Description

The present invention relates to a feeding container that accommodates a rod-like content so as to be fed out.

Conventionally, this type of feeding container has an elevating cylinder that holds a rod-like content and has an outer peripheral surface formed with an engaging projection, and an outer cylinder that surrounds the elevating cylinder, and an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder. And a rotating member formed with a spiral groove that engages with the engaging protrusion. When the user turns the rotating member, the elevating cylinder moves up and down with the engaging protrusion by the helical groove, and the rod-shaped contents are fed out accordingly. There is a structure of being pulled or drawn.

In such a feeding container, the engaging protrusion of the lifting cylinder is connected to the spiral groove of the rotating member, and all the pressure applied to the rod-shaped contents during application is received by the spiral groove via the engaging protrusion. However, the pressure at which the rod-shaped contents are pressed against the object to be coated becomes the coating pressure as it is. Therefore, there has been a problem that the application pressure is not stable and it is difficult to apply uniformly. Also, if the coating pressure is too strong, there is a risk of damaging the rod-shaped contents.

In order to cope with such a problem, in Patent Document 1 below, in relation to FIG. 2 of the same document, a rod-shaped cosmetic is held and a lifting cylinder that is lifted and lowered by a feeding mechanism is held. It is divided into a holding part and a screwing part that is screwed into the feeding mechanism, and the holding part and the screwing part are connected by a plurality of elastic pieces to form a cushion part. It has been proposed that when the application pressure is applied, the cushion pressure is buffered to prevent the breakage of the bar-shaped cosmetic material.

Further, in Patent Document 1, in relation to FIG. 3 of the same document, the lifting cylinder is constituted by a holding portion and a screwing portion, and the outer diameter of the screwing portion is made smaller than the outer diameter of the holding portion. In addition, it has been proposed to form a cushion portion by providing a flange portion that can be deformed in the vertical direction on the lower end outer wall of the screwing portion.

Further, in Patent Document 1, in relation to FIG. 4 of the same document, a threaded piece that fits and holds the bar-shaped cosmetic material and is moved up and down by the feeding mechanism is screwed into the threading groove of the feeding mechanism. It is proposed that the cushion member is formed by projecting and by dividing the screwed piece vertically into two from the tip.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-95413

However, in the configuration in which the elastic piece and the small diameter portion as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 of Patent Document 1 are provided, there is a concern that the structure becomes complicated and the assembly becomes difficult. Further, in the structure of the cushion member formed by vertically dividing the threaded piece into two as shown in FIG. 4 of the same document, it is necessary to increase the size of the threaded piece in order to obtain a sufficient cushion effect. Thereby, there exists a problem that the radial direction dimension etc. of a container become large and a container will become large sized. Further, when the screwing piece is enlarged, the screwing piece interferes with other parts when the lifting cylinder is assembled, so that the assembling becomes difficult. Alternatively, structural limitations occur to avoid interference.

An object of the present invention is to provide a feeding container that can solve the above-described problems of the prior art, obtain a uniform coating force, and is excellent in assembling workability while avoiding an increase in size of the container.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a feeding container according to the present invention is a feeding container that accommodates a rod-like content so that the rod-like content can be fed out, and holds the rod-like content and is engaged with an outer peripheral surface. An elevating cylinder formed with a mating protrusion and an outer cylinder part surrounding the elevating cylinder, and engaging with the engaging protrusion on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder part, and the elevating cylinder with relative rotation with the elevating cylinder A rotating member formed with a spiral groove for moving up and down, and the lifting cylinder has a section that is partly separated from its peripheral wall and can be elastically deformed in the axial direction of the lifting cylinder, Is placed on the section.

In the feeding container of the present invention, the section is preferably configured to be elastically deformable in the radial direction.

In the feeding container of the present invention, it is preferable that the section is cantilevered on the peripheral wall of the elevating cylinder, and the engaging projection is disposed on the free end side of the section.

further. In the feeding container of the present invention, it is preferable that the engaging protrusions are provided at two opposing positions sandwiching the axis of the lifting cylinder.

In the feeding container of the present invention, when the rotating member is rotated with respect to the lifting cylinder when the rod-shaped contents are used, the engaging projection of the lifting cylinder slides in the spiral groove formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder portion. Then, the lifting cylinder rises. Thereby, the protrusion amount of a rod-shaped content is adjusted, and a content can be apply | coated by pressing a rod-shaped content against a coating target object.

At this time, the section is elastically deformed in the axial direction, and the application pressure of the rod-shaped contents can be generated by the restoring force of the elastic deformation, so that a uniform application force can be obtained. In addition, when an excessive pressing force or impact is applied to the rod-shaped contents, the section cushions this, so that the rod-shaped contents can be prevented from being damaged or broken.

In this way, the section is elastically deformed in the axial direction, and it is not necessary to increase the size of the engagement protrusion, so that it is possible to prevent the radial dimension of the container from increasing, Good assemblability can be obtained.

Therefore, according to the present invention, a uniform coating force can be obtained, the enlargement of the container can be avoided, and a feeding container with good assembly workability can be provided.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Here, FIG. 1 is a side view showing the feeding container according to one embodiment of the present invention in a half section.

As shown in FIG. 1, the feeding container 10 feeds and uses the bar-shaped contents C accommodated therein. Examples of the bar-shaped contents C include cosmetics such as lipsticks and lip balms, drugs, and glue. However, it is not limited to these.

The feeding container 10 mainly includes an elevating cylinder 12, a rotating member 14, a guide cylinder 16, and an overcap 18, each of which can be formed from a synthetic resin material or the like. The axes of the elevating cylinder 12, the rotating member 14, the guide cylinder 16, and the overcap 18 are located on a common axis. Hereinafter, this common axis is referred to as an axis O, and the over-axis along the axis O is over. The cap 18 side is called the upper side, and the opposite side is called the lower side. A direction orthogonal to the axis O is referred to as a radial direction, and a direction around the axis O is referred to as a circumferential direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the elevating cylinder 12 has a cylindrical shape, and a receiving tray 20 that supports the rod-shaped contents C from below is integrally formed at a position closer to the upper end than the center position in the height direction of the inner peripheral surface. Is formed. An opening 22 is formed at the center of the tray 20, and the contents can be filled from below the lifting cylinder 12 through the opening 22. Further, a cone-shaped locking piece 24 is provided on the tray 20 so as to prevent the dropping of the rod-shaped contents C and the like by increasing the diameter upward and being buried in the rod-shaped contents C. Further, a convex portion 26 that locks the rod-shaped contents C in the direction of the axis O is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the lifting cylinder 12.

On the outer peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the elevating cylinder 12, there are formed cylindrical pin-shaped engaging projections 28 at two locations facing each other across the axis O. As will be described later, the engaging protrusion 28 engages with the spiral groove 30 of the rotating member 14, and slides relatively up and down in the spiral groove 30 when the rotating member 14 rotates relative to the lifting cylinder 12. The cylinder 12 is moved up and down. The engaging projection 28 is disposed on a section 32 that is partly separated from the peripheral wall of the lifting cylinder 12 by the slit 31 and can be elastically deformed in the direction of the axis O. Therefore, as shown by the phantom line arrow in FIG. 2, when a force is applied downward to the lifting cylinder 12, the segment 32 is elastically deformed upward along the axis O direction as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 2. However, since the position of the engagement protrusion 28 in the spiral groove 30 does not change, the elevating cylinder 12 is displaced downward by the elastic deformation. In the illustrated example, the section 32 is formed in a tongue shape by a laterally U-shaped slit 31 and is cantilevered on the peripheral wall of the elevating cylinder 12, and an engaging projection 28 is disposed on the free end side thereof. . Accordingly, the section 32 can be configured to be reliably elastically deformed not only in the axis O direction but also in the radial direction.

The rotating member 14 is a member that a user grips and rotates with a finger or the like when the rod-like contents C are extended or retracted. As shown in FIG. 1, an outer cylinder portion 34 mainly surrounding the elevating cylinder 12, The inner cylinder 36 is located on the inner side of the elevating cylinder 12 and on which the elevating cylinder 12 slides. In this embodiment, the outer cylinder portion 34 includes a decorative cylinder 38 that forms the appearance of the container 10, and an intermediate cylinder 40 that is fitted inside the decorative cylinder 38 and cannot rotate with respect to the decorative cylinder 38. An inner peripheral surface of the intermediate cylinder 40 is engaged with the above-described engagement protrusion 28 formed at the lower end of the elevating cylinder 12, and the elevating cylinder 12 is moved up and down with relative rotation with the elevating cylinder 12. A spiral groove 30 is formed. As described above, in this embodiment, the outer cylinder portion 34 includes the decorative cylinder 38 and the intermediate cylinder 40, but the intermediate cylinder 40 is omitted and the spiral groove 30 is directly formed on the inner peripheral surface of the decorative cylinder 38 to form the outer cylinder. The unit 34 may be configured. Both the decorative cylinder 38 and the inner cylinder 36 are manufactured as a single unit standing on the bottom wall 42. The bottom wall 42 is formed with an opening 44 communicating with the opening 22 formed in the tray 20 of the elevating cylinder 12, and the contents are filled on the tray 20 through these openings 22, 44 to form a rod shape. Content C can be provided. The opening 44 formed in the bottom wall 42 can be closed by sticking a label or the like to the bottom wall 42 after filling the contents.

The guide cylinder 16 prevents the elevating cylinder 12 from co-rotating when the user rotates the rotating member 14, and ensures elevating along the axis O of the elevating cylinder 12. Specifically, As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the cylindrical portion is formed, and the lower portion 16a is loosely inserted into the annular space between the lifting cylinder 12 and the intermediate cylinder 40 at the lower end position of the lifting cylinder 12 (see FIG. 1). The upper portion 16b projects upward from the tray 20 and forms a storage space for the rod-shaped contents C between the tray 20 and the tray 20. Further, a lower portion of the guide tube 16 (a portion facing the range where the spiral groove 30 of the intermediate tube 40 is formed) 16a extends along the axis O to a position corresponding to the engagement protrusion 28 of the elevating tube 12. Two guide holes 46 are formed. The guide hole 46 reaches the lower end edge of the guide cylinder 16, thereby enabling the assembling / assembling of the elevating cylinder 12 to the guide cylinder 16. In addition, a pair of convex portions 48 are formed at the lower end portion of the guide hole 46 to narrow the width of the guide hole 46 and prevent the engagement protrusion 28 from coming out.

As shown in FIG. 1, the overcap 18 is detachably attached to the upper end portion of a two-piece sealing ring body 50 that is fitted in the upper end opening of the decorative tube 38 so as to rotate together with the decorative tube 38. It is fitted. The overcap 18 is formed in a top cylinder shape and covers the upper portion 16 b of the guide cylinder 16.

Next, the effect | action of the delivery container 10 mentioned above is demonstrated. In the state shown in FIG. 1, the elevating cylinder 12 is located at the lower end position (bottom dead center), and the rod-shaped contents C are completely drawn into the upper portion 16 b of the guide cylinder 16.

When using the rod-shaped contents C, first, after removing the overcap 18, for example, the upper portion 16b of the guide tube 16 and the decorative tube 38 are separately gripped and rotated relatively. Thereby, the engaging projection 28 of the elevating cylinder 12 slides in the guide hole 46 and the spiral groove 30, and the elevating cylinder 12 moves up in the guide cylinder 16 as shown in FIG. Thereby, the protrusion amount from the guide cylinder 16 of the rod-shaped content C is adjusted, and the content C can be apply | coated by pressing the rod-shaped content C against an application target object.

At this time, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 2, the section 32 is elastically deformed in the direction of the axis O, and the application pressure of the rod-shaped contents C can be generated by the restoring force of the elastic deformation. Application power can be obtained. Further, when an excessive pressing force or impact is applied to the rod-shaped contents C, the section 32 cushions this, so that the rod-shaped contents C can be prevented from being damaged or broken.

Furthermore, according to the feeding container 10 of this embodiment, the section 32 is elastically deformed in the direction of the axis O, and there is no need to increase the size of the engagement projection 28, and the assembly of the lifting cylinder 12 is good. Can be obtained.

Further, according to the feeding container 10 of this embodiment, since the section 32 has a tongue-like cantilever support structure, the section 32 is more easily elastically deformed in the direction of the axis O, and a uniform coating pressure is more reliably ensured. In addition to being able to be obtained, the section 32 is more easily elastically deformed in the radial direction, and the assembling property of the elevating cylinder 12 can be further improved. That is, when the section 32 is elastically deformable in the radial direction, for example, when the elevating cylinder 12 is assembled between the inner cylinder 36 and the outer cylinder portion 34 of the rotating member 14, the engaging projection 28 is displaced inward in the radial direction. Thus, the engaging protrusion 28 can be easily inserted into the spiral groove 30.

Although the present invention has been described based on the illustrated examples, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the tongue-shaped section 32 supported in a cantilever manner is shown as an example. However, two openings or slits are formed on the peripheral wall of the elevating cylinder 12 so as to sandwich the engaging protrusion 28 vertically. Thus, a section 32 having a both-end support structure may be formed (not shown). In this case, the width of the segment 32 may be locally narrowed in order to obtain the desired elastic characteristics.

In the above embodiment, two engaging protrusions 28 and two spiral grooves 30 are formed. However, the number of engaging protrusions 28 is not limited to this, and three or more engaging protrusions 28 may be provided. Correspondingly, three or more spiral grooves 30 may be formed.

According to the present invention, a uniform coating force can be obtained, an increase in the size of the container can be avoided, and a feeding container having good assembly workability can be provided.
