本発明は以上の構成よりなり、以下、本発明の使用方法について説明する。

背中掻きカキブラシ面（１）は表題の通り手の届きにくい所に、ブラシ面を背中に当て手動紐（４ａ，４ｂ）の両端を持って左右、上下に器具を動かす事で痒みを解消するのに使用するものであり、
軟膏塗り伸ばし面（２）は、背中の湿疹，汗疹等々を治療する時に用いる。
この面を使用する時は、軟膏塗り伸ばし面（２）の中央部にある軟膏定置スポッツト（９）に必要量の軟膏を置き、患部、または背中全体に手動紐（４ａ，４ｂ）を使い塗り広げる。
この時、軟膏定着スポッツト（９）が軟膏塗り伸ばし面（２）の中央にこんもりと盛り上がった形状なので、そこに置かれた軟膏はスムーズに周囲に広がることが出来る。
そして、治療が終ったら軟膏塗り伸ばし面（２）をチッシュ、布等で清潔にして置くと良い。（図４参照） また、使用の際に掛け紐（１１）が邪魔になる場合には掛け紐（１１）を目印蛍光頭（６）の両側に回して掛けて置けば邪魔にならない。
手動紐（４ａ，４ｂ）には数箇所に結び目が設けてあり、これは使用する人の体格に合わせて作動が出来るように、最初の手動紐の結び目（５）は左右均等に２５〜２６ｃｍ程の所に設け、後の数箇所は５〜６ｃｍ程の所に結び目を設けてあり、其々の自分の身体に合う結び目の所に手を添えて左右、上下に動かすのであるが、結び目のコブが手の平に引っかかりを生じるので、握力の弱った高齢者でも容易に手動紐（４ａ，４ｂ）をコントロールできる。
また、目印蛍光頭（６）の縁際に掛け紐（１１）が設けてあり、フックなどを用いて掛けて置くと良い。
目印蛍光頭（６）蛍光目印シッポ（１０）には夜光塗料が施してあり（一回の発光時間は４〜８時間とされているが）暗い所でも目に着くものであります。
