上記蓋体受け部は、上記外枠の垂直壁の下端から内方に向かって延在する水平片と、該水平片の内側端から垂直方向に起立する垂直片と、該垂直片の上端から外方に向かって延在する上部水平片とからなり、上記垂直壁、水平片、垂直片及び上部水平片とで上方が開口するパッキン取付部が形成され、
