Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a display device excellent in maintainability.
Display devices such as programmable display devices have been improved to reduce costs and reduce the burden of assembly work. For example, in Patent Document 1, a main body including a display panel is accommodated in a resin casing, and the main body is fixed to the resin casing by tightening a screw to the casing from the front side of the main body. A programmable display device having a structure in which a cover sheet is fixed to a resin casing so as to close the cover is disclosed. As a result, the number of screws and the number of screw tightening steps of the housing can be reduced, so that cost reduction and work load reduction can be achieved.
In the related art as described above, the main body is fixed to the resin casing by tightening a screw from the front side of the main body. For this reason, corrections, adjustments, etc. (hereinafter referred to as corrections / adjustments, etc.) and maintenance of deficiencies (incorrect connections, defective boards, or forgetting to insert connectors) that occurred during assembly of the programmable display Needs to peel off the cover sheet adhered to the front surface of the main body. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes time for correction, adjustment, etc. and maintenance. In addition, it is necessary to fix a new cover sheet to the resin housing after correction / adjustment or maintenance is completed, so there is a problem in that the cost of preparing the cover sheet is required every time correction / adjustment or maintenance is performed. is there.
An object of one embodiment of the present invention is to perform maintenance easily and reduce costs for correction and adjustment and maintenance.
In order to solve the above problems, a display according to an aspect of the present invention includes a display panel, a touch panel disposed on a front surface of the display panel, a base portion that holds the display panel and the touch panel, and the base. And the base is fixed to the front side of the casing by tightening a screw inserted from the back side of the casing.
According to said structure, the base part is being fixed to the front side of the housing | casing by tightening the screw inserted from the back side of the housing | casing. For this reason, when the cover sheet is pasted on the front surface of the touch panel, when performing maintenance on the display unit, the base part is removed from the housing without removing the cover sheet from the touch panel by removing the screws from the base part. be able to. Therefore, since the maintenance inside the display can be performed simply by removing the screw, the maintenance of the display becomes easy. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to remove the cover sheet, the cost for preparing a new cover sheet is eliminated due to maintenance, redoing the manufacturing process, and the like. Therefore, the display device can be used for a long period of time by reducing the maintenance cost of the display device (cost for discarding the cover sheet) and realizing high maintainability.
The base part is formed in a ring shape so as to surround the periphery of the display panel, and a front part facing forward, and a side part provided continuously with the front part and extending to the rear side of the housing You may have.
According to said structure, it becomes possible to attach a separate component to each surface of a front part and a side part. In addition, since the base portion has surfaces facing in different directions, the number of parts of the display can be reduced as compared with the case where the individual surfaces are individually provided. In addition, since the base portion has surfaces facing in different directions, the strength is increased compared to the case where the base portion is formed of two parts.
The housing may have a screw holding portion in which a through hole through which the screw passes is formed, and the screw holding portion may have a protruding end portion protruding toward the base portion.
According to the above configuration, since the screw holding portion has the protruding end portion, when the screw is tightened, the protruding end portion hits the base portion, so that the touch panel or the base portion is deformed or damaged due to overtightening of the screw. Can be prevented. In addition, the base portion is disposed at an appropriate position in the direction from the base portion toward the housing.
A part of a through-hole through which the screw passes may be formed on the casing outside the side wall provided on the inside of the casing.
According to said structure, a part of area | region through which a screw passes will also exist outside a side wall part, and the magnitude | size which the area | region through which a screw passes projects inward rather than a side wall part can be made small. Thereby, since the area | region inside a housing | casing can be ensured widely, the volume inside the housing | casing in which stored items, such as an electronic component, are stored can be enlarged. Therefore, a larger stored item can be stored in the casing without changing the outer size of the casing in accordance with the increase in the volume. Moreover, when it is not necessary to enlarge the stored item, the outer size of the housing can be further reduced by reducing the volume according to the increase in the volume.
The base portion may include a screw hole in which the screw is tightened and a protruding portion protruding toward the housing, and the screw hole may be formed to extend inside the protruding portion.
According to said structure, it is not necessary to provide a protrusion part in the touch panel side of the base part which a touch panel contacts. For this reason, the smoothness of the sticking surface of the touch panel in a base part can be maintained. Further, since the screw hole is formed to extend inside the protruding portion, the length of the screw hole becomes long, and the base portion and the housing can be firmly fixed. This eliminates the need for a separate member such as a nut for increasing the fastening force of the screw, thereby realizing cost reduction.
An elastic gasket may be provided between the base portion and the housing.
According to said structure, a touch panel can be protected with respect to the vibration and impact from the outside. Therefore, damage to the touch panel can be prevented when vibration or impact is applied from the outside.
The casing includes a flange portion to which the base portion is fixed, and an outer peripheral wall portion extending forward of the display is formed on an outer periphery of the flange portion, and the gasket is configured to have the outer peripheral wall portion. And an outer peripheral convex portion and an inner peripheral convex portion disposed between the outer end of the touch panel.
According to said structure, since a gasket has an outer peripheral convex part and an inner peripheral convex part between an outer peripheral wall part and the outer end of a touch panel, a touch panel is guided to the center by the repulsive force by an outer peripheral convex part and an inner peripheral convex part. The Thereby, when attaching a touch panel to a housing | casing via a base part, a touch panel can be arrange | positioned in the center of a housing | casing. Therefore, the designability of the display can be improved. In addition, the repulsive force by the outer peripheral convex portion and the inner peripheral convex portion, and the outer peripheral convex portion and the inner peripheral convex portion are in contact with the base portion and the housing with a line or surface, so that there is a gap between the base portion and the gasket and between the housing and the gasket. Increased adhesion between the two. Therefore, the waterproof performance of the display device is enhanced.
The touch panel is disposed behind the front surface of the base portion, and the housing has a flange portion to which the base portion is fixed, and the outer periphery of the flange portion is arranged in front of the display. An extending outer peripheral wall portion is formed, and the gasket may include an outer peripheral convex portion and an inner peripheral convex portion disposed between the outer peripheral wall portion and an outer end of the base portion.
According to said structure, since a gasket has an outer peripheral convex part and an inner peripheral convex part between an outer peripheral wall part and the outer end of a base part, a touch panel guides to a center by the repulsive force by an outer peripheral convex part and an inner peripheral convex part. Is done. Thereby, when attaching a base part to a housing | casing, a base part can be arrange | positioned in the center of a housing | casing. Therefore, the designability of the display can be improved. In addition, the repulsive force by the outer peripheral convex part and the inner peripheral convex part, and the base part and the casing of the outer peripheral convex part and the inner peripheral convex part are contacted with a line or surface, so that the base part and the gasket, and the casing and the gasket Increased adhesion between the two. Therefore, the waterproof performance of the display device is enhanced.
Further, the touch panel and the base portion do not overlap in the direction from the front side to the back side of the housing. Therefore, the thickness of the display can be reduced.
The gasket includes a base-side convex portion in contact with the base portion, a housing-side convex portion in contact with the housing, a base-side groove portion into which the base-side convex portion enters, and a housing-side groove portion into which the housing-side convex portion enters. You may have.
According to the above configuration, when the base portion and the housing are fixed, the base-side convex portion enters the base-side groove portion, and the housing-side convex portion enters the housing-side groove portion. Thereby, it is prevented that an excessive repulsive force is applied to the base portion and the housing by the base-side convex portion and the housing-side convex portion. Therefore, the excessive repulsive force which arises between a base part and a gasket and between a housing | casing and a gasket can be suppressed. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the touch panel, the base portion, and the housing from being deformed or damaged. In addition, the repulsive force by the base-side convex portion and the casing-side convex portion, and the tip of the base-side convex portion in contact with the base portion and the tip of the casing-side convex portion in line contact with the casing, the base portion and the gasket And the adhesion between the casing and the gasket increases. Therefore, the waterproof performance of the display device is enhanced.
According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to easily perform maintenance, and to reduce costs for correction / adjustment and maintenance.

Embodiment 1
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
(Display structure)
First, the structure of the display 1 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a display 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the display device 1 as an electronic device includes a
The
The
The
The

In the following description, the direction from the
(Case structure)
Next, the structure of the
FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a structure on the front side of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
The
Here, in the example shown in FIG. 2, 14
A through
The
By the way, if the
Further, most of the through
The range in which the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the
A
(Touch panel and base structure)
Next, the structure of the
As shown in FIG. 7, the
With such a structure of the
The
A
Due to such a structure of the

(Gasket structure)
Next, the structure of the
As shown in FIG. 8, the
The
The
(Assembly method of base and housing)
Next, a method for assembling the
As shown in FIG. 9A, first, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 9C, the
The
In a state where the
Further, the front
The outer peripheral

[Embodiment 2]
The following will describe another embodiment of the present invention with reference to FIG. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a structure between the
The
The
According to the above configuration, the
Further, the
