Description

The present invention relates to a custody sick childcare system that can be used when a user who works for a corporation or a public office becomes sick.

When a child becomes ill, it may be difficult for the caregiver to raise the child at home due to work circumstances. In such a case, acceptance is often refused at the nursery or kindergarten that I usually go through. Sudden refusal to accept will make the guardian's work situation unstable, and will also lead to a shortage of staff and business stagnation for employers who employ the guardian. For this reason, the business called childcare childcare is known as what raises such a sick child temporarily (for example, refer patent document 1).

However, the sick child childcare of patent document 1 performs matching between a user and a childcare person, and cannot leave a sick child safely and safely. In particular, visiting-type sick childcare as described in Patent Document 1 invites others to their home to ask for the care of the sick child, and there is no third party monitoring, so there is also a risk for the sick child. There is also the risk of inviting others to the private home. Therefore, although such visiting-type childcare for childhood has been reduced in many ways, it is not practical at all when considering practical use.

On the other hand, there is a child-care system for sick children, but the facility has a chronic capacity overage (low capacity), limited time for custody (short business hours), and a diagnosis by a family doctor. There are many inconveniences in using such as necessity.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sick child childcare system that can leave a sick child safely and safely.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a plurality of temporary custody rooms and main custody rooms that are separately formed to accommodate sick children, and setting condition units set in the temporary custody rooms, respectively. A registrant requirement certifying unit that certifies whether or not the guardian of the sick child is a registrant registered in advance, and a condition storage unit that stores the condition of the sick child input to the terminal of the registrant And a temporary storage room determining unit that determines the temporary storage room to accommodate the sick child by applying the condition of the sick child stored in the condition storage unit to the setting condition set in the setting condition unit; A temporary storage room information transmission unit that sends information on the temporary storage room determined by the temporary storage room determination unit to the terminal or server of the registrant, and a doctor's examination result for the sick child and the examination result. Information on the main room where the sick child should be accommodated is recorded. And sick status storage unit which is to provide a sick child care system characterized in that a sick status transmission section for sending the information in the disease infants status storage unit in the terminal or the server of the registrant.

Preferably, the registrant requirement recognition unit determines whether or not the guardian is working in a preset business type.

Preferably, the sick child status storage unit stores the presence / absence of a park permit issued to the sick child by the doctor.

According to the present invention, since the provisional deposit room and the regular deposit room are provided, it is possible to realize the deposit-type childcare instead of the so-called visit-type childcare. Therefore, it is possible for parents who leave sick children to leave with other similar sick children and to expect the monitoring by many third parties, so it is possible to leave the sick children with peace of mind. In addition, the condition of the day of the sick child is stored in the condition storage unit, and this condition is applied to the setting condition set in the setting condition part, and the temporary storage room is determined by the temporary storage room determination unit. Symptoms of sick children will be housed in the same temporary storage room, and there is no need to worry about infection. In addition, since the information on the temporary storage room is sent to the parent's terminal or server by the temporary storage room information transmission unit, the parent clearly communicates the temporary storage room information to the childcare facility staff when leaving the sick child. Can deliver a sick child smoothly. After the sick child is examined by a doctor, the custody room is determined and the information is stored in the sick child status storage unit, which is transmitted to the parent's terminal or server by the sick child status transmission unit. It is possible to get a sense of security by confirming the status of sick children.

In addition, since it is certified by the Registrant Requirements Certification Department whether or not the guardian is a pre-registered registrant, it becomes possible for childcare facilities to accept sick children from parents who have clear characteristics, Childcare services can be performed smoothly and with peace of mind. At this time, by setting the type of business as a requirement of the registrant in advance, the child-care facility can be affiliated only with a company or a public office that has a reliable type of business, so that further security can be obtained.

Further, when the attendance permit is issued by the doctor, it is stored in the sick child status storage unit, so that information is sent to the terminal or server of the guardian by the sick child status transmitting unit. Therefore, the guardian can make a plan for tomorrow in advance, and the childcare facility can smoothly pass the school permit, which is efficient.

It is the schematic of the sick child childcare system which concerns on this invention. It is a flowchart which shows the flow of the childcare utilization using the sick child childcare system which concerns on this invention.

A sick childcare system 1 according to the present invention is provided in a temporary storage room 2 and a main storage room 3, which are arranged in a building such as a hospital, and also operates in conjunction with these storage rooms 2 and 3. The system main body 4 is provided. The temporary custody room 2 and the main custody room 3 are rooms that are actually spaces for accommodating sick children, and each room is separated by a partition wall or a space such as a corridor through the partition wall. The hospitals mentioned above are used as childcare facilities themselves, and doctors may be nearby, making it a suitable place to keep a sick child. That is, since the sick child childcare system 1 including childcare facilities includes the temporary custody room 2 and the main custody room 3, it is possible to realize a custody type childcare rather than a so-called visit type childcare. As a result, parents who leave sick children can leave their sick children together with other similar sick children, and can expect to be monitored by many third parties, so they can leave their children with peace of mind. . The temporary storage room 2 and the main storage room 3 can be combined.

The sick childcare system 1 is used in the following flow to take care of a sick child safely and safely, and to deliver the sick child to the guardian by giving this treatment, and also to the childcare facility side. It is intended to be able to carry out simple business. When a child being cared for by parents such as parents and relatives who are raising children becomes sick, the guardian accesses the system body 4 through the Internet or the like using his / her terminal C (step S1). Any device such as a notebook computer or a smartphone can be used as the terminal C. The guardian inputs his / her registration number and password on the login screen and logs in to the system body 4.

The system main body 4 is provided with a registrant requirement recognition unit 5, and based on the login information inputted by the guardian, it is certified whether or not the guardian is a registrant registered in advance (step S2). . By performing this authorization, a parent can receive a childcare service provided by the sick child childcare system 1 according to the present invention for the first time. Whether or not this guardian is a registrant can be imposed various conditions by the childcare facility provider. For example, it is determined by whether or not the guardian is working in a preset industry. .

By recording such judgment criteria in the registrant requirement recognition unit 5, the side providing the childcare service can select a customer who provides the service, and can perform desirable business operations. For example, by limiting the type of business to be set to companies or government offices that mainly work during the daytime, it is possible to limit the service provision time and efficiently prepare doctors and staff on the daycare facility side. By restricting the customers who provide such services to the above-mentioned industries, the childcare service provider can exchange business contracts with its corporations and companies (government offices), and safe and secure business execution can be expected. In other words, whether or not the guardian is a registrant registered in advance is recognized by the registrant requirement recognition unit 5, so that it is possible to accept a sick child from a guardian who has clear characteristics for the childcare facility. This makes it possible to provide childcare services smoothly and with peace of mind. At this time, by setting the type of business as a requirement of the registrant in advance, the child-care facility can be affiliated only with a company or a public office that has a reliable type of business, so that further security can be obtained. This registrant requirement is the most important. In particular, depending on the company that employs the parents, it is possible to appeal the enhancement of benefits when recruiting human resources and to secure excellent human resources on duty.

The guardian inputs the condition of the sick child from his terminal C to the system main body 4 after logging in (step S3). The input condition of the sick child is stored in the condition storage unit 6 in the system main body 4. A column for inputting various conditions is displayed on the terminal C of the guardian, and the guardian inputs the condition of the sick child in the field. Various conditions can be considered. For example, age, sex, body temperature, symptom, past illness, presence of food or drug allergy, vaccination, hospitalization experience, etc. are input. As basic information, names, addresses, telephone numbers, insurance card numbers, etc. of sick children and guardians are entered. Symptoms include, for example, cough frequency, sore throat, tummy pain and nausea, rash, headache, ear pain, runny nose, eyelids, stool and urine status Is required. In addition, it is possible to request the input of the hope of the medicine shape, the illness prevalent in the nursery school (kindergarten) where they go, the presence or absence of regular prescription drugs (marketed medicine), the delivery time and the take-off time.

On the other hand, accommodation conditions are set in each temporary custody room 2 in accordance with the degree of the condition of the sick child to be stored in the condition storage unit 6. These setting conditions are arranged as a setting condition section 7 in the system main body 4. For example, each temporary custody room 2 is classified according to the minimum age, maximum age, sex, body temperature range, and the like. The item is set according to the condition of the sick child input by the guardian. The system body 4 includes a temporary storage room determination unit 7. This temporary custody room determination unit 8 determines the temporary custody room 2 in which the sick child is accommodated by comparing the items regarding the condition of the sick child stored in the condition storage unit 6 with the conditions in the setting condition unit 7. (Step S4). That is, the condition of the sick child stored in the condition storage unit 6 is applied to the setting condition set in the setting condition unit 7 to determine the temporary custody room 2. For example, even when the temporary storage room 2 has a capacity, the temporary storage room determination unit 8 can determine whether it can be accommodated by time.

In this way, the condition of the sick child for the day is stored in the condition storage unit 6, and this condition is applied to the setting condition set in the setting condition unit 7, and the temporary storage room 2 is determined by the temporary storage room determination unit 8. Therefore, sick children with similar symptoms will be accommodated in the same temporary custody room 2 for the first time, and there will be no fear of infection. In the case of a medical condition requiring prior isolation, a temporary storage room 2 dedicated to isolation is assigned.

Then, the information on the temporary storage room determined by the temporary storage room determination unit 8 is sent from the temporary storage room information transmission unit 9 in the system main body 4 to the terminal C of the guardian (registrant) (step S5). Thereby, when a guardian goes to the childcare facility and deposits the sick child, the temporary storage room information can be clearly communicated to the staff of the childcare facility, and the child can be delivered smoothly. Based on the information from the temporary storage room information transmission unit 9, the guardian takes the sick child to the childcare facility and delivers the sick child to the facility (step S6). The temporary storage room information transmission unit 9 may upload information on the temporary storage room to the server and make it viewable from the terminal C of the guardian.

First of all, the sick child accommodated in the temporary custody room 2 is examined by a doctor. This doctor is performed by a doctor residing at the facility. This eliminates the need for prior reception by the attending physician. Then, the proper deposit name 3 is given, and the main deposit room 3 in which the sick child should be accommodated is determined according to the medical condition under the judgment of the doctor (step S7). Specifically, a sick child determined to be isolated is assigned a room different from the temporary storage room 2, and the same room as the temporary storage room 2 is designated as the main storage room 3 for a sick child who does not require isolation. It is specified. This determination is appropriately made based on the doctor's judgment. The doctor's examination result for the sick child here and information on the main deposit room where the sick child should be finally accommodated based on the examination result are stored in the sick child situation storage unit 10 in the system body 4. And the information in this sick child condition memory | storage part 10 is sent to the guardian's (registrant) terminal C by the sick child condition transmission part 11 in the system 4 (step S8). In addition, even if it does not transmit to the guardian's terminal C positively, you may enable it to browse according to a guardian's access. In other words, the sick child status transmission unit 11 may upload the status of the custody room and the sick child to the server, and make this viewable from the terminal C of the guardian.

Thus, after the sick child is examined by the doctor, the main deposit room 3 is determined and the information is stored in the sick child status storage unit 10, which is transmitted to the guardian's terminal C by the sick child status transmission unit 11. Therefore, it is possible for the parents to check the status of the sick child one after another and to get a sense of security. In order to give a further sense of security to the guardian, the sick child status storage unit 10 may store medication information, body temperature information, and the degree of meal eating (amount, etc.) in addition to the diagnosis result and information on the main deposit room 3. .

Further, the sick child status storage unit 10 may store the presence / absence of a park permit issued to a sick child by a doctor. Thus, when the attendance permit is issued by the doctor, it is stored in the sick child status storage unit 10, so that information is sent to the guardian's terminal C by the sick child status transmitting unit 11. . Therefore, the guardian can make a plan for tomorrow in advance, and the childcare facility can smoothly pass the school permit, which is efficient. The guardian picks up the sick child at the designated time (step S9).
