Description

The present invention relates to an illuminating device using an LED as a light source, and more particularly to an illuminating device installed on a ceiling surface constituted by an instrument body and a cover unit.

A lighting fixture that uses an LED as a light source and is attached to a ceiling surface is mainly configured by a fixture main body that is a base and a cover unit that is a light emitting unit, and an LED mounting board is built in the cover unit. For example, Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2 include a cover unit including an LED mounting substrate on which a plurality of LED chips used as a light source are mounted, a fixture main body that has an attachment structure to a ceiling surface, and holds the cover unit. Is disclosed.

In the lighting device having such a structure, in order to eliminate the shadow generated in the gap between the diffusion cover and the frame member in the light emitting portion, and to improve the luminance ratio between the light emitting portion and the ceiling surface, Various ingenuity has been made in the shape.

By the way, due to recent progress in LED light emission efficiency, sufficient illumination can be obtained even with a lighting device having a small light emitting area. In terms of cost, it is considered advantageous to make the resin cover and LED substrate small by making the light source part compact, but when the light emitting part area becomes small, glare (glare) when looking up at the ceiling This causes a feeling of discomfort and causes discomfort. In addition, since the fixture exterior of the lighting device has a standard size, there is also a problem that the balance in appearance deteriorates if only the light source portion is reduced.

The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an illuminating device that can make a light-emitting portion appear larger while apparently reducing a light-emitting surface.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a long base member attached to a ceiling surface, and a long frame that is detachably attached to the base member and has a light source portion provided on the bottom surface thereof. And a cover member attached to the frame member so as to cover the light source unit and having a light diffusibility. The bottom surface of the frame member reflects light to at least a part of the periphery of the light source unit. There is provided a lighting device characterized in that a reflective portion having a property is provided, and the reflective portion is not covered by the cover member (Invention 1).

According to the above invention (Invention 1), when the illuminating device installed on the ceiling surface is looked up from below, the diffused light from the cover member is reflected by the reflecting portion provided at the periphery of the light source portion, and the actual light source In addition to the portion, the reflecting portion can appear as if it is emitting light, so that the light emitting portion can appear larger while apparently reducing the light emitting surface.

In the said invention (invention 1), it is preferable that the said light source part is provided along the longitudinal direction of the said frame member, and the said reflection part is provided in the longitudinal direction both sides of the said light source part (invention 2). ).

According to the said invention (invention 2), the reflective part which the diffused light from a cover member reflects is provided in the both sides of the light source part, so that a light emitting surface can be made smaller and an apparent light emitting part can be shown larger. Design becomes possible.

In the said invention (1,2), it is preferable that the said reflection part is extended toward planar view outer side rather than the said cover member (invention 3).

In the said invention (invention 1-3), the said frame member has two longitudinal direction side surfaces which continue to the said bottom face, and the said cover member is located inside the extension surface of each of these two longitudinal direction side surfaces. (Invention 4)

According to the illuminating device of the present invention, it is possible to make the light emitting portion appear larger while apparently reducing the light emitting surface. This can reduce the unpleasant glare you feel when looking at the lighting device installed on the ceiling surface from the bottom, even when the light emitting surface is small, and also prevent the balance in appearance from getting worse. Can do.

It is a perspective view which shows the structure of the illuminating device which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention. It is sectional drawing which shows the structure of the illuminating device which concerns on the same embodiment. It is a cross-sectional schematic diagram which shows the 1st modification of the illuminating device which concerns on the embodiment. It is a cross-sectional schematic diagram which shows the 2nd modification of the illuminating device which concerns on the embodiment.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a lighting device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration. The lighting device 1 includes a long base member 10 attached to the ceiling surface C, a long frame member 20 detachably attached to the base member 10, and a light diffusing cover attached to the frame member. Member 30. A long mounting board 40 on which a plurality of LEDs 41 used as light sources are mounted is attached to the bottom surface 21 of the frame member 20 along the longitudinal direction of the frame member 20 as a light source unit. The LEDs 41 are mounted at regular intervals in the length direction.

The base member 10 is an elongate member that has a vertical section 11a, 11b on the left and right sides and a horizontal section 12 on the ceiling side as viewed in the width direction. It is made of a metal plate. The base member 10 is fixed by a wood screw from a hole formed in the horizontal portion 12 or by screwing a nut (not shown) to an anchor bolt (not shown) from the ceiling surface C. Can be fixed to the ceiling surface C.

In a space formed by the vertical portions 11 a and 11 b and the horizontal portion 12 of the base member 10, a power supply unit (not shown) that supplies power to the light emitting portion (the mounting substrate 40 on which the LED 41 is mounted) and the frame member 20 are used as a base. An attachment structure (not shown) for detachably attaching to the member 10 is accommodated. Side plates 13 are attached to both ends of the base member 10 by attachment means such as screwing and fixing (snap fit).

The frame member 20 is a long member that extends in the length direction in a substantially C-shaped cross section in which the left and right sides are inclined side surfaces 22a and 22b when viewed in the width direction and the floor side is a bottom surface 21 parallel to the ceiling surface C. For example, it is made of a single metal plate. The inclined side surfaces 22 a and 22 b are continuous with the bottom surface 21, and are formed at different angles so that only the vicinity of the end contacting the ceiling surface C is perpendicular to the ceiling surface C. The frame member 20 extends in the length direction substantially the same as the base member 10, and is detachably attached to the base member 10 via an attachment structure (not shown).

As an attachment structure for detachably attaching the frame member 20 to the base member 10, for example, a spring member such as a leaf spring, a V-shaped spring, or a coil spring is attached to the frame member 20 side, and a locking member that locks the spring member There is a known structure in which the frame member 20 is attached to the base member 10 side, and the frame member 20 is pulled upward using the biasing force of the spring member and fixed to the base member 10.

A mounting substrate 40 on which a plurality of LEDs 41 are mounted toward the floor is attached to the bottom surface 21 of the frame member 20 as a light source unit. The mounting method of the mounting substrate 40 to the frame member 20 is not particularly limited. For example, the mounting substrate 40 may be directly attached to the bottom surface 21 using a known fixing means (screw fixing, adhesive, etc.) or mounting. A slot into which the substrate 40 can be slid from the lateral direction may be formed on the bottom surface 21 and attached thereto, or may be attached via another member such as a substrate holder.

A cover member 30 is attached to the bottom surface 21 of the frame member 20 so as to cover the mounting substrate 40. The method of attaching the cover member 30 to the frame member 20 is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the cover member is provided with attachment grooves 211 a and 211 b formed on the left and right sides of the mounting substrate 40 on the bottom surface 21. The cover member 30 may be attached to the frame member 20 by fitting the attachment claw portions 31a and 31b formed on the upper end portion of the 30, and the attachment claw portions 31a and 31b are placed in the attachment groove portions 211a and 211b. The cover member 30 may be attached to the frame member 20 by sliding and inserting from the direction. With the cover member 30 attached to the frame member 20, the side plates 23 are attached to both end portions of the cover member 30 by attaching means such as screws and fixing (snap fit), and the frame member 20 and the cover member 30 are connected. Integrated.

The cover member 30 is a long member formed of plastic having diffuse transmission / diffuse reflectivity, such as polycarbonate (or acrylic), and extends in the length direction substantially the same as the base member 10 and the frame member 20. ing. The cover member 30 diffusely transmits and diffusely reflects the illumination light from the LED 41. The shape of the cover member 30 according to the present embodiment is a substantially hexagonal shape in cross-sectional view in the width direction, but is not limited to this, and the outer shape of the entire lighting device, the use of the lighting device, optical diffusibility, In consideration of luminous efficiency and the like, it may be formed into an optimal shape as appropriate.

On the bottom surface 21 of the frame member 20, at least a part of the periphery of the mounting substrate 40 that is a light source unit (in the present embodiment, both sides in the longitudinal direction of the mounting substrate 40 that is a light source unit) has a light reflecting part. 212 is provided. The reflection unit 212 may be simply painted in white in the region. For example, the reflection unit 212 may be formed by appropriately cutting a material having high light reflectivity such as a white film “Lumirror” (registered trademark) manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc. You may form by sticking to the bottom face 21 of the member 20 with a double-sided tape, and you may form the frame member 20 itself with the material which has light reflectivity.

Here, the reflecting portion 212 is not covered with the cover member 30, and the reflecting portion 212 extends outward from the cover member 30 in plan view. Since the reflection portion 212 is provided on the bottom surface 21 of the frame member 20 in this way, when the lighting device 1 installed on the ceiling surface C is looked up from below, the diffused light from the cover member 30 is reflected by the reflection portion 212. In addition to the mounting substrate 40, which is an actual light source part, the reflection part 212 can be seen to emit light, so that it is possible to make the light emitting part appear larger while reducing the light emitting surface. . In particular, the reflective portions 212 that reflect the diffused light from the cover member 30 are provided on both sides of the mounting substrate 40 that is the light source portion, so that the light emitting surface is made smaller and the apparent light emitting portion is made larger. Is possible.

In the present embodiment, the cover member 30 is located on the inner side of the extended surfaces of the two inclined side surfaces 22a and 22b of the frame member 20, that is, the surfaces E and E ′ indicated by dotted lines in FIG. It has various shapes and sizes. By positioning the cover member 30 in this manner, the inclined side surfaces 22a and 22b of the frame member 20 are not directly exposed to the diffused light from the cover member 30, but the balance of the appearance of the entire lighting device 1 is improved. be able to. In addition, since the illuminance directly under the lighting device 1 inevitably increases when the cover member 30 is small in this manner, for example, a product shelf directly under the lighting device is illuminated brightly (not like a spotlight) as in some luxury supermarkets. This is useful in applications where the illuminance is not particularly required for other passages and the like, and yet glare is to be minimized.

As mentioned above, although the illuminating device concerning this invention has been demonstrated based on drawing, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, A various change implementation is possible. Various variations are possible for the shape of the illumination device, the shape of the base member, and the shape of the cover unit.

<First Modification>
In the frame member, the two longitudinal side surfaces continuous with the bottom surface are not necessarily inclined side surfaces. In the illuminating device 1A shown in FIG. 3, two longitudinal side surfaces continuous to the bottom surface 21A of the frame member 20A have vertical side surfaces 22Aa and 22Ab perpendicular to the ceiling surface C instead of the inclined side surfaces. A cover member 30 is attached to the bottom surface 21 </ b> A so as to cover the mounting substrate 40, and reflective portions 212 </ b> A having light reflectivity are provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the mounting substrate 40. The reflection portion 212A is not covered with the cover member 30, and the reflection portion 212A extends outward from the cover member 30 in plan view. Further, the cover member 30 has a shape and a size such that the cover member 30 is located on the inner side of the extended surfaces E1 and E1 ′ of the two vertical side surfaces 22Aa and 22Ab of the frame member 20A. Even in the lighting device 1A including the frame member 20A having such a shape, when the lighting device 1A installed on the ceiling surface C is looked up from below, the diffused light from the cover member 30 is reflected by the reflecting portion 212A. In addition to the mounting substrate 40, which is an actual light source unit, the reflection unit 212A can be seen as if it is emitting light, so that it is possible to make the light emitting unit look larger while reducing the light emitting surface.

<Second Modification>
The cover member may not be located inside the extended surfaces of the two longitudinal side surfaces that are continuous with the bottom surface of the frame member. The lighting device 1B shown in FIG. 4 has a shape and size such that the cover member 30B is located on the inner side of the extended surfaces E2 and E2 ′ of the two inclined side surfaces 22a and 22b of the frame member 20. Not in. However, the cover member 30 </ b> B is attached to the bottom surface 21 of the frame member 20 so as to cover the mounting substrate 40, and reflective portions 212 having light reflectivity are provided on both side portions in the longitudinal direction of the mounting substrate 40. The reflecting portion 212 is not covered with the cover member 30B, and the reflecting portion 212 extends outward from the cover member 30B in plan view. Even in the lighting device 1B including the cover member 30B having such a shape, when the lighting device 1B installed on the ceiling surface C is looked up from below, the diffused light from the cover member 30B is reflected by the reflection unit 212. In addition to the mounting substrate 40, which is an actual light source unit, the reflecting unit 212 can be seen as if it is emitting light, so that it is possible to make the light emitting unit appear larger while reducing the light emitting surface.
