linear member such as an electric wire, a cable or a wire, a support body for supporting the holding body, and a pair of connecting bodies for connecting the holding body to the support body. A rectangular frame is formed by the holding body, the support body, and the pair of connecting bodies, and the connecting body connects the supporting body and the holding body with a position where the holding body is connected to the supporting body by the operating means. The position can be changed to a position where the support is released, and when one of the connecting bodies is located at a position where the connection between the support body and the holding body is released, at least the other connecting body connects the holding body to the support body. The wiring tool is located at a position where the drive motor is used, and a drive motor is used as the operating means.

In addition, a guide rope pulling device for cable extension disclosed in Patent Document 2 has been developed. This is a long main body, an operation rod attached to the main body so as to be orthogonal to the length direction of the main body, and one end side of each is rotatable around an axis parallel to the length direction of the operation rod. And at least three swing arms attached to the main body at a predetermined pitch in the length direction of the main body, a swing arm locking means, a swing arm locking releasing means, and a swing arm biasing means, , The heel is provided at the same pitch as the predetermined pitch, and the heel is mounted on the other end of the at least three swing arms in the operating position so as to be closely located on one side in the length direction, And a long guide rod to which the guide rope is attached to the other end in the length direction, and when each of the at least three swing arms is in the operating position, the swing arm and the guide rod are connected to each other. Person in charge And, the swing arm is one that has a guide rod detachable means for releasing the engagement between the swing arm and the guide bar when rotated about said axis from said operating position.

Japanese Patent No. 4144719

In Patent Document 1, the support is made into a long and elongated bar, and an operator standing on the floor holds the support and crosses each suspension bolt or each cross rail of the cable rack under the ceiling, Can be wired on a cable rack. At that time, when it comes to the hanging bolt or horizontal beam location, open one connecting body and put the hanging bolt or horizontal beam in the rectangular frame body, close the one connecting body and open the other connecting body to open the hanging bolt or Pass the cross rail.

Since all of the connecting bodies are opened and closed by the operator by operating the drive motor, it has to be operated for each hanging bolt location or each cross rail location, which is still a troublesome work.

Further, the device of Patent Document 2 is a device that does not require a power source, but the locking means with the guide rods at the tips of the three swing arms each provided on one side of the main body so as to be rotatable is used as the guide rod. It is a narrow guide rod attaching / detaching locking means having an opposing opening, and it cannot be said that the locking is reliable and strong.

In addition, each of the three swing arms must be rotated, and the swing arm through which the suspension bolt has passed must be rotated in reverse and locked to the guide rods in order. is there. In addition, when the main body and the guide bar are used in the vertical direction, the opening of the guide bar attaching / detaching locking means of each swing arm may face downward and the guide bar may come off. Have difficulty.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a wiring tool capable of wiring or wiring by crossing a vertical suspension bolt, a horizontal thin-diameter horizontal beam, a frame, or the like, regardless of power. Is.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, two detachable platelets are provided opposite to a single flat substrate, the detachable platelets are supported by a bogie structure, and a central portion of the bogie structure support is provided. A support rod rotatably supported at the fulcrum of the first substrate, a locking tool for locking one end of the linear member is provided on the back surface of the substrate, and when the one detachable platelet is attached to the substrate The other detachable platelet is supported away from the substrate. When the one detachable platelet is attached to the substrate, the substrate is supported by the one detachable platelet and the support. It was a tool for wiring.

Further, the invention according to claim 2 is the wiring tool according to claim 1, wherein male and female hook-and-loop fasteners are provided on contact surfaces of the substrate and each of the detachable platelets facing each other. .

The invention according to claim 3 is the wiring tool according to claim 1, wherein magnets that attract each other are provided on contact surfaces of the substrate and each of the detachable platelets facing each other. .

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when one of the two detachable platelets is attached to the substrate, one of the substrates of the wiring tool is supported by the flat plate and the support. . Therefore, even when the wire connection tool hits a small-diameter bar such as a suspension bolt, one detachable small plate is peeled off from the substrate by the force of the operator pressing the wire connection tool. The bar can pass through between the substrate and the detachable platelet. Further, when the bar comes into contact with the other detachable platelet, the other detachable platelet is similarly peeled off from the substrate, and the rod can pass between the substrate and the other detachable platelet. .

Therefore, even when the operator's wire connection tool hits the bar, it can be easily connected or wired while crossing the bar without separate operation.
And since these substrates and the pair of detachable platelets are kept attached to each other at the upper and lower positions or at the horizontal position, these bars can be used even when the bars are positioned in the horizontal or vertical direction. Wires such as cables can be wired or wired with materials exchanged.

According to the invention of claim 2 and 3, since the surface fastener or the magnet is provided on the contact surface of the substrate and each of the detachable platelets facing each other, the adhesion between the substrate and the detachable platelet is reliable. Therefore, smooth work is possible.

(Embodiment 1)
A wiring tool A according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the wiring tool A is provided with two detachable small plate bodies 2, 2 that are detachable from the substrate 1, opposite to a single flat substrate 1. The two detachable platelets 2 are supported by a bogie structure. When one of the detachable platelets 2 adheres to the substrate 1, the other detachable platelet 2 is supported so as to be separated from the substrate 1, and the tip is freely rotatable at the central fulcrum of the bogie structure support 3. A support rod 4 is provided.

Further, a locking tool 7 for locking one end of the cable 6 is provided on the back side of the substrate 1. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wiring tool A according to the first embodiment has two support plates 4 which are vertically supported by the bogie structure support 3 at the tip thereof. The substrate 1 to which one of the body 2 and the detachable platelet 2 is attached is supported substantially horizontally.

Further, males and females of the hook-and-loop fastener 8 are provided on the contact surface of the substrate 1 and each of the detachable platelets 2. The bogie structure support body 3 includes a housing 3a having arms 3b projecting at substantially right angles at both ends. A shaft 4 a protruding from one end surface of the support bar 4 passes through a central fulcrum portion of 3 a, and the bogie structure support 3 is rotatably supported by the support bar 4.

Then, the cable 6 is mounted on the cable rack 14 mounted and fixed on the ductor 13 supported by the two pairs of suspension bolts 12 from the ceiling, using the wiring tool A of the first embodiment. The wiring work for passing through will be described.

First, the tip end of the cable 6 is attached to the locking tool 7 of the wiring tool A. Then, the operator B holds the support rod 4 and places the board 1 and the detachable small plate bodies 2 and 2 of the wire-connecting tool A above the cable rack 14 as shown in FIGS. Move along the floor. At that time, the board 1 and one of the detachable platelets 2 hit the suspension bolt 12 of the cable rack 14.

However, the suspension bolts 12 are pushed in between them against the adhesive force of the hook-and-loop fastener 8 between the substrate 1 and one of the detachable platelets 2. This state is shown in FIG. At that time, due to the bogie structure of the bogie structure support body 3, the bogie structure support body 3 rotates around the shaft 4 a of the center fulcrum, and the other detachable platelet 2 is pressed against the substrate 1, It will be in an attached state.

Then, when the operator B further presses the support rod 4 of the wire passing tool A, the suspension bolt 12 is positioned between the two detachable platelets 2 as shown in FIG.

Further, when the support bar 4 is further pushed along the cable rack 14, the board 1 and the other detachable plate 2 come into contact with the suspension bolt 12. When the bolts 12 are inserted, as shown in FIG. 5, the bogie structure support body 3 rotates about the center fulcrum shaft 4a, and one of the detachable platelets 2 is pressed against the substrate 1, and the force of the hook-and-loop fastener 8 At the same time, the other detachable platelet 2 is separated from the substrate 1.

In this way, the wire passing tool A passes through 12 suspension bolts. At that time, since one or the other detachable plate 2 is always attached to the substrate 1, the cable 6 attached to the wiring tool A is pulled by the wiring tool A and passed over the cable rack 14. Lined.

(Embodiment 2)
Next, the line tool C according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described.

In this wiring tool C, the central fulcrum portion of the housing 3a of the bogie structure-like support body 3 connecting the two detachable small plate bodies 2 and 2 is rotatable to the shaft 4b protruding from one end side surface of the support bar 4. It is pivotally supported. Accordingly, the support bar 4 extends below the substrate 1 and the two detachable small plate bodies 2 and 2. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of horizontal rails 16 are provided below the ceiling 15 at intervals, and when the cable 6 is passed between these ceilings 15 and the plurality of horizontal rails 16, the corresponding lines are connected. Tool C can be used.

In this case, the operator goes under the horizontal beam 16 with the support bar 4 and presses the horizontal beam 16 between the substrate 1 and the front detachable plate 2 to resist the force of the hook-and-loop fastener 8. The detachable platelet 2 is peeled off from the substrate 1, the space between the substrate 1 and the detachable platelet 2 is opened, and the horizontal rail 16 is passed. At that time, since the rear removable plate 2 is attached to the substrate 1 by the bogie structure support 3, the substrate 1 is held. Then, the rear detachable platelet 2 can be peeled off from the substrate 1 and the space 16 can be passed between them. In this way, by using the wiring tool C, the operator can stand on the floor and route the cable 6 between the ceiling 15 and the horizontal rail 16 below from the bottom.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, the wiring tool C includes a plurality of horizontal rails 18 provided on the lower floor 17 at substantially horizontal intervals. Even when the cable 6 is passed between the crosspieces 18, the cable 6 can be passed from above the horizontal crosspieces 18 using the wiring tool C.

In the first and second embodiments, male and female hook-and-loop fasteners are provided on the opposing contact surfaces of the substrate 1 and each of the detachable small plate bodies 2, but the present invention is not limited to this. An attaching means, for example, a magnet or an adhesive may be provided. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described cable, but is used for passing through a wire body such as a wire or a rope.
