Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a technique for constructing a structure using a box-type sandbag.
Box sandbags are sometimes used to construct simple structures. For example, a box-type sandbag is used when a temporary building or a defensive wall must be created immediately on the battlefield.
Box sandbags usually have three or more side walls. In general, the upper and lower surfaces of the box-type sandbag are open, and the contents enclosed in the space surrounded by the side walls are filled with the contents so as to function as a simple wall. The contents are generally procurable locally, for example, earth and sand, crushed stone, rock, gravel, concrete, or a mixture thereof, or a bag of these. As a result, the box-shaped sandbag can protect against direct fire power such as rifle bullets and rocket bullets, or curved fire power such as cannonballs, and functions as a sufficient protective wall.
The main function of the box-type sandbag is to make a wall as described above. However, a roof may be required depending on the structure.
However, it is difficult to make a roof with a general box sandbag whose upper and lower surfaces are open. In particular, in a structure used in the battlefield, it is necessary to withstand attacks from above, so that the strength of a simple roof may be insufficient.
This invention makes it the subject to make it possible to construct | assemble the structure with a strong roof using a box-type sandbag.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor proposes the following invention.
The following inventions are roughly divided into two, the first invention and the second invention, for convenience.
The first invention includes at least four side walls rotatably connected to adjacent ones at its left and right edges, and has an internal space for filling contents that is rectangular when viewed in plan. A box-type sandbag that can be made, and is arranged as appropriate, and the interior space is filled with the contents, so that a wall surrounding the indoor space with an opening can be made. A large number of wall sandbags, and roofing material that is a plate passed over the wall body so as to cover the upper part of the indoor space made of the wall sandbags, and the left and right edges thereof are adjacent to each other At least four side walls that are rotatably connected to each other, so that an internal space for filling the contents that is rectangular when viewed in plan can be created, and is arranged as appropriate And filling the interior space with the contents, A box-shaped sandbags adapted capable of creating a roof covering the top of the timber, comprising and a large number of sandbags roof, a structure-building set.
This set for constructing a structure includes a large number of wall sandbags that are rectangular in plan view, and a wall body can be made by arranging them appropriately and filling the contents in the wall sandbag. Up to here, it is not different from the conventional one.
The structure construction set includes a roofing material. A roof can be made by passing it over a wall made of wall sandbags.
In addition, the structure construction set includes a large number of roof sandbags that are rectangular in plan view, and the roof sandbags are appropriately arranged on the roof material and filled with the contents in the roof sandbags. The material can be reinforced. The wall sandbag that constitutes the wall body may be the same as the conventional box sandbag, but the conventional box sandbag is filled with the contents so that it has sufficient strength to withstand bullets. can get. By arranging the roof sandbags having the same structure on the roofing material, the structure made using the structure construction set of the first invention has a wall sandbag with an open top and bottom surface and a roof sandbag. Although it uses sandbags, it has a roof and not only a roof, but the strength of the roof is sufficient.
Note that both the wall sandbag and the roof sandbag included in the structure construction set can be rectangular in plan view. By using both in the shape of a rectangular shape in plan view, it is possible to arrange them vertically and horizontally without any gap, with the exception of the opening of the wall body made of the sandbag for walls. The absence of a gap ensures the safety of a person in an indoor space in a structure made by the structure construction set, a vehicle placed in the indoor space, and the like. Note that the wall sandbag and the roof sandbag may have other shapes in plan view as long as they can have a rectangular shape in plan view. The same applies to the case of the second invention.
The second invention includes at least four side walls rotatably connected to adjacent ones at its left and right edges, and has an internal space for filling contents that is rectangular when viewed in plan. A box-type sandbag that can be made, and is arranged as appropriate, and the interior space is filled with the contents, so that a wall surrounding the indoor space with an opening can be made. A large number of wall sandbags, and an interior plate made of the wall sandbag, an internal plate for creating a space with a ceiling, and its left and right edges can be rotated with respect to adjacent ones At least four sidewalls connected to each other, and can form an internal space for filling the content that is rectangular when viewed in plan, and is arranged as appropriate so that the internal space Filling the contents into the wall body and the It is to have a box-type sandbags to become capable of creating a roof covering the upper parts plate material, comprising and a large number of sandbags roof, a structure-building set.
Similar to the structure construction set of the first invention, the structure construction set of the second invention includes a number of wall sandbags that are rectangular in plan view, and is arranged as appropriate in the wall sandbag. A wall can be made by filling the contents.
Further, the structure construction set includes an internal plate material for creating a space with a ceiling inside the indoor space made of the wall sandbag.
In addition, the structure construction set includes a large number of roof sandbags that are rectangular in plan view. By arranging them appropriately and filling the contents in the roof soil, the wall body and the inner plate material are provided. A roof that covers the top can be made.
By providing the same roof body as the wall body, the structure made by the structure construction set of the second invention also uses a wall sandbag and a roof sandbag whose upper and lower surfaces are open, In addition to having a roof and a roof, the strength of the roof is sufficient.
Note that both the wall sandbag and the roof sandbag included in the structure construction set can be rectangular in plan view. The advantages of this are the same as in the case of the first invention.
Although common to the first invention and the second invention, the height of the roof sandbag may be lower than that of the wall sandbag. By doing so, the roof sandbag can be prevented from becoming excessively heavy when the contents are filled in the roof sandbag.
Both the structure construction set of the first invention and the second invention may include a pile that penetrates the wall body up and down and whose tip is driven into the ground. By using such a pile, the wall body made of the sandbag for walls can be fixed to the ground. As a result, it is possible to increase the strength such as rigidity of the structure made of the structure construction set.
The wall sandbag may be stacked in a plurality of stages. In this case, the pile may be configured to penetrate the piled wall sandbag up and down, and the tip of the pile is driven into the ground. Accordingly, it is possible to avoid the upper-stage wall sandbags that are stacked in a plurality of stages from being displaced from the lower-stage wall sandbags.
The upper end of the pile may be flush with the upper end of the wall body regardless of whether or not the wall sandbags are stacked in a plurality of stages. By doing so, in the case of the first invention, the roof material or the roof material and the weight of the roof sandbag placed thereon can be received by the pile, and in the case of the second invention, the wall Because the weight of the wall sandbag on the body (at least a part of it on the pile) can be received by the pile, the wall sandbag constituting the wall body is overweight. As a result, it is possible to reduce the possibility of problems occurring in the wall.
In the second invention, the internal plate member may be a container having an opening that can correspond to the opening of the wall body. This is convenient because existing materials can be used to make structures. Note that “can be made to correspond to the opening of the wall” means that the original purpose of the opening of the container and the opening of the wall is achieved because the opening of the wall is for people or vehicles to enter and exit. It means that they are overlapped to the extent that they are not overlapped.
In addition, the entire inner plate may have a substantially bowl-like shape, and an opening that can correspond to the opening of the wall body may be formed on one side before and after the inner plate member. The internal plate material can be constituted by, for example, a liner plate. The meaning of “can correspond to the opening of the wall” is not different from the above case.
When the internal plate material has a substantially bowl-like shape, a filler that fills the space between the indoor space and the internal plate material may be filled on the internal plate material that has a substantially bowl-like shape as a whole. In that case, there is a possibility that the force that the filling is about to spread from the inner plate material having a substantially bowl-like shape may be applied to the wall bodies on both sides of the inner plate material. . In order to resist such force, the structure is stabilized when there is a first connecting member for connecting the sandbags for walls located on both sides of the internal plate material. The structure construction set of the second invention may be provided with such a first connection member.
When the inner plate has a substantially bowl-like shape, and when using a filler, as described above, a force is applied to the wall members on both sides of the inner plate to spread them on each other. There can be. In order to resist such force, if there is a second connecting member for connecting the wall sandbag located on both sides of the internal plate and the roof sandbag on the wall sandbag, the structure is stabilized. Such a second connection member may be provided in the structure construction set of the second invention.
When the inner plate has a substantially bowl-like shape, and when using a filler, as described above, a force is applied to the wall members on both sides of the inner plate to spread them on each other. There can be. In order to resist such force, a roof material which is a plate passed over the wall body to cover the upper part of the indoor space made of the wall sandbag, and walls located on both sides of the internal plate material If there is a third connecting member that connects the sandbag to the roof material on the sandbag, the structure is stabilized. Such a roof material and a third connection member may be provided in the structure construction set of the third invention.
The inventor of the present application proposes the following method as an example of the invention that produces the same effects as the structure construction set of the first invention.

Arrange the roof sandbags as appropriate, and fill the internal space with the contents. By, process of making the roof covering the top of the roofing material, includes a method for constructing a structure.
The inventor of the present application proposes the following method as an example of the invention that produces the same effects as the structure construction set of the second invention.
The method comprises at least four side walls rotatably connected to adjacent ones at its left and right edges, creating an internal space for filling the contents that are rectangular when viewed in plan. A process of creating a wall body that surrounds an indoor space with an opening by appropriately arranging a large number of wall sandbags that are box-shaped sandbags that can be filled, and filling the interior space with contents, the wall In the interior space made of sandbags, the process of creating a space with a ceiling with an internal plate material, with at least four side walls connected to the adjacent ones at the left and right edges of the interior A large number of roof sandbags, which are box-type sandbags that are lower than the wall sandbags, can be made as appropriate when creating a rectangular interior space when viewed in plan. And filling the contents into the internal space And the wall body, the process of making the roof covering the top of the inner plate member includes a method for constructing a structure.
The following contents are applicable to both the first invention and the second invention. In addition, the box-type sandbag described below (the box-type sandbag described below can include both the wall sandbag and the roof sandbag of the present application) are all the features that appear in the first invention and the second invention. It can be applied to box sandbags.
The box-type sandbags of the first and second inventions include at least four side walls rotatably connected to adjacent ones, and the interior for filling contents that is rectangular when viewed in plan A space can be created, and a wall body surrounding the indoor space having an opening can be created by arranging the space appropriately and filling the internal space with the contents.
The side walls of these box-type sandbags are rectangular metal meshes that are configured to include a plurality of vertical bars that run up and down and a plurality of horizontal bars that run to the left and right, in the same way as conventional box-type sandbags. is there.
And these box-type sandbags are a horizontal bar or vertical bar to which a vertical bar or horizontal bar at a specific edge, which is at least one edge of four edges of at least one of the side walls, is attached. It may be attached to both sides.
The box-type sandbags of the first invention and the second invention, particularly the box-type sandbags constituting the wall body, may be stacked. When such stacking is performed, there is a possibility that the lowermost box-type sandbag of the box-type sandbags may be deformed, or the upper-stage box-type sandbag may not be stable with respect to the lower-stage box-type sandbag. It is possible.
In order to solve such a problem, the box-type sandbag of the first invention and the second invention is arranged in a vertical direction at a specific edge which is at least one edge of four edges of at least one of the side walls. A bar or bar may be attached to both sides of the bar or vertical bar to which it is attached.
If the specific edge is the left and right edges of the side wall, the side wall becomes strong against the load in the vertical direction. Moreover, in order to make a specific edge, for example, it is only necessary to add one vertical bar to the left and right edges of a general wire mesh. Therefore, such a box sandbag is considerably stronger than a typical box sandbag, whereas its manufacturing cost is much higher than the manufacturing cost of a general box sandbag as a whole. It will not be.
Further, when the specific edge is the upper and lower edges of the side wall, the side wall is less likely to slip with respect to the lower box-type sandbag. The reason why the conventional upper box sandbag is not stable with respect to the lower box sandbag is that the lower edge of the side wall of the upper box sandbag and the upper side of the side wall directly below the lower box sandbag. Line contact (or the longitudinal direction of both edges) with a certain line segment in the longitudinal direction of both edges, which are both horizontal bars (usually metal bars having a circular cross section including vertical bars) This is because when the directions do not completely match, only point contact is performed. Therefore, the lower edge of the upper side wall of the box-type sandbag is slippery with respect to the upper edge of the lower side wall immediately below it. On the other hand, when the specific edge is the upper and lower edges of the side wall, the lower edge of the side wall with the upper box sandbag and the upper edge of the side wall immediately below the lower box sandbag. The contact can be changed to a line contact with two lines (which is close to a surface contact). Thereby, when box-type sandbags are stacked, it is possible to prevent the upper-stage box-type sandbag from becoming unstable. And the cost required to add such improvements to the sidewalls is not very high.
The specific edge is at least one of the four edges of at least one of the side walls as described above. Of course, the specific edge may be included in all the side walls. For example, the specific edge may be at least one edge of all side walls.
Two or more specific edges may be included in a certain side wall.
For example, the specific edge may be a left or right edge of the side wall. In this case, when the box-type sandbags are stacked, the possibility that the lowermost box-type sandbag is deformed is further reduced. This effect is greatest when the left and right edges of all side walls are specific edges.
In the construction method of the structure of the first invention and the second invention, when there is a portion in which the box-type sandbags are stacked, the box-type sandbags are stacked in order to reduce the possibility of deformation in the lowermost box-type sandbag. The following method may be adopted for the portion.
The method includes at least four rectangular wire meshes that are configured to include a plurality of vertical bars that run up and down and a plurality of horizontal bars that run to the left and right, which are rotatably connected to adjacent ones. A plurality of box-type sandbags with the same shape and size when viewed in plan are stacked in multiple layers, with the contents being placed in a space surrounded by the side walls. This is a method of constructing a structure. In this method, vertical bars at specific edges, which are the left and right edges of all the side walls, are attached to both sides of a horizontal bar to which they are attached, in at least the lowermost box-type sandbag among the stacked ones. Use things.
At this time, you may make it use what does not have a specific edge in any side wall for the box-type sandbags other than the bottom-most box-type sandbag of what is piled up. The more specific edges, the greater the cost of materials and processing, though not as large, but by using an upper sandbag other than the bottom box sandbag, Such an increase in cost can be reduced.
For example, the specific edge may be the upper and lower edges of the side wall. In this case, when the box-type sandbags are stacked, it becomes easier to stabilize the upper-stage box-type sandbag. This effect is greatest when the upper and lower edges of all side walls are specific edges.
When the specific edge is the upper or lower edge of the side wall, for example, the upper or lower edge of all the side walls, the pin may be included in the structure construction set of the first and second inventions of the present application as follows. good.
In this case, for constructing the structure, two or more box-type sandbags having the same shape and size as viewed in plan, the upper and lower edges of all side walls being specific edges, and the box-type sandbags are stacked. When stacked vertically, the gap between the horizontal bars at the lower edge of the upper box sandbag and the gap between the horizontal bars at the upper edge of the lower box sandbag are stacked together. A structure construction set having a pin that penetrates. With this structure construction set, the horizontal bar at the lower edge of the upper box sandbag and the horizontal bar at the upper edge of the lower box sandbag, which are adjacent to each other by the pin, can be fixed by the pin. Therefore, when box-type sandbags are stacked, the upper-stage box-type sandbag becomes more stable. There may be a plurality of pins. For example, if pins are prepared as many as the number of side walls of the box sandbag, the horizontal bars on the lower edge of the upper box sandbag and the upper edge of the lower box sandbag are adjacent to each other. Since the space between the bars can be fixed with a pin for all the lower edges of the upper box sandbag, the upper box sandbag becomes more stable. Further, pins may be prepared so that a horizontal bar at the lower edge of the upper box sandbag adjacent to each other and a horizontal bar at the upper edge of the lower box sandbag can be fixed by a plurality of pins. Of course, the upper box means that the horizontal bar at the lower edge of the upper box sandbag and the horizontal bar at the upper edge of the lower box sandbag, which are adjacent to each other, are fixed by a plurality of pins. It may be done for all the lower edges of the sandbag.
The pin may be bent into a substantially U shape at its upper end. The pin is used in a U-shaped state with the bottom open, and one end of the pin is a gap between the horizontal bars at the lower edge of the upper box-type sandbag, and the horizontal bar at the upper edge of the lower box-type sandbag. If the other end is exposed to the front side of the box-type sandbag, the upper and lower box-type sandbags are fixed by the pin as long as there is no force to lift the pin. It is not done, and the upper and lower box-type sandbags can be released simply by lifting the other end, which is convenient when removing the box-type sandbags. The lengths of one end and the other end of the pin may be different. For example, one end of the pin may be longer than the other end.
In the construction method of the structure of the first invention and the second invention, when there is a portion where the box-type sandbag is stacked, in order to stabilize the box-shaped sandbag, the following method is applied to the portion where the box-type sandbag is stacked. It may be adopted.
And in this method, a horizontal bar at a specific edge, which is the upper and lower edges of all the side walls, is attached to both sides of a vertical bar to which it is attached in at least a two-stage box-shaped sandbag from the bottom. Is used.
In this method, the gap between the horizontal bars at the lower edge of the upper box sandbag, and the horizontal edge at the upper edge of the lower box sandbag, of the two box sandbags from the bottom are adjacent to each other. It may include a process in which the gap between the rods is put together with a pin. As for the number and shape of the pins, the same idea as already described for the structure construction set can be adopted. For example, in the above method, the gap between the horizontal bars at the lower edge of the upper box sandbag that is adjacent to each other in the two-stage box sandbags from the bottom, and the upper side of the lower box sandbag. It may include a process in which the gaps between the horizontal bars at the edges of the edges are collectively penetrated with pins.
Further, the inventor of the present application is a rectangular wire mesh that includes a plurality of vertical bars that are rotatably connected to adjacent ones and a plurality of horizontal bars that run left and right. A plurality of box-shaped sandbags having at least four side walls, the upper and lower sides of which are opened and used by putting the contents in a space surrounded by the side walls, and having the same shape and size when viewed from above. A method of removal is also proposed. And in this method, as the box-type sandbag, a horizontal bar at a specific edge, which is an upper and lower edge of all the side walls, is used which is attached to both sides of a vertical bar to which it is attached, and When removing the box-shaped sandbag in which the contents are placed in the space surrounded by the side walls, the box-shaped sandbag is removed by suspending all the specific edges on the upper side with a plurality of hanging tools.
When the box sandbag is removed, a method is used in which the box sandbag is lifted by a predetermined hanging tool (for example, a plurality of hanging tools attached to a removal tool attached to the tip of a crane wire). . If the box-type sandbag is removed in this way, the box-type sandbag has no bottom, so that the contents contained in the box-type sandbag remain there, and only the box-type sandbag can be quickly removed. However, when the box-type sandbag is removed by such a method, the horizontal bar present on the upper edge of the box-type sandbag may be damaged. If the upper edge locked to the hanging tool when hanging is a specific edge, the horizontal bar on the upper edge of the box sandbag can be prevented from being damaged, so the hanging tool can be removed quickly. Even if the hanging method is used, there is little possibility that the repeated use of the box sandbag will be hindered.
The box sandbags having at least one specific edge on at least one of the side walls, which can be applied to the first invention and the second invention, have four specific top / bottom / left / right sides. It may be an edge. In this case, the specific edge may be four edges of all the side walls.

Hereinafter, preferred first to second embodiments of the present invention will be described.
In the description of each embodiment, common objects are denoted by common reference numerals, and overlapping descriptions are omitted in some cases.
≪First embodiment≫
In the first embodiment, a method of constructing a structure using a structure construction set will be described.
The structure construction set includes a

A method of constructing a structure using the above structure construction set is as follows.

The structure is completed as described above.
A hole is formed in the front surface of the structure shown in FIG. This is the opening referred to in this application. Further, the space behind the opening is an indoor space as referred to in the present application.
The indoor space of the structure may be used by a person, or vehicles, weapons and other materials may be carried in. The opening is used as the doorway in that case. Note that there may be a plurality of openings.

«Third embodiment»
3rd Embodiment demonstrates the
As described above, the

In the first and second embodiments, the
