  An illuminating device comprising: a main body having a light emitting portion; a neck hanging rope capable of suspending the main body; and a clothes locking portion for detachably locking the main body to a user's clothes. .   The lighting device according to claim 1, wherein a portion of the clothes locking portion that locks against the clothes has a planar shape. The garment locking portion includes one locking portion provided on the main body, and the other locking portion disposed on the back side of the cloth of the clothing and facing the one locking portion in the front-rear direction,
Either one of the one latching portion and the other latching portion is a magnet and the other is a magnetic body, or both the one latching portion and the other latching portion have different polarities in the front-rear direction. The illuminating device according to claim 1, wherein the illuminating device is a magnet opposed to the magnet.   The lighting device according to claim 3, wherein the other locking portion is provided on an end portion side of the branch cable body that branches off from the neck hanging cable body.
